Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting in other cities:
My car got hit by someone on the right rear side and had pretty bad damage. I was looking around in the North Austin area to get my car repaired, but all of the body shops I would call, such as Caliber Collision, had wait times from up to 2-3 weeks to even get my car worked on. I eventually found Maaco and they told me that they would get started on my car the EXACT SAME DAY. Sebastian and Bruce were incredibly helpful with dealing with the insurance and having outstanding communication so I could be on the same page. To top it off, they finished the job in just 5 business days, which was before I could even get a rental car! This just shows how efficient these guys are and I would highly recommend this business to anyone with seeking body or transmission repair.
I had a great experience here! TJ was wonderful from start to finish. The job was done faster and better than I could have hoped for. I would come back here 1,000x over but my paint job looks so good I expect I wont have to! Thank you, Mr. Thomas Boyd!! You are your whole team are the bomb!
Maaco did an AMAZING job with work on my old Toyota Prius. They helped take out dents, order and apply some new parts and a BEAUTIFUL complete paint job. I am so happy with the results and think it was money well spent to prepare to sell my car.The sales reps in the office were very patient answering my questions and wanted to make sure I would get the results I wanted. Thank you!
It’s been months and I still can’t believe how beautiful Maaco has made my car. I wanted a full paint job with original matching paint and all the dings removed. The frontmen, Sebastian and Bruce, explained the detailed process of paint matching and I went with Maaco. I am happy I did. Every time I look at my newly painted hood, layers and layers of pearlized midnight metallic paint, it’s like looking into the stars. When I had asked how they did it, Bruce said, “We wanted to make sure the paint was as close as possible to the original, just like you asked.” Well, thank you Bruce, but it’s better than the original—and thanks to all the guys there at Maaco who made this possible. You have my respect and a lifetime of business with me.
I would not recommend this company to use. I came in for an estimate, for a insurance claim. I was never called, or emailed the estimate. I had to reach out to the company after several days of waiting for a reply. I was told an email was sent. However, it was not, the staff here are very rude.
Great service. Quick. Took about a week. Price was fair. Paint job looked great considering the condition before (lots of sun damage to top and hood, a very small bit of rust) Didnt get any body or dent repair, just a fresh paint job to clean up the sun damage and extend the life of the truck a bit.
EXCELLENT experience. I had body work and a full paint job done here. Bruce and Jesse took great care of my car. Both were helpful, attentive and professional. Bruce was was efficient with the time frame target I had and made sure the work was done in less than a week. All other body shops quoted me 2-3 weeks time for the job. My car looks almost brand new!
Maaco has tried very hard to hide my review and for good reason. Never returning to this store after my experience. Maaco painted 2 side scoops for me and Jesse assured me numerous times that they could install the scoops for me (simple 3m tape installation) and that I wouldnt have to go elsewhere. I spoke to him the day of and he confirmed 3pm for the pickup and install. When I showed up Bruce said Sorry they dont do installations, not sure why you were told that. Jesse told him on the spot that he told me they would install it. Bruce rudely told me they dont do installs and should not have told me that. Jesse just decided to go to lunch and disregard the entire incident. I was then told extremely discourteously by Bruce that they cant even promise to install it properly if they did agree. I have no trust in them whatsoever after this incident and have never been treated so disrespectfully in a business office. In fact instead of apologizing for the incident all they have tried to do is unsuccessfully bury my review. If the paint job was atleast done properly I would have given them 2 stars. Avoid this store at all costs.
I had Maaco paint my 2008 Toyota Tundra. It was a red truck that had major peeling and fading especially on the roof and hood. I had them paint it Army Green and it looks like a new truck. I chose the basic level of paint and it is fabulous. I can only imagine how much nicer the upgraded paint options are.I dropped the truck off on a Monday and by the following Tuesday it was already. I highly recommend their services. Ask for Bruce, he’s a real nice guy.
