I really wanted to like the place, This girl Aubree was taking care of me, and I told my details, being a server coming all the way from Austin, and she said I only needed to pay the administration and application fee, other than that my pay stub and my bank account. That is fine. What she fails to tell me knowing about the info I gave her was that I needed a job offer, which her boss tells me after the fact I paid 225 dollars on the application. This was a terrible lack of communication from their part and guess what? They refuse to give my money back because of their non refundable policy. Even if they don’t give me the money back I guess I learned my lesson the hard way and these people don’t give a flip about you, they just have 225 more in their pockets for preying on people that way. Place is very nice and well preserved but the work ethic of the administration is very questionable.
“3 pools” is just for s&$5s and giggles…. There have been zero pools open ALL summer long. They may have been open for Memorial Day weekend but since then.. two of them look disgusting and the one near the office has NEVER opened… 105+ degree heat… never had a pool….Had way too many issues living here, we can’t wait to move out!!!!!
Very shady business practice here.Make sure you get confirmation that they receive your notice to move out 60 days in advance.Dispite discussing move out date upon move in, they never bothered to actually TELL me when I asked about it.I made sure they understood when I was moving out. I got in a new house a month before my lease was up and ended paying for 2 months extra at a higher rate because I didnt give them a written notice, which they didnt tell me I needed to do.On top of that the last month and a half we were actually renting it, it wasnt even livable! No heat, no water!Woken up every night because the car dealerships alarm was always going off, and the dont even have a fence between us, just some bambooAnother interesting thing is that we were paying the wrong water bill for months?I have record of 16 water bills in 14 months paid, and they sent out to a debt collector because apparently I owe even more for utilities?
This was home 2 times. Sandy and Chrystal go over and beyond for their tenants. I loved my 2/2 this community is by far the best kept property in the area, the maintenance crew is awesome and made sure all of my request were done quickly and on time and I never ever had an issue with pest so thank you Laurel Heights.. I recommend this property to anyone. I hated to leave but grateful for home ownership.
I’ve lived here for three years. The staffs really nice, it’s a safe place to live, the maintenance people show up quick, Everything looks great since they remodeled. The gym in the nicest apartment gym I’ve ever seen. The pool is really nice as well as the tennis court. Also it’s close to everything.
I have to say Graham is amazing! From the moment I spoke with him on the phone about seeing the property I knew I was going to love it here! I base my selection on many things but the people at the office is a major major part! He is really the reason I chose to lease at Laurel Heights! He knows what he is talking about! He is so personable and he makes you feel as though you truly have made a long term friend in the experience! Thank you Graham! Outside of my experience with Graham, the property has so many great amenities, the space is very nice and I believe maintenance will be timely and affective as they have already fixed concerns quickly! I’m excited to see how the next 10 months will be living here!
Recently I went to Laurel Heights to tour some 2 bedroom floorplans. I loved the property and the office staff, Graham especially. I felt very welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in the door. He greeted us with a smile and was very informative. If I had chosen to rent an apartment instead of a house, I would have chosen Laurel Heights. The amenities are outstanding! There are so many neat features that are included in your rent that other complexes charge a lot for.Trust me! Laurel Heights is a must see! :)
I am forever grateful to God for Sandy. Above and beyond is definitely an appropriate description of how she does her job for sure! New to the area and Laurel Heights is the first and only place I wanted to live. They do not disappoint! From maintenance to the office staff, they are awesome!
Spoke to sandy a week ago about renewing possibly in May , she had the numbers to me yesterday (Tuesday) I stopped in today let her know I’m happy with the number and will renew. She let me know what I needed to change on my insurance and when. Simple steps. Very personable. She is hands down my favorite person in the office. She treats her residents like friends and family, not a paycheck. We are people to her !
Excellent apartment complex for the price, nice updated appliances, 24 Hr Gym, and clean pools! I appreciate the friendly Staff, the leasing agent Graham walked us through the process very swiftly and was very knowledgeable about everything. Been here almost 8 months now and any issues that have come up at the apartment have been fixed quickly!
I really enjoy living here! All of my neighbors are very friendly & its quiet! The comute to our jobs are great & there are a lot of wonderful places to visit or eat around us! They are currently renovating our apartment & the new look is going to be beautiful once it is completed!! If we ever have any concerns or questions I know the staff in the office will take us seriously & take care of the problem in a timely manner! Definitely recommend!
