I just got off the phone with one of Lowes most awesome employees! His name is Gabriel and he works in the Flooring department. I had called because I wanted to place a pretty large order and needed delivery for my area. He did not hesitate to help me and I felt like he gave his undivided attention to get my order done correctly. I was not expecting such great customer service calling lowes because you get transferred around and left on hold but NOT today!! Thank you Gabriel for your honest and genuine help! I thank you for your amazing customer service and friendliness! Keep up the amazing work and hope that Lowes reads this so they can upgrade your badge!!! Thank you again!!
Second time I order something online that is supposed to be in their inventory. They were very quick to collect the amount due. Then 2 phone calls later my order was canceled. The item is discontinued and none are in inventory. Theyre holding my money hostage. I will now get everything from Home Depot. Food for thought my recent gas stove order from Home Depot was installed without any issue. Lowes doesnt install gas appliances but will charge an installation fee. The more I shop at Home Depot the more I like them.
Terrible customer service, shady business tactics. Online shopping is unreliable. They take your money hostage, unable to deliver the product you ordered and unwilling to refund your money. You get in store credit to buy something else. I dont need anything else, I want what I ordered or I want my money back.Ill stick with Home Depot from now on.
The inventory they actually have and what is listed on their website rarely matches. I made an online order and turns out the AC unit wasnt in stock. A representative called me and I told me that could switch my order to another AC unit at no additional charge. I was fine with that and went to the store and got my unit. BUT then a day later, the representative called me back saying that I didnt pay for it (I was charged and she was even the one to bring the unit out to my car.....). She then started demanding my CVC code of my credit card. I was in shock that she would ask for that. I think she was trying to steal my credit card information. After she harassed me so much, I ended up just bringing the unit back and demanded my money back. I will never shop here again.
My husband and I went to buy 2 toilets. We had help from 2 very nice young men and soon another store rep came over to help because we had many questions. Ernie went above and beyond helping. He filled out all the paperwork and also helped us receive a military discount after confirming & thanking me for my military service. He stayed well after his shift was over and as he was leaving, saw us waiting for help with loading the toilets into the truck and helped load them in the truck. I’m sorry we don’t remember the young men’s names but they were very respectful and helped Ernie in getting what we needed and getting us & our toilets on the way plus picking up on Ernie Gutierrez ‘s expertise. Lowe’s is fortunate to have such good employees working for them and my husband and I are grateful to them.
Customer service was great, but spray paint section was a hot mess. I should have taken a picture. I also attempted to buy chalk board paint and was advised the wrong paint. Had to return paint right after I realized at my car the recommended the wrong one.. Was not able to purchase correct paint because they did not have the proper resources to find the color I needed (panthlets with color references for the chalk paint)😶 Get it together, so I dont waste my time or resources to leave empty handed again💁🏽♀️
I recently purchased new appliances and I was so pleased with the experience. Gio assisted me and was extremely friendly and professional. She answered my questions and made sure that I got all the necessary accessories. She was super sweet and very friendly during the whole transaction. During these times it’s hard to be patient with people and Gio was exceptional and made the process painless. Thank you!
I love lowes, but unfortunately their employees at this location are useless. If you use map to see where things are at it can be great, however it is horrible if you need assistance. Employees always say we are out of stock even though item is in stock. Inventory will show a surplus of an item and employee will give plethora of excuses as to why its not in store. Look at top shelf and everything was there. 99% of the time employees are useless.I have had to place an order for same day pick up to get item many times because employees refuse to help.Training on customer service and appreciation would help.
Whenever you buy an item make sure it works before the 30 days otherwise you will have a hard time returning the items back. Also make sure if they pick up the item they will give you a receipt back to be able to get your money back. I do not like Lowes Home Improvement because they need to improve their communication between departments. I always have a hard time with Lowes due to lack of communication between departments.
Great customer service! I had to make an exchange. I ordered a shower curtain rod online and in delivery via UPS, it got damaged- but the manufacturer that shipped it direct to me did not package it well, they just wrapped it in plastic.So my wait on line for the return was quick. I went to look in the shower department to see if by any chance they may have had something in stock that I liked, but I did not know where the department was. One of the employees saw that I was trying to find something so he asked me what I was looking for and directed me to the precise area- and yes they had an alternative in a box that was great!
Extremely poor customer service. Failed to properly communicate. I called the store a few times to locate the laundry set that I ordered. The line was disconnected several times. I finally had to go into the store to get answers. We still haven’t received our items that we purchased weeks ago. If you don’t have the items, or there’s a delay, communicate with us! Not getting any answers when you’ve spent so much money is not a great feeling. I hope this gets rectified soon.