Bruce is amazing at what he does. Not only was the job done beyond perfection and with great attention to detail but most importantly, Bruce was someone there for me to guide me at the time I needed a trustworthy person to advise me and perform the task at hand while dealing with insurances and what not, THANK YOU BRUCE!! Earned my trust 💯
Mike did an absolutely amazing job with my car. My car was chipping, scratched up, and two different colors. When Mike finished with the paint job, my car looked like a brand new car. Mike was really sweet and helped me get through this process fast and easy. I dropped my car off on Monday at 2pm and I picked it up at 11am on Wednesday. The wait was not long at all. I highly recommend that if you would like any body work or painting done on your car that you come see Mike at Maaco on Old Spanish Trail. You will not be disappointed!
Bruce and all of the Maaco team did a great job at communicating and helping with ever aspect of the Cr@ppy stuff you have to deal with when getting in a car accident, even if its not your fault. They did a great job at fixing my car, doesnt even look like my car was even hit.~Thank you Maaco team!
I had came in for body work using my silver rock warranty. The guys at maaco made the process really seemless. They estimated a week for repair time. I dropped my car off Monday and here it is Friday morning and Raven ( my car ) is back! And before I had to come in today for work. The back left side panel looks great guys. Like no damage has taken place. Thanks again.
I came to this location in 2019 and had a great experience. Someone had rear ended me and they took out a dent on my driver door and it all looked great.I came back last month to repair my front bumper as well as a dent above my gas cap. The dent was repaired perfectly but in the bumper there are small imperfections in the paint job that I am not happy with. It looks better than it did but it’s not perfect. Maaco gave me a small discount for this which I appreciate but I would have preferred them to do it right. Others are saying a fast turn around but they had my car for 3 weeks. They said they didn’t have the correct number down for me but when he printed the receipt my number was written tbere and I know that I confirmed the number before leaving. When I got home I realized that they took off the weather stripping on my roof and didn’t put it back on. The woman from the shop was extremely nice and I’m greatful for her help in finding my car part. She said that she found the part on the floor of the shop. It appeared slightly damaged but it seems it was able to be fixed by some double sided tape.Bruce was extremely rude to me throughout the pickup process. I said I was not happy with the paint job and he said “trust me it looks good” today I came back and asked them to find the missing part for me or buy me a new one and he was very rude about it. He comes out and starts pulling at my doors and trunks and looking through my car because they usually put parts inside the car that they take off.I hope this is a one-off experience but when I was picking up my car yesterday the people before me and after me were both not happy with their jobs as well. It is disappointing because I had such a good experience last time. Also, he called my boyfriend a girl which is slightly upsetting……but not related to the car at all.
I 100% recommend this place. the price was half the cost of any of estimate that i receive. and it is such a great value.bruce and jesse were complete professionals. my car was done in a few days. i ruined a part of the paint on the first day i receive the car back and they fixes it for free.again, i would recommend this place 100%.
Dont take your car here! If I can just deter one person from taking there care here, Ill have saved them from a huge mistake. My car came out worse than when I dropped it off. They gouged my car when removing the stripes that they charged me $150 to do, The paint job had an orange peel look when it was done, my spoiler fell off because they put new tape over the old tape plus the broke off one the bolts that held it down. They told me it would take 1 week to finish and it took 2, which cost me more for a rental vehicle. On top of everything else, my car was broken into and everything inside was stolen while on their lot during painting. The owner denied this happened, even though everything was gone when I picked up my car. The manager and owner will not respond back and customer service will not take your call. Warning! Do not take your care there. Maaco does not care about its customers.
I had an amazing experience with Maaco last week. Jesse took my car in the previous week and told me he would have it ready by 23rd. Not only was it done a day early but the paint job is first class. I am so pleased and will be happy to use them anytime I need auto paint job. I highly reccomend them. Jesse could not have been more helpful and customer service was over and above.
