Called beforehand to check if they had any thc O and Alyssa was very well informed and friendly! They had lots of options to choose from! As well as a large variety of delta 8,9, and regular cbd. I signed up for their customer program which was super easy. I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you alyssa!!!!

Pros: good products, usually have fast shipping, good prices, good customer service if you can get ahold of them.Cons: almost every single time I order, I get an email stating that something in my order is out of stock. sometimes takes a long time for someone to email you back about a concern. in store employees dont seem to put a lot of effort in attempting to help you figure out the situation when something has gone wrong.The past time I ordered, it had been about a week past the 1 day shipping mark. I emailed asking for the status of my shipment. A few days later I called and the girl who answered the phone said she couldnt do anything to help. I asked to speak with a manager and she said there wasnt one. Another week or so goes by and I email again, but asking for a refund instead- and I received a response nearly right away. They were reluctant to refund me, and said that the increased time had been because my order was out of stock. Additionally, they said their email system was down as the reason for not responding to my original inquiry, but in the two weeks I waited for my order to ship, I got several promotional emails from them. They offered to send my order plus an extra couple of things for the hassle. I said that was fine, and it was delivered in a reasonable time. If this had happened once, it would be fine, but my order needing to be changed has happened so many times that I most likely wont be shopping here again. I dont think its very professional to consistently need to change a customers order because the website doesnt accurately display what is available. I also think it is unprofessional that a person who works in the store cant check to tell me if the item I ordered was in stock. And lastly, its unprofessional to ignore a customers inquiry until they ask for a refund.

Delta 8 doubles in price over night! The product is takes out of the computer and the clerk says the product that cost $75 the day before is now $175. Went to another store selling similar product and the same type product cost $75 less a substantial Veteran’s discount! Shop around! Clerk was very nice.

Used to frequent this shop a lot. No knowledge of products at all. Stock was always low, do y’all stock all stores? Always told to go to Blanco store. It seems like the people working there don’t really want to work there. Weight measurements are off on 7g . No 14 g or 28g at all. Offers no delta 10. Will not shop here again!!!!

Just going to start off by saying I am extremely happy that this was the first place Ive tried in San Antonio. The service was far beyond exceptional, any and all questions were not only answered but also done so in detail. Never done cbd before and was given a fantastic explanation on the products. All in all, after trying the stuff I got, if I do continue to utilize the product, this will be the place I do my business. Any business willing to treat clients as though theyre friends, is worth every customer they get.
Highly reccomend this place been coming here for a good while and this place never disappoints. Roman is usually here when i go and is very informative and if he doesnt know about it he will tell you the truth not like some places where they just try and make a sale and lie to you. Overall my favorite place to shop for all my cbd essentials

I always have really friendly service when I come here. I was upset the past couple days about a product I bought from there that didn’t work. I went in to buy a torch and casually mentioned it to the worker Giovanni. He was super kind and did everything he could to help me with the faulty product issue. It made me feel good about continuing to purchase products here.

Products are amazing and sort of affordable. Service was really bad, I felt stared at and not helped at all. I was recommended the most expensive products with little to no explanation about the product. Overall service can improve from inexperience but a little nice service could go a long way.

Beware they dont stand behind their products! If the cartridge doesnt work theyll tell you to call the manufacturer 🙄 They offer no replacement or refund, just buy more... Then if they accidentally double charge your card theyll tell you to call your bank... Fool me twice shame on me...
I’ve seen this place before but have never been to it, so I took a chance and went it. Let me just say that this place is amazing! The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable on different products that I had questions on. They also have a WIDE variety of CBD products from oils, gummies, flowers, etc. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to buy more things real soon! :)

I stopped by this store to buy some CBD pain relief cream for my upper back and neck. Within 5 minutes my pain subsided. The relief lasted about 1 hour, while I walked around Sams club to shop. You can reapply as needed. I was very happy with the product.

Bought a POP vapor pen at Mary Jane CBD dispensary and noticed that there was a code in the back to verify the authenticity of the product. When i put in the code on the POP vapor website, it said that it was a counterfeit product and to not consume it.I called the store about to inform them about this issue and the manager Chris told me that “All sales are final.” He did call me back to say that we can get a refund after talking to the CEO of the company. However, the fact that they have counterfeit products proves that their business is bad. Counterfeit products can affect your health because it can contain harmful ingredients.This is the last time I am going to this shop

I wish there is something below 1 star because they don’t deserve anything we spend $80 to buy a vaping machine and oil after 2 weeks it’s broken and they refused to do anything to us!! And the guy with the long hair he is super rude he refused to find my reseat and told me he doesn’t have my reseat in the system which he was the one who sell it to us (probably he didn’t ring it up and put the money in his bucket!!)
I decided to go to this dispensary on 12/30/19 around 4:30pm and there was only one guy working there. I didn’t get his name but he had longish hair. He was extremely rude and pretentious. He talked down to me and was annoyed that I was looking for a specific product. His attitude alone made me walk out. I still can’t believe that someone working in sales would think it’s ok to treat potential customers in such an unprofessional way. I ended up going to a dispensary down 1604 and Shanefield and had a much better experience.

Mary Jane’s CBD shop is an amazing shop. They have all kinds of products from lotions, tinctures, to bath bombs. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends.
Good products but what really separates them from the other CBD shops is the fact they have flower; including prerolls which are pretty dope. Costumer service is always good so I’ll probably stick with them tbh.

Some of their vapes are sold broken. Prefilled vapes have issues, but I wish Mary Jane did better Quality Control. Outside of that everything is good.
I had a nice experience here, I came by and picked up 2 pre rolls for a great price! Also the staff was very helpful and welcoming.
The staff is very nice I got the pre-rolled ones in magic bullet ( my favorite) and orange cookies it helps me relax at night so I will definitely be going back.

2022-07-28Walking in to the store, it was a very nice experience. Linda introduced herself and immediately asked for my identification, I was very impressed with this. Knowing to have have the correct identification to make a purchase, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable that it was company policy. The store was very clean and I loved the fact that everything was placed strategically, and in plain sight. Linda really knows her products and wasn’t pushy, making me feel like I needed to purchase something I didn’t want. She is very professional, is customer friendly, and always has a smile on her face. 2022-03-22Spent almost $200 on product. All of which are defective. Store & company did nothing to assist me. Don’t buy product from here. All three of mine were defective.-they replied to my review saying they “tried to help me” they did nothing of the sort. Instead they tried calling me a Karen. Don’t buy from this company. Bad practices, poor policies, & horrible customer relations. For the record, their policy states they will return something with 7 days of purchase. That’s great when you can discover the item is defective in that time frame. Took a week to need charging & once I realize all my products were defective. They hard stop with assisting. Even after less than 24 hours after the 7 days.Then tried thinking leaving a reply to my review as calling me a Karen. Don’t buy from these goons. Nothing but a scam.