I have been living here for about 1.5 years and have been surprised how quiet it has been. When I first moved in, I did have some issues with certain things that needed repairing but the front desk staff made it easy to place a request and were very helpful. Maintenance is done within the week and nothing is out of place. They hold events throughout the month for the residents and is a neat incentive. Havent had issues with neighbors and everyone seems to keep to themselves. I would recommend it as a starter apartment with decent rates. I made the mistake of getting a 2 bedroom apartment as the second room went unused but overall no complaints.
Going on my third year here. Moved to Texas and after an extensive search landed here. Savannah was super friendly and helpful and actually got me into an apartment in hours. My building is super quiet. Neighbors are all very friendly. They are constantly updating and renovating, and leave the gates constantly open (which is why I didnt give it 5 stars), which can be super intrusive to your style of living. Too many people just in and out of the complex at all times. A lot of them parked in unauthorized spots, leaving you a trek to your apartment. I know its only temporary, though, its just inconvenient. Oh well. They did a bang up job with the remodel and landscaping they have done. I love the stainless appliances, granite countertops, and farm sink. Would be nice if they updated the washer / dryer combo, though. Ours is from the 90s, and although it works, the dryer takes several cycles. I cant complain, its better than a laundromat. They also do a fantastic job of communicating with the community about updates and events. They have several amenities they offer that many places do not i.e. an awesome fitness center, awesome pool and kitchen area, tennis courts, a dog park, and in-unit washer / dryers. It has been perfect for my small family in my navigation through my career. I hope to share many more coupons and food with the ladies up front when this pandemic subsides! Kudos!
Its a nice and quite gated apartment and very clean to I love there staff member Graham he is the best!!!! He helped me out with everything i needed and was so friendly i recommend everyone talk to him if your looking to get a apartment there!! He was fabulous in helping me out with my tour of your apartment complex! Overall made the experience fabulous and welcoming! Would definitely recommend working with GRAHAM ZELDER
The search for our apartment lasted for about a week and a half for me and my wife, by the end of our search we found several places that had one or two of the qualities that we were looking for: location, amenities, space/cost ratio and overall coziness. And let me tell you Laurel Heights had everything. As soon as we walked through the office door, STEPHEN SHOWN, our leasing professional from Laurel Heights gave us a great concise, but detailed run down of the apartments available, considered our budget and explained all the amenities the apartments had to offer. As soon as he showed us the apartments (we went with the A4 floor plan) we absolutely loved it and the decision was made on the spot that we needed to lease ASAP. It was 4:30pm and even though the office hours were nearing close, STEPHEN worked with us and also helped with the application. The next day we got a call letting us know we were approved and even with it being his day off Stephen was very quick to communicate and get the formalities taken care off, to say he is a professional, is to understate it. We would also like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT AND PERSONAL THANKS TO GRAHAM, SANDY AND SHANNON, a great part of the office team that also helped and worked with us in that hectic 3 day span of moving in. You guys are the best!Happy tenants from 1520,Andrei & Nastassia
Only giving one star due to having to give a star. I have had issue with the complex and management seeming to not want to resolve this in a timely manner. My son has a service dog in which is registered and they have the verification all on file. The service dog is currently being trained again and out of the home for a few months. I told all this to complex, they claim to not have documents on file and also saying the maintenance man verified dog is still there( thats a lie). I spoke with Shannon whom told me that it is a he said/she said argument and that they will be adding and leaving a pet fee on my account. If I do not pay the fees, I can go to the courts during eviction and take it up with the judge. If this is how you will treat your disabled tenants then this is no place I want to call home. I will be sure to tell everyone how this place operates. I am still waiting for all issues to be resolved from when I moved in maintenance wise as well. I also will be sending a formal complaint to corporate as this is not ok.
This is by far the WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in! There has been so many issues since I’ve moved in I’m not going to go into detail on everything but I will touch on the main points of everything that has transpired in less than a year. Water will “temporarily shut off for hours at a time with no notice”. The water outage has been close to every month multiple times in a month causing me to be late to work. Maintenance never fixes anything right the first time. I have to call them out 2-3 times on the same request because they don’t fix things tight the first time and won’t replace things that need to be replaced. The complex is cheap. The apartment I moved into was dirty when I moved in and things needed to be replaced and it took them months to replace it. Appliances have been broken in my kitchen for almost a year. I finally gave up asking them to fix it. Savannah in the front office is rude and unprofessional as well as the other staff and management. They do not care about their tenants. The complex was listed as Luxury online and there’s nothing luxury about the complex. There’s dog poop everywhere smeared all over the walkways. The neighbors downstairs are always outside yelling & fighting and cursing each other out. I’ve had to call the Police so many times because of it. The complex doesn’t feel safe there’s homeless people that wander in because the gate is always open. When the complex was bought out and changed its name they didn’t even notify the tenants. I came home and the name of the complex had changed as well as their number and all of the office staffs emails as well. I had to google there number to get in touch with them. They are way overpriced and not worth what they’re charging. They don’t even have basic necessities like a Business Center. I’ve been counting down the days until my lease ends I can’t wait to move out of here. I constantly find roaches and bugs in the apartment. I have to have them come out and spray almost every week. Awful place. Awful people.