The associates in the aisles are absolutely wonderful; theyre polite, friendly, and willing to help. They have product knowledge to answer any questions about your project. However some of the cashiers and associates in the returns and pick-up seem as if they dont want to work. Ive stood in the return line for almost 10 minutes while I watched 3-4 associates talking and laughing amongst themselves. One seemed like she was on the phone getting some assistance, but no one bothered to acknowledge the growing line.
Had been to a location in the northeast looking for a tool kit. At the first location it wasnt in stock and was told only one was left at this location. When arriving at this location I browsed for the item. After not finding it went to customer service and explained what I was looking for along with an item number. She (Jasmine)said it was on clearance and it was out of stock. Had someone look for it. Didnt give me a name. Me not believing kept looking only to find it with about 5 more in stock.
We went to Lowes yesterday to buy a washer, dryer, range and dishwasher. We went about picking the items we needed, without any help. When we finally received assistance, the sales associate let us know that two items were not in stock, and did not try to offer equivalent options, etc. So we left with only 2 item and ended up buying an equivalent range and dish washer somewhere else.
We went to buy flooring a month ago and 4 associates passed by but no help. I called front desk for help, nothing. As we were leaving i asked to speak to a manager. Then we ran into Valerie whos area is drapery. She looked up items, ordered them and was a life saver! Today we returned and again waited in flooring area, no help but Valerie came by again! You should really appreciate her.
I moved here from Chandler AZ a few months ago and purchased a used home around this Lowe’s and have been remodeling and coming here regularly. I’ve noticed that the restrooms have not been maintained since I’ve got here and now the only one sink works. What I don’t understand is why would a hardware store that has everything to fix this restroom does nothing to make this sink look in good shape. I went back today and the faucets have been replaced (really cheap ones) but the counters still look horrible dirty and separated from the wall. I’m not sure if I have higher standards because I just moved here but if I was a manager of this Lowe’s, I would replace the sink completely. It kind of makes me think the store management doesn’t really care about it’s customers. Truth is, the Home Depot restroom next door is even worse, picture that.
We hired Lowes for a new countertop the middle of July. The salesperson told us installation would be complete 7/30. That was wildly unrealistic. The slab wasnt here until 8/23. The subcontracted company (77 stone) came out to install on 8/30. The template was wrong so they had to take the slab back to recut. When they came back out to re-install the slab, it was again wrong to the point a new slab had to be ordered. We were told it would be 3 weeks. It has currently been 7 weeks with only 3 updates all initiated by us. DONT USE LOWES FOR COUNTERTOPS
I ordered an exterior door from Lowe’s in January 2021. I knew there could be a delay in delivery because of Covid, and a month later I was told that the door was no longer available and so I ordered another door. I was told that that door would be in no later than April 28. Each time a Lowe’s rep would say that they would call me back, they never did. And the home decorating department woman, I think her name is Valerie, told me she would be keeping in such close contact with me that I would be sick of hearing from her. I never heard from her again. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, no one ever called back. And going to the store in person was a complete waste of time, no one knows anything. So now I am told that my door was delivered to Lowe’s on May 20 and that a contractor would be calling me to set up installation. Lowe’s said that they would call me back today, May 24 to make sure an installer had called me. No one called. I called Lowe’s again and was told the construction company will be contacting me today to set up an appointment to install, no one has called. I called the construction company myself and they said that someone would call, no one called. I called Lowe’s back and told them that I wanted a different installer because I’ve already lost faith that they would do a good job since they can’t even be bothered to call and make an appointment. Lowe’s told me that was the only Construction company they had listed for the job but that they would send an email to a higher up person and that could expedite things. If I didn’t need the door so badly , I would just cancel the whole thing, especially since I’ve been paying for the door on a Lowe’s credit card since January, including interest. And if I finally do get the door installed, and if it’s not done correctly, I will take legal action. I am so disappointed in Lowe’s and will never ever use them again for anything.
I just spent over $1,000 on a patio furniture set and Ive been waiting out front for almost an hour watching them bring out items for car after car. Ive asked multiple times, and they keep telling me theyre getting it right now. Unbelievably disorganized and slow service at this location.Update: it took an hour and a half to get the patio furniture out to us, there were other people out front who had also been waiting an hour for their patio furniture. I called the store number to ask to speak to the store manager and I was put on hold for 20 minutes, I had to go inside again to ask to speak to the manager and witnessed one of the sales reps speaking to another complaining customer very disrespectfuly. Horrible customer service, cant state that strongly enough.
Ordered a washer and dryer but the dryer was damaged. Still waiting on the new one but have gotten no word on the dryer and cant reach anyone able to help. The installers were great, ordering was easy, but Corp needs to fund better support systems instead of hiding behind underpaid support call takers.
