I had an awesome experience here! First of all it’s more like a cute boutique with candles, a great selection of cards and perfect gift items (many from local artists)- it’s way more than just a bland mail drop off.Super friendly staff were upbeat and service oriented. The kind of neighborhood place where they would know you by your 2nd visit.I used this location for an ID check and everything went very smoothly. Not sure about negative comments from a year ago, I had an excellent experience.

The customer service has always been exemplary even when they are very busy. I like that if shes out of something she suggests other places! The gift shop atmosphere is fun, too! I will continue taking my business there.

Not really sure how this place does business, but it is being used as a mailing front for a company that is selling CBD (or just taking money) via spam. Maybe the owners arent in on it but I doubt they dont know anything about it. New Health News and Thegraphicsgoddess are SCAM companies and the owners of their box should be reported. Dont like my negative review, remember this, When your quarry goes to ground leave no ground to go to, you are providing the ground and this is one of the few tools there is to take that away.

Not so optimistic this mailbox will serve our needs. So far weve had lost mail, staff seems new and untrained, no package notifications coming in, random $1 charges to our account for PU of mail that hasnt gone over limit.

Absolutely amazing mail service. Very conveniently located. The staff is so generous with the amount of attention and care very client receives. Lock on my mail boxes are always well oiled, I have yet to have a key get stuck once! Even if I accidentally leave my mail box key behind the amazing staff will verify my identity and open the box for me. They are so kind to accept small packages for me that may be stolen if they had not received the package. Staff is very personable and just absolutely amazing. The dog treats that are sold near the front Arely dogs favorite. The gift selection has been well curated to include gifts from all over Texas. Local gifts, t shirts, painting, Texas themed hats, greeting cards, candles, the list can go on! Regardless of what is behind the doors of Mail & More I always know I will be greeted with a friendly smile and a place I’m glad to call my local postal service.

Edit: Spammer issue. Updated review star rating to reflect response from business. An intelligent response suggests they have taken all the action they can take.====Mail & More appears to be providing a spammer with a mail box or forwarding service. I don’t load the images in emails from unknown senders, but I received a spam email today, I presume more suited to more mature men with “ED” concerns. The links in the email are to a redirect service which goes to a Russian hosting provider. The “Dr Oz male enhancement“ email says I can unsubscribe (I never subscribed) by writing to them (whoever “they” are) at 9901 Brodie Lane Ste 160 Austin, TX 78748The spammer then loads the email code with a large number of Washington Post links that are not visible to the average person but very much an illegal spammer tactic. They offer an unsubscribe link but I don’t ever recall “subscribing” and I’m not visiting unknown business links (using Russian hosts)Mail & More, if you can identify the actual mailbox/forwarding “customer” you are dealing with here then (1) I’d reconsider service provision as you are now aware of the potential activity you are supporting. (2) Advise if you can help me with who your customer is, because I’m tired of their multiple spamming campaigns and I’d like to contact them directly.

***DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION***This mailbox store location switched owners somewhere around the end of September/beginning of October. I have used this mailing store for three years and had zero problems with it over those three years. However, the new owner is clearly trying to spruce the place up and make it more than just a shipping/mailbox location. She owns the store with her husband who knows how to do absolutely nothing with the store. She is rude and extremely disrespectful. She would much rather do business with customers over the phone than with customers in the store. She never even acknowledged me when I entered the store. She continued her phone conversation. She never said hold on just a minute to me or the person on the phone. Her husband walked up to the counter area near me, walked back to a chair without speaking a word to me, and plopped himself down in a chair. I will never do any business or give any money to this store again. Its sad to see a store change hands from an owner with pretty decent customer service skills to this woman who quite clearly doesnt even understand the basics of customer service: GREET YOUR CUSTOMER.

I’d give these folks here a zero star if I could. As I write, I have an international package that I shipped through them since April 12 and it’s still yet to be delivered. I called USPS and found out they charged a $24 premium on a $35 service. I’m cool with the premium if you KNOW the SERVICE options you are selling and can educate your customers. I called to ask about my package and the lady was soooo rude on the phone. Says that’s the service you chose and that’s your problem. Pretty much hung up the phone. I expect a little more than that rudeness if you are charging a 68% premium for just receiving my package and handing to USPS.Response:You don’t come to public and lie that you offered different options in a bid to defend your bad service. It’s no coincidence you have such bad reviews all pointing to your horrible services. I said what I said. Advice, better you employ someone who can be in the front office, you do the backend work because u obviously should not be in the service business. I could care less about the package, if it gets lost I’ll replace but there’s no substitute for good service. And to cut someone off the phone many times cause they don’t agree with your defense and hang up the phone to a paying customer is very very rude. Obviously you don’t understand that word.

I love the changes since the new management has taken over. I have found many very nice items to purchase in the boutique area for upcoming holiday gifts for others as well as for myself. The staff is always courteous and attentive and take pride in paying attention to customer needs and getting packages out in a timely manner. I encourage u to check it out. It is far better than going to the post office.

This place is run terribly! hire another person to actually help customers. this NEW owner says phone customers are equally important as in-person customers. as a regular phone customer of places, I generally agree. HOWEVER, if youre doing a lot of phone business and making people wait in your store for 10-15 minutes just to ship one package or buy a book of stamps, MAYBE just MAYBE you should add some staff to your location. YOU WILL WAIT FOR A LONG TIME AT THIS STORE! It will not be a quick in and out. Its like that interminable wait in a doctors office where you never get called back at the actual time of your appointment and you have no idea how long you will actually spend there for something that was supposed to be a quick in and out. perhaps in the time of a global pandemic, you should make an effort to get your in-person customers OUT of your store as quickly as possible in order to maintain a safe situation. Your phone customers are at no risk of contracting COVID. Perhaps in that situation you could take a number and call them back. BOTTOM LINE: GO TO THE UPS STORE ON WESTGATE. The NEW owner of this store has no idea how to provide customer service (maybe unless youre on the phone with her.)
