We have been using Liberty pest Control for 2 years. Things have been ok. We moved to Mansfield and had some strange bugs on a wall come out of a plug on outside wall so we send pictures and they come check it out and say there is nothing. This weekend I walk in from out of town. Everything looks ok then a cloud of 10,000 bugs appear in the room I had them inspect. It took 3 hours to clean up all the bugs. They look like termites witch I was so concerned about is why I had them thourly check out 8-9 months ago. Now they will not call us back. They appear to not be professionals. Just take your money and squirt some stuff on baseboards. They are horrible
I called this company for some work I needed at a commercial job site to do a termite pretreatment . They could not do the work but put me in contact with a man who did a great job. Very nice people that care.

2022-06-11We have been customers for around 5-6 yrs & pay for them to come out quarterly. This year, I dont know what happened, but service is questionable to poor.They charged us for service in May, but we had to call to schedule service because they never called us. They should have come in May for service, since that would have been 4mths from Jan, but never called.The guy that came out today, came in an unmarked vehicle & no uniform(this is a 1st - every tech before came in a company truck w/ a uniform.)We dont even think he sprayed our entire house & where he did spray, he didnt spray the baseboards, he sprayed the wall from halfway up so we had spray dripping down our walls. 2 of our bathrooms were left untouched, 2 bedroom had a small section sprayed & 1 bedroom had spray running down the wall in a small area and HE SPRAYED THE DOG BOWLS! They werent even next to the wall, but he sprayed in away (where the wand was away from the wall & a good 2ft in the air) that it fell onto the bowls. He sprayed the fireplace for some reason & in turn sprayed my purse.He then goes outside where he spent maybe a total of 5 min (2000 Sq ft house w/ .28 acres). Checked the video cameras & he doesnt spray the foundation at all, he douses ALL of the flowers & shrubs (which I had to chop them ALL down to prevent pollinators from getting to), sprays down the entire right side of the house near the ac unit, but never the foundation. He sprayed around some windows, but never the foundation. He didnt even put the granules in our yard..... Which we pay for. We pay for the interior baseboards, foundation & yard granules. They have only 1 time knocked down wasps nests & the tech thst did it that time said it should be done at every visit, along with sweeping down webs such. It was only done once by that tech & never before or after.Completely unsatisfied w/ the service we received today. Will be calling Monday to cancel.Attached pics of the walls and before & after of my flowers.

2021-11-03I recommend Liberty! I had them come to a commercial property due to bees and wasp. Dispatch called gave me ETA and letting me know they were in route. Did an inspection and then gave me quote. Told them yes and stated they could do it same day. Performed his job, explained to me the issue and how to prevent it, then asked if everything look good then requested payment. They take cash and card. Nothing but positive things to say about this business and staff.

2021-06-04I have been using LPC for several years. Amy is one of the many reasons I’m loyal. Every time I call it’s like talking to an ole friend, I don’t know how she always remembers me! Best service in DFW! Fees are super reasonable. I don’t always make good choices, but doing business with Amy and LPC was one of them!

2019-12-13Liberty takes care of our home with regularity and commitment. I dont have to worry about creepy crawlies until they are legs up! They are diligent about making sure we get the service we pay for. And I love that I can pay as I go, monthly or all at once for a year and not worry about it.

2017-07-07I found out about Liberty Pest Control through my In-Laws. They have been with Liberty Pest Control for over 12 years. When we got our own home, we still chose this company. We have been with them for 9 years. Dustin is my favorite! He always makes you laugh, loves on your fur babies, child friendly, and does the job right. Best pest control company available!

2018-06-18Wes Gann at Liberty Pest Control came to my home and spent more than 1-3/4 hours learning my concerns about the different pests in and around my home. Wow, was I impressed with his patience, listening and knowledge. He also shared ways I could do some self control of pests since I prefer to do things naturally and organically. I was also impressed with the amount of control spray used. Top notch service! Within a few hours I noticed the absence of pests. I will definitely refer them. Thanks again Wes, you are a gem!

2015-04-14I found out about Liberty Pest Control through word of mouth from a friend when I found ants in the house I had just moved into... and I am glad I did. The gentleman that came out to take care of the ant issue I *had* was very professional, courteous, clean and extremely knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain what kind of ants they were and some potential issues that helped explain why they decided to take up residence in my new house!Most importantly he took care of my ant problem promptly and completely. In fact, they have not returned after nearly 5 years. I recently hired Liberty again for a general maintenance/checkup treatment and was reminded of just how nice it was to work with a company that delivers a service beyond what is expected. I wish more companies were this good. Good enough to compel me to even write a review... which I rarely do.
