Pizza is okay but this is the Italian sub. Literally one slice of salami, one slice of ham, slice of tomato and a banana pepper. May I suggest just taking the sub off the menu 🤣

Pizza is good. Weve been several times. Recently purchased a discount card for a local school fundraiser; it offers free medium pizza with purchase of same or greater. I attempted to use it today when I purchased a large pizza and it was not honored by the manager. The discount card said it was valid only at this location thru Oct 27th...its Sept 27th.

Very good pizza about the quality of Matengas, or Papa Johns, but maybe a bit cheaper in cost. It just depends on what style of pizza you want. I personally like them because of the delivery staff and cooks my pizza always show up fresh and hot. All delivery staff are amazing, thank you Marcos Pizza.
In search of a deep dish pizza 🍕 I’ve come across this place, and I ordered a The Works pizza with extra cheese 🧀, and a deluxe pizza bowl! I really like the pizza bowl, it’s a great alternative to the deep dish, but without the crust? I would definitely recommend the bowl! Their regular pizza 🍕 is not too bad either. I received good customer service while ordering over the phone 📲 and during pickup.
Second time ordering in a row and being dissatisfied.$33+ for 2 medium “pizzas” turned out not like junky cheese bread.The inconsistencies of their product is disappointing.
The best pizza parlor in Cibolo! We tried it for the first time in December and have not ordered pizza from anywhere else to this day. Usually it is hard to find a good neighborhood pizza parlor but Marcos beat the odds. Lol my picky family agreed! Marcos is ALWAYS prepared with plenty of meats, sauce and cheesy goodness to top it off. Great customer service so far. A must try!
I put in an order for pick up was told it would be about 25 minutes, so about 30 minutes later I showed up and they had “no record” of me ever calling or even placing an order. I showed them the number I called and the time that I called at but they didn’t have an answer for me. The place has decent pizza but they are way unorganized. If you’re looking for good pizza in the area hit up big papa’s in schertz.
I really love the pizza and the store. Ive had two delivery orders made incorrectly, ordered thin and got thick crust. Last order online took over an hour. When I called to check because the online tracker said it was still being made at delivery time, first they couldnt find my order, then they found it and said it was in the oven, then they said it was the driver had just left with it and was being delivered. Staff needs customer service training and get it together. And no Im not filling out a feedback form, how about you fix it.
They have really good pizza but what really killed the rating is the customer service. We had called to see if delivery service was available in our area, whoever answered huffed “no we don’t!” And hung up before I could just make a pick up order.I mean come on, I do get that times get stressful in the restaurant business, I work it too, but control yourself.The owners are great and generally we’d been treated really well before but this particular incident was a wth moment.
We have traveled/moved dozens of times from one city/state/country to another. Over the decades we were initially Pizza Hut fans (loved their dine-in buffets that are very rare these days) and became dedicated to Papa Johns over the last couple of decades. We recently retired and moved to Cibolo for our final destination. Tried Papa Johns and received poor service, cold pizza, and high prices. Earlier today we tried Marcos and boy what a refreshing change. The pizza was great, the delivery was about 10 minutes faster than promised, and the service was excellent with hot and fresh pizza and great wings. The only criticism is of myself, since I failed to ask for extra pizza sauce on the pizza and extra buffalo sauce on the wings. We have found our local pizzaria and look forward to our next experience with Marcos. Look forward to visiting the place and actually seeing and interacting with the staff.

Love Marcos Pizza but will no longer give my business to this location. I have ordered delivery to my home address for two years now and today Ben the manager told me he’s too busy to offer my address delivery. WOW! Talk about customer service! Every time I order it’s an ordeal to get my address approved even though we are 5 miles away from their store front. However my address has a Cibolo zip code, is inSchertz city limits and can appear like a NB address so I try to be patient even though I’ve ask them to note my account numerous of times. Today’s excuse is management change 6 months ago and so delivery limits are different however Ben was able to verify my last delivery order was April 16th about 6 weeks ago. I deliver about 1-2 times a month to my home not to mention my business address frequently for staff luncheons. Poor customer service and super disappointed!
This is the 4th or 5th time that weve ordered, requested parmesan, crushed pepper & garlic sauce and didnt receive it. The last time we ordered, I explained the condiments werent provided even after specifically requesting them & was assured they would be there which they werent. When I called to notify, the rep did offer to have some delivered and I declined because I felt thats silly to have someone deliver just condiments. Fast forward to tonight, the exact same situation occurred, but this time when I called back to notify and was offered delivery of the garlic sauce, I accepted, needless to say, we have been waiting for the garlic sauce for 1 hour & 22 minutes, pizza not too hot @ this point & am almost positive Marcos will not show up. We dont eat out often, but have been trying to help the businesses in our community during this pandemic and finding its not always worth it if the customer service, the simple things, arent a priority to the business itself. We have allowed you to make this wrong right, by ordering a few times hoping by letting you know during the ordering process this was a challenge for you, but you didnt take heed. So instead of supporting YOUR business we will take OUR business elsewhere.