I have lived in these apartments for 3+ years and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience. Anytime I have needed maintenance they have been very prompt(even after hours!) and sure sometimes they arent perfect but at least they are very nice and get the job done. The complex has gone through some changes since I have lived there and honestly, in comparison, it is so much nicer. Just yesterday, they started adding more color and gardening to a rather eyesore area of the complex. Almost all of my neighbors have been friendly and have helped me out on occasion, being that I live alone. I suppose if I had to list a negative, it would be the bugs, but honestly any apartment is gonna have to deal with some. Overall, I am very happy to have lived here and am sad to have to move away from such a welcoming and quiet complex.
I love it here my husband and I have 2 children and they are able to run around and enjoy the outdoors without any problems. The first month we had issues with out air going in and out but only because some little children didnt understand it wasnt a toy, but maintenance fixed it immediately after each call. The pool is right across from us and it is so small and nice for a little relaxing family time. Havent had time to do much of the community activities due to work including the breakfast on the first Saturday. But I have absolutely no problems and we plan to renew our lease.
Wow, what a positive experience at Laurel Heights at Cityview Apts. Hats off to Margarita for such a wonderful experience! Also the whole staff was friendly and amazing. Margarita was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the complex. Her insight and the way she explained everything made me want to move in without even seeing the place. The complex was very clean, and she did such a good job that it only took one meeting with her and I didn’t even look at another complex. Margarita hit it right on the nail!!!! She answered all questions and took care of our every need. Thank you so much for such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Laurel Heights at Cityview Apts to anyone looking for a EXCELLENT place to live. Hats off Margarita!!!
I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with how the Laurel has been handling repairs post the major weather storm. Communication has been very minimal, if we get any. Each time I call the leasing office for an update a different person tells me a different timeline of when I will get water back. On multiple occasions we were told, youll have water by the end of the day and 4 days later that still didnt happen.
Been living here a month! Fridge went out twice 1 time right after they said it was fixed!A/C went out once already had black mold under restroom sink! Did not have Hot water for two day and today water was shut off again! Due to AT&T. Management here has not helped at all I have only been able to talk to lower management about anything! I do not recommend this place for anyone. When we called today to see how long it would be we asked if this happens often and the reply we received was yes! Unacceptable! I pay 1,000 a month for all this trouble!!
Worst apartments ever. They were basically stealing money out of our pockets. The workers in the front office all smoke weed and will ask if you sell it so they can buy from you. Never fixed repairs that were needed. And when we tried to give notice that we were moving out in 2.5 months, the worker savannah didnt document it with the proper paperwork, and we were charged an extra $700 for the last month because we didnt give notice and THEN 20 days after moving out they call and tell us we owe them another $215 for not attempting to clean even though we shampooed carpets! Replaced all light fixtures, scrubbed walls, swept patio of all leaves/dirt. Made it show ready for other potential tenants to view. They charge $75 per key and $75 per electronic gate key. They do NOT considered a broken heater to be an emergency problem when its 24 degrees outside and you have a 2 month old baby! Absolutely careless except for when it comes to getting high and getting paid! Thieves! There was a drive by shooting inside the gates of the apartment (the gates are ALWAYS broken) after the shooting the management sent out a letter to all residents saying no matter where you go there will always be crime, and even though the gates were broken the apartment complex is not responsible for any incidents and that we need to take proper caution. No caring from any employees.the complex we lived in had a major bed bug infestation and we had to move all belongings out of the apartment for three treatments three weeks in a row. Absolutely hated moving all of that furniture every single week and then putting it back only to have to do it again!
