Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry at La Cantera is absolutely FIRST CLASS in customer service! The staff make it a point to get to know me as a person and to provide individualized attention to my needs. I recently inherited my late fathers Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date, and April has been fantastic in helping me get it properly serviced so I can honor my dads memory when I wear it. She was also incredibly attentive in helping me select the perfect Visconti writing instrument as a promotion gift for a friend. Additionally, she helped me acquire an exquisite Tudor Black Bay 36 that Ive had my eye on, and Im really enjoying it. As Ive also expressed my interest in purchasing a Rolex Explorer to mark the completion of my doctorate along with other significant milestones this past year, both April and Annabelle have been outstanding when it comes to communicating with me during the process. I look forward to someday adding the Explorer as a very special piece in my collection. Does Lee Michaels want my business? Judge for yourself. Last year I asked the store to put on my profile that I’m looking for a Turquoise 36mm Oyster Perpetual ladies watch and the salesperson said it will be in my profile. I visited this store early this year and my profile has not been updated. On this visit, I even wrote my information of what I’m looking to include in my profile. Today, I visited the store. I asked Jessica if she could look in my profile if it’s been updated that I’m looking for above watch. Still nothing. She said she will update it. Maybe third time is a charm. However, while talking to her, out of the blue, Jessica asked another salesperson for the price of the watch even though I did not ask for it. I took it as can this lady afford this watch? All this time I have waited for nothing since my profile had not been updated and also, a very subtle way to tell a customer that this watch might be out of my reach. So does the store really want my business? You judge.

Walked in and was greeted by a security guard before any employees, keep in mind there was two lady employees having a conversation with each other right at the entrance. We walked all the way in and back to the front and still not even an acknowledgement from anyone. We were ready to buy a 1500$ pair of earrings but we’ll be taking our money elsewhere. First and last time ever going into a Lee Michael’s terrible customer service

Every time I go to Lee Michaels at La Cantera the customer service is horrible. I gave them a few tries, thinking maybe some of the associates are having a bad day, but no, they really are horrible. They treat you in a very condescending manner, and are very unprofessional and rude. I did not experience this at the Lee Michael’s at the North Star mall location. It’s unfortunate that the sales team at the La Cantera location behave in such a degrading manner. This has happened not just with me but with my other two sisters as well. It’s safe to say that I will never return to this store. Also, it is poor quality jewelry. The Rolex that I got from there always unsnaps, and one of the diamonds fell off a ring that I got just 13 months ago. The absolute worst.

I had an issue with Lee Michaels in La Cantera. I was extremely dissatisfied, and I vowed to never return. HOWEVER, that all has changed. I Spoke to Mr.Berg the owner of Lee Michaels, and we spoke in great detail about the service I received. I just had my second great experience with in two weeks of eachother here at Lee Michael’s. I visit often to window shop and always get the same friendly and great service. And as I expected I got the same great care and service when I made a purchase. I bought one time piece for my brother one week and another for myself the following. My sales associate Avey Kuar was fantastic from beginning to end. She even shipped a watch in from another store just so that my brother could compare the two dial colors. Two weeks later I get a call from her giving me the good news about my watch becoming available. It was great experience and I thank her and Lee Michael’s for the customer service and quality experience for both my family and myself.

Went in to Lee Michael’s to talk about watches. I had some questions about Watches and getting something special for myself. I spoke with Jessica about what I was looking for and what aesthetics I enjoyed about certain watches. She put me on a couple that I absolutely love. I couldn’t decide between the two I narrowed it down to, so I left to look into them and come back with a decision. Terrible experience. These people are either rude or incompetent. I took my Rolex to be fixed/serviced and I was dismissed and told ‘good luck’ because they thought my watch was not genuine. Almost felt like I brought a stolen watch. Turns out the bezel/dial is extremely rare- so again- rude or incompetent. I highly recommend Korman Fine Jewelry in Austin. They recognized the make model and provided excellent service.