I absolutely love Marcos Pizza but I am so disgusted with the way the kitchen looks and that no one wears gloves. I looked at almost everyone in that kitchen from a young man throwing dough around, to people putting toppings on pizza, to the last guy who takes pizza out, cut it up and places it in the box. I have noticed this particular Marcos location going down every visit. Please make your employees wear gloves. Its not only the right thing to do, its the sanitary thing to do.
We were heading to our new home and decided to call ahead for pizza. We havent had Marcos since leaving Atlanta and we truly missed it. Our phone order was placed with no issues. The person taking the orders was patient and curtiuos. By the time out order was completed we were close to the location. I paid and waited in the dining area. The place was busy people dining in, deliveries going out and the phone never started ringing. My pizza was hot, delicious and made just like I ordered. I hope they deliver to my new home (Cypress Point) but if not I wont hesitate to call in a pick up.
We ordered the steak and mushroom sub today and my husband has decided he will not order it again. He loves the pizza and I am a fan of the chicken Ceasar salad. So we are sticking to pizza and salad.
I got a medium pizza here for about 12 bucks with pepperoni and extra sauce. Its not bad pizza for the price, but there are definitely cheaper options. Staff was very friendly, and the pizza tasted quite good and was prepared fairly quickly, though no one else was in the store. Though, to be fair, its pretty hard to mess up pizza. Honestly, just give it a shot if youre on the fence, I dont think itll become my personal go-to pizza place but it certainly could be someone elses.

The staff is very friendly. Ive had pizza from Dominos, papa John and Pizza hut, therefore, this was a new place to try a Pizza or chicken wings. Everything was super delicious, and it was a quick service. The best part of this location is: The entire facility, from kitchen to restroom, is neat and clean.
Good pizza, quality ingredients, friendly people working at this location, and I didnt have to wait long. Better than the other chain pizza places, but we still have a different place as our top family pizza spot! We will order from here again
I ordered a thin crust pizza, light on the sauce with bacon and mushrooms and an order of the BBQ wings.Firstly the order was wrong. I got a pan tossed crust with heavy on the sauce and light on the bacon and mushrooms. The BBQ wings were ok but nothing to write about. She asked me what sauce Id like so I order the garlic butter and an extra to dip my pizza. She didnt tell me that it already comes with two otherwise I would have ordered different dipping sauces. Truly this food isnt horrible. Id consider it comparable to Papa Johns. If you like them you will like this place.
First of all let me say that this place is highly priced compared to other comparable restaurants in the area. I called to place an order for delivery, and although i had received a coupon for a free order of cheesy bread, i was lectured by the girl on the phone as to why i couldnt use my coupon. She finally said she would honor the coupon after scolding me, at which point i just canceled my order. Another time when i did place an order the pizza was greasy and looked like cheap ingredients were used. My advice go to any other pizza joint.
Good pizza 100% but the delivery lady who gave me my pizza didnt even bother to give me my change back at all. I paid $30.11 and I gave her $40. I should have gotten those $10 back then I would have tipped her however much I needed to. She didnt bother to give me my change, she just said thank you and left.Not cool at all!
I visited Marcos when I was in Cibolo, Tx. It was my first ever visit. We ordered three different pizzas and they were well above average taste. The prices were very agreeable.I would definitely return again. Very clean and managed.

