This was one of the best experiences I have had with Land Rover Austin service department. Everyone one in the service department area was beyond nice. I was greeted with smiles and hellos. I took my 2017 Jaguar XE in for its regular annual maintenance. My experience there was very good. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. They did identify that my tires looked worn. I knew that they were approaching the need for replacement; I was already planning to replace the full set in June, but I decided to just get it done. The final cost seemed about right, so Im not certain it would have been significantly cheaper to get the full set of tires elsewhere.

First and foremost Id like to say I appreciate how polite and courteous the staff was and how quickly I was able to get a service appointment. I dont normally leave reviews like this because I run a couple businesses myself and its never fun to receive bad reviews, but I feel like its a disservice to anyone else who would come to get their car serviced to not publicly say something about my experience there. I came in for some routine maintenance and to get my check engine light analyzed and whatever was wrong fixed. I was told the routine maintenance could be done that day which was great because back in Jersey I used to have to wait weeks for appointments. What happened next was mind boggling. I was told that if I was to have the cars check engine light analyzed and service required as a result they would have to hold the car for 2-3 weeks before the car would even be looked at. I couldnt believe it. I tried to ask for clarification, and sure enough thats exactly what the policy is. I asked if I could just keep my car and they could just alert me when the tech came in and they told me they could not. Who is going to give up their car for 3 weeks just to have it sit at a dealer with nothing being done to it..?!?! This is an absurd policy. make sure before you ask for a service appointment you clarify this with them. Ill be forced to so business elsewhere.