Poor Customer service and vehicle returned in poor condition..I took my vehicle to Maaco Austin to be painted and set up an appointment to get an estimate first. I walked in and was greeted by Jess and he walked around my vehicle and gave me an estimate. The estimate was fair and I asked when can I bring my vehicle. Jess told me I can leave it now as they werent busy and it should take 7 to 10 business days to complete the paint job. I advised Jess that I will make an appointment and bring my vehicle back next week, so I can get a ride back home. I brought my vehicle back the following week and signed a few papers and handed over the keys for my new paint job. That was the best part of the review and the reason they get one star and the paint job was decent but from here things go bad.I called a week later and asked for a updated on my vehicle and was told it hasnt been touched, but should be done the following Monday. I was ok with that and decided to wait patiently and call back. Well the following Monday and the entire week Austin was hit the ice storm. I knew my vehicle wouldnt be completed in time and I didnt mind since human lives are more important than material items. I decided to call the Saturday after the winter storm and was told they were out a week and my vehicle would be delayed, but it should be done in two days and they started sanding and put on the sealant. I called back two days and was reminded again that the storm came and they are behind and it will be done by the end of the week. That Friday I went to pick up my vehicle and was told it was completed but the needed to put on the door moldings and it might be done Saturday but for sure Monday. I called late Monday and was told again the moldings and seals need to be put on my doors. I explained that I have been patient but appears my vehicle is get thrown to the side and I am a paying customer and I was told it would be ready today and was told the moldings needed to be done Friday. I was put on hold by Jess and then he came back to the phone and told me to call back. I called back a hour later and he told me to come pick uo my vehicle and they are washing it.I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle to find a fresh paint job that looked good but when I opened my doors the door molding and seals were put on correctly or snapped in place. There was overspray and sealant adhesive on my seats and carpet. There was tape still on my gas tank and my interior of my vehicle was very dirty. The next day it took 7 hours to remove over spray, adhesive, and first from my vehicle. I cant believe my vehicle was handed back in that condition and after three and half weeks. The excuse the manager and Jess kept saying was the winter storm. I paid over 2K for my paint job so its not like I just paid the $399. I exited better customer service as I had to call every time to get an update. The customer service was poor that Jess told me that last day for me to call back to see if I can pick up my vehicle rather than call me back. Many times I verified my phone number with them just to make sure they had the correct number as I never received a call. I wouldnt recommend this place as the customer service is poor and my vehicle was handed back in such poor condition. I was cordial and patient this entire time and I dont write bad reviews and I let a lot oof stuff go but I felt compelled to tell my store. I actually had another car I wanted to get painted but will take it else where.I will be updating my review with the overspray, adhesive on my sets and carpet, and my taped up gas tank.
If I could give this Maaco on N. Lamar in Austin zero stars, I would. Please understand if you have problems with their work, they will not respond to any formal complaint you file. They will simply tell you to pay them regardless of how bad the work is. Thats what they did to me. When they told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up after painting this is what I found: My vehicle inside and out was covered completely in sanding dust inside and out. The entire vehicle was filthy with this dust. Under the hood a hose was disconnected on both ends. They said when the hood comes off for painting sometimes things happen. Yet they didnt care enough to just put the hose back on. They just let it lay inside the engine compartment. ALL of the hardware they removed was not put back on. It was handed to me in a cup implying that I was to put all of it back onto my vehicle. My vehicle would not start or jump because they killed the battery by leaving a light bar on (this was evident when a new battery was put in and the first thing that came on was the light bar). Most of the roll bar covers were left off and not put back on. They were laying in sanding dust inside my vehicle. They did not care at all that they told me my vehicle was ready yet it was filthy. It was appalling the condition my vehicle was in. And they could care less. There were also multiple areas that they did not paint and they argued with me they were not on the work order. The worst part is how they dealt with me. The owner and management of this N. Lamar location in Austin is the worst Ive ever experienced. My communication with them was horrifying. I called Maaco corporate and filed a written complaint with over 7 phots included. Nobody ever responded to my formal written complaint. When I paid them, the owner wanted me to sign a document saying I would not post any negative reviews online. The owner literally wrote a document with terminology that I would not post any negative reviews to any social media site. He was so concerned about my review but he could care less about the horrible quality of his shops work. I obviously did not sign his document. And FYI if you read their response below it is complete fraud. They provided the same response to my review on YELP and I contacted them as they stated. They NEVER replied. Just like when I filed the formal complaint and they NEVER replied.
I had a horrible experience with a company named pop- a- dent in Austin. They put a large whole in my 3500 ram. I was heartbroken. I got 3 quotes and the other two were 2 and 3 times the price macco quoted so I went. I met Jesse (if I spelled that correctly) and he was amazing! I was nervous because my truck is my baby and it was my first time getting body work done. He assured me that everything would be fine. The welding was done perfectly and the paint looks just like it did before! My truck looks new! I plan to go back and get a quote for something else because the price and work were both worth it. Thank you to the whole team especially Jesse, Brent and the techs.