If I could give a negative star I would! This place is terrible!! I do not suggest anyone move here, I just signed a lease on the first of August and am already wishing I could move out!August 1st I come in the office after work with all my paperwork and money ready. Mark says he walked the apartment and everything was ready except the carpet. He said there was a part on the carpet where he wasnt happy so he told them to go over it again but everything else was fine. It was at the end of the day so I couldnt walk the apartment with him, he just advised me to fill out and turn in the move in sheet and that they would get right on the repairs. That weekend I had to go in and clean the apartment because it was disgusting!! I filled out the sheet letting them know of the MANY repairs that needed to be done. I turned that sheet in on Monday the 4th with photos of the major damage that I was requesting be fixed asap. The major damage included carpet that you could tell hadnt been replaced in many years because of the walk patterns, paint and stains, a really bad patch in the hall, and missing pieces in the closet. It also included the balcony which due to structural problems in the building is separating from the building causing the beam to no longer be attached, the brick is breaking away from the building structure, and the sliding door frame is now crooked causing my sliding door to not shut all the way. The screen doors were all torn up, Both sliding door locks are broken. This is not a safe apartment at all and I made it clear that I did not feel safe. when I was in the office Ashley and the maintenance manager (who is the original sales person that I worked with) said that she would put in the order for repairs and they would all be fixed this week. I moved in my bed but she called me before I moved in other stuff, she asked about my furniture so I told her I was moving in majority of my stuff this week but the big furniture would wait until the weekend. she said that was good because they would be replacing the carpet for me and not to worry about the bed because they would move it. They replaced the carpet on Thursday, they moved my bed to the balcony and left it there!! They glue down the carpet so it smelled terrible, I had to leave my screen doors open through Friday evening to make it livable. They half-assed the screens themselves and didnt put the bedroom screen back on track at all. I wrote Ashley a long email Saturday explaining that this kind of treatment is not acceptable and that I fully expect the apartment to communicate with me a plan to actually fix the problems and also to reimburse me for the time my apartment wasnt ready. I sent her more pictures of the damage that wasnt fixed plus the new damage on the tile that was done when maintenance came in. she said she would have to ask her manager. She called back today (Monday) and said that the balcony was safe but they would give the balcony a little TLC and put the screen back on track but nothing would be done about the apartment not being ready because I signed the lease on the 1st. I spoke with the manager Joann and she completely disregarded my concerns saying she wouldnt have even changed the carpet if she would have been in town she would have had them just patch it up again and left it. She said because I signed the lease she is not willing to do anything. I will be checking tomorrow about the screen and TLC they are doing on the balcony but from my experience thus far I am sure it will just be another cover up job! I still have all my photos and writing contact with the apartment, if anyone would like a copy I am more than willing to share it so that i can save other people from this horror!!
I have been here three years and never made a complaint about anything be cause I was afraid of retaliation even though there was plenty to complain about. Well it finally happened after I mention mold and mildew in building 9. I’ve been given an eviction notice for other reasons but before I complain I was told that I would get help from cares for my current situation. I even signed the lease a day before the eviction notice. When the housing inspector came last year I mentioned it while She and Sandra was here and afterwards the maintenance guy came and spray painted over the vents. The stuff is everywhere. It all changed when I mentioned that the mold and mildew is in the whole building and the fun began. I’m okay with it because this place is a health hazard and I asked if I could get another apartment but never got an answer. Rat infested, leaky building, bulging cracked walkway, microwave broken, dish washer, broken, sink constantly stopping up causing flooding of apartment. But I took the blame because of my condition and was afraid if retaliation.
I have lived at this complex for almost 6 years & honestly it’s been good! Yes we’ve had a shooting & a few other things go on but it happens everywhere. The office staff has never gave me trouble & the maintenance crew is awesome! I do wish they would accommodate the children with a play place instead of the tennis court.
I have lived here 14 months. Awesome office staff Sandra, Crystal and others I don’t know their names but my apt is very nice any maintanece issues I ever had they were fixed immediately same day. It is conviently near everything restaurants malls and stores. I recently had a job loss and I went to the office talked to Crystal and she was pleasantly nice and UDERSTANDING!! I kept in touch with them and they waved a month worth of late fees. I started back working and pd my rent in full almost two months worth!! I was never threatened harassed or bothered. The apt has a lot of amenities and great place to raise kids I never see kids playing or being disruptive I love my apt and all office staff Thank you Remington for being their at my time of need 5 stars you deserve it!!
Ive lived here for a year and I have to say its not as bad as these reviews have led it out to be. Im a college student working part time and with the price of rent you pay Id say its pretty on point. Its a clean complex with pretty nice staff. My one bedroom apartment has only given me a few troubles over the year and the main problem Ive experienced is almost every month my air conditioning/ heater will go out. The maintenance attempts to solve the problem permanently but cant. Every maintenance worker that Ive communicated with has told me the whole complex needs to have new air conditioners but cant afford it. Theyve told me everyone experiences this problem here. Also parking seems to be an issue, you dont have designated spots.. You just are told to park under the covered parking and they never have enough spots! With that being said its not all that bad... Ive felt nothing but welcomed and at home here. The main reason I picked this complex from the rest was due to the fact they have washer and dryers that come with some of the units! They have been great! Always worked for me.Also if you want dish or direct tv make sure you live in a apartment facing south. Otherwise the companies can not put the receivers to receive signal in permanently and management will tell you that you have to get charter tv.Dont knock it off completely until you try it!
