Amazing presentation fresh, clean and delicious Ive been here 3 times and everytime was a hit, great prices and portion for lunch and kids
The food is great with good servings and very reasonably priced! Plus the ladies that work there are super sweet.My 3 year old loved the chicken nuggets kids meal too!
Ordered dinner for my family and spent over $60. Asked for no onion in the Mongolian beef but got onion in the Mongolian beef. Asked for fried rice but got steamed rice. Kinda expensive to not get it the way you want. The food was good that was right, but there was also no napkins, silverware, or fortune cookies… what Chinese takeout doesn’t give fortune cookies?!
The food is not bad but the service is horrible. We found a groupon and thought its such a great deal that we bought more than one. Every time I called to place a pickup order they tried to get around from applying that groupon with different excuses. Once it was that this groupon was expired already (when it was not), another time they said they will only charge the difference and when I came to pickup they charged the whole amount(!), and another time they claimed that it can only be applied to 2 dishes from the menu(?!?). They are not decent, and therefore dont deserve your business in my humble opinion.
Tried the lunch special sesame chicken. That is my standard dish to tell if you serve good American Chinese food or not. They did pretty good with it. I also order some salmon nigiri. I think that needed more rice to support the fish. But it was good.
Weve eaten here many times. They have good food. Recently the service has degraded. The wait staff just doesnt come by to take the order or provide service. She was talking on her phone bluetooth earbuds the entire time we were there instead of working the customers. Cant tell if she is talking to us or her phone. This has happened the last several times we have come by for lunch.
Not good at all. The General Tso’s chicken isn’t battered, the sauce has a BBQ sauce texture - too much corn starch. The sweet and sour chicken looked like the oil hadn’t been changed in days, very dark brown. Bento boxes were just ok, needs seasoning. The ginger dressing for the salad fell out of emulsion.
It was just ok. I got threbento box with shrimp tempura. The shrimp tempura was definitely store bought and cold in the middle. We got the jalapeño something as an appetizer and it was tasty. My California roll was ok too. Everything was just ok. We live in Addison and were in the area
Good food. Even there are quite a few customers, food was fast to be served. I like the variety that they have japanese, chinese & thai food, so a lot of choices. Price is reasonable. Have been there for several times.
Fresh, hot food, even well after the lunch rush. Place is very clean and hostess/waitress was kind, courteous and pleasant. Glad I came even though it was out of my eay
I walk in there and one of the employees kids are running around in the kitchen and dining areas while the employee is yelling at the top of her lungs with no respect for guests. Food was bland!! I seriously felt like I was in a daycare or something...this place sucks!

Mongolian beef and Hibachi steak was good. I did not like their Pad Thai as much. The preparation is good but portion size is way too small. It is small enough to deduct 2 stars. Would not consider them for regular takeout.
Have eaten here twice. First time delivery. Second time in restaurant. Very open and clean. Food is fresh and owners are friendly. They could use some help in the bussing area though. Seemed short staffed, but it did not affect our food.Will definitely be back!!

Delicious food for a great price! Husband and I have eaten here 3 times now - twice for take out and once in this Allen location. We have tried a wide range of their food and have always been very please by it. Our favorite things have been the Mongolian beef and the crab puffs which were all super delicious. The portions are really good so we were totally satisfied and even had some leftovers. 100% would recommend!
Ordered sesame chicken, beef fried rice, and chicken fried rice. The sesame chicken was fine no problem. However both fried rices were not. They are both so full of onions it is horrible. Had to take the container out of the house as it was all you could smell.
This was first time ordering from Lucky House, Allen, and the food was absolutely wonderful, cooked perfectly and so much flavor! I will definitely be back.
Whether delivered or in person, their food is always tasty, and their service is really good. I highly recommend them! :-)

BEST Chinese food Ive had in a long time!! I could give this place 5 stars on the egg rolls alone. Just moved to this area and Ive been looking for good Chinese food. Got the General Tso chicken, miso soup, egg rolls and a tuna roll. Everything was DELICIOUS!! I will definitely be back.
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! Also the service was terrible. We had to ask our server for plates and he indicated that we should use the plates that our appetizers had come on that we had boxed up. We literally took the boxed up food to the garbage after we left the restaurant. My husband was embarrassed to leave the untouched food behind. I felt we should leave it so the owner would know the food was inedible. We paid nearly $50 for food we couldn’t enjoy.

