I had a fantastic experience shopping for a wedding dress at Lulus. The first time I went, in early May, was with a few friends and I was really unsure of what I wanted. My stylist, Tiffany, was very patient and let me try on dresses of a few different types. I left that appointment feeling like I had a better idea, but wanted to come back when my mom could be in town and come along. There was zero pressure for me to make a decision that day, which was much appreciated! I came back in mid July with both moms and had another great experience. Tiffany made me feel special and also comfortable! Again, she was just as patient as the first time. She even brought in her manager to help me make a decision when I said that I might flip a coin between two dresses! In total I tried on the winning dress FIVE times before deciding for sure, so again, very patient! If you want the boutique experience without breaking the bank (all the gowns are under $2500), I highly recommend Lulus! Ask for Tiffany!
I was able to SAY YES TO THE DRESS! This was my first and only location I went to in order to look for my dress. From the moment I first walked in Kimberley was very attentive and super helpful with the process of looking through the racks and helping me to understand how I know which dress is the one. I am usually a very indecisive person but Kimberley helped me to understand if I am not 100 percent confident in the dress its not the one for me which made this process go super smooth. I had an idea of what I wanted before coming in and Kimberley pointed me in that direction! Kimberley was amazing and so was Robin!Kimberley was super patient, helped me stay in my budget and made the experience super memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Lulus! Ask for Kimberley!
Daniella was my bridal stylist and she was absolutely excellent. She had me walk in the dress and sit down in it to make sure I could move around in it. She even took me to a room with different lighting to see how I would look with a spotlight vs dim lighting. I absolutely loved my experience at Lulu’s Bridal and would recommend it to any bride. I’m so happy with the dress I chose. Thank you Lulu’s!
I drove to Lulus Bridal from Austin (~3 hour drive) because they had a specific dress by Eddy K that I really wanted to try on. Unfortunately, the salon only had 1 sample dress for the majority of their designers, typically fitting someone who wears a 6 or 8 in street clothes. I wear a size 10 in street clothes, so after the 2nd dress didnt fit well my consultant walked me over to the Curvy section so that I would have a good experience. In the entire store, there were 2 racks of dresses available for women larger than an 8, and for the most part these were different dresses than what was available on their website. Every other bridal boutique Ive visited had multiple sizes of each dress available and at a minimum, the consultant had creative tactics (clips, paper doll, etc.) so that I could still try the dress on and get a feel for how it fit. My consultant did not help me into the dresses at all, and so there was no way to see how I looked if they didnt fit right away. All of the above I could forgive; however THE WORST PART of the visit: when I expressed how disappointed I was that I wouldnt be able to try on the dress I DROVE FROM AUSTIN TO TRY ON, my consultant shrugged her shoulders and said Ya its not going to fit you but maybe it will fit her - she can try it on. She then pointed to my younger sister and maid of honor.I was so shocked in the moment I didnt say anything and really regret that I didnt stand up for myself. Ive been working hard for my wedding and have lost 25 lbs since the proposal, with goals to lose more by my wedding day. I dont know if she had a lapse in judgment, thought she was being funny or just let a thoughtless comment slip but I was horrified. I left the appointment almost in tears and feeling anything but confident about myself.Eventually I found a beautiful dress at a different salon. I can say with confidence that of the 5 stores I visited, Lulus stood out as an ABYSMAL experience and I seriously hope the store invests in some retraining so no other bride-to-be has to go through a similar experience.
I had an amazing experience at LuLus! After a rushed and not so great time at the shop I went to right before, Daniella and the staff at LuLus were a breath of fresh air. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and Daniella helped me not only find a dress I love but was patient as we worked out the details of getting it exactly how I wanted. She made me feel like I was shopping with one of my best friends. There was a huge selection of dresses, all within a reasonable price range, so there wasnt a fear of falling in love with a dress totally out of my price range. You can tell that the staff at LuLus genuinely love what they do and want to be a part of your big day.
Lisa was the perfect stylist. She made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and allowed us to go around the shop and pick out gowns she wanted to try. She was so helpful and was able to find dresses that fit my daughters style choice. She knew what would flatter my daughters small shape and found the perfect dress. Our experience was fabulous and Lisa deserves 5 stars!
I got my dress at LuLus. Beware of the alterations game they play. They send you across the street to Molly’s closet and they make it sound like it’s part of the same appointment and after an hour of pinning they tell you it would cost $1000 to do basic alterations. This very sweet lady explains how much it is for each alteration and how she can do it for this much less to make it seem like she is cutting you a deal and feel so grateful to her. It is all a game! I came home and did my own research and realized I was highly taken advantage of. The tailor also ripped the tulle of my dress when pinning! I got a refund on my money and picked up my dress and had all my alterations plus more to make it fit since it was too small) done for less than $300.They have beautiful dresses but just be sure you are not being told to order a dress that is too small! Also just don’t use Mollys bridal for your alterations!Additionally, the consultant measured me and told me that I was in luck…they only had one dress size (of the one I liked) that they could get here in time for my wedding day and that it was going to fit perfectly. She measured me multiple times and even had me double checked and I saw the other lady look at her with big eyes sort of like “you sure?” and she said no it will be perfect! I received my dress in and shockingly it was too small in my stomach area which I have had twins so I’m very self-conscious about that particular area. Luckily the alterations lady i was referred to, was able to let out about 2 inches on the sides. The dress was $1800 and so to sell someone an $1800 dress knowing that it might be too small is just bad business and taking advantage of a bride to be in a vulnerable situation.
So it was my 1st bridal experience to try on dresses; my sister and I flew to Dallas for this; sadly I didnt get to try on any dresses; my bridal consultant asked me questions and figured I was a bride with an attitude because of the type of dresses I wanted and because I wanted a country chic wedding. Lets note im a plus size woman as well and was only shown a few dresses. She was also very short when she asked me my budget. My sister and I was prepared to purchase a dress that day and had wiggle room in my budget of $1,200.00 but she suggested we go to some different locations to purchase! Im sure the company and other brides may hv a different experience but for me working with Kimberly was not it for me! Congratulations to all of you new brides and good luck to my fellow plus size brides.
Although I didn’t find my dress here, I had a great experience with Jeannette. She was analytical with her approach towards finding my dress which really helped me gain a better idea of what looked good on me. She was very helpful in her recommendations, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase a dress unless I really loved it. Come to LuLu’s and ask for Jeannette!
Honestly, I felt like my experience at Lulus was far below my experience at other bridal salons. I walked into the store a few weekends ago to confirm my appointment and the girl at the front was not friendly. They assured me they had everything including my Pinterest board that they were very eager to get after contacting me several times. I asked to look around to see if the dresses fit my style and I was told I could not. When I got to the appointment the woman at the front (different than the previous weekend) was again unfriendly and handed me paperwork that held up the appointment. This information should have been asked of me beforehand. Once my group got back to our assigned room, we felt it was poorly decorated, the chairs were ugly and uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty and old, and the curtain was a very unpleasing print that was at a height that left odd shadows in all the pictures. Other salons pay better attention to how they present themselves aesthetically. The stylist informed me she was not given the Pinterest board I was hounded about, and then proceeded to tell me she had limited stock in the styles I was looking for. This could have been avoided if I was allowed to look around when I stopped by weeks ago. The stock we did pull seemed outdated and worn. It is evident the store is not keeping up with current styles. While trying on dresses, the stylist used pillows to pull the dresses tight instead of clips. This method made it difficult to visualize the dress from all sides and not to mention how unsanitary it was. Overall my experience was very disappointing. I will not be recommending Lulus in the future and I am advising my planned not to recommend it as well.
Lulus was an amazing experience for my daughter. She wasnt sure what she wanted in a dress and Kim took her time talking to her and helping her find her vision. We didnt expect to find the dress of her dreams but we sure did!!! Thank you all so much for such a great experience
Although I didn’t get a dress this weekend, I had the BEST experience with Jeanette. She is filled with knowledge and suggested great dresses for my body shape! The boutique is beautiful and organized and their customer service was amazing. Highly recommend you ask for Jeanette!
Daniella was an incredible! She is such a great listener and knows exactly how to keep you excited and feeling confident through your appointment! ❤️ I was so nervous about finding anything that would fit or make me feel comfortable. She made sure I got to see anything and everything I wanted! I said yes to the dress and can’t wait to pick it up! Thank you Daniella ❤️ 10/10 would recommend!!
I am one of the most indecisive people I know so I never thought that I would say yes to the dress after just one day of shopping around. Not only did Lulu’s have a beautiful selection of wedding gowns, but they had beautiful gowns for almost any bride’s budget. Brittany was super sweet, fun like my say yes to the dress crew and knowledgeable about her craft. I was so shocked that I found a dress in just a few hours that I waited two months to make sure there was not a more perfect gown for me… and there wasn’t! Brittany was sure to return my call and honestly answered all of my questions. She was even willing to share a few pics of her big day with me for ideas. Brittany made saying yes to the dress easy!
My dress was perfection!!! Lulus was fantastic- so knowledgeable, helpful, and different than other places I had tried dresses on at. They asked me questions about the venue, and type of wedding I was having to really understand the vibe I was going for and in turn help me find the perfect dress. It was an amazing experience and I found the dress of dreams. So happy!!