I am simply writing this as the reviews on here are several years old, and frankly do not do the cmplex any justice. I live here currently with my little family of 3, and have for 9 months. The complex is not at all what these statements make it out to be. I enjoy my apartment, my neighbors, and the entire office and maintenance staff. They are always friendly, and greet my baby by name. They know who lives in the complex, and what apartment forthe most part. They are all helpful, my apartment has never had bugs with the exception of ants within my first 3 days living here. The staff sent in a exterminator immediatily and they were gone instantly. The pools are nice and clean, the parking is by permit, which is nice considering at plenty of other complexes you must fight for a spot whenever any neighbor has company. The location rocks, and is right near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. I will be renewing my lease and would suggest anyone to come to this community! It is a great place to live!
The mgmt is super friendly and professional actually treat you like family and cater to maintenance issues in a timely manner; pet friendly and the resident events throughout the year are pretty awesome. Weve had no issues living super cozy have made it home for my family. I would definitely recommend for those new or regular renters that are tired of being hassled by mgmt and you want a safe place to live .Everything is so close by at a walking distance or biking, running, choose your poison. This is the best place to rent in fort worth pretty affordable and great view. Roomy apartments, great size decks and a fireplace, good size kitchen.
Pretty pricey for the quality. The maintenance is always good but when I moved in there are a lot of damages to the apartment, that hopefully I wont have to pay for even though I put it on the move in sheet. Covered parking is a joke!! They do not enforce towing so who ever parks under covered when they dont even have a parking pass so I have to park 100 yards away from my apartment more than half the time. They turn the AC off in the gym after hours, so if you want to work out after office hours you will have a heat stroke. I get warnings for things I havent even done, they didnt send me first months rent and then said it was my fault I didnt ask for the amount even though I work the hours the office is open. I cant wait for my lease to be up.
I haven’t been by that place in 10 years, when I was 21 years old I was robbed and shot in the back at these apartments I feel 3 stories from the apartment building I was living in , at the time they where called remington hills apartments. I would one day like to go back to room 912 and maybe get over that horrible night I had the day after my 21st bday .I’m sure by now the security was up dated after what happened to me but I will never forget that night . This was 5/12/2011
Been here 2 years never had an issue until now communication with them is horrible first issue is they added a pet deposit and pet rent to our rent when we don’t have a pet. We did dog sit for my mother twice in which they said was a pet violation of $200 ok we are ok with paying that since we did violate the policy but there’s no reason to add a pet deposit and pet rent if we were just dog sitting. Then the property manager Crystal who wants to have a attitude said the maintenance man seen the dog over 3 months which is a lie and they can’t take it off and we can go to court. Last week they had a apartment inspection did you see a dog then “NO!” Second issue is our lease was up this month and told Sandra we wanted to do a apartment transfer months ago and was told to send paystubs that was all that was told. Called her repeatedly in the last 2 months asking what was going on with the transfer she said the same thing every time she hasn’t started on it or she will start it on this day that day. Called her again and was told she doesn’t have a deposit and the apartment we were wanting was leased to someone else. She never once said anything about a deposit. Once again they’re communication with information is horrible! And why do they have an apartment inspection every month?! Will be contacting corporate about these issues since they seem to not give a damn!
When we first moved here about a year ago the apts were decent. Now, not so very much. Cars drive super fast in the parking lot, almost hitting my daughter multiple times! Loud music in and around the apts. There is dog poop everywhere! It has changed tremendously so I do not recommend coming here. We also had a really bad ant problem! The smell of marijuana coming from the apts below us! Just all around this complex has gotten really ghetto!
Worst Apartment complex I have ever dealt with in MY LIFE. If you want an overpriced apartment that your water gets shut off FOUR times a month sometimes even electricity! They’ll all so kindly leave you a note at your door letting you know during the winter, you have more luck counting the days you have electricity & water than the ones you don’t! Take it from someone who lives here RIGHT NOW & cannot wait to move out. Woke up at 9 AM to get ready for work to take the coldest shower of my entire life. It gets even better because the staff knows how horrible this place is, that they don’t care one bit ! Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other apartment complex BUT this one!
