I’ve never had a dealership experience so perfect! I went to Mac Haik expecting to get a used car since I assumed that is what would work for my budget but Stevie, Anthony & Quad were determined to get me in something new. I feel like they definitely over-exceeded my expectations & I walked out with a brand new 2022 Dodge Challenger with only 43 miles on it. Please go get your new car from these guys & be sure to ask for the 3 I named above. You definitely won’t be disappointed. I’m already excited about my trade in because I’ll definitely be back!
The team at Mac Haik, from my salesman Robert to Erick in finance were all great! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There was a small issue discovered after delivery of the vehicle but Tucker, the General Sales Manager, made it right. He is a man of his word. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle.

The guys that are on the side were we get oil change service done are awesome. Very nice, speak, smile, explain why it needs it if something extra needs done on the vehicle.The guys on the other side of the in service department could learn from them.NO smiles , no speaking abs when they do speak very dry.
My experience was a rewarding one. I went in for a 40 point inspection at 10am. I had to wait a while because it was very crowded, but its ok. The people were very friendly and helpful and also professional. I was very impressed with the service and plan to return if needed!Update! Returned for an oil change yesterday. Wonderful experience once again. When competence is coupled with positive personalities one cannot go wrong 👍
Ms Olga Cosme did a fantastic job working with us. She went above and beyond to get us the SUV we needed and the dealership got it in time for us. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. We drove 45 minutes to this dealership and it was all worth it! We will definitely be coming back and recommend this dealership.
Awesome experience. The team at Mac Haik made my buying a new truck super simple. Everyone here is very nice. My service advisor Eric Guillot was helpful in getting my maintenance needs for my vehicle taken care of. I met John A. a year ago. He advised me to give myself 1 year to get my current vehicle situated. I did that and went back exactly a year. I drove off in my dream truck (Jeep Wrangler). The entire process took only 3 1/2 hours! I am soooo happy with my purchase. The finance manager Erick is also GREAT. Both has a very good spirit!!

Went for Express Lube, Service advisor (a long-time employee) came out and greeted me and got me checked in. He answered my questions and gave valuable feedback. My vehicle was promptly serviced as was out of there in under 1 hour. No upselling. I really like the service advisor

I just purchased a new jeep, and the next day needed to get my display panel/screen rebooted. I was worried what that process looked like, but Mak Haik really took care of me. They were so nice and friendly! The way they made the process so easy, put me at ease with such a big purchase! 10/10 would recommend and I will personally be going back in the future for any needs on my jeep in the future! I took my vehicle in for maintenance and to check the Auto on/off. The alert was on and my vehicle would completely turn off. John diagnosed my issue instantly (result of a body shop repair at a different dealership) and had it resolved in no time along with my maintenance. They are a friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

I have a 2010 Dodge Charger that is in Great CONDITION WITH OVER 200,000 miles on it. I have to thank ELLIS IN SERVICE AND ALSO THOMAS. They have been servicing this vehicle for over 10 years! I highly recommend seeing those two gentlemen for all of your service and car repairs! I promise you will be in GOOD HANDS!
Really friendly and professional. Highly recommend Armando, he worked with us and was willing to go out of his way to find the truck we really wanted. They werent pushy and were very clear about finances. No haggling or trying to cajole us from the financing we got from the bank. And Barry was very kind and patient while going over the financial paperwork (yes, Im one of those weirdos that will sit to skim an agreement or contract to make sure Im not signing away my first born). He didnt rush me, he didnt talk over me, he let me skim and ask questions, etc. When there was a slight hiccup (typo error in the banks email - sorry about that Barry!) Armando and Barry were a call and a text away and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Overall, I was pretty impressed with everything. 11/10 I do recommend.

2022-05-09I needed to come into Mac Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep at 11000 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77037 to get a few parts.to mount a pair of headlights on a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. The parts department had the parts in stock and at a great price. We were able to get the headlights installed that same day

2022-05-02Made an appointment to get the dash looked at because the material on the dash was lifting. Before I even brought the truck in they ordered the parts to fix it. When it came in they scheduled me to bring it and I did. Asked when it would be ready hopefully by this Friday. They called Thursday and said it was ready. When I got there they had also cleaned it all up and the dash was fixed perfectly. Haven’t been to a Dealership in a long time we’re there wasn’t some sort of drama when picking up my vehicles. I highly recommend them for all Ram repairs! They really work well as a team.Thank you again for a job well done!

2021-12-18Ask for Mr. Thomas, he will definitely take care of you and make sure you are satisfied when you leave the dealership. From MY experiences, they never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Mr. Thomas would always show and tell me whenever there was a potential problem that needed to be addressed. He also would provide a timeline before this potential problem could cause more damage if not fixed.In all honesty today, I had an issue - which is uncommon from my experiences with the service department. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Thomas and the Service Manger, had my vehicle thoroughly re-inspected . They were able to communicate and address all of my concerns. I left with piece of mind and confidence that my vehicle was in good hands.As far as the prices….. they are typically more expensive than local shops but that’s to be expected with a dealership. This rating is geared more towards the outstanding customer service that this dealership provides.2015 Dodge Challenger.

2022-01-30Enjoyed our time spent at the dealership with all that helped with the transaction especially with Stevie in which we spent almost 11 hours with. Stevie was knowledgeable/informative on the process of purchasing a vehicle and when he wasnt sure, he maintained full disclosure never giving a sense of dishonesty telling us he would research/ask and let us know once he did have an answer/information. I can say that I am a picky, buyer and if Ive been at a dealership for going on over 11 hours, my patience almost zero to none, but in this case I have to say that Stevie kept that smile on my face, and the feeling of no regret within me. 2022-02-18I had a really great looking and buying experience at Mail Haik CDJ North. Royce was awesome, he listened to our wants got us into exactly what we wanted. Since the purchase Royce has called and emailed to find out if we are satisfied with our purchase. Also took my truck in for running boards and the service department took care of me and were very friendly, everyone treated us like family!

2022-03-04Only 15 minutes. Had a small recall and the shop took care of it fast. No appointment needed. I go out of my way to work with this dealer. Even when there’s one closer to my house. Knowledge and the way they keep their customers informed is outstanding. Keep up the good work.

2022-04-27Greg, the service advisor was friendly and understood what the problem was (A intermittent rear camera issue). The service tech stated he looked at the whole system didn’t see any problems and it was working full-time for him so I’m hoping it won’t come back but I’m not gonna hold my breath. The cashier she was friendly and very helpful and had papers ready for me when I came in to pick up my truck couldn’t ask for any better

2022-06-30Really like this location compare to the one in river oaks. The staff here are knowledgeable but also pass that knowledge on to me. Came in for an oil change and while I was there I was made aware of a recall on my vehicle. I have gone to river oaks location and they never brought this to my attention. I’m really glad this location actually seem to care about my vehicle and the friendliness. Will start bringing my vehicle to this location.