Wife went in to look at dresses and the lady helping her was just disrespectful and dismissive on her trying on dresses because they were “out of budget” when we could go up no problem. But Basically told her to get lost and she can go across the street to the Ross of bridal dresses. Glad we aren’t spending our money here.
Wow!!I loved my experience at Lulus Bridal Boutique in Dallas. Kimberley was my consultant and was the absolute best. I came in twice to try on dresses for the first time and had a hard time making a solid decision on which dress I wanted to go with. Kimberly was sweet, patient and had a sparky personality that really made the experience memorable. She took her time and never rushed me to make a decision I didnt feel 100% about. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout both appointments. When I came back for my second appointment a week later, I had made a final decision about the dress I envisioned myself in on the big day. She turned making the final decision into a ceremony and recorded a video of her asking me the famous question and handing me the sign. It was very sweet and made it feel really special. She even sent me a thank you card weeks later. Kimberely was truly a joy! I recommend not only her services but Lulu’s if youre wanting a stress free and memorable wedding dress shopping experience! :)
The store was very clean, the dresses were gorgeous. However, I felt uncomfortable because the consultant Jeanette spoke very poorly regarding my appointment with a competitor store the following day. I was in a dress and she asked if I read their reviews, and then stated that she’s sure that I would have fun. Being a curvier bride, it was off putting to be told that they wouldn’t have a selection for my size, and that your store was the one with the widest selection. When finding a dress that I loved, I couldn’t even really enjoy it because instead of the consultant asking if I was in love with the dress, she asked if I was ready to cancel my appointment the following day with the competitor store. It was rather unprofessional and even if I did want to purchase a gown with this store, that type of professionalism really put a damper on any excitement we had with the dresses I was wearing. We had to ask to try on veils with the dress and ask to try on additional dresses, the appointment felt very rushed and very pushy towards picking a dress, lasting less than an hour from beginning to finish. I’m disappointed, I really wanted to love this store.
I had such a fantastic dress shop experience! By far my favorite wedding boutique in dallas, you get the upscale and intimate feel of an exclusive retailer with international resources. Daniella Norman was my bridal consultant and she was so lovely to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and creative. I went in with a specific idea and she pulled exactly what I had in mind, in addition to some of her intuition picks - I ended up going with one of her intuition selections. I didnt know it was perfect until I saw it. She knows the wedding business but more importantly knows how to read people, 10/10 referring all my friends there when they get engaged
Because we were traveling in from out of town, we arrived approximately 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I called the store and they immediately invited me in and allowed us to start the process early. Their flexibility was greatly appreciated.Danielle was my consultant and she was wonderful! She took time to discuss the details of my wedding, as well as what Id liked and disliked about wedding dress shopping at other stores. We also discussed my budget. She then pulled an array of dresses that met my criteria. She was kind and accomodating. As I tried on dresses, she casually chatted with me about my fiance, our engagement, honeymoon details, etc. This immediately put me at ease and helped settle my nerves! I cannot recommend Lulus and Danielle enough! While I did not find my dress at Lulus, I am beyond grateful to have had them be apart of my wedding dress shopping experience!
My dress shopping experience here was amazing during my appointment. Daniella is an absolute gem and was one of my favorite bridal stylists that I’ve come into contact with. She was amazing the entire time and she picked out dresses for me that I would’ve picked for myself. She got my vision and I truly trusted her 10000% with it. She was personable, funny and knew exactly what I wanted. You can tell she’s great at her job and she made me feel so great the entire appointment. If you’re booking your appointment here, request Daniella because she is worth it!!!!I got a little stressed when a miscommunication happened with a second appointment and was initially upset and the manager called me within the hour to handle the situation completely. I’ve updated my review to reflect the hard work of Daniella that I never wanted to get overshadowed and to commend the manager for handling a miscommunication with me so easily.
I went dress shopping to what felt like every possible store in the Dallas area. I made an appointment with Kimberley at Lulu’s Bridal, and it was the best decision I could have ever made! Kimberley listened to me, and truly understood my style. I went dress shopping summer of 2020, which was in midst of strict COVID protocols. I believe Lulu’s bridal did a wonderful job of keeping everyone safe, while still allowing me to have my moment! We were limited on the number of guests allowed to come. Kimberley worked with my family to schedule more than one appointment so my parents and sisters could all see the dress (on different days)! I truly appreciated everything she did for me and the beautiful selection the store provided. I would strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with Kimberley at Lulu’s Bridal!
Go to Lulus! Request Tiffany!I had an amazing experience at Lulus! After going to other bridal stores and hearing that dress is so beautiful on you! to every single dress I tried on, some of which were anything but flattering and beautiful, I honestly thought that was the norm and expectation I should have for all bridal shops. At those stores, I felt like it was all about making the sale rather than helping me find the dress of my dreams. My experience at Lulus was the opposite!Tiffany was my bridal stylist and she was AMAZING. She did an excellent job of listening to me and what I was looking for. She provided me with so many beautiful, flattering options, I seriously had a hard time choosing *the one*! She was easy to talk to, patient, and clearly an expert at all things wedding dresses.Go to Lulus! Request Tiffany!
I had an amazing experience shopping at Lulu Bridal Boutique. Brittany was so great to work with and she handpicked each of my dresses based on what I liked. She did amazing. Each of them were so spot on with what I was looking for. She found one that she KNEW I was going to love and we saved it for the end. She was right and it was the one I ended up saying yes to. I cant recommend her enough! Definitely ask to work with her if you plan to go to Lulus!
This was a terrible experience. I dont even know the womens name who the purchase was made from. She rushed us in and out because we were her last appointment. She didnt give us a chance to get the picture we wanted. My daughters dress is to big to long its just awful, and breaks my heart. This is not how my beautiful princess should be treated. They asked us if we could come in earlier that day and it was already difficult my daughter lives out of town 4 to 6 hours away. I hope to hear back you guys owe her an apology the wedding is in a few more months. Sad so stressful
~Kimberly Y.~I dont know that I could have had a better experience anywhere else other than Lulus Bridal! Trying on wedding dresses was a bit intimidating for me but I was able to relax and feel confident at Lulus. KIM (youngblood) WAS INCREDIBLE! She had impressive knowledge of every single dress and designer I tried on. She really pointed out important details about dresses most would never think about and other associates and owners elsewhere never pointed out to me. Shes a true expert and I feel very fortunate i was guided by the best for choosing my dress (its soooo beautiful). Thank you Kim the team at Lulus Bridal!
I said yes to my dress today at Lulus! Daniella was amazing! She was patient and very professional during the whole process. They have beautiful dresses and a fabulous staff. Brittany was also very professional and she responded to my emails very quickly, I love that!
Our experience with Lulus was wonderful from start to finish!! Tiffany was so kind and knowledgeable, and I have to say she nailed it on the dress!! She knew exactly what to pick. Every dress my daughter tried on was amazing with the last one she tried more beautiful than I had ever seen on a bride. Hands down, this is the place to go if you want to find the perfect dress!!!
What SHOULD have been a happy and memorable experience for my daughter the so called sales consult Turned into a depressing and disappointing experience. My daughter has a beautiful shape and SHOULD be a designers dream bride to dress. Instead the consultant dashed her dream telling her she wasnt sure she could get her a specific gown in 5 months time and perhaps she should consider going across the street to a resale shop. Maam shes the hottest Chef In Dallas.. NOTHING wrong with resale but seriously!!! WOW.. Well keep it moving.. Thanks but no thanks
Daniella is hands down the best!! I would 100% recommend you going with her. If you have no idea what youre going into like me, shes your girl. I had never gone dress shopping before, the thought itself was super overwhelming to me. Going with her was super easy going. She heard me out on what type of styles I was into, she came back with just the perfect dresses for me. If there was something I did not like she would take it back. Before an hour and a half, I picked out my dress. I have no hesitation on recommending Daniella.
The only reason I am leaving one star is because you have to in order to leave a review.I absolutely do NOT recommend this place if you are on a budget that is lower then $2,000 for your dress. My daughter had a budget of $1500 and thru MULTIPLE conversations with this shop, she was assured MORE THAN ONCE that they had plenty of dresses in that price range. She was also assured that they had BLACK dresses in stock. Not only did they lie about both the prices and the black dresses, the treatment she received was HORRIBLE. She was told that due to her having a large bust (also made her feel fat), she needed to expand her budget. She was brought four dresses and only one looked good but then was told they couldnt order them in black. WHAT was the point of bringing them to her if you couldnt get them in black????My daughters sisters went thru the shop and found multiple selections in my daughters price range that were flattering and nice dresses. I feel like the consultant was focused on whatever commission she would get so she was forcing non-flattering dresses on my daughter so she would spend more. We started discussing going to Terry Costa since she was uncomfortable and near tears and this eavesdropping consultant interrupted to say we should check Terry Costa because it is the Walmart of Bridal Gowns.I am so sad that they turned her first experience into such a sad one. But I am glad we left because she got the royal treatment at Terry Costa and found the perfect dress that was a little over budget but at least she was treated better than what this boutique did.***Edited to say the consultant was Jeanette in case anyone else is thinking of booking with her. She should be fired and made to work somewhere that is NOT in customer service.
