I visited macys buck stage on Allen Texas a few timesWith my family to purchase clothes and shoes.I am saying like 5 times visitOne time. I find women bag paket on spots for items under $29.99Wish I get the bag from that spotSo at check out de bag was not matching with the priceSo I ask. Then costumers service. The person was not happy to get me that priceBut finally they do it.On my second visit. After I left the store.I fined on my paper receipt 🧾Adicional item that I don’t get from the storeSo I been charged for more items that I was purchased.Then. The visit 3. I was asking to them if was possible to remove taxes from a marcharse for resales proposed that was. Like 10 mini roll on perfumes for womens.The manager was definitely declined to help me with that.He s face was very angry after that I was not feeling very well with the type of serviceI drive. Like 18 mills to get to that store. I definitely today. Not satisfiedToday when I was on the store with my family shoppingI definitely can see. All employees was looking me around all the time.I was not feeling goodThe employees was following me.I am a business person I have my own shop retail storeI definitely know how important it’s. To be responsible and paid for everythingSo. Please! Management please fixe this problem.The catchers are not really friendly.Today it’s 01/26/2022The accident was happening around 5:40 pm same day
Absolutely great pricing in this store compare to Macys though the variety and options might be less but the discounts are like bargain. Love to go this store almost in every two weeks too find something affordable.
Its like a Ross or TJ Maxx but messy.....so very messy and un organized.
Rather than visiting Ross or TJ Max for low cost designer materials, we can get products we need for low cost. Organized well which makes shopping easy. If you are looking for low cost, this is a good choice. But if you need a designer brand name, you might not find it here.

My 1st time. I was surprised the variety of inventory they have. When they 1st opened I didnt want to go in there thought it would be a waste of my time but Im so glad I finally went. I wasnt disappointed at all. Will be stopping by at least 1x a week!
Leftovers from old clearance racks that they couldnt sell anywhere. Extremely disappointed. Would not go back. TJ Maxx has better quality and better finds. Disappointed.
Macys backstage is just another alternative to TJ Maxx or Ross. I am not sure if they have better selections here than other backstage locations that are inside the Macys stores.Some of their items are more expensive than the similar items you can find in other backstage which are inside Macys stores. Other than that, this location is clean and tidy, and the cashier is friendly too.
Its ok, but dont understand why I didnt see many brands actually sold in Macys. To me, the offerings are a cross between Burlington, Marshalls, and Ross with a Nordstrom Rack aesthetic.
I had a worst experience today at Macys backstage..I went to return a dress and I was getting less than half of the price of that dress reason being told that particular dress is at low price now...wth...I mean no store does that..nobody has this return policy..every store returns u what u pay . Worst store I have been..

2022-06-25The wife enslaved me here to march tirelessly til the shopping cart ran full enough. We marched through isles of good deals, were allowed a restroom break (the facilities were very clean), and given but one one truth and one lie. The truth: we would eventually leave. The lie: it would be soon.Seriously, cool selection and prices.

2022-06-27It was well organized. Small enough for you to see each dept MENS, WOMENS, KIDS ETC. in a timely manner. Shoe sales were good. A small bedding section. Worth a trip to see. Almost like an upscale TJMax.

2022-03-14Lots of items to choose from, packed with clothes but still very organized. Very happy I stumbled upon this location. I only wish the shoe collection was more diverse as the larger sizes have very little options to choose from, at least it was that easy when I visited last. Ill be sure to be back and see whats new.
