Our Pro is Kiana and we have been so impressed with how good of a job she does. We love the different personal touches she adds when she cleans.

We have had maidpro clean our house several times, a deep clean after we moved in to our new(and very dirty) house, and now we have Ansley come every other week. She is very attentive to detail, works fast, and leaves us satisfied. It’s always nice to come home to a clean house. We have a lot of pets including a puppy which she offered to watch while I was out of the house. I would recommend Maidpro to anyone looking for a one time or regular clean!
Ms. Crystal continues to do a fabulous job on our B&B; we are excited when we know she is coming. We can always trust our rental is absolutely ready for the next guest because SHE is there. We have used Maid Pro for a long time and it was OK….then, a young lady showed up one day and did a very thorough job! She cleaned places the others didn’t and after I saw how well she did, I requested her to be our Pro from then on. She’s very friendly and takes her time to get it right. She always asks if there’s something she could do better or if I’d like for her to clean something she’s never done before. She’s so professional and I highly recommend this company - especially if Destiney is part of it! Destiney goes above and beyond!

Sydney has been our Pro for over a year. She does a great job taking care of our home. Today, she deep cleaned our vent hood and took off the cover to clean all the grime off of it! She is such a hard worker and pays attention to details. I love that the entire house is clean and fresh when she leaves.

Kaylene is my usual pro that comes every other week and she does an amazing job. I have a house full of assorted pets so cleaning up around them is no easy task but she works efficiently and gets this place back to a normal looking house every time she comes. Everyone at the office is super helpful and nice whenever I have called with questions. Overall a great company to do business with! I highly recommend them.
Although, I didnt end up using MaidPro for a last-minute job, the level of professionalism and the quality of customer service I received from operations manager Lindsey Gomez has made a lasting impression. She thoroughly explained their services and went above and beyond to help with coordinating cleaning services for a friend who is in the hospital. Taylor P. is amazing at what she does. Shes always on time, polite, and has a great attitude. Our home is shining by the time she leaves. Additionally, she remembers to ask every time if we want her to focus on a particular area of the home. My Pro Sam was super sweet and she worked quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy I didnt get the One Time Clean, they are very affordable and even left a little gift at the end. Very happy to continue working with MaidPro!!
Have been using MaidPro on a monthly basis from September 2019 to present (February 2020). Well worth every penny. I have had the same person, Karen Helms, cleaning my apartment every time, and she does an absolutely phenomenal job. I have a very busy schedule and thus do not have time to do as good as Id like cleaning, but Karen takes care of that for me. When I come back after she is done cleaning, every surface in the apartment is spotless, there isnt any dust anywhere, the mirrors, TV, and glass are all crystal clear, and everything else is in tip-top shape. Initially I didnt think I needed to hire anyone to clean my home but after the first cleaning I never want to go without them. I cannot recommend MaidPro and Karen enough, utilizing their service is something that you will be very happy you did!
I love my Maidpro cleaning! Tasha has cleaned for me for six years and always leaves my house sparkling and smelling fresh and clean. I love the comprehensive checklist that tells me everything that has been cleaned in our home. Why did I wait so long to sign up with a bi-weekly clean from Maid Pro??? Why??? These ladies have done a fabulous job for me with special instructions for several areas of my home. I am very picky about how the house is cleaned. It was such a relief to come home and be able to relax, no folding, no dishes, no sheets to change, no tubs to scrub! It is SO EASY to communicate with the Maid Pro office as well. I had a special request and they took care of it for me with only one e-mail sent! Christina and Raelynn area doing a great job taking care of my home.

Updated 2/7/20 - Our new(ish) pro, Caytlinn, is just as fantastic! She does a great job and is so sweet with our animals. She even sings to our dogs to keep them calm when she vacuums. 🙂---We love Dani so much! It’s hard to find someone who cleans as meticulously as I would if I had time AND who is so careful about our pets and making sure the cats don’t wander out the door. We would not trust just anyone to go in and out of our house when we’re not home, but she’s a cat person too and we so appreciate the care she takes around our pets.

Raelynn and crew did an excellent job and the house smelled fantastic once they were done. Having the house move-in ready without me being on hands and knees making it happen took the pressure off so that I could focus on other aspects of the move.

I had MaidPro come and do my move out clean for a duplex I rented. They gave me a very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke with were very kind and informative about the process. When I came back to the duplex it smelled absolutely amazing and as I looked around it looked cleaner than it ever had before. I have two dogs and it looked like they had never been there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a one time or multiple time clean. After we finish moving into our new house I plan on setting up a regular cleaning schedule with them.