Had a small bump in the road, but they did everything to make it right, i appreciate it so much, my bridal consultant jeanette was super sweet and patient with me in my decisions!! gorgeous dresses to choose from and knew what i loved!!! thank you so much to robin and jeanette for being so understanding
My experience at Lulus was a huge success, and it was largely thanks to Kimberleys patience and expertise with helping me select the perfect dress for me. She began the appointment by asking me questions not only about my dress preferences, but also about the day and the venue itself, and helped me visualize myself on the big day. Kimberley encouraged me to try different styles, and we slowly started narrowing down my options. When I couldnt decide between two gorgeous dresses, she took me to the candlelight room with a veil and bouquet and I knew that moment that I was going to purchase my dream dress! I cant wait for my first fitting!
Today I had an appt with Jeanette. I never felt welcomed from the time I began with her. The first thing she said was did they tell you I might not be able to get you a dress? (Due to my wedding being in March) she then said I shouldGo across the street to a bridal Resale shop. She then proceeded and said your form you filled out online says you want a white dress, WE DONT HAVE WHITE dresses. This whole demeanor proceeded for 10 mins before I walked out .What should have been a super happy moment turned into a horrible day. I was really looking forward to it.The manager Melissa was helpful in trying to make things better. She called in efforts to resolve the matter I just refused to spend any money there after being treated that way.
I loved my experience at Lulus Bridal Boutique in Dallas. Jeanette was my consultant and she was absolutely the best. She really knows her stuff. She was sweet and patient that really made the experience memorable. I definitely recommend Jeanette and Im so excited to wear my dress.
Due to COVID, only 2 guests are allowed per bride, which is consistent with other salons I have contacted. However, the experience at Lulus was a lot more private and intimate with each bride getting her own room where her guests can also be with the bride, separated by a curtain. I had been to another salon where I had to walk across the salon to show my guests my dress, and there were multiple brides showing gowns at the same time - not at Lulus, it was a much more relaxed and calm environment to make the big decision! Also my consultant Jeanette was wonderful and wise and ultimately picked the dress I went with! She really knows her stuff :)
LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Jeanette is the best!! And she really knows her stuff. I knew what I wanted and went to 3 other bridal places but no-one was very helpful or understood what I was looking for/ had it in stock. I went to Lulus and Jeanette helped me find what would work best on my body type, delivered exactly what I envisioned and even gave me some great options that I hadnt thought of but liked also. She made sure that I was happy and didnt push me into anything. She really is the best at what she does. Im so excited to wear my dress!
I had an awesome experience at Lulus and found my dream dress! Kimberley was my stylist and she was so sweet and seemed very knowledgeable about the dresses and the designers. She looked at the pictures I submitted prior to the appointment and helped me pick the dresses that fit my vision. She was very attentive and made sure Im happy with the experience. She went above and beyond to ensure I picked the right dress and I did not feel pressured to purchase the gown at all. She did not rush us and made me feel very special throughout the appointment. I knew I found the dress but wanted to sleep on it so I decided to come back the next morning to try it one more time before I commit. When I arrived the next day Kimberley had all the information and prices I requested the day before ready and was so fun to work with! I highly recommend this salon for their great selection of dresses and Kimberley as your stylist!
This was our first stop on my sister’s wedding dress journey. The consultant, Tiffany, was horrible. My sister’s budget was $1500, which we felt to be reasonable. Tiffany only pulled 1-2 dresses at a time, commenting on how hard it was to find a dress that fit my sister’s “busty silhouette” within her budget. Then, she recommended Terry Costa as the “Walmart of Wedding Gowns.” I was taken aback by that comment; she made my sister feel low and horrible. It would’ve ruined the day had Terry Costa not stepped up and treated her like a QUEEN. I would think twice if you’re not a skinny-mini (even though my sister is average size) and have a budget less than maybe $2k.
I had the most perfect wedding dress shopping experience I could have ever asked for at Lulus! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door! I had a group of 4 with me and all were welcome back to see the dresses I tried on! Lindsay was absolutely amazing and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and put all those ideas together to find me the perfect dress! I highly recommend this place! I went to a second place just to get the “experience”, and it wasn’t the same! Lulus is it!! :)
I’m a plus size bride and I had the most amazing experience at Lulu’s! They had an awesome selection of gowns from different designers. Kimberley was an amazing stylist! She made me feel so special and she was very knowledgeable. The layout of the store was also nice! I loved that we had our own private area for my family and I. I am so glad I chose Lulu’s! What an amazing experience. :)
I really enjoyed my time at Lulus shopping for my gown. Finally got to meet Brittany in person after talking to her via email and we basically became best friends. She is totally honest and so much fun! Thank you Brittany for helping me pick out a perfect dress for my wedding day!
This salon has lots of amazing options in a great price point! Lindsey was awesome helping me find my gown! She picked lots of awesome options, even dresses I wouldn’t have chosen on my own. She really made sure she understood what I was looking for and what I liked/disliked in each dress. The dress I chose was the one I was loving online before I even came to the store. She paired it with the perfect belt and a beautiful veil. I can’t wait to go back for my fittings and to choose accessories!
My shopping experience at Lulus was great! Reception was friendly and waiting wasnt long. My consultant Tiffany was amazing! She asked questions about my style preferences, details of my upcoming wedding, and my budget in order to get an idea of dresses to have me try. She was able to provide a great variety of dresses, some that were exactly the styles I had in mind and some that were styles I never thought to consider but tried on just to see. She really listened to the feedback I gave her about the dresses as well as the feedback my family gave. And after the second round of pulling a few more dresses, I was able to find the one along with the perfect accessories! When it was time to check out, it took a little longer than I expected but that was because Tiffany was on the phone working her magic with the designer representative to make my dress more affordable! Lulus is a wonderful bridal salon with beautiful dresses and amazing people from reception to consultants to management.
Lulu’s was my first stop in searching for a dress! & I’m so glad it wasn’t a hassle. Sharon Carter was the associate to assist me. She was the sweetest! Very helpful and generous. My family and friends loved her as well. In the end we gave each other a big hug and I could not thank her enough for her help! Even when going back the second time to confirm my dress she gave great service!
I had an amazing experience here. I went to one bridal boutique before coming here, and had terrible customer service. I was feeling very dejected, and Lulus Bridal completely turned that around. From the time we walked in to the time we left, everything was wonderful. My consultant, Kimberley, was amazing. She really listened to my wants and needs. She showed me all the different designers and gowns of my interest. She listened to me and really wanted to help me find my one day dress. Thank you, Kimberley, for finding me my perfect wedding dress!
I purchased my bridal gown today and worked with Tiffany and she was AWESOME! She was very well informed, stayed in my budget, was charismatic and fun and made the entire experience so great. The entire staff at Lulus was GREAT and made the experience fun and memorable. -Taylor
Lindsay at Lulus is absolutely AMAZING! She was so supportive throughout my entire dress-shopping experience and is VERY knowledgable about EVERYTHING with bridal gowns. My experience finding my wedding dress was so incredible, and I truly owe that to Lindsay! I visited other bridal stores and didnt have nearly the same quality of help and encouragement than what I had at Lulus. Lindsay is truly the BEST!
I cannot say enough good things about Lulus Bridal, especially Tiffany! The gowns are gorgeous, reasonably priced, and you get treated so well during what can be an overwhelming day. Tiffany was fun, thoughtful, and listened attentively to what I was wanting in a gown. Thanks to her, I found the wedding gown of my dreams and it didnt break the bank. If you want a beautiful wedding dress and have fun time picking it out, head to Lulus and ask for Tiffany!
I had a great experience shopping at Lulus! The house is small, but my consultant Jenny was so helpful. I never felt rushed while trying on the dresses at all. I am not going to get my dress fitted at Lulus, but have heard that Ruth is amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying Lulus. And if you dont want a wait, dont go on Saturday! Its that easy ;)
I had a great experience at Lulus Bridal! Paul did a terrific job of making me feel comfortable with the process and was extremely helpful and listened to the styles of dresses that I wanted as well as my budget. All of the dresses that he brought me were absolutely beautiful. Ultimately, I did not purchase my dress here (the selection and pricing is much better at Lasting Bridal Couture in Addison), but its a great place nonetheless. I would definitely recommend making an appointment!
I loved my experience at LuLus! Kimberly was my consultant and she was AMAZING! Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable in the fit and styles of dresses and knew what would look good on me before I even tried it on. I went on a Thursday afternoon when it wasnt busy and was able to stay far past my appointment time since I was still trying one dresses and eventually working out the measurements of my perfect dress. All of the women who worked there were really sweet and helpful.
Tiffany was the absolute best. I think out of all the bridal stores I visited this was my favorite. Tiffany made my experience really special, and she really listened to my interests. I appreciated her expertise, patience, and willingness to share some thoughts. She was very respectful of my wishes and of my budget. I was so ready to buy a dress at Lulus after visiting one twice, however I ended up finding another the very next day that ended up being the one I chose.