This was the first place my sister and I went to look for engagement rings. She had no idea what she was looking for and we were entirely clueless about finding the right fit for her. We walked into Lee Michaels and Teresa Benedetti immediately took us under her wing. She made us feel at home and spent almost half an hour talking to us about diamonds, settings, and finding the right ring. She encouraged my sister to try on a variety of rings and spoke to her about her general style and what her day to day life is like. With this in mind, she picked out several settings and cuts we never would have even considered, but we ended up finding something perfect. Ms. Victoria Beavers is an awesome manager at Lee Michaels jewelry store. She personally helped my boyfriend find the perfect birthday gift for me and when he surprised me at the store with the purchase Victoria took the time to go over all the details of the beautiful ring walking us through the process of sizing the ring and future maintenance. She also took the rings I was wearing and checked the diamonds and cleaned them while we were in the store. My mother and I had a 14k gold ring that we needed to get polished and engraved. We called multiple jewelers around the la cantera/rim area, and nobody would do the job. We called Lee Michaels and they said they had no problem looking at the ring to see if it will be compatible with engraving machine. Luckily, it was and they were able to polish the ring on site! It looks beautiful and only took maybe 5 minutes. Highly recommend them!!!
April was wonderful. I am a little indecisive and finicky, but April kept showing me things that were more and more in my wheelhouse. She is fun to work with, creates no pressure at all, and really tries hard to see where the client is coming from.
We bought a wedding band here because the saleswoman was so helpful and professional. There was a clear difference between here and every other jewelry store we visited. Everywhere else we were rushed and pushed and pressured and subjected to all the typical sales tactics. Here we were treated like normal people, given time and space, and given the info needed to make a decision. I would definitely shop here again.

I went to the store inquiring about the repairs on my watch and a lady said let me take a look at it. Within a matter of 10-15 minutes she came back and it was fixed. The buckle was not working and I for sure thought I had to leave it for a repair. In addition to the speddy process she said I had to pay nothing! She was super nice and I totally recommend Lee Michaels they have gorgeous items!!

April gave us possibly the worst customer service of my lifetime. She all but called my wife white trash when she went in to ask a few simple questions about getting her jewelry professionally inspected and cleaned. my wife was told by one man that they didn’t clean jewelry,and then April looked her up and down and then grimaced as if she was auditioning for the frumpy mall employee from “Pretty Woman”. My wife was wearing her “daily wear” jewelry and not her fine jewelry, and she not only got judged for it, but was repeatedly asked to identify the brands of jewelry she owned. Sorry she didn’t get decked out... April... but you work in the mall, get over yourself.
I had a watch issue and went to La Cantera to get it fixed at Tourneau. Unfortunately Tourneau closed some time back and I was unaware, so I decided to go across the way to Lee Michaels and was very impressed. First of all, my Wife and I were in very casual attire and we were not prejudged. Second the professionalism and courtesy afforded us by Teresa Benedetti was exemplary. She reassured us that the watch issue could be taken care of and let us know that if we could not achieve satisfaction by going back through the manufacturer that Lee Michaels would take good care of us in that regard.I did not make a purchase there no did I plan to as I was simply trying to get my watch fixed. Incidentally, I did send the watch back and it was replaced under warranty, but Teresa made such an impression on me that I wanted to share the experience with others. I would not recommend this location at all. I’ve been into this store several times and each time the staff is rude and unhelpful. I even called the store manager yesterday because I was so upset. I’ll continue going to North Star even though it’s out of the way. There’s a reason the North Star location is always packed and the La Cantera one isn’t. I will not be back here, they don’t deserve my business or anyone else’s.

I shop at the LaCanterra Store and purchased a fine watch Feb of 2020.I have had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Ms. Victoria Beavers on that ocassion and recently my watch needed to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and of course she assisted me.I can only say that Victoria does what she says and holds up my expectation of customer service! Because the process at the manufacturer facility is a it out of everyones control, she was wonderful in keeping me informed. She didnt say so, but I think she may have had some part in getting it back 2 weeks sooner.She is a pro and delightful to work with.