Im disabled and need an electric shopping cart to travel the store. Lowes doesnt have enough carts in the Northeast or Northwest stores. No electric carts I cant do any shopping. I dont believe your company cares about disabled veterans. Plus the disabled parking spaces are not enough. Most of the time I have to park in another row away from the entrance or exit. No sale, your losing money. I go to Home Depot instead. Agree no Home Depot in Northeast El Paso Texas however I been know to drive all the way to the West side of El Paso, Texas just to purchase a sign. One sign costing $6.00. I live a 5 minute ride fron my home to Lowes. A 25 minute drive to home depot. Your loosing a lot of money. A lot of my neighbors go to Home Depot instead of Lowes.
Terrible customer service if you’re ordering something to be installed. There’s on person that knows anything and she’s impossible to reach. I’m try to get security doors installed and no one can answer a question about the hardware needed. Store is good for stuff you’re going to do yourself but go elsewhere if you need installation services.
If I could have rated the service I got from this Lowes location, at less than 1-star, I would have done so! I am currently still in the parking lot of the Lowes (430 East Redd Road) location. I came to pick up just a couple of items. I needed sandpaper & a couple of keys copied. I found the sandpaper pretty quickly.Then I went to get the keys made, the machine didnt seem to be working properly so I went to a cashier to ask her to call someone to help me at the key machine.After waiting 10-minutes or so, no one had come to help. I told the cashier that. I asked her to make another page for assistance and she did so immediately.After another 10-minute wait, I was still standing in front of the key machine. No help came. While I waited for help, I saw several guys talking to friends and/or family. They were all laughing & seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was so p/o-ed!So I went to the customer service desk and asked to speak with a manager. I waited. After waiting for another 10-minutes plus minutes for the manager, I was done. I put items in the cart on the customer service desk and walked out.I thought, this is ridiculous! I have been shopping at this Lowes location for over 12-years!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOWES AGAIN!!! FURTHERMORE, I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY LOWES ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!!! GOODBYE!!! I WILL TAKE MY MONEY & MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!(Btw, I paused writing about this incident and I drove to Home Depot. The staff was very attentive. I got the items that I needed & was in and out in under 15-minutes! No big whoop.)
Paint department extremely rude!!! Young guy asked if I needed help, I said yes. After I waited about 7-8 minutes I said if you’re busy I’ll come back. He said yeah I’m busy. Well why ask if I need help if you can’t help? Called management they filled my order. I wanted paint ( spent $2500 on things prior to this in this store!) I will not tolerate attitude when I said I would come back sir!! Just because you’re busy and tired you’re mad? Should be thankful, if that store wasn’t busy you would be unemployed sir!
Lowes on Redd.. The WORST customer service, every time! Rosa is always on her phone at the register. Employees never know where anything is, theyll send you to the wrong Isle. App is always wrong and the store is always a mess. Bathrooms always dirty. Its a hassle to find what you need. Store is currently under remodel so I asked for help getting a simple trowel from behind and nobody wanted to help. Home Depot is always worth the drive. Lowes has let me down time and time again.
When I 1st got there It was pretty terrible I couldnt find what I needed I was having a hard time but your staff was always there to help me. They walked with me to try to give me some solutions. Carlos from plumbing is a life saver I appreciate him I thank him for going the extra mile to help me I know from being a manager in customer service that he went above and beyond his duty to try to help me find a solution. He Looked and looked and looked until he found what I needed. Great experience
Horrible customer service, asked for help, not knowing he was a vendor ( he was wearing a Lowes shirt) he stated he would get help for me, 10 mins went by, another customer asked another vendor for help, she helped him no questions asked!! Had to find the vendor I originally asked for help, zero lowes employees in sight, he looked down and pointed in the direction of another lowes employee, ridiculous and frustrating. After this experience I will drive farther to Home Depot, hopefully they have better customer service, I cant imagine it being worse.
Its lowes but a good lowes. Its very close by and its lovely. Right down the street from albertsons. I like the selection of materials and I feel like I can lost in all the things I can buy and or at least wish I could. Its a great place for remodeling, redecorating or just a nice place to spend time while day dreaming
I have always had great customer service at this Lowes. I am not your typical home improvement person. I bought a washing machine after the one I had for 15 years died. Thank you to the fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff that helped me pick out and purchase my machine. This was then followed up by on-time, friendly delivery service and set up. This place always makes you feel like you are shopping with a friend.