Sandra was absolutely amazing in helping me find my dress! I went to two other stores and wasnt even close to finding my dress. When I arrived at Lulus, Sandra actually listened to what I wanted and didnt waste any time - if I didnt like it, we went straight to the next one. Shes high energy and spunky - definitely recommend her and the salon!
We worked with Katherine at LuLus and she was amazing. It was my very first salon and I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. She was patient and put me in a variety. She also was gave her opinion when asked and was very helpful. Although I found a dress I loved I wanted to see other dresses since it was my very first time to try on dresses. She understood and we ended up making two more appointments before finally buying my dress there. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!
LuLus is the sixth and final bridal shop I visited during my search for the dress! I was impressed as soon as I stepped foot through the door. LuLus is a beautiful store with tons of beautiful dresses. They were the first to have a few of the styles and designers I was looking for, which was very nice. They also were conscious of my price point and did not encourage me to over spend, nor were they pushy in their sales tactics. My stylist, Tiffany, was truly fantastic to work with. She helped pull some beautiful styles and had an immediate understanding of what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the designers, the alterations process and pricing. I cant recommend LuLus enough.
DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT A MEMORABLE BRIDAL EXPERIENCE.In a nutshell, be very weary of them asking you to order a size up. I know as the experts its easy to fall into the whole they know what they are doing but honestly they dont care about you. They will say anything to get the sale. If your dress doesnt fit they will tell you order up and it will be perfect. I remember finding my dream dress here. The one I tried on was amazing it needed a little allowance and I was convinced by Paul who I believe no longer works there to order a size up. When that dress came in it was beyond recognizable. My wedding day was around the corner and the rush fee I paid for was absolutely not useful as the dress didnt come in much earlier as advised. They refused to work with me. I asked to get the store model (mind you which has been used and dragged all over) so I could manage that but they refused. It was pretty much, we have your money now and you can go figure it out. I spoke to everyone I could speak to and they finally asked me to take it to one of their sister stores for alteration. Funny enough their recommended alteration expert mentioned it was beyond alteration. Not wanting to believe I had no options I called several alteration houses in the metroplex and over and over again they all said it would be a whole different dress by the time we were done as the dress was just too big and the fabric wasnt conducive for all that work. At the end of the day I ended up having to quickly buy another dress from another store on the rack to get married in. I have given myself some time to cool off before posting a review so as not to let anger guide me. I say this to you future bride , if you want peace of mind and a place with genuine interest in your bridal experience please look elsewhere. For those that things end up working for them I say its sheer luck. If anything should go wrong trust me you would not like the way they deal with you after the fact. I wish you the best in your dress search journey.
I have been to few other bridal shops that was not as helpful or positive experience before coming here. I should have came here first if I only knew, they are as exciting as you are for the wedding. they have a massive selection of dresses and are very mindful of your budget. You would need to make appointment first, but its worth it. You get the one and one attention and you are not out in the open with other random brides and their group. I would recommend if you can to go on the weekday, it would be less crowded. Tiffany was my bridal stylist and highly recommend her. I actually had lot of fun discussing different bridal style dresses and trying them on. Tiffany was attentive, positive and listen to concern and what I was looking for. I found the perfect dress ^_^
I really enjoyed my experience at Lulus Bridal! The gown selection was literally outstanding! My stylist was Tiffany. She was fun, helpful, attentive & truly understood what I wanted for my big day & literally made it happen! Tiffany made saying yes to my beautiful Mori Lee dress easy. Thanks Tiff! #Lulusbride
Go here for your wedding dress!! This was the third place I went and the whole team was fantastic- from Brittany who asked me some preliminary questions to get an idea of what I liked and was looking for, to Liz (the best consultant!!), and finally Carolyn who helped check us out and explained next steps. I found the dress of my dreams and it was just the best experience for my loved ones and I. Liz was kind and so helpful and truly all you could ask for from a bridal consultant. The facility was beautiful and you get a huge private dressing room unlike anything I experience elsewhere. They have a huge selection in a very reasonable price range. I could go on and on but I’ll just say I highly recommend to any brides and I cannot wait to continue working with these ladies through my fittings, finding accessories, etc. Thank you all so much for making this a wonderful experience.
Lulus was the first store I checked out and it was my absolute favorite! I fell in love with an Allure Ballgown but decided to give myself more options by visiting other stores. I actually ended up coming back to Lulus and buying the gown I loved! The staff there are absolutely exceptional and do a great job making each customer feel important and special. Jessica Rodriguez helped me with my dress from A to Z, she was extremely helpful and had such a positive attitude! I would definitely recommend this store!
A beautiful space in the Dallas design district with a nice selection of gowns. Our bridal consultant really knew her job! She was able to pull dresses from the racks that our bride loved. One of the dresses she tried and loved was missing its sash, which is common in a busy bridal salon, but the consultants were able to find it! The appointment was an hour and 15 minutes, so the bride only had time to try on 5 - 6 gowns. It wouldve been nice to have an extra 15 minutes to try a couple more choices. The bridal consultant did a great job making our bride feel like her opinions were important and even made some great suggestions for a head piece instead of a veil. Highly recommend this salon!
LuLus was an absolute dream experience from start to finish! The day could not have been better. Marissa, my consultant, did an excellent job listening to me and what I liked and didnt like about the dresses I was trying on. We started with a variety of styles and shapes. Marissa did a fantastic job of listening to what I was liking and would pull more dresses based off of my reactions. She made the experience fun, relaxed, and happy. Her energy could not have been better. My group of 5 left with smiles and warm hearts! I highly recommend LuLus to any bride!
My experience at LuLu’s has been fantastic. From picking out my gown with Kimberley and having my pickup appointment with Brittany, everything was so great! Both Kimberley and Brittany are so kind, easy to work with, and really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend LuLu’s to any potential bride looking for her dream dress with a fabulous customer experience.
Of all the wedding planning details to pin down, choosing a wedding dress made me the most nervous. Gown shopping is overwhelming for even the most seasoned bride - let alone one like me, who entered the dress selection process with a totally open mind. Thank GOODNESS I found Lulu’s Bridal! I was fortunate enough to work with Sandra: a compassionate, stylish professional with tons of experience and the sweetest personality. She took a nerve-wracking experience and made it unforgettable and fun for me, my best friend, and family. Not to mention she catered to such a tall order: a dress perfect for an international wedding - one that would travel well, look beautiful in a basilica, and pop in outdoor vineyard photos. I’m so thrilled to have said “yes” to the dress with Sandra and the rest of the Lulu’s team. Thank you, all!!!
Lulu’s was the second place I visited to find my wedding dress and I immediately wondered why I didn’t come here first. Brittany Wilson helped me through the whole process and was AMAZING! Her personality and approach was exactly what I needed to make this experience the best ever! She pulled dresses that matched the look I wanted and was able to find me my PERFECT dress! Thank you so much Lulu’s and Brittany!!!
My experience at Lulus was so subpar. My consultant started my appointment off by telling me my 7 month window before my wedding would require a rush fee and therefore their dresses would not fit in to Budget. I found this surprising as three other stores I visited told me my time frame would be just fine (including their sister store Stardust). My consultant rushed me around the sales floor barely pulling dresses out enough for me to see them, never asked about trying any on. My mom was completely left out of the experience. It was a rushed and chaotic experience. After a few mins she walked me over to Molly’s Bridal to show me dresses their and kept focusing on how inexpensive they were. She was not listening to me at all about my style, and kept pulling very Boho dresses when I said I would like Vintage. I am glad this was not my first store I visited because it would have completely drained me.
Fantastic wedding dress shopping experience. After one long weekend (3 full days) of wedding dress shopping, I found LuLus to be a place of peaceful tranquility in the process. We visited 6 locations in total, and LuLus was by far the best experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with plenty of privacy in the bridal consultation (aka fitting rooms). The large stage and curtain with seating for 4-5 or more friends to participate in the process made for a wonderful experience. I think the thing that stood out even more above all others was the fantastic staff. I worked with Katherine, she was fabulous, knowledgeable about the full line of dresses, given just a little direction about my wedding setting, location, and design she was able to pull a handful of dresses that were right within the context of what I was looking for. In addition, the price point for these amazingly gorgeous designer label gowns was under what I would have expected - they were reasonably priced. Whether you are just beginning your search or have visited... you should definitely set up an appointment with Katherine @ LuLus to get a great experience and likely find the prefect dress at a price point that will help you stay within budget for your wedding!
Very disappointed in customer service!!! My daughter’s wedding dress was one size too big when delivered. When she tried the gown on after it arrived she was told it would be close to $1000 for alterations. We would not have ordered the gown (in the size they recommended) if it was disclosed to us the cost of alterations. Once they have your money customer service is poor. Store manager, Melissa stated “ all sales final” even when we asked if we could even exchange for correct size. There are many more places to shop for wedding dresses and I suggest you don’t waste your time and money at LuLus.
