Employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I didnt have an appointment and they were still able to see me right away and they scheduled me an apt for the next day to come back with my family. And of course the lovesacs are AMAZING
We have the sactional and Im so disappointed. I was hoping I would love it. It is pretty, it can last for a long time, itll be kid friendly, but goodness, its SO uncomfortable! When you set it up the way its supposed to be, the depth of the seats arent very good. And if you turn it, as we were told by the sale assistants, the pieces dont line up! Not even getting into the seats and cushions not being comfortable or feeling like the down stuffing we ordered.I really wish we never bought it. Its such a disappointing purchase that cost a LOT of money.
We had a great experience shopping for our Sactional here. Lily was very helpful and worked with us to find exactly what fitted our needs. We ended up walking away more excited about our purchase than when we walked in.
The best furniture buying experience in a showroom I have ever had. The experience was non threatening and easy. Lily made the whole experience from beginning to end a pleasure, from in store to on the phone. Felt like we where her on boy focus throughout. Would recommend the sactional as well as the purchase experience!
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different materials, cushion options, etc. They were very communicative and easy to get a hold of when we were ready to place our order and made sure all of our questions were answered. If the rating was solely based on them, it would be 5 star!The only negative thing I have to say is that a day after we completed our purchase, we received an email stating that the covers we chose were on back-order for 8-10 weeks. We did not choose custom/specialty material to avoid this exact situation. We just moved into a new home and luckily we have a spare couch to sit on.....otherwise we would have nothing at the moment. We purchased our sactional on 5/30 and we still have not received it. The last update we received said we should expect our delivery to come mid July, but we still have not been given any shipping information or a delivery date.
Ive heard amazing things about Lovesac sofas, so I was excited to check them out at our local Lovesac showroom...so happy I did! The sofa and products are amazing and I cannot wait to receive ours! We had an amazingly helpful sales person, Amy. She was fantastic, so helpful and so pleasant to work with! Im sure I will fall in love with my sofa and highly recommend checking them out!

Sarah at the Arboretum location is awesome to work with! She is knowledgeable about the products- first hand knowledge that comes from owning a Sactional herself! We LOVE our new Sactional!! The fabric (taupe combed chenille) is incredibly forgiving of 4 drooly, slobbery bulldogs. Most everything wipes off with a damp cloth- but even the covers are easy to wash! This was the best $$ we’ve spent on living room furniture.

My wife and I visited the store to see the Sactionals form, fit and function. Every question we had was answered and the Lovsac fit our needs. No pressure no commissioned salesperson and we left without making the purchase because we needed time to pick the covers. Their follow up was great and gave us the space to pick the fabric. We had three covers quoted, same day, made our decision and ordered our Sactional. Great experience all the way around.

My family and I drove up to Austin, Tx just to visit the store. We have been researching lovesac couches for a while now. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted. Turns out, visiting the store was the best idea! The rep was wonderful!! We asked ALL of the questions we could think of. How long the filling lasts, best material for us, etc. She had such wonderful insight and knowledge of everything Lovesac. I LOVE how easy it is to rearrange and all the recycled material that goes into each. We found out possible new projects the company is looking into making for the couches. And if its not lasting well and long enough they wont make it. How AMAZING! We are a military family and this is PERFECT for us.Thank you!
Amy was amazing! She went above and beyond for us. We first met her back in February at the Arboretum showroom when we first started looking at sactionals. She took the time to explain all the options for us. I emailed her this evening, after work when I saw the Comfort for Our Hero’s promotion, not expecting to get any details until tomorrow or Monday knowing that like most of us, she is working from home right now. Amy emailed back pretty quickly and took the time to go over what we were looking at and was able to complete our order tonight. We have had ours for a month now and absolutely love it!! High quality and its great you can replace individual seat covers, cushions etc without having to replace the whole couch or get the couch upholstered. Definitely a money saver in the long run! You also can add pieces to it as time goes on. Its such an amazing and versatile product!
I can’t even express how helpful Amy was trying to pick out the right couch for me. During the middle of a pandemic when no stores are open, she was willing to build my model for me in blocks, she was willing to sit on couches for me so that I can see how her body sunk into them. Great customer service! The reps were extremely patient and hassle free. We drove about 2 hours to get to the location so once arriving our 3 yr old bounced all over the place and they were unbothered. That made shopping with them a relaxing experience. which helped eliminate additional stress so we could focus on our purchase. I would definitely recommend the store and the product.
Go see Sara at Love Sac!! We drove fromSan Antonio to Austin just to check out the store after experiencing a love sac at a friends house in Hawaii. We decided on a sectional for all its amazing abilities. Not only was Sara knowledgeable on the products but she made personal recommendations for us that fit our budget and living room. She even helped entertain the toddler which is the hardest when shopping. And we couldn’t purchase immediately due to closing on our house, so we asked her to hold our order and call us the following week, which she did. Very happy with the service we received from Love Sac!
Sarah was phenomenally helpful and we love LoveSac anyway - this is our second sofa from them! But we wanted a totally different arrangement for another room and it’s true - you can do ANYTHING and make anything happen with this sofa! Highly recommended.

Very nice showroom with a really helpful and knowledgeable woman. There’s also a dude who I’m guessing works there but is just sitting on one of the couches on his computer. Assuming he worked there he was not helpful while his teammate did all the work.
The staff knew the product and made it a fun experience! The comfort of the “bean bag” chair was phenomenal. Can’t wait to get mine home! The fabrics are very tactile and can be washed which is outstanding!

My wife and I have a giant sac. When it came time to buy some real furniture, she wanted to get the Sac-tionals at the Lovesac store. When we checked them out, I was sold on the idea.Purchasing was very easy since we did most of our research online. We told the person what we wanted, she put the order together and that was that.The only downside to the whole thing was that it takes several weeks to get the stuff. But, they dont make it until you order it. Its not a terrible thing, though.Service was great, the people there are very helpful and quite patient answering question.