Impossible to find help.... Once you find someone they are busy with other clients. Wait time easy 10-15 minutes on floor. Prices are often wrong on shelves and disputing incorrect prices takes another 10 minutes for price checks (- I often go to shelf... Take pictures to prove prices.. speed things up.. have in the past waited 20 minutes for a department employee to check prices... Never doing that again) very few and very inexperienced sales people that you do end up with... Training of employees seems to be lacking- and codes not met by today- housing codes. Not enough knowledge or questions asked. Will never go there again for information or questions. Depot seems to know far more...
We decided to get decking done around our pool so we decided to go with Lowes since it is our favorite home improvement store. Alex is the guy that comes out to your house to measure for the project (the only guy) and is not professional at all. He comes to your house to measure and says he will email you the quote but does not get back with you. We called and texted him twice on 2 different occasions and all you see is that he reads your message but does not respond through email or text. We have also reached out to the local store and have gotten the run around with little concern for our patronage. We have been waiting for a response but nothing yet. We wanted to go with Lowes because of reputation and the fact that there are so many scammers out there. Guess Lowes doesnt want my business. It is a shame that someone this inconsiderate and unprofessional represents your company. If we could give the hassle a zero stars we would.
When I asked for help I got a dirty look for the gentleman and then he finally said well theyre over there so that I had to go hunt for him which I already knew they werent there because I had already looked I had already looked and then I couldnt find anybody else to ask for help from so I left it went to a different store and actually got customer service
I’ve never been disappointed by this Lowe’s that I can remember. We’re regulars since we go there for salt for our water softener. I’ve been very satisfied by the lithium ion rechargeable yard equipment, and on the rare occasion I ask any staff members there a question, they’ve been very helpful. Lowe’s is my go-to and to choice for all my DIY needs.
Awful customer service.All of the employees walk around in circles pretending to do work.Needed help getting some large shelves of the rack, the lowes employee just stands watching me. As soon as I am done, he askes if i needhelp. No thanks dude!!!Cut to checking out and the employee cannot find a price tag, instead of going herself or sending someone to go. She instead spends time on her phone looking at nothing. After 20 minutes & 3 employees, still no price tag. While they all discuss what to do. I finally take action and go take a picture of the item, price and item number. I come back give them information & they look stunned that I have accomplished the job. Also I was correct on the price of the item. Finally I am able to check out.THE WORST PART IS NO APOLOGY FROM ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES.
Went to Lowes (El Paso, TX_West side) to review an online order. I received the tracking number to track my purchases. Tracking number and final shipping carriers are not detailed in Lowes web page info of your purchase order. Due to pandemic situation, low inventory of some items is affecting all stores warehouse stock, be patient. Program your visit, check your order and if possible call the nearest store for support. But my recommendation is to visit Customer Service to follow-up your order or review any another options for your home needs. Be safe!
I was shopping at the west side (Redd) and could not find a patio set.Lulu associate from applianceWhen beyond her job t help me find what I needed .She took the time to assist me and I was so happy .You need more people like Lulu so professional and polite .She smiled and said that her job was to assist costumers and insure we left happy .Thank u Lulu for all ur help .
Horrible customer service. I have 32 outbound calls for delivery. And the associates laugh and hang up. Very unprofessional. No one seems to want to work. Or even pick up a phone call. You can take my money but cant tell when the delivery will be here. Fire everyone and hire those that actually want a job.
They are usually very friendly and helpful. I qualify for a few discounts and I may have been spoiled before hand but they never ask about it anymore. It use to be they would ask if my number is registered. Please bare in mind this is literally the only thing i have to complain about so it is a great experiance every time... I work in construction so Im in there a lot.
I always enjoy Lowes and Home Depot too, I can spend hours looking through the entire store. Although as of late Ive been frequenting the smaller hardware stores Ive been discovering around town and will say that their customer service has the big ones beat. They are slowly but surely winning me over.
Be forewarned if you want to use military discount here you have to be added to their system at customer service first. It takes about ten minutes and their computer is slow. Is anybody entitled to a military discount? No, of course not. But could I just go to Home Depot instead, where you can get the same discount, and where they don’t make you do this? Absolutely.
Went exploring for a vise for my drill press. Purchased one but slots dont match up with the table on drill press. After considerable parley with thy self, will use c clamps to anchor table to vise.C clamps are really really expensive at Lowes. Will try another place for c clamps.
