This Lockaway Storage is by far the best one I’ve used. Staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. I’ve used this location several times over the past several years. Will keep coming back when I have a storage need.
Great customer service, Jordan goes above and beyond to assist.We just recently leased out a second unit and Frank was just as helpful.The facility/grounds are always clean, well lit at night and I feel my belongings are well kept here.
Lockaway was there for me when I loss my mother and had to clean out her house on short notice. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional over the nearly three years I had the unit. The facility is easily accessible and clean. Thank you.
Just moved out of my locker but the service and price here is unparalleled. Jordan always took care of us and you can tell he takes pride in this facility. I never had any issues here. I really recommend everyone Looking for storage to check out this spot. Ill be back if I ever need storage again.
I am very happy with Jordan and Lockaway Storage! I give them 5 STARS from the time I walked in there. I have friends and family that use them for storage space and trust them implicitly. These folks are trustworthy and honest and will tell you everything upfront (with no gimmicks). Lockaway is also very well maintained/clean, and everyone on the property is very respectful.I recently used a large (big box) storage in town that used a bait and switch tactic to get me in the door and gave me a special. They told me that my rate would be guaranteed for at least a year. Not long after that I saw a lot more of their storages popping up and wondered how they are affording all this real estate. Within 4 months of moving in they raised my rent almost $40/month and went back on their word. After all the work and expense to get a rental truck to move into that storage, I moved far-far away from those folks. I am so glad I found Jordan and his team!
Marc helped my cousin and I so well. Gave the best deal and was extremely nice. An extremely refreshing experience with someone who kept conversation and was generally nice all around. Not trying to push the sale but was focused on explaining the rates thoroughly that immediately sold us. A fun guy to meet and do business with. Highly recommend this location.
This is my second time renting a unit from Lockaway storage. Mark & Sandy are awesome and friendly. So glad Mark does walk around inspections I was notified immediately that I didn’t put my lock correctly. They offer the best prices and one month free. I would highly recommend Lockaway storage.
Used the place twice now. They have prices that cant be beat, great location, great customer service and its always clean. Leon Valley is trying to crack down on them for bands practicing in the units they rent but screw that. I heard bands more than once and you couldnt even hear them outside the building. Screw Leon Valley this place is great.
This Lockaway Storage location is FANTASTIC! The facilities are clean, new, well-maintained, and well-managed. Marc was EXCELLENT in customer service and attended us professionally and courteously at all times. He informed us completely regarding all aspects of the storage facilities and did so with great charisma and personality. I would highly recommend this place!!!!
Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Mark is great at what he does and really makes you feel like he cares to help. Not many people like that anymore. We will definitely be using lock a way storage again.
With already the stress of having to move, I was dreading the process of having to get a storage unit..Customer service at storage places always seems to be a bit or miss, well I can honestly say that my experience at the Lockaway storage was amazing! Quick service, It felt like I was in and out of there, Michelle (who was the rep assisting me) was polite, friendly, and professional. She explained the process and made it easy to understand and all with a smile. Ill deff be referring family and friends to this location. 5 stars!
Fantastic! Great customer service. I didnt feel rushed and Marc was there to answer all of my questions. Its a beautiful storage unit since its brand new, it cant get any better than that. You guys have earned my business for many years to come, thanks for a pleasant experience!

This place is so clean and in state-of-the-art condition. The manager Mark G there is friendly and takes his time explaining everything that you are getting into with a low pressure sales pitch that kind of sells itself really. The units are awesome and as a musician it is definitely a huge help to be able to have a place like this. I recommend this place to anyone who is a musician and wants top of the line security for whatever it is that they may be storing. Its really awesome!
Excellent storage facility with outstanding customer service! While everyone there is helpful and nice I have found Jordan to go above and beyond in genuinely helping the customer in anyway that he can. Additionally, the facility is safe and in a excellent location thats close to everything.
Marc did a great job of taking care of us! He gave me a promotion that I wasnt aware of. He is an honest guy that really takes care of his customers. If I could rate him higher, than I would!
I used the phone app to find a storage room and reserved it right away. Got the best rate available because I did search around. Once I arrived the process was so super easy and quick. And to top it off I love my storage room! Clean , well lit and the service was 5 stars for sure.Thanks Mark !

The gentleman was extremely helpful, attentive, efficient in providing me with all the directions of how to use a storage and the paperwork was explained thoroughly. I had never I used a storage facility before but if I knew it was going to be as nice and easy as this facility I would have a long time ago. Michelle was an amazing help helping me decide what I needed as well as walking me through the entire process. If you need a facility anywhere near bandera road I definitely recommend this Lockaway Storage. Make sure to ask for Michelle!!

The management team at Lockaway @ Bandera is extremely helpful and intentional on ensuring youre comfortable with the storage unit youre getting. Plus, the facility is still brand new so many of the units have never been used making them spotless, free of pests, and ready for whatever youre ready to begin storing with them. Oh and if you have any issues, talk to Marc. Hes the property manager and dedicated to you being confident in your decision to store with Lockaway!
Friendly staff the complains that I have is that they require insurance to rent there. If the unit needs repair they require for you to give them the key for the lock. I had bad experiences with things like that because some people dont have respect and break something or take something that they like.

Best musician friendly spot in town. The worst part about this place is other musicians that can be jerks at times, but for the most part everyone is respectful. Clean bathrooms, nice staff, secure facility.

