Awful experience. I was in retail management and training for many years, some with a Macys parter, and this is the worst example Ive seen. More security than customer service and no merchandising attempted at all. I dont really blame the limited staff but the people that were there werent really working in customer service. They were just manning registers. As a Macys cardholder Ill never return to this location.

This place is too good. Like… “holy what!? Have I really been here 3 hours and still haven’t looked at shoes!?”Macy’s you are just.. you just have too much going on for multi coupons, sales, credit card member discounts, jewelry, rompers, makeup and then you add an entire Discounted Store!? I had to leave to get air. Just… don’t be in a big hurry. 😂

I saw this cute CK purse at Macys. 👜 I should have bought it when I first saw it on the red table. Couldnt find it when I went back today. But they have some cute purses, some of almost every brand on sale. My hubby also found 2 nice wallets. Good red line deals.

That backstage need to be cleaner organized. Like I said need more security need more staff but need to stop to understand was Macys looking for.

Man oh man, this aint the Macys of Miracle on 34th Street! I feel like standing in the doorway in a Santa Claus getup and intercepting customers and telling them to go to Gimbels...and there aint a Gimbels around here. Get the picture? This place has approximately 500 cash registers and 1 cashier. You got a stack of clothes and you cant even buy them unless you walk to the other side of the store to find an available cashier. Id have better luck ascending Mt Everest in a thong and living to tell about it than finding good customer service here.

The savings are phenomenal. Buy great brand clothes at Wal-Mart prices. Will be returning regularly.