Not as good as they used to be on customer service.I purchased 8 -2x6x10 for building A deck. That was all the good ones in the stack and I needed 14 . at least 10 were left all bad wood .I had them check inventory for more and they had A whole bundle out back.I waited 25 minutes and talked to several employees which all said someone is coming I had to leave. So for the next 3 days the shelf had only 10 broken boards and went thru the same routine mentioned above with employees manager not available.They had the product in inventory but not for me. Shame Redd Rd El Paso Tx, Oh yea the carpet I chose that you guys came and measured for. can sit with the lumber you wont sell me. Look it up
I was at this store on Valentines day around 4:00. I was ready to spend some money on upgrading my bathroom. I looked at the vanities and had picked one out. There was a group of sales associates congregated back by the bathroom. One of the female associates had her what I think were her grand children there and some of the others were playing with the children. I asked for help with the vanity and the woman that had the children there asked an associate that was obviously leaving the store, she had no vest on had her purse,was walking towards the front of the store to help me. She was cordial and helped me but had to get someone else to get the merchandise down. After the merchandise was pulled I went to get a cart. When I returned I tried to put the box on the cart myself as the associates stood and chit chatted. When I couldnt do it by myself I stood there and was ignored by the 5 maybe 6 associates congregating there. Since no one wanted to help me I decided I would take my business elsewhere. I dont think I will be returning to Lowes any time soon.
I went to return 6 pavers which arrived broken (purchased a palate). The child at customer service wanted to charge me 5% more than the original price because I didnt have my credit card. I explained it was a brand new account and the cc hadnt been mailed to me. Didnt phase her. She gave me a store credit less 5%.I had to make my argument again at checkout!!! Hire smarter people!
Bought a grill here and the service was very nice. Though I did have to wait a bit because they had few staff, I was able to get what I wanted and onced I got the staffers attention go it quick. The price was nice, they had deals on the grill I wanted. I recommend this place for sale days, so should really go.
Good selection of products, but you cant get anyone to help you on the floor, unless YOURE A CONTRACTOR. They dont restock in a timely fashion and people open packages, take stuff out of them, then put them back and no one in the store keeps the inventory straight. Especially in the plumbing, hardware and electrical depts.
Never going to that store again if I can help it. Requested assistance at the wood cutting area, waited forever and nobody showed up. Will stick to going to Home Depot. Its not the first time that Ive experienced terrible costumer service at this store and other Lowes. One Star is being generous.
Was a bit disappointed today with employees, was trying to find filters for the heating & cooling unit, one sent me to the wrong aisle and when I tried get get someone elses attention no luck. But finally found them on my own. Got to learn Lowes layout cause getting help is not happening.
Most of the time you have to be chasing someone to be able to get help. When you finally get someone, it feels like they are not passionate about helping customers, and wont give time to explain to you want needs to. E done if you have a question. In other words, they make you feel that they dont want to help you as a customer out. This has happened to me every time I go to buy things I need. One thing I love about this store, is the fact that they are proud of their products and their tools. Their tools work wonders and are backed up with lifetime warranty, at least their brand, Kobalt; great tools.
Very disappointed today my car wasnt working on the self service machine, I asked for help to mabey they can run as credit ... all I got was yeah I dont know what to do sorry better luck next time.. I asked for manager and my answer to that was .. yea sorry I dont know were they at.. so this is were customer service is coming to... .. smh
I visited lows several times for just lights, fans, weed off, etc and every time I visited, I encounter at least a couple of employees who offered help and advise on what is my best option, so I continue visiting Lowes for all the little and middle shopping to maintain my home in a decent condition.
I asked 2 idiot employees what aisle the toilet seats were at and neither could tell me. Then they started looking it up on a computer near the register which took them a long time. Finally I just gave up on them and looked for the seats myself. Horrible experience, please give your business to Home Depot where employees are a lot more helpful.
Excellent customer service from @Fernanda at the customer service desk, and a huge shout out to Izzy, who calmly, professionally, and efficiently took care of my situation, but also helped multiple other customers and directed employee support simultaneously. He is an excellent manager! Whatever you are paying him, double it!
We visited the lowes at the West side on Saturday night. We were looking for wood panels and we did find what we were looking for, but the customer service overall was really bad. The attitude of both ladies that we spoke to was very indifferent and as if they were annoyed by us. They never offered to help beyond the monosyllabic answers to our questions. Not no mention that their saw machine was not working, nor the one on Northeast.
Worst customer service ever, cannot even get anyone to answer phone. I have an order 11 days ago and still shows order received status. I cannot reach Anyone to cancel order. I will never order anything from them again. Not sure what I will have to do? Call credit card company and put hold on payment. Shady outfit
I was looking to replace my windows and I stepped in to the store, thinking that I had to make an especial order but, they have variety that other stores does not have in stock. I found the size and brand that I was looking for. Also they answered all my questions patiently and kindly. I will definitively recommend lowes!
