I stored my 23’ Airstream and also had used one of their enclosed storage units. This place is great and incredibly affordable. Plenty of security at the gate so I always felt my valuables were well monitored. The units seem to be pretty new and are in great shape. The folks are easy to work with and there weren’t any surprises. If I hadn’t moved out of state, I’d have gladly kept using them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good storage company.
LongHorn State Storage was a saving grace when we were in between homes. Super great customer service and fast service. We needed not 1 but 2 units for our belongings. Longhorn never missed a beat and made sure we were taken care of. The process was very fast and prompt, I called that morning and by lunch we already had access and starting moving in. Everything was done electronically so that also saved some time. The property is very well taken care of which was our favorite part. Its safe and secure with no cut holes in the fence for intruders. The units had electrical available inside, easy roll up doors, paved driveways from easy moving with a dolly as well as a protected gate in the front. The prices were also very reasonable. Of course there may be some locations that are cheaper but I guarantee the amenities wouldnt even compare. To me, peace of mind was totally worth the cost. This is an excellent place to store your RV, camper or boat safely. Evey staff member I encountered including one of the owners I found to be professional. This company make you feel you matter and is quick to help you with any issues you may encounter. They go above and beyond with all they do. The units are covered with clean concrete pads. The security is excellent with proper lightingz security cameras and a gate you can only access through private codes. There are also storage units to rent as well. I felt a strong sense of Peace of Mind when I left my Classic Retro Terry RV with them and this is something you cant replace easily. I strongly recommend this company if you have quality recreational items to store.

Ive been using LongHorn State storage as long as they have been open. Actually rented my unit from the previous owner. The transition to new ownership was amazing. No hassles or problems what so ever. Great prices and they have been amazing at working with me. I always get a prompt response when I email them or call them. Would definitely recommend LongHorn state storage to anyone who will listen.
After calling all Storage facilities near us we came across Longhorn State Storage & they offered us an incredible rate, that beat all the others! Robert was extremely easy to work with, and got us set up quickly over the phone. Were excited we found the perfect place to store our boat and unlike the others, he programmed our gate code to 24/hr access!! Such a great business that truly understands customer service. I would highly recommend.
We have been renting here for a year & are very happy with the facility. The facility manager Robert, is always helpful and responsive. We switched units and then added a trailer parking space last month - all hassle free! We have never had a problem and love the extra storage for our small business. I have had a storage unit at the Fort Worth location for almost 4 years. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I have nothing but good things to say about the facilities and the staff. Every encounter I have had with management or staff has always been friendly and professional. There have been a couple of times I had fallen behind on payments and they have always been willing to work with me. I never felt like they were threatening or pressuring me to get caught up. I would highly recommend this place!
We have 2 storage units with them. We havent ever had any issues with them. Robert has been so good to us. He is very professional and has great customer service. He made our process of moving so much easier and it took a huge headache off of me. As I had called so many storages before him and he was the 1st to answer. He stayed there that day longer for me to come in and sign the paperwork and make my payment. And the price for our units are reasonable not overly charged.
This facility is one of the best in the area, fair rental fees, clean and safe units, and smooth online leasing options. The management is very responsive to communication. I have been a client for over three years without any problems.
Ive been with this storage company for about 2 years, even before it became Longhorn Storage. Although I did not appreciate the price increase when longhorn took over, its been a nice place to store some belongings. Its convenient with easy access and the office manager is super helpful - which, if youre like me, comes in handy!
Hwy 199 longhorns storage, no security lights are working, area is dark, had to put my own lights in. Gate entrance flakey, times it will not work. Raised the rent. Emergency phone number is disconnected. No one answers postedPhone number to get help. I have been informed that changes will be made to correct the problem a few years ago. The local manager is Always polite and caring. I plan to continue renting my space, because it is a clean facility and easy access. though the place is completely dark is concerning. It would be nice to have web security monitor, being my rent is not going for lights.
Great customer service and affordable prices!I had my boat store here and they help accommodate all my needs. They make it easy for their customer and quickly replies if you have any questions. Highly recommend!!!
This facility is being renovated by the new owner. He seems to be a very reasonable and accommodating guy. I had my unit for over a year before I got rid of it, and have absolutely no complaints. I just have no need for storage at this point. Ill probably return in the future if that changes.
Had an issue with 24hr access in that I didnt request such specific access ahead of time. The local guys at the office are very legit. Their parent company could stand to dot another i.My issue was resolved within hours and my agent pulled every stop so Im no less than satisfied at this point. They really tried to make it right and that goes really far.I would reccomend to anyone in need of storage.
The place was the nicest storage place I’ve have ever used. Reasonable pricing, great security, text to enter access or gate code and friendly management. I highly recommend
Im giving this review in response to an email sent out today 03/24/2020 by LongHorn stating in these times they would like for everyone to go leave them a positive review for a 5 dollar discount. Other companies are honestly trying to help their customers who are not working, not trying to extort a positive review for 5 dollars off or they will double it to 10 if you donate it to the charity of their choice. Ill make my own donation and give the review they deserve.
I have stored my camper here for about 7 years. Never had any issues. Just sold my camper. If I get another one I would definitely store it here.
Reserving the unit online was very easy. When I needed help with the code to get in I was helped out very quickly. The process to stop using the unit was pretty easy too. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Very friendly people and the price for are storage was awesome it was very clean and was able to drive right up to the storage the only thing did not care for was were we parked was all rocks cause when we had to look for things we had to put stuff on the rocks but it was nice

I would give a comment about having a space at the longhorn state storage but did not move my stuff in so I paid for a month which I didnt even move into the area but you also trying to bill me for more months so I lost that first month of February I did call one-time to see about getting my money back but Im sorry I never got back to you I had a lot of stuff going on I dont know if Im going to get reimbursed from your are not for that month since I did not move in or even use the password or cold yall gave me

2022-08-31Great facility for storage, especially larger storage items. I stored my car there in an indoor unit all summer and was able to charge the battery while doing so!! Easy to access (right off the highway) and nice employees.

2022-06-23Well run, gate works well, and had unlimited use electric. I had enclosed storage, and all cracks/crevasses filled with closed cell foam keeping bugs to a minimum. Very happy with experience!

2022-09-20My husband purchased 2 units during auction. We were granted 24 hrs for 72 hrs to get both units clean, once pictures of cleaned out units were received, the owner processed our deposit refund and we had it within 24 hrs.

2021-01-05The advertised Cloud Video Storage for the security cameras is a JOKE...I had My Zinger bumper pull RV stolen less than three months after parking at this location.When I contacted the corporate office for the surveillance video, I was told that they could only provide 9 Days of video.What a joke...I asked for a refund to help offset the cost of the Insurance deductible but never heard back.A report was generated through TCSOTarrant Co. Sheriffs office. Report # 2019-11280.I not upset with the fact that the theft occurred. But more with the Misleading information about the Cloud Storage of video.Olimpo HernandezUpdate:As of 10/29/2020Still havent recovered my RV,Still have not received reimbursement from management as they told me. I was asked to edit this negative post to in order to receive money to offset my INS deductible. 😠UPDATE: 🤬😡😠🤬😠😡As of 01/04/2021Still NO REIMBURSEMENT from management.I will not remove the NEGATIVE post as management wanted me to in exchange for some money back.NO my RV has not been located its still missing.

2021-03-31We used LongHorn State Storage when we moved from out of state. The storage unit was very clean and secure. We liked the security gate setup and the layout of the storage units. We felt confident our belongings were safe from outdoor elements and critters. Closing out the unit and our account was easy. We will be using this company again if the need arises.