Just stopped by to see if Lee Michaels would tighten a bracelet screw that came loose. I went into the store awaited for the sales lady to finish with her customer...8-10 minutes. Given that all the pieces out were exhibition only did seem like a long time. The salesperson Jeanie did take the watch and tighten the screw and gave me.back the watch...everytime prior the salesperson asked if I would.like the timepiece cleaned as a courtesy. So I requested the cleaning and it was brought back to me looking great. Awful experience....3 Rolexs purchased from Lee Michael and several pieces of jewelry other times the experience was much better...here are a few things ....1. Greet the customer when they enter the store2. Given the choice between doing more or less for the customer...Do more3. Customer Loyalty is earned one visit at a time...
The first time I went into Lee Michaels was not the best experience. Ive been back in store 3 or 4 times for various reasons and everyone is so polite and welcoming. They are an excellent store.

2022-08-23Absolutely an incredible place. Let me tell you that this isnt my first time dealing with a jewelry/watch place. Ive created friendships at other places, but not one like Ive made here. This is a lifelong one. I stopped by one day to demonstrate my interest in a SS/Gold Submariner. If youve been to other Rolex places, you know they pretty much brush you off. Not here, even though they didnt have one, Anabelle (the wonderful passionate lady that helped me) took the time to talk to me, to know my story, my life, passion, etc. You can tell she truly enjoys her job and is passionate about it. Well, she put me on the list for it, and we became friends :). Came back a few more times and she also helped me find something Ive been wanting to get for a while - a gold 18k necklace. Been loving that ever since. Well last week she gave me that heavily expected call that she had gotten the watch Ive been waiting for!! Dropped what I was doing and went to see her. Oh man we spent another long time talking, trying on the watch and just catching up. Lee Michaels has earned my business and Ive found what Ive always wanted - a place I can be loyal to. Go see Anabelle shes amazing. With that being said, I dont think I exchanged names with other employees but they were all extremely nice and warm. Thank you to everyone at the store! :) See you soon!

It’s been hard to find certain items through the pandemic and supply shortages, but they’ve always stayed on top of things the best anyone can expect. I was fortunate today to land me a new yacht master II. They always make an effort to bring their customers what they want.

She put me on a list to get a GMT as a retirement gift. I got my watch fast and it was a pleasant experience as should be spending this much money. 2022-05-04We had an amazing experiance at Lee Michaels. We were able to be lucky enough to purchase a Rolex for my wife and made her birthday one to never forget! Victoria Was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Even more amazing was the rest of her staff in the store checking on us, Getting us waters, and taking the time to also show us items. The whole store just runs amazing and you can tell they really care about their customers. We will be lifetime customers.

2022-05-31My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Lee Michael’s. I got my very first Rolex from Victoria. I was blown away and blessed. She made it over the top special for me. We will definitely be back to shop with her more. Thanks to Victoria and her team we walk in every time and get excellent service. Both locations are very warm and inviting. The wonderful thing about Lee Michael’s is they have a wide variety of jewelry, watches, pens, and etc. I fell in love with this Marilyn Monroe pen. We will definitely be back. Honestly the best buying experience I’ve had in my life, Jessica has taken care of me on multiple occasions, including having my jewelry cleaned and serviced. Her follow up is tremendous, her courtesy, and most of all people skills are the reason I keep coming back. 2022-07-22Stopped into this store today to see what watches were available. Was greeted immediately by a professional and courteous sales employee (Cody). Was shown some different watches and had a great discussion. Was not planning on purchasing anything initially, but ended up purchasing a new Tudor! Very happy with the quality and level of service provided. 10/10 do recommend.

Anabelle was able to help him purchase his dream watch and it truly made his entire year. Ive never seen him so excited and it was awesome to watch him proudly wear it.
