Nice Lowe’s! We went late at night so it was not crowded. I appreciate that they are open late until 10 pm also. No lines and no wait at the self checkout. Also, because I do go late, I prefer it be in an area that is safe, which it indeed is. They even have these two large camera towers (or whatever they are called) watching over the parking lot. Made my mom feel safer. They had a good selection and the store was pleasantly organized. We went for paint products and they seem to carry everything their competitors carry if not more. Customer service was good as well and was able to find someone quick when questions came up during the visit. Recommend going here when you need to.

Avoid Appliances Department at ALL costs. You will waste weeks of your life addressing issues with installations and machines. Two months ago, we were in the market for a new washer and dryer and mistakenly chose to buy from Lowes. What ensued was a frustrating saga filled with customer service failures at every step, and which ultimately was only fully resolved with the help of a neighbor. Below is a full timeline of events:1/24: We arrive at the store. Lengthy wait (40 minutes) to even speak with an Appliance Sales rep, but it seems busy and understaffed so it was understandable. We commit to a pair of machines and make two requests: we want the shipping bolts that come with the washing machine, and for the doors to be flipped so they don’t hit each other in our laundry closet. The salesman promises both and assures us the machines will be delivered on that Friday (1/28).1/27: We call the salespersons business card as we havent received any communication yet on the delivery. It turns out to be the same number as the general store phone line, so we wait on hold for ten minutes until someone tells us that the machines werent actually in stock, and they left a message on our phone explaining the delivery would shift to Monday. There was no voicemail, but at least we now know the change.1/31: Lowes calls us with a delivery window of 4p-7p the next day.2/1: Lowes service people arrive 6 hours ahead of the delivery window and deliver both machines. Shipping Bolts are missing (“not on the truck”), doors are not flipped.2/2: We call Lowes so that they can come back and complete the service they promised (Shipping Bolts and doors being flipped), hopefully within the service window this next time.2/7: The same Lowes service people return at 7am (again well out of the 11-2pm service window) to attempt to flip the doors. In trying to unscrew the doors, they strip the screws and their drill continuously skids onto the machine body, visibly damaging the brand-new $1000 appliance. They tell us they cant do it, ask us to sign off that they did the job, and leave.2/8, 2/9, and on several occasions afterward: We call and email Lowes management and explain the situation thus far. After a handful of redirections and transfers to different corporate associates, we finally reach someone who promises they will send a new dryer out to replace the one they damaged and also remove the shipping bolts from another washer to give to us, though “we’ll have to sell that machine at a discount.” How is that in any way my problem?2/22: The same Lowes service people who have failed to do their jobs properly twice now, return with the new machine to replace the one they damaged. After they leave, we try to run the machines but discover the hose was not properly installed into the dryer and water is leaking everywhere behind and beneath it. Either the serviceman knew it was going to leak and didn’t want to fix it or they were simply too lazy to check, because they didn’t turn the water back on before leaving.2/28: Rather than deal with Lowe’s or its unbelievable incompetence any longer, we ask our neighbor to come over and fix the hose connection. Luckily, they’re able to help and after a long six weeks, we have two machines that are at least functional. If you’re wondering about the doors, they are still on the wrong way.Interspersed within the timeline are the multiple phone calls to customer service to make our situation right. Many of these calls ended abruptly after waiting on line for over 15 minutes and then being disconnected. If there is a bright spot in this story, it is Rebecca (or, maybe Farah?) in customer service at Lowe’s, she was extremely helpful regarding our plight and helped identify the right people for us to contact, and actually followed up on their actions, a big shout-out to her!We learned the problem is that Lowe’s uses a third party for appliance delivery and installation. I wish you all the luck we didn’t have and double the time and effort we spent trying to right Lowes every wrong.

Ive been shopping at this Lowes for years and havent had many issues until now. I went in and found a refrigerator on sale. Preparing for my move, I purchased this refrigerator and scheduled delivery weeks in advance. The appliance associate told me that he had reserved the item in the inventory in the back of the store. Fast forward to the scheduled delivery day, I never received a phone to narrow the delivery time, so I called the store to inquire. After being hung up on 3 times in a row trying to reach someone in the delivery department, I reached a manager and I explained to him my situation. After researching, he told me that not only it was not going to be delivered but there was not any refrigerator of that model available in store or any other store in the city and surrounding area. There was no ETA of any future restock of this item that I was previously promised and paid for. They would not sell me the floor model and did not offer any other equivalent refrigerator or anything. Total dead end. I found out that Lowes is currently very understaffed and they recently started using a newer inventory software that the employees dont want to use, resulting in total mismanaged chaos. I ended up getting a total refund and purchasing a different refrigerator from somewhere else.

The absolute worst. Do not give them your business. I just sat on hold for 30 minutes for the millionth time only to have someone pick up the phone and hang it up. These people take no pride in their work, they have no hesitation to inconvenience you and they dont feel bad about it in the slightest. I cannot stress enough how much you should not give Lowes your business. Home Depot is way better, smaller building supply stores are even better, Lowes is just flat out terrible. And often theyre more expensive, just so they can pretend theyre giving you a discount with their 5% Lowes member fake out. Go elsewhere. One star, would not recommend

If I could give this store a 0 star review I definitely would. They need to empty out the whole store and hire a whole new team. I bought a pressure washer recently and was told I had a 90 day return policy on it. It broke and now I want to return it. Now they are saying that it was only a 30 day return and that policy had recently changed. Turns out the policy was always like that and I was just told the wrong info and now they won’t even let me speak to a manager to get it resolved. Will be telling everyone about this store and why not to go there!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any store ever! Curbside doesn’t even exist!! They say they’ll bring it out and they never do. They even lie about kids workshops. Their website says they have them and you just arrive to a bunch of clueless employees who have no clue what’s going on. Even the customer service desk is as rude as possible. Instead of answering our question, she picked up phone and seemingly made a personal call for 20 minutes while refusing to help us.

I think if you put an employee outside to work and they dont have anything to keep them warm from the cold, they should at least keep a few jackets handy just in case. Not everyone assumes it gets cold in Central Texas. I felt bad for a sweet, young lady who said she was outside early in the morning freezing. I gave her my jacket. Im not seeking praise, but I would want someone to help me if I ever needed it. Thats what neighbors are for. Anyone who is around you is a neighbor. Be kind.

My experience was with the appliance team. Especially Lanette who helped me with ordering my dryer. She was extremely competent and helpful. There was also a gentleman who helped as well, but I wasnt able to see his name.

This review is focusing on how Lowes uses its 30-day return (small appliance) to victimize its customer(s).The third-party delivery people will leave your house super ASAP without testing the new purchase with you. And even if they are nice enough to test it with you, you will fall into the maintenance trap since it is no longer the new item to be qualified for a return as in their so-called 30-day return policy. The so-called 30-day return is Lowes trick to lower your guard down.If you got any malfunction, GREAT!Keep calling Lowes and GOOD LUCK!How naive we should be to think Lowes will consider their customers (your newly purchased broken washer is a disaster to everyday life due to no clean laundry?) The wait time is forever and that is no surprise because Lowes can use Covid as an excuse in their advantage. And not including ZERO call back-the perfect silence Lowes offers. After writing to the CEO of Fidelity, we were lucky enough to have the credit card department reimburse the purchase dollar amount of the new broken washer from Lowes inventory. My two cents:during inflation, be cautious about where and how your money gets spent. Hidden costs and business traps are more than ever. Spend money on only necessities. Minimize the chance to be taken advantage of (your existence).