We love this place, and thank you very much for offering premium parking places for veterans. Not only are 10% discounts given to vets, but now premium parking places marked by a sign saying Thank you to vets. How awesome is rhat?? We shop exclusively for home building and gardening supplies. We recently had 8 gallons of paint mixed expertly, and are thrilled with each color. We purchased our refrigerator , stove, outdoor firepit and patio furniture. Each one was professionally installed or assembled satisfactorily.
I love Lowes but this one completely messed up our online order and had signs misleading us to believe items were on sale that actually were not. The only thing that barely redeems them is the staff was friendly and helpful. I learned my lesson of going to that store again.
Bought a refrigerator at the end of December, They said they will get in some new stock in mid January and that my refrigerator will be delivered at the end of January. Now I was told this refrigerator is no longer available and that I will have to choose another model. I did choose another model and I am satisfied with that, but why did I have to wait 4 weeks to be told that. Also getting phone calls returned from this store is almost impossible. The people who delivered and installed the refrigerator were super.
I would not recommend Lowes for the replacement of your roof. I had mine replaced and immediately afterward, I had a small leak with noticeable interior damage. The subcontractor manager (from A2Z) came by and claimed that the leak on my roof was by my fireplace and was not sealed properly. He claimed to seal and fix it, but neither Lowes nor A2Z would budge to repair the interior wall/paint damage.With the recent rain, I now have the biggest leak in the same spot on my roof, but Im outside of my warranty window. Had I known wed have some dry weather that would not allow me to see the full extent of their workmanship, I wouldve waited to get my roof replaced...just to insure that it wouldnt leak.I called Lowes and my options are to: contact the manufacturer or my insurance because Im outside of the 1 year warranty window. I initially choose Lowes because I thought they were reputable and that theyd be around for years to come. I was wrong! A 1-year-warranty isnt enough for a dry area like this. Roof replacement isnt cheap, regardless of insurance use or not. The shingle outlasted their work!Bottom line is, I shouldnt have to be worrying about another roof replacement this soon. My insurance will of course cover another replacement, but you better believe they (Lowes or A2Z) are not getting my business ever again.Should you decide to get a roof replacement with Lowes, ensure the subcontractor isnt A2Z. On a side note, A2Z also has employees who are rude and unprofessional (and cant do the job right the first time).
Went to get a window today and called ahead of time but no one as we’re in the department okay. As I arrive and go to the window area, I see the employee there with a customer. After about 5 min of hearing them talking about this employees daughter! I walked away and called the operator to get help to the department and still Maria the employee in the window are continued to talk to the guy. Like 2 high school kids giggle and smiling at each other!! After they paged help but no one came, she still sat there flirting with this guy. Worst customer services from her ever. I would like to say it is bad how 1 person can ruin a hole experience at a place. Thank you to the manger who helped and the operator and also the friendly lady at the register!! Other then that will probably never go back.
Awful service and customer service is trash. It’s been a month and still my washer hasn’t even been deliver but it’s in stores! It was schedule for today but hey the delivery supervisor thought it was best for the 19th a week won’t hurt! Thank you much lost a customer here
I usually come to this lowes and have a good experience.today not so good...had an item that jad no label amd had some trouble just getting a price to the cashier even tho i had a picture...had to go back woth an employee to show her ..itsbñike she hadnt been trained or no1 was available to assist her..either way i dnt think it was very professional consodering theyre all there to help
You find what you need there The only big problem I see there at your store is your employees do not directly to the right location where things are and also there always too busy and thats not just one employee several employees constantly under cell phone that is more important than customer service I grate your customer service at a 2
Worst service!!! I ordered some shutters and it took almost a year for Lowes to call me and tell me they were. I would call and all theyd say was they havent come in. Then the installer, poor guy brings the wrong shutters! He said it would be 10 days to 2weeks for them to come in. That was in August. Told me they would be in Sept 18. We are in October. Im still waiting. I really want to ask for my money back and go with their competitor.
We moved to El Paso a few months ago. We wanted to install two security doors on the back of our home. Lowess Professional Mill Worker Ricardo Ramos Rick was very helpful. He showed us several style options, we picked out the style we wanted. The price was outstanding . We went up front paid measurement fee to the customer service rep. The Pro Installers called us, they said our Installer should be calling us any day to schedule our measurements . Mr. Efren called that very same day. When the doors were delivered to the store, Mr. Efren called to schedule our installation. Teamwork makes the dream works. Whether it was Rick, the Pro Installer representatives to Mr. Efren they kept me informed, the doors look amazing. Thank you Lowes . Willie S.
I have had a horrible experience with this store in particular.. I ordered some things from here received half of them wrong and the rest has been over 2 weeks and I haven’t even had an update on when I will receive my lumber! I spoke to the “manager” and nothing has been resolved! I would not recommend this location at all!!!!!!