Great place for varieties of semi-authentic Chinese and Asian food. Never have to wait for more than 5 mins for any take-out orders, which is very efficient. The dining area is super clean, quiet and pleasant to sit in. The sushi chef though, could be a little bit more pro-active in talking with customers, especially when customers are waiting at the cashier desk. Overall, its a nice good Asian cuisine you should consider.
For vegetarians/vegans: they do not have a vegetarian sauce.I have ordered from Lucky House at least five times now and every time I order from there I always ask for the same thing: Low Mein with vegetables and tofu but with a vegetarian sauce since low Mein sauce has oyster sauce!The food has always been great. However, when I called today to order again, they had a new attendant on the phone. I asked for the vegetarian sauce and she said they did not have a vegetarian sauce. I told her are you sure? Because I have ordered a vegetarian sauce for months now. She was nice enough to go double check with the chef and it turns out she was right, which makes me wonder what the hell have I been eating?I think it’s absolutely unethical to tell the customer you provide a vegetarian option when you will actually cook her meal with something non-vegetarian. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by this place. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is that my husband, who eats meat, enjoys it a lot.
Only had the sushi and crab rangoons and both were mediocre. Very plain flavors.
Great food options Hibachi is good quality and the seafood is good with reasonable price I like the lucky house mild for the seafood and they have steak and shrimp hibachi flavorful
Ive order delivery from this place 5x in the last month. Their sushi is always fresh and so tasty every time I order. The delivery is very quick. Ive never had any issues and their noodles are amazing!!
I am OBSESSED with this place! The food is always fresh delicious and they are quick with delivery! The portion sizes are very generous, especially if not ordering from the lunch menu. I order from.here at least twice a month, sometimes more.

Shockingly enough, I’m here to complain. As I’m writing this, I have been waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes for 4 items, and I live relatively close to the restaurant. Please, if the business is overwhelming you, please stop accepting orders. You’ll just end up with wasted food and upset guests.Now, 5 minutes into writing this, the food is here. I’d like to recommend customers steer away from the sushi that set next to the hot bag for nearly (assuming) an hour and a half.I’ll be back, but delivery is a big negatory moving forward.
They cannot get an order correct. this is not the first time that this has happened. They take your. credit card number and are very quick to charge the total amount after you give the driver a tip. then if you call them and tell them that the order was wrong, they tell you that the only way that they can provide you a credit is if you provide them your credit card number again. They also argue with you about what you ordered and what they sent. They wont admit they made a mistake. they just continue to argue. They cannot accept that they made a mistake. I ordered chicken egg rolls and they sent spring rolls. they tried to say that I ordered them. we never order spring rolls. We dont like them. It wasnt so much about the credit card as it was about arguing with me and trying to tell me that I made the mistake. Very poor customer service. The food is not that good. Its not worth the time.
Their food is always hot and delicious, and Ive never had any problems with special requests. Ordering and delivery is easier than Door Dash, Grubhub, etc.I highly recommend their Bento box meals and Cream Pecan Shrimp.
Food was delivered hot, fresh and tasty! Delivered in less than 20 mins. The fried dumplings w/sauce is soooo good! I passed this spot so many times and never thought to stop. Glad I gave them a chance.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered $114 on grubhub for 6 people. The restaurant was unresponsive to the grubhub order, so grubhub canceled the order after waiting an hour. After grubhub called me, I called the restaurant and they answered the phone after one ring, put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on me.I called back and the second lady was very rude and unhelpful.
I got the Avocado Surprise... very good!!! The hot and sour soup lacked sour, but was good. Spicy dishes could definitely have more spice. Perhaps they could provide a 1-5 scale for spiciness? I would order again, but wish they did curbside pickup and contactless delivery. Glad to see another deliver option in Allen!

I ordered by phone and had our food delivered. One item was left off the delivery but they made it right. The food arrived HOT and FRESH...best delivery experience I have ever had! When I called to report that an item was left off the delivery, I was given several options for the rectification of the error. They are obviously super busy: and yet, this one error was rectified as quickly as possible. The food was all tasty and fresh....the kind of take out I have been craving. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
Lets start Dry Flavorless brisket. Ive had better coleslaw at KFC and soupy Mac n cheese. Soulmans in cedar hill tx is considerably better... 1 out of 10 Soul-less bbq...
The food was delicious, quick, hot and prices are very reasonable. I got food to go.The sweet and sour chicken was excellent. The chicken meat they use actually tastes like high quality meat, not weird overcooked stuff like at most chinese places. What I really like is they have many Japanese options, like sushi and sashimi. I had the tuna tartare and it was fresh, delicious, topped with a generous serving of ikura. Ive gotten takeout from here twice and will keep coming back. Not just because of the excellent flavor and selection. The atmosphere is super clean and meticulously tidy. Packaging is on point. It seems like theres great care given to cleanliness as well as meticulous execution of the dishes. They really seem to take pride in their food, its quality, preparation, and presentation.
Dont ordered a party platter there.They didnt prepare it when I were there to pick it up even though I confirmed ahead.The quality was very disappointing over general menu.It was almost vegetable Kung pao not shirmp.