Chevis, an employe at Lockaway, referred me to this location and let me know that there was a promotion that would save me money on my first month. When I came to Lockaway Bandera Mark was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all my needs and concerns. He greets customers by name and genuinely cares about their needs. The management here is awesome.....I feel great storing my personal al effects here. I would highly recommend this location to store your stuff. Ive used other storage units in the area and none of them come close in price, availability and access.CHECK RHEM OUT FIRST YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
My daughter got for the unit for us. Brand new facility. As we moved out things in the unit, we got to meet the facility managerMarc. Asked if we needed help with anything, let us use the dolly that was available for tenants.Later on we found out later that they also have units with electricity. Come to find out there are several Bands that rehearse there. So my husband I got a unit for our band. We have met some really great musicians there young and old. Up coming and old school. From Rock-n-roll, speed metal, thrash and funky alternative, i dont know what to call it. But all in all, its clean, well lit, 24 hour survallliace. And everyone that plays there helps keep an eye on each others units.I highly recommend this facility to all Bands who need a place to rehearse. This is your place to JAM. And store your things.So, if you decide to rent a unit there. Let them know that Ace Gill and Linda sent you. Enjoy and have fun.

My unit got burglarized , when spoke to the office about the after filing a pilice report and everything , the staff offered no help no info no videos , they just handed me their insurance information, I called their insurance company ( that they made pay for) the gave nothing but promises of investigation , its been a month and yet no answer no info no reimbursement for the lose , I ended up moving somewhere else !
I spoke with cheves and he saved me money by sending me over here. Marc was very professional and nice. He explained everything to me and help out. I enjoyed my at experience here.
Ive recently got a storage at this location staff is great and helpful only negative things Id say for me would be no dolly available within reach since my storage is on a higher level theres not one provided within that building at all times, also its not accessible 24hrs thats kinda of a down fall but I took the unit here at this location because it was easily accessible for the area Im at and they had a good special and a great monthly rate compared to others I looked at ...
This place hooked it up, and did a wonderful job helping me out. Marc took his time walking through 3 floors and helping my situation as best as he could. This place was wonderful and completely wonderful

Well gee, I rent the unit and surprise.....I can ask them to print out a couple sheets on their printer.....I feel like I have an office almost......cant beat that. It saved me a trip to office depot or wherever. Im not going anywhere else. Occasional help makes the world go round huh.

I least a storage unit here at this lockaways storage location...For it bring pretty brand new I was quite impressed with the whole layout and the way it looks...I was even more impressed with Mark G the gentleman who works at the front desk who showed me around the property and answered any questions I had before leasing...I walked out feeling real happy and comfortable about leasing here at lockaways storage...Im looking forward to being here for a bit and glad to know that I feel comfortable about leasing here...Thank you

2022-04-18I just rented a spacious 10x15 unit with drive up access for a very decent price along with a promo for % off the first two months. I reserved online, walked in and met JJ who was very friendly and showed me the unit. He also advised me of the online rental process that gives you a free lock (approx $13 value). I really appreciate it as Im moving out of my apartment because I need to save money so everything is going in storage. The unit was clean, the property was too and the location is great. I hope to have a good lease with them.

2022-05-10Rented a storage unit in this place for a temporary time. Highly recommend this place the property manager was great on top when I forgot to put a lock he put one for me. And when I was checking out with the last of the items he didn’t charge me the extra as I hear other horror stories about how much they were charging unit rentals. I will use them again for sure! I even passed 3 other locations of rentals where I could have taken my things.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! A+ 👍🏼

2022-07-15This place is amazing along with outstanding customer service! I am handicap and Mario went out of his way to get me easy access to my storage unit. I also met the Regional Manager and he offered compassionate assistance to any questions and help I may need. Im a returning customer and I will recommend Lockaway to friends and family any time! I just hope the climate control area was a little cooler considering thats what customers are paying extra for.

2022-06-30Place is fairly well kept, minus the occasional RV same one every time that parks along the back fence and stays there overnight and people stay there. They have now taken away the dumpster so no more dumping your trash after cleaning your stuff out. If you use it there is a fine of $100. I think its a bit ridiculous to take away the dumpster at the rates they charge now. They arent cheap. And if you use their insurance youre paying 12 bucks for renters insurance when you can go elsewhere and get it for half the price. I recommend this place needs to get a dumpster then for the renters since the current one is going to be used for office use only. And for the people that like to dump mattresses and couches in it fine them the $100 but when we want to throw regular trash or cardboard in the dumpster we shouldnt be fined for using it.

2021-09-20I cant express enough how much I love this place. The property is very well kept, always clean and not once have I had a bad experience. From the very first day I rented a storage unit. I got the best customer service and just the very best price, and there are several locations available around the lovely city of San Antonio. I would highly recommend this awesome company to anyone who has doubts about storage units as I once did. That is until I found Lock Away Storage. I wont mention any names, but I had rented once with there competitor, and was taken vantage of. I almost lost everything I had owned to that other company. Fot their own mistakes mind you. Please, if youre looking for an honest, clean, friendly, safe, reasonably priced indoor and outdoor units? I would highly recommend this splendid company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to all the dedicated, delightful employees who have gone ubove and beyond to make my every experience more than pleasant.

2021-09-15I was told I had 2 days to move and has a 3bdrm home to clear out and store. Luckily, I found this storage had the best rates closest to my area. I got 2 months half off ( which is perfect bc plan to only need for 2.5 months) and paid about $60 a month less than the other places. I have another storage unit thats much smaller for $30 more ! I was on a time crunch so was relieved when Jennifer called and handled the registration process over the phone. Withn 10min I had my storage unit # and didnt even have to leave work! Definitely recommend this place if you need professional, fast service and good rates.

2017-09-30Had a great experience with Marc I was looking to get a bigger storage. I collect old arcade games so space is a premium. He listen to what I needed the space for and found me something in my budget. Great customer service here
