Really quite nice and clean for a discount theater, complete with recliners. Also, this is a pretty cool station to customize your popcorn.

Nice place and the homeless people are camping by the stream instead of under the bridge.
Love this theater and at the matinee sometimes Im the only one in the theater. Gotta love the 6 dollar special of drink and popcorn!. AC is cold on the hot days of summer. Plus the electric reclining style lazyboy chairs. I wont go to a theater now unless they have the reclining lazyboy !.

This place is awesome!! So many arcade games to choose from, ax throwing, bumper cars, go cart racing, mini bowling, with food and a full bar. Great place to take your kids or just to hang out with your friends. I will be going back
Went to Goodwill...from out of town...prices much higher in the Austin area...but a good day.
This area has the Goodwill, which is open to buy whatever they have inside. Just make sure you bring your mask so you can go inside. Its big and they have so many good quality of clothes and dishes.

Good shopping center, dart-em-up is cool when it is an off day.
Pretty big location with lots of attractions. Go carts and Lazer tag were both really fun. The 4D theater was hooky but still fun. They had some sweet older arcade games, like Virtual on, the 90s X-Men arcade game and killer instinct 2.
Great place for family fun or just to hangout. Lot of old school arcade games n pinball. Plus new games also.

If I could put 10 star rating I would. Its the most fun you can have all in one place. Food, drinks, fun, get together with family. My daughter and I had a blast. We will definitely come again.

7 screen theater with new and older films, at a reduced ticket price. Also has senior fares. Large, comfortable recliner seats with a swing out table, plus cupholders. Beer and wine available.
As good as strip malls get, almost. I love Pinballz, Lake Creek Movies, Jasons Deli, The Dollar Store and the others are fun to window shop. This is a great place to lift your spirits, if shopping can indeed do so. The highlights are good food, pinball machine noises and recent cheap movies with the best popcorn of ALL the movie theaters!
I enjoy Pinballz a lot, indoor electric car racing and recently added axe throwing
Dont let your cool friends see you shopping at Goodwill 😄 but your gonna get some quality deals if you go in and check out what they have. Their staff isnt always the best but its a charity organization so I doubt the pay is to significant.
Double your money on Thursday promotion was great spent 20$ got 40! Had a great time playing lots of pinball games.
I used to go to the Southwest theater for low cost movie with my kid, then eat at either Vazquez or Jasons deli. Once a month we would go to Pinballz too since the Lake Creek location opened. Huge parking lot, easy to get to from 620 or 183 frontage.
Clean bathrooms and theatres. Nice reclining seats. The only thing was the lighting......we were in a small theatre and the lights they left up during the movie were a little too bright for me.
Southwest discount Theatres is a much nicer place than I thought it would be. Just outside the theatre is a Jasons Deli, which is nice. Also, the popcorn at this theatre is quite good. Ive been here a few times, and will possibly visit several more times!!! 😊
Costco has a large selection of food,clothes and household items, some at discounts.I bought a great set of sharp knives!The prepared food is excellent! Good employee service....though items are not clearly marked, you will search for things..Mo

This is a great little strip mall off 183. There is a PinBallz, and if you dont know what that is then you should go here and experience the fun and nostalgia. They have so much more than pinball here and there is something for almost everyone.

Years ago this was a great shopping center. Then Alamo Draft House came in, and it was good... Then they left. Around that same time the whole area went down the tubes, but it seems to be making a comeback.
Nice variety of stores. The parking spaces are marked clearly and the parking lot is well-maintained by the centers management. The shops include: Jasons deli, McDonalds, Churchs Chicken, Wendys, China Cafe, Burlington, Pinball-Z, Dollar Tree, FedEx store, 183 Grill, Wells Fargo Bank, Pep Boys, Hobby Lobby, and several more. Ive always felt safe shopping at the stores in this center.
Better prices will be the best
Parked at Fed Ex and when I barely pulled out of the parking spot and fell into a gigantic pothole that ruined the rim on my pampered 2 year old car. Can you please fix this shopping centers pavement, its really gone down hill and your neighbors patronize this center so much! *Be courteous owners.
The theaters are big with comfortable seats, price of tickets are cheap, and theres a dollar store next door where you can buy candy. Only reason why its not a 5 star is that sometimes there can be an excessive amount of trash in the theaters, but not usually.
2 large gyms. Wonkos is great. PTerrys and Thundercloud Subs are here as well as a couple of small restaurants. The Good Will is pretty good too.
If it werent for Pinballz entering, it might be rated lower. Several shops in the center along with FedEx and several dining places. Unfortunately for this center, Alamo moved to a new location, so Southwest theaters is there now, which is a discount theater. The neighborhood nearby is decent and they need to keep good tenants here and keep it updated. There is a lot of competition nearby.
Cool comfortable safe environment with social distance. They have massaging chairs.