Seriously. I live here and resigned my lease only because I am terribly cheap and the rent stayed the same. But come next summer, I am so gone because...- My water bill is ALWAYS $40-$50, even if I am not using that much (I live alone)!- During the summer, crickets are everywhere. EVERYWHERE.- My place is tiny and I have very little cabinet space.- Gayle (the manager) is a stupid jerk with a revolving door staff.- The fitness room is a joke. Nothing works.- The community programs are super annoying and run by an annoyng family.- I have had to call the police with noise complaints several times. Finally, while maintenance is responsive, they do shoddy work. There have been nails sticking up out of my carpet where it meets the hardwood floor since I moved in. They fixed it and I still stick my foot when I go into the kitchen.I see people moving out of here all the time. If you are a student who is never home and could care less, live here. If not, go elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is a nightmare since day one. The women in the office are completely incompetent. On FOUR occasions now we have been completely paid up on rent and they come back weeks later and say oh actually, we messed up, you still owe us X amount of dollars. THIS. IS. NOT.OKAY. If you ask anyone in the office a question their answer is I dont know. They consistently miscalculate bills and rent. They are rude and absolutely unprofessional. If you want to invest your money in a good scam, go ahead and rent here but if you want a nice place to live, dont waste your time.
I would advise to take caution when you see the price and locations. The old rumor of you pay for what is you get should be used without caution. The other renters are rude and disrespectful to noise levels.Do not invite any guest over, they will never have a place to park. The parking is not assigned, leading you to park two buildings away from yours. For a comparison to how old the place really is. I had to guess out my upstairs neighbors showering routine. So I could have hot water without the cold water fluctuation.Repairs are not fixed just covered up and left with a note from maintenance of how it can be altered and not fixed. The staff act as if they will take care of things you ask for and they do not. So if you like old style apartments with shady and loud neighbors and horrible parking then this is the place for you.
This place is a joke. I moved here in 2015, it seemed nice enough. Within the first year I had several water leaks, window leaks, a broken A/C and even a yellow jacket infestatation while I was gone on vacation. To kill the yellow jackets the maintenance man came in with flea fogger and a shoe. When it was time to renew my lease the first year they increased my lease by 40 dollars a month. I was stunned because I had never had an apartment increase my lease by that much. I resigned simply because the hassle and cost of moving wasnt worth it to me. The second year here was equally as terrible. Continued water leaks and now a mice infestation. When I called about the mice, I was told the exterminator could come and put down glue traps, which doesnt solve the issue. Surprisingly the feral cats in the complex dont keep the mice at bay. Now Ive just received my second renewal notice informing me that if I choose to resign my lease my rent will increase by 96 dollars, a grand total of 788.50 a month. Not including water, utilities, pet rent or mandatory renters insurance. Im appalled. Anyone that pays 788.50 to live in a 550 square foot dump is clearly clueless to the price and amenities of the neighboring apartments. I suggest looking into Hunters Green apartments, Cameron Creek, Watermarke or Enclave at City View.
I have lived in these apartments for almost two years and will be signing another lease. i have never had a bad experience with anyone here. the front of the complex is better by far which my be why i have no trouble. the worst thing is the pools get a bit loud in the summer. the ppl in the office are nice and the maintence guys are as well... never had an issue here.
The staff has been pleasant. HOWEVER, the apartments themselves are a wreck. Every couple of weeks the hot water goes out for days at a time. Very tough to deal with, especially during winter months. The PARKING is UNREAL. I believe my 5 week old daughter could have better designed the lot. The spaces are so close together that you have to squeeze out of your car because you can’t fully open the door due to being so close to the other cars next to you. The carports have poles that fit in between the cars as well. In these instances, you literally cannot open the door at all on that side. You will have to climb across your seats to get out on the other side. My wife and I have over 10k Worth of damage to vehicles due to them being hit. I’ve had my car less than a year. I bout it brand new with just 2 miles on it. So yo can IMAGINE how angry I am. I will be contacting the office to see how they will remedy this issue. If they are unwilling to, then I will be contacting my lawyer. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you care about your car. The garbage disposal, the stove, and the microwave ALL have been broken for almost a year. They send ppl out to “fix it” for months before they finally give in and replace them (which should’ve been done immediately). If you go to their website, they have a section for reviews there. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY ATTENTION. You will notice that there are reviews but no one is able to leave one on there themselves. This tells me that they are fake reviews just to help bring more residents/income. Find another place to stay. Save yourself the headache. AND 10k plus in auto damages.
