I have worked for Landmark for over 2 years and I have been a patient in the skilled unit for Rehab from June 2021-Aug. 2021 and again since April 2022 and I am still here.They have the greatest Therapy team that I have ever worked with!! They have been known to make miracles happen. They had me up and walking in a matter of a few weeks. Im telling you that they rock!!No nursing home/rehab is perfect but they strive to give the best nursing care that they possibly can. The building is old but there are no nursing home smells when you walk through the front door. There is nothing but a clean smell unless the Activity of the day is baking bread or cookies.

My Grandmother was recently admitted to Landmark after a stay in the hospital. I have to say that I have worked in nursing homes as a therapist for the last 22 years. This place did an amazing job getting her back home.The Bus Driver was on time and very kind taking her to Landmark.The Facility maybe older, but it was very clean. No typical “nursing home smell”. The housekeeping staff was very kind and I always saw them working.The nursing staff was so very kind and caring to my Grandmother. The answered her call light promptly and checked on her frequently without her asking them to. The aides/nurses were great workers, I watched many interactions with other patients as well. I felt like they truly care and felt safe with leaving my Grandmother there.The administration staff was informative when I spoke to them and quick to return any messages I left.The food was always hot and looked very appetizing! My Grandmother is a picky eater and she enjoyed the food!The therapist came in to evaluate her on day one, they got her back walking/ getting in and out of bed/ dressing/ and going to the bathroom in 2 weeksIn nursing homes “Skilled Facility” it’s a team approach. This place reminds me of the places I’ve worked that has a family atmosphere. They treated my Grandmother like there own, that is hard to find these days! That’s why I gave them a 5-star! I’m thankful she is getting to go back to her own home, but in future if she needed a place this one would be first on my list!Cassiey Ripley

They have a doctor but no phone contact for him. They might as well use cosmo mag surveys to do their tests as for disorders. Fake place do not recommend. They offer to have you put in jail just for saying your relative is not going to stay there full time. All they see are dollar signs. Poor ethics. They had my mother with uti that went septic on their watch. This is the worst place. Ill be lucky if my mother comes out of there alive and healthy.

Very hard to get answers about your loved one noone seems to know what is going on no phones in the rooms called and they couldnt even remember my loved one was even there till i pished the issue after 4 failed phone call i do not reccomend stay away