Its ok. been you g here since I was a young lad. if you ask me it could do for a little renovations because its kind of getting to the point that its a bit out dated. still a decent ace to get your shizzop on and if youre hungry there are resteraunts but they are too overpriced.
This place has a fairly new good will, it is very big and clean. And a pretty good selection highly recommended

Older outdoor shopping strip with a variety of different types of stores to choose from. There is a movie theatre there as well so the parking lot can be quite congested if you are coming off of the North bound access road of 183.
Great theater, fast food, clothing at awesome prices, crafts galore, bank, auto parts and a dollar store. All with convenient parking. What else could you ask for.
Burlington us a great place to shop,they have everything! Holiday gifts at reasonable prices. And they gave name brands too!

This area has a budget friendly movie theater, a modern arcade, a craft/hobby store and several restaurants including Asian cuisine and regular fast food. Theres plenty to do here
Seats are comfortable, popcorn is less than $8 for a large with a free refill. Prices are too high for adults.

Movies at the Lakecreek 7 (sign says Southwest Theatre) and cheap tickets! If you want the movie house experience without the regular expense, this is the ticket!
As a shopping center, its a solid meh, but a couple of the tenants (lookin at you, Pinballz!) are awesome.
Easy drop off for Goodwill...great fitness center...several good restaurants.

Instead the time was used for two photo shootsPep Boys Automotive; andWendys;Those data & reviews with nice photos should be posted by midnight.Of Note — Lake Creek Festival Shopping Center:Has an extensive parking area never-ever seeneven close to full.The parking area is fully handicapped safe with all surrounding walkways wide, ramped and every shop on those walkways have safe entry and exits for all.Whats more, a block north at the intersection of US 183 N and Lake Creek Pkwy are P. Terrys Burgers establishment a personal favorite-Goodwill Thrift-well managed, operated, very large, certainly for growing lines of excellently tested and inspected merchandise.Peace ✌️Brian Bruce

2022-05-16This shopping center is not what it used to be. Scary place at night. High homeless area and lots of undesirable hanging out.Stores open then close, Dollar tree there a mess. Everyone having a hard time with staffing and maintaining the stores. The actual shopping center could use some security onsite and maintenance its self.

2021-01-13Limited variety but convenient and mostly pleasant; except for Dollar Tree. This particular Dollar Tree is an abomination. I try to avoid the place like the plague. I’ve witnessed violations of federal laws, terrible service and behavior that I have reported to law enforcement. Twice.

2022-03-09I was looking for lamps. There were many donated lamps at good prices. I found some other (donated) items to buy. There was new retail stuff, too.I like the pre-COVID second-hand merch over new retail options, although I was happy to find new knit hats and gloves!

2019-04-08So pinballz based off of Prior reviews was an awesome place. I promise you that is no longer the case. You go there because youre playing once touted games and some of the other games you come there to play or advanced in super fun and new but majority of the games there are either broken or flat-out dont work with the cards. Not to mention the day that we went there none of the machines to fill the game cards with were working either. Extremely disappointing, will not be going here ever again.

2020-02-20This is a great outdoor mall area with several stores in it that Im sure you will enjoy. It has a Buington, Movie theater, McDonalds, Pinballz, Pep Boys and several others stores. You will be close to several things to do and the Burlington and pinballz are great places to shop and have some fun and relaxing time at pinballz. The McDonalds is also nice and they always have great food in my humble opinion, so you cant go wrong there. The movie theater is small but they do a great job of taking care of their customers and making sure your movie experience goes well, so be sure to check them out. The area is close to the highway for easy in and off to make your shopping experience even better. So head over when you get some spare time and Im sure you will have some much needed fun.

2022-01-25Lake Creek Festival is not what it used to be. A game room.domonates stores that went out of business , so less variety in drawing power older than what would be drawing cards for those older than those attracted to game locations.
