I took my Tissot watch here to have the inside mechanism fixed. She gave it back to me with a broken wrist band pin, which she refused to acknowledge, let alone fix. They lost my business.Update 1 month later:My watch has stopped working. Do not take your expensive watch to this place, they will just take your money. An honest professional had told me that he could not work on my watch, that I needed to send it to Tissot for repairs. I didnt listen and came to this place. They took my money and made my watch worse.
Amazing watch repair place. I have an automatic Seiko diver (also known as the Black Monster) that quit working a while back. When I called Seiko they mentioned that they can repair it but it would take 2 to 6 months so I started looking for places locally. Most place wouldnt even look at it as they cant work on automatic/mechanical watches and the ones that wanted to work on it said theyll have to send it out. I was about to give up and buy another watch but then stumbled upon this hidden gem of a store!I walked in and mentioned to the owner that my Seiko stopped working, he took it and inspected it and within 2 minutes pointed out a loose screw on the counterweight. He fixed it and I was on my way. He saved my watch when everyone else couldnt. Ill be back for sure.
This will be my 3rd time using their services. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Im going to bet that this cisit will be no different. I dont know much about watches but I was surprised and not sure why I assume its the rest of the worlds conditioning but I didnt expect to pay so little and get such service. Just nice to visit anywhere they people take pride in their trade or profession as I witnessed here. Im just as passionate about my work. Its nice to know Im not alone sometimes it feels like I am
BEWARE...SCAMMERS!!! I took in a watch that appeared to be a genuine Rolex that belonged to a family member. They looked it over and charged me close to $300 for a cleaning. Carlos and Robert (owner), given their experience, knew it was a counterfeit Rolex, and made me believe it was genuine and worth the expense. When I went back to sell it to them, they declined it saying it was a fake Rolex; however, they didnt disclose this information when they charged me $300 to have it serviced!! When I asked for a refund, because I was scammed, Robert said that I would have to take him to small claims court to get anything back from him. STAY AWAY from London Watch & Clock...they are not honest people.
Excellent!! Thats all I have to say. I guess you cant get any better than that. I went in to adjust the bands on the watch I purchased online. The lady took my watch and 5 seconds later she was done, charged and I paid and I was out the door. What more can you ask for.
Does ok work, however working watch now doesnt work after being repaired. Owner is extremely rude on the phone and dosent care. Says its his business and he can talk to people the way he wants. Well buddy this was your one shot at getting and keeping my business and you failed. I pay good money for watch repairs and do not appreciate the attitude.
I had two watches for battery replacements. I ask lady at counter if she could identify the manufacture on one of them. Her reply was, Im not a watch maker, dont know if I can. Only service I got was a battery replacement, she didnt bother to set time or date for me. Low class service.
Hired this company to move a very old grandfather clock. They clearly did NOT KNOW how to move a grandfather clock. It was badly broken- they were just shy of dropping it on the ground. There are now huge cracks in the spine of the clock and in the bonnet. I would ask that they be honest in telling the customer that they don’t know anything about grandfather clocks. We will not be asking them to repair it obviously.
Took my antique mantel clock in for repairs, spent $125 for new inside box. Was told it had a 1 year warranty. less than six months later it stopped working, thought it might be the battery; the unit was stuck on with double sided tape. Very shoddy workmanship. Do not recommened them and will not go back.
In a word... Incompetent. Had my antique clock fully ovverhauled and ended up with more problems following than before. Straw that broke the deal was when they altered the Westminster chime sequence (dont know how, but chime melody was off). London clocks answer was that Id have to put up with the new chime sequence, because there was absolutely no way to change it back. I asked for a full refund of the money already spent for the repairs, and received the entire amount ($378.00) back. I then took the clock to Murphy Clock, and Tim (owner) fixed the chimes within a single minute!! Save your time and money... go somewhere ellse!

2021-09-13Ive used this watch repairman for many of my watches. As a collector I can tell the experience level is really high. Nothing Ive brought in from Rolex to Times has been problem for him. Vintage also!

2022-08-17Worst customer service you can expect I called and asked the guy if he can change a battery on a dive watch and I wondered if he can pressure test it because I’ve had a dive watch ruined before by someone replacing a battery that didn’t leak before I needed a battery replaced replace the battery and now it leaks when I told him that he says he knows everything because he’s a watchmaker and I just told him I don’t understand I’m not a watchmaker so I don’t know all the intricacies of whether someone is doing something wrong or right I’m trying to figure it out and I don’t want to ruin this watch and he basically told me to go someplace else because he’s a watchmaker and he knows better take my word for it when I just asked him what’s the difference. Don’t even bother just go someplace else I’m sure there’s other people around town with friendlier service that don’t mind putting somebody’s mind at ease. Ftg.

2019-11-01Did a great job. I stopped by to have some links taken out of a new watch, had a new battery put in while I was there. The whole thing took about 20 minutes.

2021-04-06I took my fathers 1965 Gold Case Bulova Accutron tuning fork watch in for three reasons.... New battery, new crystal, the hands cleaned up and to have the glow in the dark reapplied to the hands...4 weeks later, they give me the watch back in worse condition that it was in when I took it besides the new crystal. He chipped paint off of the dial and never even got to the hands. When I told him the hands were my highest priority, he said he could do it in 5 minutes but I didnt want him touching my fathers watch any further. Then he got aggressive so I just paid him the $270 to get out of there.I have a watch repair kit that I bought for $20 on Amazon. I could have done everything he did but I didnt want to chance messing up my fathers gold watch, so I took it to a professional. Definitely unhappy, will not do business again. Will be contacting BBB.

2020-07-04If I could rate this shop with negative stars I would. I took my clock to London Clock for a repair in November of 2019. In May of 2020 I was finally notified that it was completed, but not before several phone calls asking status. After finally getting my clock home I had the exact same issue with it.I returned the clock to London Clock for a warranty issue. Again after several calls inquiring about status, and several very rude exchanges with the owner I finally got my clock back a couple months later. Alas, my clock still has issues.Unfortunately I paid over $500 dollars up front for a repair that I never received. It is too late to dispute the charges and the clock shop will not refund anything. On top of extreme rudeness, this shop has a lack of competence. I would not take another item for repair to this company at all.

2020-12-18I went into the shop to buy a small clock part. They charged me $20 which was a bit high but I wanted it quickly. Turns out it didn’t fit (not their fault). I ordered one online for half that price and it fit perfect. Next I went back to buy a tiny clock hand nut. They wanted $20 for this tiny little nut. I ended up buying 12 (different sizes) online for $10.49 Thats .87 cents each. This place wanted to sell me this item for a 2300% markup. $10.49 was a retail price I paid from another business. These people are the reason so many don’t want to even do business with small businesses. You cannot justify a 2300% markup! That’s just bad business. Your $20 nut caused you to lose a customer! What’s your net profit on that?

2019-03-04I was quoted a price 4 weeks ago to fix my watch. I agreed to it and he said he was shipping it out for a special wheel to have made for it. I approved it and was expecting it back by now as he promised two weeks. Today the owner calls me back and says it will be double the price and do I want to do it? I’m confused? He says oh it will have an extra 12 month warranty for this extra cost. I’m confused because I was expecting to pick my watch up already and today it was not even started? I’m a business owner and this is absolutely poor customer service by the owner. Robert the owner ended up hanging up on me when I pressed him about it being approved 4 weeks ago. So disappointing when a business owner has this kind of hostility towards his customers when he makes the mistake. I would have been happy to pay double the price if he would have told me that four weeks ago. Perhaps it time to retire, life is to short to be angry and filled with hostility.