I bought an Hawaiian Chicken pizza. The crust was good and not greasy, but who ever made it did not spread the ingredients very good. Some pieces had hardly any pineapple and another piece had too much. Did not taste the bacon very much. They need to even out the ingredients so you taste all them on each slice
I just wanted to start by saying their Pizza is the best pizza in town to have delivered in my opinion. The only thing that gets to me is every once in awhile when I have enough money Ill order wings with my Pizza, and every time Ive ordered them they come burnt it makes me kind of sad because I can tell they would have tasted very good if they werent overcooked.
We love the pizza here. We found it on vacation and we were super excited when this one opened less than 10 mins from the house. The delivery is timely and the online ordering is simple yet detailed. The food is amazing and this is our go to pizza place!
A well deserved one star. Took my family here for a last dinner together before everyone goes back to school. My mistake. It was a Saturday night so I can understand being busy, but getting orders wrong is inexcusable and getting them wrong three times before finally getting it close enough is reason enough for me to never go back or to ever order delivery. I ordered a deluxe with garlic crust, and my daughter (who doesnt like cheese) threw them a bit of a curve when she asked for a garden pizza with no cheese, add pineapples and also a garlic crust. 30 minutes later out come our pizzas. The deluxe didnt have the garlic crust, the garden didnt have pineapple or the garlic crust but they did put cheese on it. They did offer to remake my pizza with garlic crust but after waiting 30 minutes I didnt feel like waiting again. My daughter did however correct them and had them remake her pizza. 20 minutes later, wonder of wonders she got her pizza with a garlic crust... and cheese, still no pineapples. After pointing out that they got it wrong again her pizza was remade again, this time FINALLY after only 15 more minutes it was like a heavenly chorus as she opened the box. No cheese and a garlic crust... and still no pineapples. She asked for some in a cup so she could dump some cold pineapples on a lukewarm pizza and we left in disgust. Id like to say that it was a fluke and we were probably the only people who had problems with their orders, unfortunately while we were waiting there were four different people who came all the way back to the store to get their orders fixed, I cant imagine how many just said screw it and ate what they had. Save yourself the headache, that great little family place with the awesome service and tasty pizza in old downtown Cibolo is probably still the best bet, not this chain restaurant filled with a bunch of chuckleheads who cant get your order right and wont even offer to make it right by you after they mess up.They do however deserve a star, their pizza does manage to edge out Dominos as far as taste, but their customer service is dead last.

Im a pizza snob. One of my favorite foods. This is top of the line. I dont do chain pizza and this pizza is delicious. I live on northwest side and ate at the one on Babcock and it was not as good as this one. But thats because different cooks and different passions. You can def eat this pizza the next day and sometimes two days later its still delicious. Cheese bread is good and thin crust is too.
Placed an order for curbside pickup. Email said it would be ready between 7:05 - 7:15. I arrived at 7:07 and checked in. I called the restaurant at 7:27 and asked where the order was. I was told it just came up and would be right out. The order was finally brought out at 7:31.
Well the place is nice staff was kindBut coming from a place where pizza is really made authentic ( chicago ) this pizza was trash . Easily the most greasiest thing ive ever eaten in my entire life , when i was done eating i had to use about five napkins to take the sea of oils off hands.Sorry but being 100% honest
Where to start? Hands down, my FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE in all of San Antonio! The Cibolo location is always very prompt, professional, and polite! The pizza is always piping hot and delicious! I’m obsessed with Marco’s! Thank you guys for everything!!!!
We only order online for delivery from this location. We have been pleased with the speed of delivery and after I’d say a dozen+ deliveries they have nailed every order, including various sauces, condiments, additions and subtractions from salads. Their delivery people have always been pleasant.
Find me a pizza company that has pizza that I actually enjoy and dont have to choke down. My kids always want to get pizza and I tell them no because I just cant stand the pizza choices around my neighborhood. And now pops up Marcos Pizza...... thank you thank you thank you thank you finally a pizza I can enjoy with my kids.Yes theyre having some hiccups but heck they are brand new just opened give them a chance people. I have read some of the other reviews and these people just dont understand what it takes to open a new business.
I was super excited to see that Cibolo was getting a Marcos Pizza. Their specialty meat Supremo is my favorite all-time Pizza. Most of the time we have the pizza delivered. Service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend Marcos Pizza.

First time there. I paid $28 for a salad, one foot long turkey club, a six inch ham and salami (I think), and two sodas. The turkey sammy was good. The sauce on the ham one was weird and distracted from the meats. The salad was fresh. Bread was great! They offer no sides for the sandwiches (hence the salad). Chips or fries would be appreciated.Service: employees were nice but they took FOREVER! I was first one there and ended up waiting 20 minutes...For sandwiches and salad. Sadly, it left only a few minutes to scarf the food down and leave for work. We chose sandwiches bc we figured it would be fast. Pizza orders were going out faster.The restaurant was fairly clean. My table was dirty, though. The ice nachine was not stocked. The start-up crew hadnt finished taking the chairs off the tables, there was no container for the lids... Nit picky stuff tgat will (hopefully) improve in time.Overall, it was ok. Will return for a pizza experience. Seemed expensive but with some tweeks to my order, it might be worth it.

Today 6/12/2019 I tried to call to order an XL deluxe but the girl who answered my phone hung up on me. I tried to call back but I heard she was laughing on the phone. This is the best way to lose customer, there was no respect whatsoever or customer service when she was taking order.

