These guys just want to sell you once, they really dont care if you come back. Went back so they could fix our the lights that stoped working after 4months and made us come back 8 times. Because their tech guy was busy Waste of time.
These people buy their items from a warehouse down the street and resell at a price that is murder. They dont care about their customers only care about money. Nothing is american made not even their employees.

2020-09-30If you are thinking of changing your light fixtures at your home or business and saving energy at the same time, this is the place you should pay a visit to. LED king has a wide variety of LED lights and fixtures with accessories. They are the wholesale distributor for LED lights. My visit to this store was quite a success.

2019-07-25We placed another order for more lights and we payed for it and they told us it will be ready by Tuesday. We go in on Tuesday to pick up the lights and they say they can’t find the order. This is after a week of waiting and driving 45+ minutes to get to the store. Then they looked deeper and found the order. They then asked us to pay because it showed we didn’t pay even though we got a receipt from them and showed it as proof. They tried milking us for money. Eventually after a while they said come back Thursday to get the lights it will be ready for sure. They called on Thursday saying it’s ready and come to pick it up whenever. Friday we go to the store.. drive another 45 minutes to the store and they say they don’t have it in. What kind of service is this? This is not how a business should be ran. Terribly dissatisfied with their service and how they handled everything. Wasted our time money and gas. Their only answer to everything is “I’m sorry.” Haven’t has this bad of an experience in a long time.

2018-02-15Several weeks ago when I called to place the order on lights for the outside of the church, I asked them when we would get our lights if I ordered today. He said the moment I pay for it by credit card over the phone, they will send the lights today and we will get it the next day. They lied. Because they never had the lights in stock to begin with. They never called us to tell us the lights are not in stock and that they will have to order it from another country. At any rate, several days past and we still did not get the lights. So we kept calling to see whats going on. The company gave us the run around. Finally, they said we would get the lights by February 9, and when we didnt, they said, Feb 12. I asked for proof that the lights were shipped (such as tracking) and they could not provide that. This has been a terrible time waster. We could have ordered our lights from an honest, reputable company, but after a month, still no lights. We cancelled the order. I dont recommend this company!

2017-09-27I agree with other reviews that they only care about their money. They gave me an incorrect quote and only did partial job, now that we have the funds to finish the job they will not return my emails or calls. Jeff Ali is very rude and unprofessional.