Kind of a mixed bag review here. They can shoot paint, the paint looks good and gave my 15 year old truck a new lease on life. The guys that work there are pleasant to work with. They did many of the things I asked for like removing the plastic pieces on the roof and painting in to those areas. I did the base coat / clear coat option. There is only a very small amount of dust trapped in the paint- which seems acceptable at the price point. I personally removed the fender flares on my truck prior to drop off. They put them back on, so that was not part of the original quoted price, which was nice having them put it back together. The price went up by about 15% over the initial quote, this was not discussed prior to the car being finished. I payed it, primarily because they had put the fender flares back on, and that takes labor; also, I had asked them to paint under those molding pieces on the roof and I think they usually just tape those off. Downsides: 1) Overspray- it is pretty bad, there is overspray all over the place under the truck, the truck is high enough off the ground you can see it. I expected some, but there is a lot. It is sad because 15 minutes and a quarter role of sticky paper could have gotten rid of 80-90 percent of it. I wish this had been discussed prior because I would have payed to avoid the situation. I didnt realize this was not a standard practice when painting a car, my usual body shop has painted our cars without having this overspray problem 2) I said I didnt mind paying a bit more for the fender flares to be put back on, but inspecting them found that many of the clips were not engaged and the flares were loose, and I had to partially remove and reinstall every fender flare on the truck. The tabs on those fender flares break easily- I JB welded the ones I removed, but there was one of them that they were doing as part of an insurance claim. Removing that one (which was quite loose) found the clips breaking in multiple places, the areas they had glued were coming apart. Appears that super glue was used (or something similar) and not epoxy- superglue is never going to hold up for any period of time. So, final thoughts: yes, get them to paint your car- it will look good, but take off and glue your own fender flares with JB weld when the tabs break, and be sure to paper up the undercarriage of your car when you drop it off (leaf springs, coil over shocks, exposed frame, wheel wells), also be sure to remove your XM radio antenna- they debadged the whole care to paint it (which is awesome!), but left the 1 inch tiny after market antenna up top and just taped it off. Overall, I am quite happy with the paint job and price with the overspray problem being the thing Im most dissatisfied about. Id be writing a 5 star review if it wasnt for the overspray because I think the value of the paint job was great.
Macco gave me exactly what I was looking for on my 2012 Toyota Camry. I didnt want to spend thousands of dollars on a paint job but with the quality compared to the money I spent it looked like a million bucks. Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. They only took 4 days to get my car ready. Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended and its my go to for now on if I need any repairs to my vehicle in the future. Thanks guys and good job
Great experience at this Maaco! They stand behind their work and did an awesome job on my car. They blended the new paint with old seamlessly and left my vehicle looking fantastic. I was pleased with the price, attention to detail, and customer service. Definitely would come back. Thanks guys!
Absolutely worst shop to take your car to. Long story short, I took my car here for a simple paint job. They kept my car for 9 months!!! They called and said my car was ready 3 times. Each time I showed up to pay the car wasn’t ready like they said. The first time I showed up to my 6,000 dollar bill I noticed that under the hood wasn’t painted like we agreed on. So they said they would paint it and make it right. I didn’t hear from the shop for another month or two. Then they called and said the car was ready for a second time. This time I showed up to pay only to find my car with no hood on it and that it had been sitting outside after being painted for the past two months since I last spoke to them and the car wasn’t ready again. That was strike two. Then I left and I didn’t hear from the shop for another two or three months. I received another call that the car was ready. I showed up again ready to pay my bill. I saw my car sitting outside again in the back of the shop in the same place with the hood on this time but I was missing my windshield chrome molding to cover up the gaps around the windshield and my chrome rocker panels at the bottom of the car were missing. That was strike three! This shop did me so wrong that they sent my car to an abandoned car place all the way from Austin to Dallas. Here it is almost two years later and these crazy people think they still deserve the original price after my new paint job has been sitting outside for two years. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING! I had the worst experience of my life with this shop! I still don’t have my car! Just HORRIBLE service all the way around. Then I received a message from the owner of the shop threatening me to sell my car if I didn’t come and pick it up and pay them. I saw rust spots everywhere on my car. No Thanks! This place is horrible! Don’t do it, you’ll regret it! Hope this helps everyone! God bless!