I love reading gripes about this and that and customer service the real problem is customers are clueless about what they need and want. Example a customer asks for furnace filters ok what size sir well the standard of course yea all are standard blank stare ensues well its a medium size opening really. Everything is standard and they stand there waiting for you to read their minds gtfoh.
As a US Navy Veteran I appreciate that when Lowes says they support the troops they put their money out there to give their support. This West El Paso store and the people who work there are all very friendly, helpful and professional. I was in the store last week when a child went missing in the store and I saw military precision spring into action to secure the store to find the child. Well done Lowes!!!
Went to look for an electric brad nailer. Couldnt find one so i asked an older associate in hardware he gave me a look like why are you bothering me and pointed at the wall with air driven nailers and continued putting up stock. Didnt get nailer and as usual no help from the staff. Rated this visit a 1 because i found the batteries i needed.
Went in to this location this evening to warranty a tool that was clearly under warranty by the package labeling. Talked to the manager who was not knowledgeable about any of there manufacturers warranties and very childish. His name was David but I didn’t get his last name. Luckily I was able to call Lowe’s help line and get the issue resolved. Turns out the manager had no idea what his own stores warranties.
Clean store but lack of customer engagement within the store. Have had to wait in paint for customer service early in morning. Should always have a backup paint associate. What if I was a contractor? My business might go elsewhere. Service managers dont engage customers. Walked by morning meeting and wasnt even engaged by anyone . Customer service is the most important aspect of your business. Associates are typically tasking. Your cashiers need better training and should be calling for backup cashiers when lines are longer than 3 ppl especially when your SCO isnt functioning properly. Buying a front door and installation from Lowes was the worst decision Ive made in a long time. A year later, after four follow-up visits and a new door (they happily installed a defective one on the first trip out), the frame is still warped and the paint is badly peeled. I cant even count the hours Ive spent not getting this fixed. Each time I contact them its like starting over...Is there a no star rating?
Needed some 4 Common Nails- walked into Lowes around 11:30am Sunday, went directly to the Lumber aisle & couldnt find what I needed. Didnt see an associate anywhere nearby so I walked over to the Customer Service Desk just to make sure I was in the right dept. & hoping to see an associate. I passed 8 aisles & NOT A SINGLE ASSOCIATE TO BE FOUND OR SEEN! So I head back & in the paint dept. theres an associate behind the counter helping someone. I waited for him to finish & the opportunity to ask if they carried 4 nails & where I could find them. He stated they dont carry 4 only 3 1/4 nails!!! WHAT a WASTE of my Time!! I shouldve gone to Home Depot from the beginning & saved myself some time & FRUSTATION!! Apparently Lowes needs more associates on the floor & Lowes needs to change their Formula on how many Associates to hire per store!
Try to buy a fridge, pay cash and after 12 days... fridge is MIA.. went back to store for my refund... overall worst costumer service!, workers have no pride for their job or any intention to provide help to costumers!, dont waste your time or money here! Sadly I will recommend to buy in Amazon or Home Depo instead of buying at this store.. :(
I went looking for tiles to replace some broken ones. Once there, I remembered I had to replace some door knobs. So I bought two for two closets and one for a bedroom. Once I got home, I realized I got the wrong color. I went back the next day, stood in line, got my card credited fir the amount without any problems. Git the same thing in the right color abd was out of there in less than 30 minutes.
Why is it so difficult to find help here? This is the last time I will go to any Lowes. Id much rather shop online for the things I need.Lowes if you are reading, take some of those profits and hire more help. And train those who do work there to walk someone over to the area they need. Just saying its in aisle 10 doesnt help when the aisle is a mile long.
Horrible service dont even know how to start this Im very upset. The search started at 9 am at the northeast section they charged me for tile they said was available 1450.00 in tile they said go to the montana store the rest is over at that store. Turns out they didnt have the tile the machine told them it was available but it was not. So from that store they sent me to the Rojas store because according to the manager they had that tile at the Rojas store. Well Rojas didnt have it keep in mind they charged me already. From Rojas they sent me to the redd rd store. I was attended by a kid named danny well he said we are experts here we got it all well guess what he dropped the ball the expert went out the window not only he didnt know how to do the math for tile he felt the pressure and left us hanging he just took off on us. Its 8:17pm on a Monday 4th of June this started at 9 am. This is not right and its all on the managers period. I hope lowes does something about this for the customers sake!
Horrible customer service. Never doing an online order again Ill just go back to home depot even if I have to drive out of the way. Why tell me my order is ready if the time it takes you to bring it to me I could have got everything myself and then some. Rude ignorant staff and a waste of my time.