I will definitely not be ordering from here again. The food was ok. The food took almost an hour and a half to get to my house. There’s not really good communication because I called after an hour after I ordered it to see what was taking so long and they said it was gonna take another 30 to 40 minutes and so I decided just to cancel it. About 20 minutes later I got a phone call from them saying the food was delivered after I already left my house to go get food. My siblings checked the door there was no food. I want to say about 2 to 3 minutes later my neighbor comes by asking my siblings if they ordered food. They gave my siblings open bags and containers. I got mad when they told me this because I don’t see why they didnt double check it was the right address before they gave it to somebody or leave it at the door.

Ordered the Mongolian chicken and fried rice, the mongolian chicken had barely ANY chicken and it looked like there was half an onion in there. The fried rice was pretty much flavourless. Not worth it and never ordering again. All I got was half an onion, BARELY any chicken and some poorly seasoned rice. On a side note the mongolian sauce seemed like oil, it had the same consistency and color.
Very fresh. Sushi was surprisingly fresh! And bathrooms are clean and new. Dont let the strip mall exterior fool you. Very nice inside and great value

Major disappointment! We ordered egg rolls, egg drop soup, szechuan beef , teriyaki chicken and red curry chicken. Only the egg rolls were ok. Everything else was flavorless, like somebody forgot the seasonings all together. Soup was very bland(not even salt), teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce, beef flavorless, and red curry chicken was awful. Perhaps we hit it on a busy night, but not ordering again.

Ordered the Kung Pao Beef. Shouldve been called Kung Pao Vegetables. Very bland and the egg roll was doughy. If you like Amercanized chinese food, you will like this place. Otherwise, cannot recommend.

The Japanese Ramen Chashu is the type that even if you are full you cant stop going back to it as the is so moreish. Highly recommended

2022-03-01Good food, presentation is awesome. I didn’t expect them to be this good when I went inside. But I am glad to mention that the food was really good.We had HEART ATTACK & Chicken Dumplings as appetizers. HEART ATTACK was out of the world.We also ordered Hibachi Chicken, pad Thai, Ahi tower and rainbow roll. Everything were outstanding.

2022-09-09Ordered fried rice to go, extra spicy, and it was out in 10 minutes which is great. Except for it not being spicy at all and the majority of the rice being onion slices with small bits of chicken strewn about. The rice lacked flavor so that couldn’t even save the dish. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you like spicy flavorful food.

2022-03-22The picture on their website of the Pad Thai is deceiving af! The noodles were over cooked and undersauced; bland bland bland. Frankly I’m super disappointed. I got one roll the SR11 is what saved this review because it was pretty good.I hope they fix the pad Thai recipe because the one on the website photos looks amazing!

2022-07-17First time trying Lucky House, and I wasnt disappointed. I ordered the Poke Bowl and was blown away. The knife work and presentation of the food were immaculate. They are reasonably priced and flavorful. I will be back to try the sushi!

2022-07-08The staff were very nice, the restaurant is very clean. They offer appropriate portions, not the massive sizes I think we’re used to but they are appropriate sized. They have a soup bar for dine in which is wonderful. The crab rangoons were great and the hot and sour soup was also good. The chicken was less breaded than other places which I liked a lot. The General Tsos was also spicy which it usually isn’t so I enjoyed that as well. They do need more help though.

2022-07-13Ordered last night from ubereats. The food was outstanding. Orange chicken and hunan shrimp were best we have ever had. Sushi was good, dumplings and cucumber salad were too. Portions were surprisingly large, perfect sauce ratio, fresh veggies, and overall beautiful presentation. This is exactly the type of quality we have been looking for. Really delicious. Cant wait to order again!! Thank you Lucky House!!❤

Huge prawns, sweet and crunchy yet creamy too. Great item.To get all that delivered in 20 minutes was amazing and we will call again!Others not so much.Fried rice was plain brown rice.Cashew shrimp an unusual taste, not sure what to call it.Wonton soup, chewy thick wontons.Asian egg roll no discernible flavor anchor.Spring roll in rice wrap as described, but more of a rubbery texture.Seaweed salad was super sweet, overdone on the rice syrup.So, we will explore other parts of menu, while anchoring on fast delivery of their great sushi rolls!

2021-03-25New Asian Restaurant in Allen!! Outstanding food. We normally have to drive all the way to south Plano for good Asian food. No longer necessary. Everything you want is right here in Allen now.I must strongly suggest you try the Heart Attack appetizer! Not too spicy. Just perfect. Absolutely delicious!! Everything is new and clean too! We will definitely be back!!