Called here to get a price on installing some racing stripes on my car. I was told to bring in for a price. The following day I took it in and was told that they would call me and let me know. WELL BEEN A DAY AND HALF AND STILL NO CALL. I work at a used car dealership and was hoping to start a business relationship with them to do some of our inventory work. needless to say, if I cant get a call back on something minor as installing stripes Im not sure if I would get any better service on a full paint job. Really disappointed.
Took my car to have a hood only painted. Jesse said they can shoot it in a day or two at the latest. It’s been 3 weeks and still not finished. Now they say I don’t know when it’s going to be finished, no one has called me to let me know, what’s going on with the delay. I will never take a car there again. Stay away from this Maaco location as they independently owned stay away from the Austin TX location on Lamar.
They were the only body shop to try what I asked for. We parked the car and the parking curb had a piece of rebar that caught the bumper and pulled it out. The other 3 places would only replace and repaint. I asked Maaco if they could snap it back in even if it was slightly damaged. They glued the broken plastic piece and it looked just fine. All done in 30 minutes.
I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this Maaco. I gave them precise instructions regarding how to paint my rear bumper and tire carrier, and now, after an extremely difficult installation, Ill have to remove everything from my vehicle and start from scratch.Just like I told Joe, its very important that all of the metal is covered after a primer coat, will now that the paint is chipping away since its warming up outside, I can finally see the quality of paint job I got. How do you NOT put primer down on bare steel before the main coat???The first time I had to go back was because the back side was a joke. It looked like someone was trying to do a military pattern with one color so blotches of bare steel were everywhere, and they thought I wouldnt notice all of the bare steel that was missed. I took it back and they told me they would fix it free of charge, they covered the back side with black, but now Im left with dripping rust marks EVERYWHERE. THIS WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE BUMPER, Im out over $1400 PLUS the cost of the pain job all because these individuals cant listen to basic instructions.Im taking this case to your superiors and they better be giving me a refund plus the cost of my ruined bumper.Take your job elsewhere, I cant begin to tell you how upsetting this is.
The work was terrible, on two occasions I was told my truck would done and I had to call out of work for them to tell me my truck wasnt done. They didnt replace the badges, nor did they re seal the door. Cant say maaco as a whole is bad but this location on Masterson is not a good one.
I dropped off my truck the have the roof painted they did a great job on painting the roof but when they were taking off the plastic and tape they ripped paint off both of my fenders there was overspray all around the truck. Lousy attention to detail. Would not recommend them.
I took my aftermarket fiberglass hood to this location. Bryan gave me a very reasonable price for a complete base coat clear coat in my factory color of mango tango pearl. There was a bit of a hiccup with the paint job and it had to be refinished. The body man did an awesome job and i was also given a bit of a discount because i had to wait longer than expected. I dropped my hood off and even without my jeep being there the body man matched the paint perfectly. Also, i was quoted almost twice the price from several different shops in the Austin area and maaco was the least expensive. I definitely got my moneys worth and would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a great paint job at a great price.
There are several other auto-painting shops with much better rankings in the local yelp, which its due to pretty bad luck. One reviewer didnt even get any work done here; she only got a high cost estimate, a long time ago. I just realized my yelp review was not visible {no idea why] and wanted to re-post it here.Well, Maaco is far cheaper than other better ranking body shop around and its service and quality is still great. One of these body shops nearby (Luus) is not only expensive, they dont even repaint whole cars and all this wasnt enough they even refused to repaint my car because its too old and not luxurious. Thats none of their business, but on the other hand they referred me to Maaco.I went there a year ago. They repainted my whole with the highest quality and best looking painting, the metallic-looking one, replaced the rear bumper and all the outer beltstrips (the rubbers around the windows) , repaired a headlight for $1830! My minimum saving compared to other shops was $1700! They even did a few extra works, like polishing and oiling the driver door that was quite rusty, it was quite loud and stiff when opening and closing it, now its silent and moves so smoothly! They took 8 business days to do the job, mostly due to trouble finding the beltstrips. That was reasonable, easily made up because they waited extra time when I went to pick my car up on one of the recent rainy Fridays, when people are crazy to run away from their jobs. They waited an extra 45 minutes!