LuLus was my third bridal boutique and it should have been the first. Before going in I thought I was going to have to settle for a dress but my stylist Claudia was determined to help me find a dress that I loved. And she succeeded! My budget was around $1500 and they had a great selection of dresses for me to choose from. Claudia took her time with me, she helped me get through my indecisiveness, and she was not going to let me purchase a dress that I wasnt in love with. I told her I wanted to purchase my accessories that day too so she helped me find my belt and veil that day as well. I recommend LuLus Bridal but I also recommend Claudia as a Stylist (if you get a choice)! I could not have asked for a better bridal experience!
I was really disappointed with my experience at Lulu’s. I went into the appointment excited because I loved the collections I saw on the website, but from the moment my family and I arrived we were awkwardly greeted and not shown much care. My stylist was negative and continually brought up how hard it would be to find a dress 6 months out from my wedding (which no other store made an issue of at all). I wasn’t given very much assistance getting into each dress, and overall I just wanted to get the appointment over with instead of enjoying it like I’d hoped I would.
My expirences at Lulu’s was everything I was expecting and more! I wasn’t sure what styles I would love but Kimberly went the extra mile and did good work that mattered for my family and I. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with designers and the gowns. The first day I was torn between two dresses. She knew I was going to a different boutique the next day(which was awful!) and she let me know she would stay later for me if that appointment did not work. I came back the next day and sweet Kimberly stayed after her last appointment to help me pick my dress and was beyond amazing when I finally made my choice! Go here and pick Kimberly as your consultant !!!!!
This morning my mom and I went to Lulus and the experience was everything I expected. Tiffany was my consultant. She welcomed me with a big hug and brought my mother and I into a spacious, super clean personal dressing room. Tiffany was totally engaging and made me feel special. She knew I was looking for something different, with some poof, a train and bling. Well ... the first dress she picked out for me made me feel like a million bucks. I said, YES to the dress! The prices are great and the boutique is classy and sassy. Tiffany was awesome. I made my appointment on Monday and I literally had the whole place to myself. :)
I had the best experience ever at LuLus Bridal!! From the minute my mom, my bridesmaid and I (bride) walked in the door we were treated with amazing kindness and service. My appointment time was for an hr & 1/2 on a friday morning and i was there over 2 hrs looking for my perfect dress. I never once was treated or felt like i was being rushed. They had so many gowns with different styles from different designers and Im so excited to say I found my dream wedding dress at LULUs. I worked with Kimberly and she was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and made sure I found the perfect dress for my big day. Thank you so much Kimberly and LULUs Bridal, you really made this experience the best!!!
Paul was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I would recommend this store to any bride because of the diverse collection and overall atmosphere of the boutique.Paul was an absolutely wonderful stylist that immediately made me feel at ease. Dress shopping actually took way less time than I thought because Paul immediately zoned in on my ideal wedding dress style and helped me try on different types within my preferred style.I was extremely grateful that Paul was not the least bit pushy about anything and had no trouble helping me stay within my budget. I will likely come back to this store for my bridesmaids dresses because I just had such a wonderful experience!
I had such a nice experience at Lulus. I visited one other bridal store the same day right before and the experiences were completely different. I told Kimberley what I was looking for and she gave me a tour of the shop and pointed out which areas everything would be in. She gave great feedback and allowed me to have the time and space I needed to make my decision. I found the most GORGEOUS dress and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Lulus and Kimberley!
I had such a wonderful experience at Lulus! My stylist, Kimberley, paid incredible attention to my reactions every time I chose or put on a dress, and was able to ask just the right questions to help me narrow down the selection. Everyone was so friendly to me and my guests, and we had a fun time. I couldnt be happier with my dress, or the experience.
BEST wedding dress shopping experience!!! Cannot recommend Tiffany Masten and Lulus enough!!! After previously shopping at 2 mainstream shops and feeling completely defeated, I was weary and shy about trying on dresses. I am plus size/curvy and Tiffany made me feel beautiful and so confident. I had a vision of what I thought I wanted, but Tiffany surprised me and pulled a gorgeous gown that she knew I would love and knew would look great on me. It was the first one I tried on and I didnt want to take it off. I never felt pressured to buy a dress like at the other shops and they didnt pull anything outside of my budget. Dont waste your time at the mainstream shops- Leave it to Tiffany and the professionals at Lulus!! They know what theyre doing. (Will post a pic of the dress after the wedding 😉)
My sister recently got her wedding dress at Lulus and everyone was extremely nice and the experience was great. The actually store is set up perfectly and the fitting rooms are spacious and pretty. Just what we envisioned and she was so happy. Definitely recommend buying your dress here. Overall, great experience and I will recommend them to brides I work with and friends!
My experience at Lulus was AMAZING! It was the first place I went to look for a dress and I didnt need to go anywhere else. Tiffany was great, she was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted and helped us stay within our budget - I ended up falling in love with (and choosing) the very first dress I tried on! The customer service & selection were excellent. You wont be disappointed!
Lulus is an awesome store! It has a HUGE selection of dresses. And great employers. Sharon was my consultant and she was the sweetest lady! She even followed up with a few days later to see if I found a dress or if she could be more help! I absolutely love this place!
I was very nervous to go wedding dress shopping but Karla and everyone else at Lulus made shopping for my wedding dress fun and stress free! This was the first store I went to and really should have been the only one. I had a full hour and a half to try several dresses on in my own little show room and me, my mom, and sister-in-law felt very welcomed and not pressured (versus a few other stores I went to afterwards). I had a general idea of what styles and budget I wanted and Karla had an amazing eye in finding great options. In fact, Im so glad she picked some styles out for me because the dress I walked away with was one of them! Appreciated her patience and genuine interest in finding what was perfect for me. Although I was 99% sure I had found the dress, I ended up going to two other stores just to make sure but, no surprise, ended back at Lulus and am so pleased! Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely recommend to any bride looking for great selection, quality, styles, and customer service!
I went to LuLus and four other bridal boutiques. The other bridal places did not even compare to the experience I had a LuLus. Jenny was my consultant and she is the reason I decided to buy from LuLus. She made me feel like I could have any dress i wanted and she was very calm and collected even when it seemed I was in 2 minute bride time. Jenny said she had worked with tighter schedules. If you go to LuLus ask for Jenny because she will truly make your experience stress free, fun and smooth.
Lulu’s Bridal was the first place I went to try on dresses. I actually went in with the mindframe that I wasn’t going to purchase a dress that day. I was just going to try on silouhettes and see what worked for me. But window shopping only was hard to do with Sandra. She is the bomb! She made me feel really comfortable. Being a plus size bride sometimes it’s hard to be optimistic. She made me feel very comfortable and beautiful. She listened to me and gave me options (which there was a lot to choose from even in plus) along with options me and my sister picked out. Then, when it got down to 2 options she added a belt and my decision was made! I fell in love and said yes the dress! Now my dress has come in and I tried it on and she was almost as excited as I was! We laughed, hugged, and giggled like old friends and she made sure I was comfortable taking the dress home. A business is only as good as its customer service and with people like Sandra on their team Lulu’s Bridal is guaranteed to keep business. Thanks again Sandra!
It was the most amazing dress shopping experience. Sharon was an amazing consultant, she was so knowledgable and helpful. There were SOO many dresses, making it a fabulous place for even a picky bride (me) to find an amazing dress. Everyone that worked at Lulus had a smile on their face and were all very polite. I loved my experience and my dress!!
I cannot say enough about how awesome Lulus is! I had a disappointing appointment at another salon earlier in the day and my experience with Jessica at Lulus changed my entire outlook on bridal gown shopping. Because of them I found my perfect gown! I highly recommend you start here first!
Overall experience wasn’t great,My stylist was Kristen. She was very sweet and nice at first then after she got my money she wasn’t helpful at all. Kristen and I went into one of the dressing rooms we went over the wedding date, location, dress style, my budget etc. We then went onto the floor to pull some dresses that I wanted to try. I then did the process of elimination.(I did go by myself for the first couple of visits, but my last visit I had a few friends come, by this time it was too late.) I found the dress that I loved, however the size I tried on wasn’t my actual size. (I think Kristen should have ordered me a size 10-12 because I went to Terry Costa and those were the sizes that seemed to fit me pretty well in most of the brands. Maybe then I wouldn’t have needed so much of my dress altered).Kristen did my measurements and had a second lady come in and do a second measurement. Kristen recommended a size 16 my initial thoughts “WOW” that’s really big, Kristen assured me and said “the designer sizes runs pretty small” so I agreed to the size 16. (this is we’re you need a friend in the room to tell you no go smaller)I trusted Kristen because at first like I said she seemed caring, and super nice. And I wouldn’t think she would purposely do anything to steer me in the wrong direction. (That’s my fault for always trying to see the good in everyone) at the end of the day these ladies are in SALES! Fast forward my dress comes in, I was so nervous and scared my dress wouldn’t fit. Guys when I put the dress on I was so disappointed. I cried, I expressed to Kristen how I didn’t like the dress and that it was really big. She told me well it’s okay you will be fine allot of brides thinks this, but after your alterations you will love it. All I could say was no it’s extremely big. She could tell in my face I wasn’t happy with the dress. She said “I feel like I’m trying to pull your leg to get you to say you like it” All Kristen could do was offer me alterations across the street at Molly’s Bridal. But I asked if I could get a dress from off the rack in my correct size and they could just keep my original dress I wasn’t asking for money back or anything. I just wanted a dress that would fit me properly, with minor alterations. Unfortunately she said no, they don’t do that here. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I end up meeting with the manager Melissa to show her the dress on me I guess Kristen was getting tired of me emailing her Haha Melissa wasn’t any help either. Of course she told me yes the dress looks great! I’m thinking do you not see what I see. I asked Melissa the same question if I could get a dress from off the rack and they can keep my dress. Same thing No we don’t do that here. I expressed to her how the alterations wasn’t in my budget (well that amount) she told me “well your alterations aren’t even that expensive” umm excuse me, for me it is. Oh yes sorry I’m just saying your alterations are on the low end she said. The only nice thing Melissa done was give me the cups to go in my bust and she gave me a hard time doing that. She told me no I’m sorry but you still need to pay for these. It was an extra $25 but at this point I was really hoping to get some kind of accommodation. Since I spent almost $2,200 with them. When alterations came I end up spending close to $700 for alterations and that wasn’t in my budget at all. The problem I had with my alterations is that at the end I still wasn’t happy with the dress it still didn’t fit how I envisioned it could have fit. It was still extra fabric rolling up in the front, one of my shoulder strap were still loose, but by this time my wedding day was the week after and I didn’t have time to keep getting alterations. The only other thing I had a problem with, was I wish the same person who started on my alterations finished, the first girl seen me for about 2 alterations and then left and I had someone new and I had to explain everything over to her. After reading other reviews it seemed like a lot of bridal places do this to get brides to spend more money. Which sucks!