The day before I went to Lowes because it was closer to my home in search for a home water softener. Waited an hour next to the water softeners and employees walked past me. Went to Home Depot and did the same and in less than 10 minutes was asked if I needed assistance. Needless to say they got my business today and for now on.
Our dishwasher arrived today with a HUGE dent, and we are now being told that it will take a week to replace. We already have an installer scheduled for tomorrow morning. There are five in stock at another local store, but according to Geo, they dont transfer products between stores. Thats really just code for We dont want to put in the extra effort, even though its our fault. Lauren, the Support Manager, who is SUPER unfriendly, was not interested in helping. Store Manager, Eduardo Sandoval, is not available. Well be calling corporate in the morning. All of this comes after the original order was sent to a store in OHIO, and we had to purchase a second dishwasher in an effort to get it here on time for the appointment that we made, based on their original schedule. Have we been refunded for the first purchase yet? Of course not! So, weve purchased two dishwashers from this location, and have none (that arent damaged). Absolutely pathetic customer service. We have been shopping here since the store opened, but this is the last time. HORRIBLE.
I always go to Lowes because its close to my home and a good inventory only one minor thing is I wish that they would turn up the heater just a little bit Im 69 years old and that would keep me warm also they informed me about a a 5% discount that I would have missed thank you Lowes
I have been shopping at lowes for years, primarily because it is closer than Home Depot. I have been treated as if I walked into a Walmart lately. Last year, I purchased a tow trailer from this lowes in El Paso on Redd Road. I took it home with the paper plate and used it a few times with the paper plate. I then left the trailer in my back yard for a year since I only need it during the summer. I went to the DMV and they notified me that I couldnt register it due to a mistake that Lowes made on handing the title over to my name and that I needed some more paper work to be completed by lowes. I went back to lowes and let the employee at the service desk know what was going on. They made copies of all my paperwork and said that a manager would get back to me within 48 hours. 5 weeks later, I go back to lowes to tell them that I hadnt heard from them. The manager that was supposed to call me back was at the service desk that day and said, oh yeah, I remember something about this but I do not remember what the DMV told me. She said I had to go back to the DMV and ask them what it was that Lowes needed to do and get back to her.......seriously? Nope, wrong answer. I didnt believe that I should be running around town fixing the situation that Lowes put me in. I ended up calling the lowes 1-800 number and asking for their assistance. A week later, the paperwork was ready. That is when I chose not to make anymore big $ purchases from lowes anymore. I am a really easy customer to deal with, but the way they handled this situation and simply gave me the sorry, but what can you really do about it service was just a bit much....Strike 2 : Went to the same lowes and the 1 staffed registered has a line, so as usual, I take my 1 item to the self checkout attendant and ask if she can scan my item and give me my military discount..she answers no, lowes doesnt do that at her self checkout attendants register and points me to the staffed register with a line. She continues to talk to her coworker and I stand in line for 10 minutes. Years shopping at lowes, I have never been told that from the self checkout staff...they simply scan my item from their kiosk, check my military I.D and take my $ and thats that. Even though Lowes does offer more help at the store, I will definitely avoid this store and I will be better off shopping at Home Depot or better yet, at Walmart where I will not be surprised at the lack of customer service.

However I was extremely disappointed to see multiple carts shoved into the Veterans parking space, as well into a parked car. I know its more the customers doing than the employees, but still upsetting to see so many carts shoved into that spot.

2022-06-27The customer service in this place is ridiculously bad. Theres never an associate to be found and when you finally spot one they seem annoyed that you bother them. No one ever helps you on the spot, they always tell you they will call someone so then you wait anywhere from 15-30 min for someone to show up to help you. And I mean simple issues like finding a product on the high shelf. If and when they finally show up theyre most likely giving you attitude. I gave Lowes several chances until I gave up and took my business to Home Depot.

2022-06-21Hadnt been to the west side Lowes in years. It was the only place I could find 6 inch pvc fittings. I ordered on line for in store pickup. Pick up was a very smooth process. Sadly I dont remember the womans name that helped me. Maybe Julia? She did an outstanding job. It was ironic that a home improvement store had so many roof leaks 😅

2022-05-06Policy states appliances have to be returned in 48 hours in a like new condition if opened. The delivery team knew that because the box was falling apart, they assumed there was damage and opened the box and proceeded to deliver the damaged products. Called Lowes but was put on hold for two hours with no resolution. Now we have to waste more time dealing with this situation and they probably won’t even call back.

2019-03-22I have visited this Lowes many times and they always provide excellent service. Today I worked with Maria in Sales, who assisted with my garage door opener install. She was great and very friendly. Very satisfied with the service and prices!