Oh where do I begin? Maybe I should start with the rats, or maybe the rash two friends and I got from the pool. Besides those first two things, they waste water which we pay for by not fixing leaks, the heater is pretty sketchy considering it WONT shut off even when it reaches over 78, we had to move everything from our kitchen and pantry to our bedroom due to cockroaches and a lazy exterminator taking his sweet ass time, currently have no hot water for the second time this week, and last but not least how hard is it to keep sliding doors on track and fix a fricken gate or two. After all, it is supposed to be a “gated” complex, that is what we pay for. Needless to say, CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!! Not even worth 1 star.
We have been staying here for 9 months now. There are 3 pools in the whole complex and 2 of them have been closed for 2 months now. The one open pool is far from the building I stay in and it is a hassle to walk there w 2 kids when it is above 100 degrees outside. The pools have all the rules posted but there is no “no smoking” sign. Idk wth should my kids be exposed to a smoke in the pool area. The complex is not kid friendly. If you have kids and stoller then good luck to you to get in and out of the complex because there is only one pedestrian exit/entrance for the whole complex and if you dont stay on the left wing then you will have to make a big round. Yet to mention that there is no sidewalk in the complex. Also there is no playground. Most of the pet owners don’t pick up after their pets. The walls are flimsy. When someone walks above, I can clearly hear the stomping. I gave it two stars because of the friendly office/effective maintanence staff and a location.
So disappointed in these apts I been here since November everything have been fine until it got warm outside my AC then went out this weekend while I had family visiting me which I had put in a work order so many times I cant count i was thankful for the 24 HR maintenance guy he put in a small unit for the weekend I had been telling them all week something was wrong with the AC unit Im hoping this get fix quickly cause I love it here and had planned on not moving when my lease was up
In 1 month hot water went off 3 times. Manager is putting extra charge on you for different excuses. the laundery door has been broken since we moved in. the toilet clogged many times. above all these; when I talked to manager on the phone about some problems; she said: Ill talk to Gudge about you. :) like Gudge is her toy! we realy are regret of moving to this complex.
Do not live here! They are the type of apartment complex that the maintenance will put duct tape on it and call it fixed. The appliances are older than me (NO LIE) the microwave was made June 1986 and my A.C. Which brings me here today is for the 80s as well. Every summer I spend at least two night with absolutely no air. When the guy comes it works for a month before hes right back. If they are will to cut these corners after constant complaining I can only image the issues others are having.
Unless you enjoy coming home to unannounced renovations in your apartment, don’t rent here. This renovation process has been very poorly managed and it is absolutely unacceptable. My water has been shut off for FOUR HOURS due to this. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.
The pool is closed more than it is open. 100 degrees this week and the pool is closed AGAIN. These arent luxury apartments, but I feel like Im paying for one without any amenities. The security gate works half the time and the rest it is wide open. Im not sure why even have a gated community. Im pretty disappointed
The change was bumpy but they did what they could they are human and staff is doing what they can! I love this place and never had a problem. There’s never gonna be a perfect place! My kids have been raised here on property and never had an issue & maintained here is awesome 👏🏼
Foundd this place online listed at 700-799 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Called and asked about it and had that price confirmed. Scheduled a walked through to see the apartments and when we walked in the prices were magically impossible to get under 850 a month. They are liars and I wouldnt trust them with a bag of trash
Searched this area and seems to have a lot to offer. Walked in and met w friendly sales staff Savanna who showed apartment and answered all my questions. Living here during my time I have dealt w office staff who have always helped me w what ever questions I might have. Friendly staff!
The worst!! I moved and after I told them Im a veteran they shut me out! They said I had over $200 of fees. They didnt charge me until i told them I am a veteran. They have no love for their country. Worst company in the world.. I served 1.5 years in Iraq and they blamed me for it. The worst
Seriously do not live here!!! the maintenance guys have entered my apartment 3 times WITHOUT my consent and have stolen my apple tablet, a few video games, and movies. When I tried to confront them about it, they lied and said I told them they could enter. Have several documents proving them wrong and I will be taking them to court!!!
I wouldn’t give it a 1 star don’t move here Chelsea should never be in there working she has a problem with people of color the lady can not hide it savanna you there for the free rent lady crystal you rude also look at the reviews don’t care about nothing but some money cause I know if someone would not go to jail baby I’m just saying DONT MOVE HERE the front office is a mess u can tell what’s life like after work sad for them lol lol lol DO NOT MOVE HERE
I would suggest not to take this place, some of the manager dont know how to handle their resident people who stayed more years.. ... if you leave this place what ever bill charged you have to pay ... should not ask clarification... just pay and go otherwise you will be treated like anything... no respect from this place...