I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Kimberley at LuLu’s Bridal. I walked into the bridal salon with no idea what type of silhouette/style/fabric/etc I wanted. I was overwhelmed when I saw all the dresses, but with Kimberley’s help, my perfect dress was the second dress I tried on! She really knew what would look great on me and made the process so easy. I highly recommend Kimberley and LuLu’s Bridal!!!
I visited many wedding bridal boutiques, and I was honestly getting very nervous because I could not seem to find the perfect dress for me. The service I received from Sandra at Lulu’s Bridal far exceeded my expectations. She was so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this boutique to any brides looking for that special dress, and don’t forget to ask for SANDRA!
My experience at LuLus was FABULOUS!! I had been to a few other stores in the DFW area & was starting to get frustrated because I began to think I would never have that aha this is my dress! moment.I came across LuLus online & saw that they had a ton of dress options (and most within my budget), which made me start to get excited and hopeful again! I arrived at the store and was impressed by the absolutely adorable decor and the layout of the space. My consultant, Claudia, really took the time to get to know my vision for my wedding day/dress, she helped me browse through all of the dresses in the store which I loved getting to do (a few other shops I went to only allowed the consultant in the dress section which really frustrated me) & I ended up finding my DREAM dress!! If youre looking for your dress, PLEASE come to Lulus! Youll be so happy you did
My experience at LuLus was everything most girls dream of. I loved that we got to walk through the showroom and pick out our own dresses. The store is super cute and makes you feel good when you walk in. Jessica was my consultant and is was AMAZING. She fun and spunky personality made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
LuLus was the very first place I went to look for a dress and the experience was fantastic. I had no idea what style I wanted, and was all over the places with different types of dresses I was trying on, but Tiffany was patient and helped me to narrow things down until I found the dress of my dreams. I can not say enough good things about the variety of beautiful dresses and the amazing level of customer service you will get at LuLus. It is definitely the best place to find a wedding dress in the Dallas area.
If you want the experience of an actual bridal stylist, I highly recommend LuLus! This was my second salon to look for my wedding gown and I was unsure if I would find it here. I was dead set on having a high-low gown for my destination wedding, and they were the only place with in a 50 mile radius that said they had one to try (I also want to note that when I called, they were extremely pleasant as well, unlike half of the other places). When we arrived I was tentative because they gave me a card and told me to write down any I wanted to try. They other place I went to, along with several others I went with my friends, said to pick out the ones we liked and they would pull them. I am not a fan of this method to say the least. I then met with Tiffany, my stylist. I told her about the dress I wanted, and a little about my wedding. She immediately started pulling all sorts of dresses for me. Half of which I never would have tried, but was pleasantly surprised about how they looked. When Tiffany put me in what would become my dress I loved it, and never in a million years would have picked it. The next dress was the high-low that I came into try. It looked nice, and had I tried it first, I probably would have been done. But thankfully I had Tiffany who is extremely experienced (8 years) and knowledgeable. The dress I ended up with has everything I could want. In all I am pretty sure she spent a good 4 hours with me (in relation most salons give you 2), because they dont have appointments, and I went on a Wednesday. I could not have wished for a better wedding dress shopping experience.
Claudia was amazing and really listened to what I had to say when I was looking for my dress! She was so sweet and gave me the time I needed to really soak in the moment. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. I would suggest her and LuLus Bridal to anyone looking to have a wonderful experience and to find THE dress!
I cant say enough about Sharon @ LulLus bridal! She was so attentive and patient. I brought my mom and two besties with me who were my judging panel. But even when they gave their opinions, Sharon only had ears for me and always made sure she understood what I liked and felt comfortable in. I was that bride who walked in clueless- the worst kind! But Sharon kept adjusting and making suggestions with every dress try-on and came up with fabulous suggestions. I ended up purchasing my dress at their sister store but again I cannot say enough positive wonderful things about Ms. Sharon!
CLAUDIA POTTS IS THE BEST! I originally met her at their outlet store inside Willowbend Mall. She always truly a doll! I adored her and how amazing she was in helping me try on gowns and her AMAZING suggestions. In the end, she helped me find the gown of my dreams. She took everything I said to heart and helped me find the perfect gown that I always envisioned myself in. It gives me a heavy heart to know that she has moved and no longer is there. But I would definitely recommend this place to anyone since everyone that I passed by was so sweet and amazing. I cannot wait to begin working with Paul for the rest of my journey regarding my dress.
Spark notes version: Messed up bridesmaid order, didnt offer a reasonable solution.Great when theyre trying to get your money..Game over once they have it. The beginning experience was great, but things went downhill from there. Let me first say that I did buy my bridal gown here & bridesmaid dresses. Every time I went I had a different person helping me, so the personalized experiences wasnt there for me. Bridal gown experience = good. Bridesmaids = not so good. We ordered navy dresses with nude backing in May to guarantee plenty of time for distribution to the ladies & alterations for our November wedding. Dresses come in & theyre solid navy. 100% Lulus mistake. I understand, human error..HOWEVER, their one and only solution was to make us bring the dresses back to them to send to the designer & reorder. They couldnt guarantee earlier than the middle-end of October for a November wedding.. Im sure any bride can understand why we declined the offer. They refused to do anything further because they found this to be an appropriate solution to their error.Robin has a skewed idea of customer service if you ask me. The back & forth with her was exhausting & a total waste of time, as she just continually repeats herself like its going to change the outcome. I wont be recommending them to anyone ever again.
What a terrible experience! In comparison to other bridal salons I was very disappointed in Lulus especially after all the positive reviews I read. I will say that the prices of their gowns are very reasonable! Which is the only reason why Im giving them 1 star. However, the bridal consultant we had was just awful!! She spoke down to not only the me the bride, but the mother of the bride as well the MOH. Her condescending attitude ruined the experiences, to the point where I didnt even want to try on any more gowns. Such a pity!! If you are after good price and not looking for a bridal ambulance then this is your place. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
I had an amazing time here! This was my first time trying on dresses, and Tiffany was the best! I came in having absolutely no idea what I wanted, and left the store knowing exactly what I wanted! Tiffany was so kind, really listened to what I was saying, and made the day better than I could have even imagined. The store has a great selection, and my appointment ran right on time!
LuLus was the 2nd boutique I shopped at for my wedding dress. I did not have a good experience at the first place and was pretty discouraged when I arrived at LuLus. Kimberly turned everything around for me! She was wonderful!!! After trying on the first dress I knew I was in good hands! She is so knowledgable and helpful! Kimberly made buying a dress more than just a shopping trip, it was an exceptional experience!

The girl at the front desk is very curt, and unfriendly. Did not smile once, or even greet us when we walked in. Did not explain why I had to sit waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time. She seemed really stressed outMy consultant Kimberly was fantastic, very pleasant and helpful. She made my girlfriends and I feel very welcome and she definitely went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, very pleased with my experience with herThe older woman with short hair who checked me out when I was ready to pay for my dress was very condescending. Asked me to bring whoever was paying for me basically asked if I could afford the dress, and said hopefully it goes through when swiping my credit card. I was so shocked!! After I replied that shouldnt be a problem seeing as theres a $20,000 limit on it her entire tone changed oh wow!!, thats great!!If not for Kimberly, I would not recommend Lulus. I manage a business myself and customer service is of the utmost importance, especially when you have someone spending thousands of dollars on such an important item as a wedding gown.