I think MaidPro has done a great job of all the different large cleaning companies in town. I have also used a smaller business which was good but this allowed me to have more flexibility in my schedule and cost a bit less. I definitely recommend them!

We have used different maid services in the past and always came away disappointed after a few weeks. They would start out well and as the weeks went by the cleaning declined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used them for a deep clean for move outs and they were horrible. I repeat, /HORRIBLE/ cleaners. They didnt sweep up dead bugs, dirt, left counter tops and furniture sticky, didnt dust windowsills. The clean they did was absolutely garbage. When I called to discuss it, they were more than happy to come re-clean. However, the new tenants of the home finished the job, which they shouldnt have had to do, so I called to get a partial refund. They only wanted to give less than $50 back for a $350 clean when they didnt clean half of the house. Poor ownership and management. Not to mention the owner herself made a racist assumption saying my at home house cleaner was cheaper because shes an illegal immigrant. Which was vile and far from true. If I could, I would give this company 0/5 stars, but this platform gives them 1 minimum. Will not be using again.

Last year I was temporarily on crutches for several weeks, and cleaning the house well has become impossible. I contacted MaidPro. I expected to use them only once or twice until I was off crutches, but after discovering how wonderful they were... I never discontinued the service! Maid Pro of College Station, TX has been a God-send for us!! We received a flier last Fall during football season and that was the beginning of a FABULOUS cleaning service relationship. We have used so many others where we live, but no one ever satisfied us or were so over priced! We appreciate the extra help & stress relief this gives our daughter (college student) and we can be assured our home-a-way from home is ALWAYS super clean when we visit! I like the routine of sending the same person to clean each time, which provides added security for our daughter, too. If there was something we have a question about, we just call and it is promptly taken care of. Or if we need an extra to-do added (quarterly or twice a year) we just call or email and they take care of it for us! SUPER SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Cat was left in my house to clean for 3 hours and it didnt look like anything at all got done . toilets still dirty hair all in sink microave still dirty inside and out .amanda was sent for a reclean . not impressed ! very rude !! Deffinetly do not recommend !

2022-04-28My husband and I have been working with MaidPro BCS for about a year now to clean our house and I highly recommend their services. Currently, we would be lost without Skylar who is our regular house cleaner. (Which is another thing I like about MaidPro, they match you up with wonderful employees.) I work from home and my consulting business was not much during Covid but now I am very busy. Skylar comes in happy and gets right to work - he a joy not only to be around, but his work is exceptional - my husband even notices the clean house and that all I need to say! 2022-07-09When I came home after Cierra, Bailey, and Val worked on my house I was disappointed.... Disappointed in the realization that I, as a mere mortal, will never be able to achieve the level of clean the folks at MaidPro can! Seriously, these people are amazing. My house is somehow cleaner than the day I moved in. 5 stars, hands down, worth the money. Do it. You wont regret it.Update: Alicia is my pro permanently now and she has been keeping the streak going! Seriously one of the best decisions Ive made for my home.

2022-03-13I had pros come over to clean my house four times and each time was an excellent experience. The pros were professional, friendly and thorough. That is until the last time a few days ago. Two new pros came over on Friday. Apart from the standard organizing and cleaning pros normally do at my house I asked if they could vacuum the garage. They said ok and one of the pros removed her car from my driveway so I could back my car out of the garage so they could easily clean it. As I have in the past, I stayed in my office out of their way while they worked. I started a timer when I invited them into my house to remind myself to start my zoom meeting when they left. I happened to look out the window and saw they both went into their cars and drove away. I looked at my timer and they still had 35 minutes left. I was really confused. In the past pros always took 3 hrs, informed me they finished their work and together we did a run through of the house to see that everything was done and there were no issues. Then theyd leave a Maidpro towel teddy and checklist of all the things they did and Id escort them out. In this case, the pros left early, didnt allow for a run through, didnt leave a checklist or towel teddy and didnt even inform me despite my presence in the house in easy and visible access. I did my own run through and noticed they didnt clean the kitchen sink, wipe down the kitchen table or countertop, didnt wipe the outside of the fridge. Didnt clean the microwave. Didnt clean the kitchen stove. Only cleaned one bathroom toilet despite there being 3 others. Didnt organize or pickup clothing on the master bedroom floor. Haphazardly put shoes on the shoe rack, some on the floor strewn next to it. Didnt clean any windowsills in the house and didnt vacuum the living room floor. Also didnt vacuum the garage floor despite specifically discussing that. I called management and took pictures of all of this and emailed them as requested. They removed 30 minutes from the billing time and thats it. They didnt apologize, assure me this wouldnt happen again or offer for other pros to clean up after these pros. I didnt feel my patronage was valued at all so I canceled my contract.