It is a shame that untrustworthy management fronts high quality work. My car came back with a great paint job. The office staff, however, were misleading and evasive. When discussing the work I was told the car would be ready in one or two days. When I called the next day for an update I was told four to five days. The original person I spoke to denied that he had promised me anything. No one else in the office offered anything but to pass me around to the other members of the office staff. Watch out for words like up to, or probably. If they use them once they will lean on them no matter how many other direct questions they answered.
Super fast, friendly and affordable service!!!They did an amazing job and Im super happy with the results! I was responsible for the damages... driveway accident at home🙄They fixed me up in less than a day and the total bill was exactly what they quoted... no surprises!
There are tons of body shops in Austin, dont go here. From the beginning was given false information regarding when my vehicle would be finished.Middle of the week I called and the guy told me it was ready. Call the next day to pick up and find out he wasnt even talking about my car. My car hadnt been touched and the part was on back order! It was just a dent, so of course I never would have even dropped off my car if all the parts werent in. But when I dropped off I was told they were. So unprofessional.
Maaco, especially Isaac & Joe have done an amazing job. I am very pleased with their work on my car, with how they kept in contact with updates. Most important for a customer is the fact that when Isaac had an issue with the at fault drivers insurance co., he immediatly contacted me.THAT is great service and very much appreciated! then when I had an issue with the insurance co. and their delayed check , the Manager Joe offered to drive me himself to see if I had recieved the State Farm check. Then on top of that he suggested a brilliant solution that I call State Farm, have them immediatly stop check, send the funds to MAACO and with a screenshot... issue solved. AAAAAAMMAZZING MAACO! Thank you MAACO for employing people like Isaac and Joe... GREAT JOB GUYS!
Dont trust this place. They will add extra dents to your vehicle. Major dents. They will paint your headlights and your mirrors and you exhaust tips. They will paint dirt and bird poop into your car. They will tell you its 2 stage when it is clearly sticky, rubbery, single stage. They will tell you 3 days and you will wait a month or more.Do not do business here. You would be better off painting your car yourself. Crap business and crap management. Another reviewer on here bad mouthed Luus yet has intimate knowledge of anothers experience with maaco. Thats a low blow. Ive lived in this neighborhood my whole life. I have done business with both of these companies. Guess which one I wil continue doing business with in the future. This Maaco sucks. Read the writing on the wall. Its almost as if these guys are huffing the paint that going on to your car. Beware!
The absolute worst nightmare customer service and incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. After 6 months and 7 times of scheduling time off from work and family, they still can not fix a simple front end bumper damage, squeaking, alignment, electrical, horn, and creating more problems than they fix! Dealing with their preferred insurance company of the guy that hit me, I now give up. Im rating them and reporting to the Texas Insurance Dept as well. BOTH PARTIES ARE TERRIBLE (American Access Casualty Company) -- Now Im still dealing with the nightmare and the only way I can explain the 4 star rating, well it must be friends and family. Anyone that has gone to the N. Lamar location knows, these guys are high on paint fumes. Stay Away - zero stars.
Called in on Monday, made an appointment for 12:30 on Wednesday so I could go during my lunch. On Wednesday they took a walk up over me and when I called them about it they said the walk up had been waiting longer. Who schedules appointments with clients to turn around and take walk ups over appointments. Epitome of unprofessionalism.
Maaco Maaco Maaco on Lamar is very good !!!!!!!!!! Thank you Michael, Kevin and all of the others for the work you did on my daughters 03 Buick most recently. Dad thanks you and my daughter thanks you - I did change my review beacuse they are AWEsome and no I am NOT a friend
Customer service sucked, i drive Over an hr after speaking to someone to get there and have him say I can’t help you I can’t tell you anything when I had explained everything over the phone I wouldn’t let them paint my daughter’s bike how bad the failed step your game up! Jealously is such an ugly color!