I think this place is just ok. I was so excited to come here because it had been so highly recommended, but I am not sure if the selection of gowns was right for me. We arrived to a very crowded front entry way (which is a good thing!) and then checked in and waited for a while. Then we went to go try on dresses and I’m not sure my consultant was deducting what I was saying. I’m not sure if it was the selection of gowns available or if our consultant just wasn’t able to understand, but this wouldn’t be my favorite bridal boutique in Dallas. Overall, really good prices though!! But it felt more like a factory ushering people in and out and less personal. By the end of the apt I was just ready to leave.
It took a little while to get started on out visit. Went early afternoon on Saturday. But since consultant said hi to when she said bye she was very nice sweet and helpful. She even held my 6 month old son so i could look for dresses for my sis to try on. Good experience. My sis tried on about 7 dresses. And could try them on 2 or 3 times if she wanted to. The consultant took her time with her and helped take various pictured with each dress. All other consultants were very nice too. Only small complaint was the wait. But was definitely not a big deal compared to how good the rest of the experience was..
I said ‘Yes to the Dress’ at Lulu’s Bridal in Dallas TX. My stylist was Brittany and she was great. She advised me of something called the Bling Room where they keep all the sparkly dresses. And of course, that’s where I found my dress. Thank you Brittany for helping me in my journey to the Alter.
I could not have had a better experience shopping for a bridal gown than I did at LuLus! Kimberly was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable! Best part, I found my dream wedding gown! Thank you LuLus and Kimberly for making this such a memorable day!!
I was referred by a friend to go to LuLus. She told me, Go to LuLus first. Youll find your dress there and not need to go anywhere else. She was right! Although, I will admit, I did go to one place before LuLus but had little luck in finding a dress and the service was no where near what LuLus offers. As soon as I walked in the door of LuLus I knew Id find my dress. The staff is more than helpful and very knowledgeable. I specifically worked with Marissa and she was great. My experience was just perfect. I couldnt rave more about LuLus.
I did purchase my gown, headpiece and veil here, but Im uncertain why this place gets so many rave reviews. The lady at the front desk is HORRIBLE! I am still having to go there for my fittings with Altered by the Alter - who is amazing by the way. But the first consultant I had was okay, but she left shortly after I ordered my gown. The second consultant did nothing and I was the one who had to continually follow up on my veil and headpiece order. However, Ive found most salons treat you like a number, rather than someone who is spending several thousand dollars for their perfect gown. The sample size gown I tried on was almost a perfect fit, however after taking my measurements, they ordered a gown 2 sizes bigger. Of course, now Im paying another $400 to have several inches taken in. They get the one star solely for the large selection.
My experience at Lulus was AMAZING! Id never tried on a wedding dress before, so my mother and I popped into Lulus on a Friday afternoon just to look around. They assigned me Tiffany for my consultant, and she ended up making all the difference in the world! She was knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, and made me feel super comfortable (shes also a hugger :)). She showed me a brand new David Tutera gown that I would have never seen, and as soon as she zipped it up, I burst into tears! It was only the 6th dress I tried on, but I knew it was THE ONE. I would have never found it without fabulous Tiffany! We went back the next day with all my bridesmaids, and by the end, all the staff had come back to our room and joined in on the oohs, ahhs, and cheers. It felt like a big, fun party, and that was just what Id wanted. They really know what theyre doing at Lulus, and Tiffany, along with all the other ladies on staff couldnt be sweeter. Thank you so much for helping me find a dress that Im head-over-heels in love with, and making the whole experience so much fun!!
This is rather lengthy and I am not one to leave reviews because that’s not my style; however Lulu’s disappointed me.Why? Because they failed to listen. Between my dress and my veil, I spent $3,200. See this was one thing in my life that I knew I would never go cheap on and I thought this boutique was everything the reviews raved about. The day I found my dress I was well aware that the size that I fitted for would not be the size I would be the day of my wedding. I had just completed graduate school and I put on a few pounds, but I was already losing the weight quickly. I told the sales person Tiffany that and she kept persisting that I could get it sized even though I was not comfortable with the size suggested. Fast-forward 4 weeks.I wasn’t ever informed that my dress had arrived. In fact, I had to contact Lulu’s on an update on my dress. When I was informed me that my dress had been sitting in the back. It sat in there for one week. One week in bridal planning and fitting means everything! When I arrived to try on my dress it was evident that my suggestion to go smaller in size was correct. I had already lost 1 inch in my bust, 2 inches in my hips and waist. Tiffany, the consultant, kept saying it could be altered, but that didn’t take back my lost trust. I knew my body better than her and I wasn’t listened to. She didn’t listen to me. To sum up the total inches lost it was almost 3 inches in my bust 4.5 inches in my hips and 4.5 inches in my thigh. The amount of work that needed to be done cost almost much as the dress, but my disappointment and heartbreak was yet to be unfolded. Right before leaving Lulus with my dress, I was informed that my veil had arrived. It wasn’t just any veil, it was an 8ft long cathedral veil that cost $1200. Tiffany said only one other girl knew how to fold it and stated that it was difficult to fold and I wouldn’t want hard wrinkles in it and strongly suggest I not take it out until I will use it. I obliged. I was very particular about this veil and my dress. I didn’t take bridal photos out of fear that it would ruin either my dress or my veil.Let’s move along to my wedding day where I finally very grinningly took out my veil for the first time. I walked underneath it to run the steamer through and discovered two holes. My heart sank. It had never been unfolded and had no reason to be damaged other than that was the way it was given. It sat on a hanger for over 3 months. This was MY wedding day. We called to inform them what we had discovered to be responded to “there was nothing that could be done”. I knew I would walk down with it, after all this was my dream day with what should have been my dream veil minus the holes. After the wedding festivities were over and I returned from my honeymoon, we contacted Lulus again to follow up on the what nows. They could care less, since I signed off on my dress and apparently my veil. I told them I was highly suggested to prevent damage and wrinkles was to keep it folded. They responded with there was nothing they could do.Well, Lulus you’re right about that because your store/consultant made a lengthy commission/purchase off of me and I was robbed of my trust. You are right there wasn’t anything you could do as I sobbed hysterically at my discovery, but I hoped for more from you as a business who sells girls a dream. I hoped you would make things right. Please don’t direct me to your email. I have talked to enough people that made it clear that this is my problem. I just want every young women to think and trust wisely because in the end you are just a sale.
We had the most amazing and delightful experience at LuLus Bridal Boutique. We felt comfortable and at home. Tiffany was very insightful at knowing just what my daughter wanted. She kept us under budget, and was very helpful. It was a magical and very enjoyable event!
From the minute we walked in the door, Katherine was fantastic! She was so animated and related to us well. She didnt act like a sales person at all- it was more like she was having fun playing dress up! I was referred here and will recommend it over and over again. Beautiful staff, beautiful dresses! Such a happy day!
I tried to get an appointment but they were all booked up on the only day I could come to their store. Once my mom, aunt, bridesmaid and I walked into the store I told them who I was and that I knew they didnt have any available appointment times today but asked if we could just look around at the wedding dresses, even though I knew I wouldnt be able to try any on. They were all so welcoming and did not mind at all. One of the ladies that worked there found me and said they could squeeze me into a 1 hour slot, I jumped right on it, knowing the style I liked, I knew it wouldnt take an hour. Thats when we all met Tiffany Masten!! She was like a breath of fresh air! Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful!! I found my dream wedding dress at LuLus Bridal all thanks to Tiffany Masten!!
I worked with Jessica who was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the first dress I had tried on at Lulus, but sadly my Maid of Honor was not able to make the appointment so I didnt want to purchase just yet. Jessica was so kind and offered to have us come back with my MOH so I could get the final YES!! I cant thank Jessica and the whole staff at Lulus enough.
NEVER visit this store! My girlfriend went shopping this weekend hoping for a memorable experience. Well, she definitely got one thanks to an older woman with short hair who left the bride-to-be in tears. While trying on dresses, this nightmare of salesperson told my friend she wouldnt find anything since their sizes run small, but she should be ok trying on things since shes use to squeezing into your garments. This is not customer service. NO ONE should ever be put through this experience when shopping for the happiest day of their life! DONT waste your money, time, or energy visiting this store!!!! BTW, Ive read more than 3 complaints about a similar employee. Why is she still working with customers???
We had several issues with shipping my bridesmaids their dresses. One was supposed to be shipped, but somehow they forgot to. It sat in their shop for a month until I realized that she hadnt received it. No one else had realized it was supposed to be shipped, even though we paid for shipping and filled out all of the forms. Another bridesmaids dress needed to be shipped, so I went in and signed for it to be shipped, with assurances that it would go out the next day. Four days later I got an email from them saying they hadnt shipped it because they needed one more signature. Altogether a very stressful situation for me and my bridesmaids.
I found my dress at LuLus bridal. It was the most beautiful dress and I loved it right away. I really enjoyed my stylist. When the dress came back and it was time to try on, it didnt look like it did when I tried it on. LuLus and Stardust did everything to make this dress perfect. It was perfect in every way and the back that they created was exquisite. Their alterations department is AMAZING.
One star is more than generous. The experience is marginal. They focus on facebook posts and saying yet to the dress more than the bride having an ample opportunity to really determine what dress is best for her. This store recently wrote me refund check that did not clear the bank. Yikes.