If you want to get shot live here . They allow gangs to live here . Because of that these gangs shot the place up over a bad drug deal. This happened in the middle of the day while children were playing . Lucky nobody was killed . Only one lady was hurt because she fell due to all of the excitement . This just happened . They are now raising the rent . Trust me dont do it .
I SEE THAT THERE ARE A FEW REVIEWS IN THAT WASNT UP TO PAR AS FAR AS OTHER RESIDENTS WERE CONCERNED. BUT IVE BEEN HERE GOING ON 13YEARS AND IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS THE STAFF WERE VERY VERY COURTEOUS AND TOOK CARE OF THEM. JUST LIKE ANYWHERE ELSE IT TOOK A LITTLE TIME BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY TAKEN CARE OF IN A PROPER TIME AND MANNER.....

2022-01-21I’m really enjoying my one bedroom apartment. I been here since November. Thanks to Alexis for giving me a wonderful virtual tour and getting me moved in. Did not take more than two days to get approved. Hopefully I can upgrade to a two bedroom next year. Love that the gym is 24 hours. The people above me are loud and I need some more space.

2022-02-13This gated community was absolutely beautiful! I felt safe in my home and was blown away by the number of events (for all ages) that they organized for the community. I have never experienced so much appreciation for the tenants!! The team in the rental office were so kind and welcoming! A special shout-out to Sandy who made my big boy feel special. Looking for the perfect place to make your home? THIS is the place!!!

2022-06-17The day I got the goggles n wanted to test them, pools were closed. They dont clean the only pool left. Its so dirty that nobody swims in it.Theyre cleaning/inspecting pools, so theyre closed till further notice letting me burn up even more. I so wish I could sue them for not taking care of a pool that hasnt been cleaned for longer than ive been here,so us people in their property can cool off. The person inspected the pool says we dont do that pool, how about I sue them to teach em a lesson about taking better of their property and people. Yes I live here. I love the apartment I live I and our community, but when they dont take care if part of their property n better care of their tenants, especially in the summer, of course they deserve to be sued. I many not have the money but I care about the people that live alongside me. Do live here at your own risk.

2022-03-23Ive lived here for almost eleven years. Its basically quiet, clean, and family friendly. Sandy Waltz ( assistant manager) has been there with me all the way. All of the staff are very accommodating , and the maintenance crew, lead by Mo, are always friendly and ready to take care of your needs. This is my home.

2022-06-30Pros:1. washer/dryer included2. AWESOME maintenance team led by Mo, great guy!3. Sandy is great. Shes fair and she cares.Cons:1. securitys a joke because gates are always broken/open.2. Outdated cheap details like vertical blinds, mirrored doors on tracks, rickety patio screen doors that dont lock, bathroom fan is useless and rickety.3. My building had no hot water for 3 weeks but they gave no discount, which would have been the right thing to do. I had to boil water in a pot for THREE weeks and drag it to the tub to bathe. Does this sound like luxury living?4. Mandatory fees are horrible, especially the monthly renters insurance and HOA fee. Renters should not have to pay a HOA fee!5. Pools look nice but are never open. Havent swam since Sept 2021. Why have them if theyre never open? There is ZERO sense of community. On a good note its usually quiet. And its a great location off 20 and eat it get anywhere. So theres that. 🙄

2021-12-01Symone, is great! She was my leasing agent, I absolutely loved her very attentive and sweet. I loved the complex esp the gym it is really nice and has an array of equipment. The landscaping is nice and valet trash is super convenient. The inside of my apartment was extremely nice. I loved the kitchen especially and extra sink in the laundry room. I don’t have pets but they have plenty of doggie bag stations which I love but you can’t control you tenants. They do, do a good job regulating it though. This complex is very “family” oriented and have lots of events for from giving out food to pool parties and more.I had to break my lease due to my job (relocated to Oregon) and they made the process extremely easy and was very accommodating. If I were to move back to Texas and come to this area I would def start here!Would like to add when I communicated with them about having to break my lease they sent me way to help pay my rent! Before they knew the reason, I really appreciated that, shows they really care about the residents!

2022-04-27I’ve lived here before and enjoyed my time there. I went back now that I’ll be moving in a single unit and I was completely ignored when I came in the office. A current resident started telling me how the apartments are now the good and bad. When I was acknowledged she told me it’ll be awhile before I can talk to you. I was baffled that they’re run like this now. I will not be returning, I thought y’all were better than that. PS everyone that was waiting was black…