I tried their meat ball subs twice at this location and the subs where both dried out and the meatball sub tasted old . The pizzas are very good , but I wont recommend coming for the meatball sub sandwiches.

2022-06-01Placed a large Marcos order on Sunday 5/29 for my family. As this was a large order we did not eat all of it, refrigerated leftovers immediately. The next day I went to reheat my wings, and mind you this was an unopened wing order, and saw something funny on one of the wings. Took a closer look and found they were maggots. I was so disgusted I threw everything out and had to call my family to tell them to throw their leftovers out as well.We’ve ordered Marcos since they first opened and noticed their quality and service going down while their prices continued to rise and have continued to support their business. After this we will no longer be ordering from them again.Please note, I did call to voice my concern and the manager I spoke to, Auburn, seemed very dismissive. After I called him out on it he apologized and said this has never happened before and no one has called to complain about this before. Which I understood however I would not make this up, I was calling to make them aware of the issue in hopes that no one has this happen to them.

2022-07-08Ok I dont know what crew was working the night of 7/7/22 but YALL DID THAT!!!! The pizza was cooked to perfection and they followed all the toppings and request we placed online. We are no strangers to ordering from here, but I have to say, this was hands down the best tasting pizza we have had from here in a while. Keep up the good work!!! :)

2022-01-29Love this pizza. However, I can’t believe I have lived in Saratoga about 2 miles away for almost 3 years and still can’t order online. My address still isn’t there. So I have to call every time. When I call I have asked about it several times and someone always says they will get it taken care of and still nothing. Convenience of doing online ordering is clearly not an option. Very frustrating. Seems like an easy fix every other delivery service seems to not have this issue.

2022-04-13Im not sure whats changed, but my pizza was tasteless. Im not exaggerating. I usually order here for the Spinach tomato pizza in addition to other pizzas per order.. A good fresh one is hard to find...I dont get why anyone would put cheese only in the center- and when I PAID for extra cheese! So disappointed. I did not pay for bread. I was one of this stores first customers.

2022-06-10Totally disappointed: last night, my wife and I had a bad experience. First, my wife placed a order online, well when was checking status of the delivery, there was no order to be found, but her card was charged. So she called and spoke to a lady, who also said she couldnt find it either. So while my wife was on the phone, the order showed up. Well , my wife ordered a Cazzone , which was supposed to be ham and mushrooms, instead it was pepperoni. Then , my chicken club sandwich wasnt supposed to have bacon bits , well, it was loaded with bacon. But what made matters worse, both, my sandwich, and my wifes cazzone had burnt crust on the bottom. Which flakes of the crust landed all over our floor My wife and I, are in complete disgust . You definitely lost a customer. Bad management for not keeping up on your employees, and bad work ethics on the employees itself. Never again ...

2022-03-20Tried ordering a pizza on their website and their credit card option doesnt work. Seems the website is unable to format the the account number correctly. Had to choose to pay cash at the store. Two stars for the pizza coming out on time and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the establishment didnt seem to be kept up. Broken door handle, cleanliness both in the eating area and preparation area didnt seem to be kept up. As far as the pizza goes, the crust was good, but we didnt get pizza to just eat crust. Sauce seemed to be painted on and very little to no cheese. In other words, it turned out to be a piece of dry crust/bread. I dont know what it is with some of these places not adding a good amount of sauce. Everyone must be rationing their add-ons. Sorry guys, but its definitely not the Italian way as your motto states. Forza Napoli. ⚽

2020-05-09New to the neighborhood and received coupons from Marcos, so we decided to try it. It was the best decision! The crust was delicious and they were picture perfect pizzas. The mozzarella was good & cheesy and the toppings were fresh! We found our pizza place! Thank you Marcos!

2022-04-21I’d like to review the food but I haven’t received it yet despite having ordered it over an hour ago. Several people have already bailed after giving up and just asking for a refund. The poor kid at the counter is really nice but can’t say the same for getting your food in a reasonable time frame.

2021-04-30I had a moment or two to grab food. I haven’t been here, yet, but I hear good things. Before I get a chance to collect my thoughts to my next client, I am almost wolfing down the pieces like a starving man.The deluxe pizza is amazing.

2019-04-29Very tasty pizza with great quality toppings. Wings were also tasty and well-seasoned. Personnel looked a bit tired and indifferent and some of the tables were dirty from previous restaurant goers, and we never saw anyone come out to clean. The booths are a bit Spartan, comfort wise.Normally this would warrant a 3 star rating, but the pizza really is fantastic. If you live/are staying close by, Id recommend delivery, but if youre picky about cleanliness and comfort, you wont like eating at the restaurant.