Never ever ever buy one of these things unless you are absolutely positive you wont want to return it. They make you shrink it down into a plastic bag and try to stuff it into a tiny duffel bag. Good luck if youre trying to do it on your own. Its probably still horrible with two people. They strongly recommend you use a shop vac, which Im pretty sure the average apartment dweller (and probably SFH) will not have. A regular vacuums suction is not enough to stay suctioned to the sac, so as you struggle to flatten it with your body weight while keeping the hose on the sac with the plastic bags huge opening twisted around the hose to keep it airtight, it will likely come off and youll watch helplessly as it begins to expand all over again. Why cant you return it like a mattress purchased online? Who knows. Absolute nightmare.
Really enjoyed our experience at LoveSac! The customer service was better then we could of asked for. Sactionals are on the pricier side which meant I had a lot of questions. Erik was over the top with ensuring all of my little questions were answered and I walked away happy with my purchase.

I love it. I have a sactional for my living room and just got the outdoor sactional for my patio. Great quality. So comfortable. Very loungy so if you dont love soft, cozy furniture, this isnt for you.Sarah is wonderful! Its rare for a store to retain employees and I couldnt be happier for the point of contact. She gives unparalleled customer service and is the main reason I got the outdoor sactional. She had it recorded in my record that it was something I was interested in and let me know when there was a good deal. Sure beats having to check the internet all the time!Ive had my sactional for a year now and am still thrilled I got it.

Ive been a loyal Lovesac customer for many years. I wish Lovesac had a store in San Antonio, Texas (the 7th largest city in the USA). I traveled to Austin to test the 3 different sactional fillings. Went with original firmness and ordered in the store with a coupon Id received via email. I cant wait for my new movie lounger! It will be in addition to the 18 sactional pieces I already enjoy!!!

2022-02-11Have been a big fan of Lovesac for a long time. Ive owned multiple products and our latest purchase was amazing. Happy with comfort and quality.The main point of this review is just to say that the Arboretum location is a really great place to do your Lovesac shopping. We we worked with Briana and she was amazing. Even. greeted and remembered us when we showed up a few weeks later after thinking things over and deciding to make the purchase. You are in good hands at this store the employees all were happy and helpful!

2022-02-15Excellent customer service, amazing product. No regrets building our investment in this furniture up to 7 seats and 10 sides--3 separate purchases during sales events.We have two teenagers, their cousins and friends and 2 dogs. This couch stands up to a lot of abuse, everyone loves it, and it keeps looking fabulous. Configurations are endless. With the back cushions being detached, there are so many ways to get perfectly comfy.The only thing that could make the experience better is if they would include a wood block for every piece you purchase so you can play with configurations before moving pieces around. You can buy a set of blocks but we havent.We purchased standard cushions in Mediterranean Blue. Gorgeous!Highly recommend!

2022-03-15My initial experience in purchasing a lovesac at the store was great. Order came earlier than expected, but since the delivery dates kept updating I had to shift my personal schedule around last minute to be at home to receive the 14 packages ahead of the initial delivery date. I encountered issues with the fit/seams of 3 of the covers that I received, and called the store for a replacement. I told them that since my couch was not very big and due to the location of the areas that needed a cover to be replaced, if I could return the initial covers after receiving the replacement. The store informed me to take pictures and then would escalate it to their district manager for approval. A week goes by and no email or phone call from the store. I call them only to find out that the manager has already declined sending me the covers and I have to send the original covers back first. The store informed me that I would receive the replacement covers as soon as the original ones were picked up. I am still waiting on my covers to arrive which is currently scheduled for middle of this week (so 1.5 weeks from sending the replacement). I would have expected more follow up from the store or an explanation of the whole replacement process as I have been unable to use my couch properly for almost two weeks. The customer service needs to reflect the price of this product.

2022-03-06Website is great, and the in-store experience is also good. The actual order delivery process is extremely frustrating. I received 20 boxes that came disjointed, as 20 different deliveries from fedex, with poor logic in the arrival order. I had to sit around for 5 days and burn a weekend waiting for the last two boxes to arrive, in order to put together the couch. I had 17 giant boxes arrive first, that completely filled one of my rooms for almost a week, but I couldnt do anything with because I didnt have the covers to put on the seats and sides.It would be way better to get the covers first and then get the seats and sides (or get them at the same time), because at least you could start putting them together one by one instead of having parts to an entire couch sit around, but you cant do anything because you have no covers.

2022-05-27We just ordered our sactional using the memorial day sale and are so excited to receive it in a few weeks. I cant yet speak to the quality and experience with the sofa but did want to say that Rhonda at the Austin store was extremely helpful in helping navigate which configuration and fabric is best for us. We kept changing our minds and she had no hesitation to keep updating out quote and send us more info. We ended up getting the 6X6 Sky Grey corded velvet in lovesoft. We have two dogs so that was a conderation for the fabric.

2021-01-16I like the products.But somehow got double order. I have had boxes in my entryway for over a week.My repeated contacts to this store had no resolution or response.My last call I indicated I would be happy to keep these extra items. This store needs better business organization and communications. I hope the return of these items do not cause additional irritation.

2021-11-09We were on the market for a new couch and a friend pointed us to this location. I came in skeptical however, I will be revisiting soon to order some of their products.Lovesac is a furniture store that sells unique couches that you can build, take apart, and turn into a completely different item. The staff was very interactive and informative about how to readjust the couches and made us feel as if there were no stupid questions.I feel as though we left the building with a complete understanding on what we were purchasing and I would highly recommend visiting the location if you are on the market for new furniture. You may very well walk out with the last couch you will ever purchase.