2022-03-24So this Maaco absolutely exceeded my expectations with this paint job. The staff kept us updated along the way, and were very professional. Bruce and the guys did an amazing job and all in a very reasonable time frame which was impressive! They even cleaned up my headlights. I would definitely reccomend this Maaco location. Thank you guys!

2022-04-05Bruce took great care of my car and Maaco did a great job with the repairs on my vehicle, I’ve been here a few times now and the service is incredible, after evaluating the vehicle Bruce recommended a specific part on the bumper which made my car look that much nicer that also costed the same as if I were to have gotten it done in the same color it used to be. I highly recommend these guys for any kind of vehicle repairs that you’d need done, quoted prices are super reasonable and they’ve always finished the repairs within the days they’d estimate to get it done. Love the staff and the service here, truly great people and they run a really good shop.

2022-01-21They match to the factory paint code so dont expect them to match a the color of an older car (2012) that has faded paint. The gloss seemed shallow and the paint was dimpled not smooth like the factory. Overall subpar. When brought back to get it re painted Taylor was super helpful and they redeemed themselves matches well now. Very pleased.

2022-07-01Just a terrible experience. The color was not as the paint chip in their color wheel showed. The manager said It was because it was in the sunlight, we walked outside with the color wheel, yeah, its just not the right color. Then the answer was Well, we gave the paint tech the color, that is the color. Then they said for the $1000 plus paint job, that they didnt paint the inside of the doors, or the bottom of the hood. However, they also didnt paint the entire fender, they didnt paint the door jambs which they said they would. They did however paint the tires, the light bulbs for the marker lights. When I brought that to their attention they said that was normal overspray. You can get a far better paint job from rattle cans. AVOID!

2021-12-15I had an amazing experience with this location. After getting a few estimates from the area, I went to Maaco, and they estimated my truck to be done by next week and gave me the lowest number I’ve seen so far. They ended up finishing my truck in 2 days !! The two men that worked in the front were very friendly and made the process pleasant, and the work on my truck was very nice and looked brand new. Will for sure visit again.

2022-05-25This was my first experience with getting my car repainted, let alone ever going to Maaco. I did some shopping around and Maaco seemed to have more flexibility with its pricing so I decided to go in with them. At the front desk I met with a man named Bruce who was informative on top of being really polite to my wife and I. They gave us our pricing options and gave us a timeline they would likely be done with our car. Not only was the pricing hundreds cheaper than the other local shops but it was done so quickly and turned out so well that I wanted to give them a proper shout out on google. Thanks again you guys for making the experience completely painless.

2022-03-26Great and professional staff! Props to Jesse, Bruce, and Todd who were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I took my Honda Civic in last month which needed a major paint job which has been beaten by the Texas heat. I was very happy and impressed with how the paint job turned out. The paint is exactly how it looked when I bought it brand new over 10 years ago. Thank you Jesse, Bruce, and Todd for your wonderful customer service! If you are looking for a car makeover along with awesome customer service, take your car here to Maaco!

2022-06-11I truly couldnt believe it. I brought my car in on Monday and less than 48 hours later they had completely repaired the damage. I had to call them back and confirm that we were talking about the same vehicle because it was such a fast turnaround time. Five stars all the way. The guys inside are super nice too.

2021-11-21They did an excellent job repainting our Honda. We chose the clear coat over the paint option, and the car looks like new.Hondas last forever, but nothing can save the paint from the Texas sun.

2022-06-09I obtained and agreed to an estimate that included a paint job for my truck, painting of my tool box and restoration of my headlights. Estimated time of completion was 10 days or less. After 10 days, having heard nothing, I called and was told the truck was painted but not the toolbox (yet) and another few days would be required. So, I waited for several days, heard nothing, and called again. I was told that the tool box was still not painted and since they were running out of parking space on their lot (how inconvenient for them!) I would have to pick up the truck and toolbox and bring it back later! So I decided to blow off painting the toolbox and went to pick up the truck only to discover that the headlight restoration work was also not done. They deducted the cost of the work they failed to perform from my bill without any other offer to rectify the situation, and they gave half hearted apologies. Bottom line: the paint job itself looks OK and at a good price. Everything else related to service or care for me as a customer was a failure. I dont think they had any real concern for the poor way I was treated, largely indifferent to their poor service. I will not go back or recommend.