I can only say, thank you ,thank you, thank you, Tiffany was amazing with me, I had something in my mind, but Tiffany recommended to try one dress that in my mind was like I dont like it but ok lets try it OMG it was perfect, She have a perfect eye for what will be perfect for each client .I visited around 4 different places, and in LuLus I said YES to my dress. My only concern was that I can not find my specific color but I love my dress. Thank You Tiffany. Ruth :-)
When they were Mollys bridal it was so much better. I spent over $ 3,000 here and when you go back after the sale just expect attitude and poor customer service. I was so disappointed with how rude and huffy the lady helping me was. Everything put her out from getting my item to putting it in a bag. Definitely not how I was treated when they wanted there sale!Save your money and dont let your special day be dampened by the bad attitude of employees here!
I tried on the sample dress and loved it! The took my measurements and ordered my size. When the dress came (2 weeks after they told me it would arrive) it looked completely different than the original. They said it was the same dress and there was nothing they could do. I had to buy another dress and spend another $1000 because they would not work with me. GO TO TERRY COSTA!! They have way more selection, better prices, and you can try on the actual dress you will be wearing for your big day- not a sample. Such a waste of money and bad experience during a time that should be happy and exciting :( Stay away from this place.
Felt rushed, way too many people in the store running around and the employees were very rude. My friend was holding a dress that i wanted to try on since I am petite. Before I was done looking for dresses, an employee came by and took it from her hand and walked off. It was not the employee helping me and I never saw the dress again. It was my first time trying on dresses and I have to say, it was the worst experience I had when compared to other stores later.
Did not have a good experience. The staff was not as friendly as hoped, considering we were hoping to find the one. Didnt make the bride to be feel special. The changing of dresses was like Next! Then when asked about customization being told frankly Well youre stuck with it.
I only rated this one star because I had no other option for no stars... STAY AWAY. Being a bride is stressful enough and this boutique didnt help AT ALL. They took my measurements wrong the first time and made me order a dress that was big on me. I had already paid soooo much for the dress I had to pay another $500 to alter it!!!! AHH! After it was altered my dress was basically failing apart, so many beads would fall off after the tinest movement. I cant urge you enough FIND SOME PLACE ELSE.
Wow. These ladies are absolutely phenomenal. Sharon & Melissa truly did their very best to accommodate me in every way possible. They even stayed late to brainstorm ideas to find me the dress of my dreams. I can’t recommend this place enough... if you want a true bridal experience you need to come here.Thank you for truly caring about your customers.
I am so beyond happy with the way my dress and veil turned out! Katherine was amazing during the wedding dress shopping period then when it came to alterations it doesnt get any better! I had a custom veil done and wow it is beautiful! Thank you so much for everything!
Best experience ever! I worked with Marissa and she was so helpful and patient. I went in with an idea of what I wanted. And then changed my mind. And then changed my mind again. She didnt push, or force me into any dresses I didnt want. The whole team there is so kind and so encouraging. What could have been a stressful event ended up being a beautiful moment.!!
This boutique was a nightmare!! They try to suck you dry in any way possible. They took my measurements wrong and MADE ME PAY AN EXTRA $500. Even though I had paid sooo much for my dress already. The beads on the dress were basically falling apart after the alterations. I recommand that you find another place that treats you better and doesnt give you such a hard time!!
This is absolutely the WORST place to get a wedding dress. Rude and hateful customer service. Went home with a dress I hated and said when i first got there this is everything I dont want in a dress. Was so rushed. Was told i couldnt try the dress i came in for back on as we were out of time and someone was using it. Then was told if they ordered it it wouldnt be available for my wedding date. I called BB Lewisville and they were amazing told me they could order it and have it within my wedding date or sell me the one off their floor. The manager here is hateful and honestly could care less its your big day.
The buying the dress experience was WONDERFUL! However, the first alteration appointment was dreadful. Ruth kept leaving the room without explaination, taking calls and started working with another customer before we were finished. Going back today for another fitting. Hope this one is better. Very disappointed.
Experience was not great here.. came in as a walk in and they were able to get someone to help ..... They asked all these questions that had noting to do with the dress and the lady that was helping me was very awkward ... I felt like I couldn’t look around without her telling me oh no that’s not what you’re looking for oh no that’s a plus size dress ... did it really matter what it was if I just wanted to look 👀.. Not pleased at all I left from there not wanting to come back I feel like they need to Better organize themselves ... will not come here ever again or recommend it to anyone else

2022-07-22Thank you Lulus Bridal for my dream wedding gown! Came in last year with my sisters and mom and was helped by Daniella. After asking about my preferred style, she brought several dresses to try. She made me feel very comfortable and that she really cared about finding me the right dress for me. After about 4 dresses, I came across my dream dress! She was able to find a matching veil that I also bought that day and it worked perfectly!I had alterations done across the street at Mollys - the seamstress and team were very kind and took extra care to have my alterations done just right. And they kindly pressed/packed up my dress so that I could fly with it to my wedding! Thank you all again!

2022-06-23I just wanted to make sure I am bragging on Jeanette everywhere that I can. I was beyond pleased by her work. I had a quick turn around on my wedding and the other shops I went to told me I was too big to get a dress that would fit in time for the wedding. I came to Lulus completely hopeless. I was honestly about to just Amazon a dress. (Not to mention that I felt like Moose now.) She changed my mind and found the PERFECT dress for me. She was so kind and encouraging. I would recommend her a million times over. Robin also made sure I was all good to go when I had a little issue two days before the wedding. THEY ARE AH MAY ZING!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

2022-05-23Jeanette was absolutely amazing!!! I’m from Kansas but wanted to do some shopping in Dallas for my dress. She listened to everything I said and offered wonderful guidance. They were super accommodating for me to come back in and try my gown on again prior to saying yes as well as making appointments since I’m out of town. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had my dream dress for my dream day.

2021-11-05I came to Lulu’s in early October with my mom to look for a dress for my upcoming wedding next summer. We worked with Kimberley and she was wonderful! She was very attentive and detailed in terms of listening to exactly what I was looking for. She walked us through the entire showroom and by the end I think I tried on 12 different dresses. I fell in love with two and Kimberley was extremely patient while I weighed out the options and decided on which one was right for me. I am so excited about the dress I chose and am eagerly looking forward for it to come in next Spring! This was a great shopping experience from start to finish.

2022-02-08Daniella was amazing at helping me find my dress! Lulu’s Bridal was my last appointment for my dress shopping, and I was a bit nervous about whether I could find the perfect dress for me. I told her what kind of style I wanted and what I wanted to try, and she brought out several dresses. She listened to my feedback and gave some of her own opinions, which helped me decide on a dress I really liked! She truly is amazing and professional and will help you the best she can so you won’t be too overwhelmed! Another thing I really liked about Lulu’s Bridal shop was that the space to show my dress to my party was very private and didn’t require me to walk out anywhere - Daniella just opens the curtain when I am ready, and I just stay in one place!

2022-05-07This was the first bridal dress appointment I booked and attended. It by FAR exceeded my expectations and I can officially say that I AM A LULU’S BRIDE! I found THE dress, thanks to Jeanette. I highly highly recommend her! She is so knowledgeable on all of the dresses. From knowing the designers, to the different fits and cuts of the dresses, she answered all our questions and then some! When we first got started, Jeanette asked for my budget and stuck to it! I’ve had retail experiences in the past where a budget is disclosed but then the stylist doesn’t stick to it, but Jeanette does, which I very much appreciated! As I tried on the different gowns, she pinned them all very well so I could get an accurate visualization of the gowns on. I would say what I did and didn’t like and she kept that in mind and found additional dresses for me to try on…one of which became a final contender! With the dresses I loved, Jeanette guided me to different locations (ex: evening lighting) in the store to see it in different lights and to see how the train looks while walking! After saying “Yes to the Dress”, all the paperwork was explained very thoroughly and there are no hidden surprises! I like that the dress can be stored and altered on site or across the street! If you go to Lulu’s for dress shopping, ask for Jeanette!!

2022-05-16This is the second bridal boutique I visited. My first experience at another bridal shop was not the greatest so I was a little bit nervous coming in. Lisa was my stylist and she was SO helpful. She had a great sense of humor and made my mom and I fell very at ease. She was so patient and kind. I had so many dresses in my “Yes” pile and had to try on a few of the styles multiple times. She genuinely wanted me to find my perfect dress. LuLu’s Bridal also had such a great selection. Highly recommend! And a huge thanks to Lisa and the LuLu’s bridal team! I said Yes to the Dress at LuLu’s!

2022-07-25I booked my first consultation with Lulus and worked with Hailey as a stylist. Both myself and the bridal party that was in attendance could not have been more impressed; in fact one of my bridesmaids has been to over 50 bridal boutiques and she said Hailey was one of the best stylists Ive ever witnessed. She asked me what I liked and didnt like in terms of color/medium/styles; along with my price range-- and there was not a single dress that didnt fall within those guidelines. The service was impeccable and entire experience was amazing for both myself, as the bride, but for my guests in attendance.
