I have always had good experiences at Lowes. Today was an extremely rainy day so very slow inside. Its nice to have the floor to yourself and associates willing and ready to help.
The Garden Department here, as well as other Loews seems to have significantly healthier plants than Home Depot and Walmart. Prices tend to be reasonable.
I give five stars for the best customer service the gentlemans name is Michael B in the garden department he helped me with what I wanted to locate even went out of his way to check the box to make sure everything I was looking for was in the Box not just hang the phone up and say come by outstanding customer service Michael you get 10 I will be back everyone tell Michael hi
Wandered around the aisles, no help. Got misdirected at the cash register. Found a nice lady at the paint section, but couldnt find what I needed. Finally corralled someone .
I almost always have a good a good experience even if I dont always get something. Lowes is a go-to place for almost all home / lawn projects and chores. They sell just about everything, except elbow grease.
My past experience with Lowe’s was pretty good they have a big variety of material for all types of home improvement. I can always find what I am looking for easily. Great services with good prices for materials.
Just had a friend at this lowes an hour ago. The cashier charged her with receiving $40 cash back. She noticed it on her receipt n asked the cashier how thar happened and she responded, I have no idea. Straight up stealing and I hope they fire the cashier. Probably not the first time n wont be the last.
Understaffed, in almost all departmentsWhen you get someone to help you they dont know nothing in that department.This is the worst Lowes that I been, and Im a contractor and have visited a lot of them

Was able to reset the limestone from mother and lime mix bought at this lowes found what I needed for breaker box plug too as well,great store great people!
Horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes in appliances for an associate. Called the main number and they paged someone. Needless to say, no one showed up. Took the tag of the item I wanted to customer service. Subsequently the associate in applianced was paged several times before answering. I was told by the very helpful young lady in customer service that someone would meet me in appliances. I waited another 30 minutes and left and went to Home Depot. I could not get a manager on the phone to discuss my concerns with. I’ll never visit this location again. The store was practically empty by the way.
The Lowes here in Mansfield is a little better than most but Lowes still has really poor customer service overall. I wish lose would fix it and turn it around I dont know why they do that but they tend to just point and not direct people the way they need to be or walk them to their product like home Depot does and home Depot associates seem to be a lot more knowledgeable. This coming from a handyman that does work all over Dallas-Fort Worth
Staff was super helpful. I bought garden stones and 2 young men cheerfully loaded them on my buggy and into my car.
Ran in for a quick purchase today. The trip wasnt that special, but I did have pleasure of speaking with a lovely cashier whos been with Lowes almost 19 years. Isnt that amazing? Im sorry I didnt catch her name, but I appreciate her to commitment. She left an impression. 😊
Maxine is the greatest, I cant say how much she helped us out! I will forever be a customer if yall keep employees like Maxine. 2022-05-09Purchased a washer & dryer from Lowes 1511. Maxine from appliance department was very very professional and efficient with my purchase. -Shout out to Maxine for the awesome job! Whenever I made the decision to purchase the washer & dryer, Maxine went to the back room and brought them within 5 minutes; she checked me out and took the appliances to my truck. My time at the store was hassle free, quick, professional, efficient, and 100% recommended to shop. Wished we had a Lowes in Grand Prairie, TX

2022-03-04I buy the Texas hardwood mulch and compost. I tell the register clerk what I need. I drive around to the side gate where sales associates are always quick to get the mulch, etc. and load it in my car. Easy peasy. They are friendly and helpful!

2022-06-06Very nice Gentleman helped me today, I didn’t get his name but he was in the garden center. Wiser gentleman with the salt and pepper hair. He helped me with Pete moss humus and Top soil also fertilizer! He was so nice, he loaded my items on the flat bed buggy. Very well knowledge of what I needed. Thank you nice sir!!

2022-06-21Had a warranty replacement on a dishwasher purchased here. They made the process very difficult. Staff was very nice though, so I gave a second star. Today I used their key maker to have 3 house keys made. However, the kiosk only gave me 2 keys. Went to customer support and was told “the kiosk is a 3rd party, you have to call their customer service number to have it resolved.” This just seems absurd for a hardware store. I’ll be avoiding Lowes from now on.

2022-04-30Went to Lowes for planning on the front property. Wanted grass plants for the circles and flowering shrubbery to spruce up the area around the tree. They have an amazing selection of plants to choose from. A neat place to look and shop. C. Sutherland

2022-05-30I dont get how Lowes around a business. I understand you dont have a lot employees and allow hours. But when you walk in you dont get nobody greet you on any days you coming to Lowes. Its hard to find anybody. I dont understand how lows is still havent been this when you need help cant find no help. Now you going to home Depot or any hardware store its all different can somebody tell me why

2022-05-23We ordered a GE dryer from this store to be delivered. After the delivery date came and went, I called to get a status update on it. After being transferred around 4-5 times, I was eventually hung up on. This happened a few times, before I finally reached a manager. He said the order would be out tomorrow, and they’d call to schedule a time. That call never came. My wife and I have now gone through this cycle at least 4-5 times now, enough to where they had to cancel and reorder the dryer. Last update was that it would be delivered today, and once again nothing. I’m currently on hold waiting to speak to someone once again. I’ve already been put on hold today indefinitely, hung up on once again, and after an hour of trying am still on hold.Absolute worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this store at all costs!

2022-05-08I prefer the brands carried by Lowes. Purchased my lawn mower, and multiple garden and power tools. Always find particular tools I am looking for, or what I need for home improvement. Will keep coming back.

2022-06-11I give this store a 5 star rating but particularly towards the store manager who went above and beyond to resolve my 2 month issue with the repair department. Too lengthy to discuss but he took care of me in 1 day when others wouldnt. Thank you again!
