Jose took great care of us. He was personable and answered ALL of our questions. We had a lot of them and we spent a while there. He never got flustered or made us feel like he was impatient with us. We got all the information we needed to get the right mattress for both of us.

I had a great experience with the Sleep Expert Remon at the Bedford store. He listened to my wants and needs and he took the time to address each and every one of them. He was kind and courteous too. All stars go to him!
Thorough, efficient, and excellent service! Remon greeted us as we came in. My wife and I shared what we were looking for and he took us right to some options. After asking some clarifying questions he showed us a number of options. We laid on all the different mattresses which matched our budget and preferences in firmness and comfort. No pressure from Remon at all. Once we picked the one we wanted we had it purchased and scheduled for delivery in no time at all. Remon said Welcome to the Mattress Firm Family! Overall, it was a great experience!**UPDATE 8.15.2022**The mattress delivery was scheduled for today between 9:30-11:30 am. An email confirmation came in the morning with a link to a delivery tracker. I could see we were Stop 3. The crew arrived at 9:50 am and dropped everything off. It went flawlessly.Overall, this has been one the best buying experiences Ive had from start to finish!
We were greeted with a big smile from remon and his friendliness and happiness made our experience at his store so much more enjoyable. He took the time to listen to what we were wanting and showed us around and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Definitely would recommend getting a mattress here
I visited the North Richland Hills location. The employee on duty was Remon. He was professional, answered all my questions, and walked me around the story twice to make sure I was completely satisfied. I informed him I would be back. Unfortunately, I broke my toe. Two weeks later, I hopped back into the store to make a purchase. I informed Remon that I did visit another Mattress firm store with my husband to try the mattress out. Remon, ask me why I didnt buy it from the other store since he saw it was difficult for me to walk. I told him I was impressed with his knowledge on the different mattress, and he didnt make me feel like I was just another annoying customer. Customer service is rare. Good employees are hard to find. You guys got a good employee. Do everything you can to keep him.
Jordan was super easy to work with, knowledgeable, and efficient! We’ve been needing a new mattress and this was the perfect opportunity with a baby on the way. Jose was very helpful and not push-ie at all. He worked within our budget and even helpped us to find the best deal. We have delivery set up for next week so just hoping it goes as smoothly as the purchasing process did.
We love our mattress, but they sold us a mattress protector that doesnt fit the bed properly. When we went back to the store they gave us a phone number for the mattress protector company. They told us that they build the mattress protectors to general sizes and blamed the size of the mattress. No one offered to return our money for something that we were told would fit our new mattress. I would never recommend buying any accessories from Mattress Firm because they wont stand by the products they sell you even when you buy them with a new bed!
Jordan was super helpful and patient while I tried out different mattresses. He also found the mattress I wanted in stock at another location so I could pick up right away and not wait. Highly recommend!

I shopped earlier today. Derek advised on the type of mattress and I tried out several different mattresses in the store. I selected one and it was delivered the same day. Thats pretty impressive. My mattress was long overdue for replacement. This was not the first store I had shopped in. Im glad I did not buy from the first place I went to. Im looking forward to a goid nights sleep.

Great experience buying new our new bed! Cameron H. was very helpful and a lot of fun to chat with (especially about our shared love of dogs). He was very patient while we were trying to make a decision. I went in yesterday with the sole purpose of purchasing a twin mattress within a specific budget and they made it work! I was so pleased with their customer service, the experience (my 6 year old was testing out the beds and the salesman kept bringing them down for her to test…it was pretty dang cute!). I would give 100/100 if I could. Really pleased AND my daughter slept all night in her own room, in her new twin :) THANK YOU!
Great selection of mattresses although when I went into the store there was no one there. I walked around a little bit looking at the mattresses and the different kinds and was hoping that someone would assist me and come out from the back. I knew someone was there cuz I saw a laptop that was open. Although after not being greeted and no one being there I feel like I was being watched by cameras and felt really uncomfortable so I took my business somewhere else. I bought my mattress from them in Florida about 6 years ago and was satisfied with their service.
Steven was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He helped me choose the right mattress and was able to explain how the difference was between each one. Hes not only there to just make a sale, but to help the customer understand what will work best for them in the long run.
I went to buy a replacement of mattress I had. I forgot the name of the attendant but he was very nice and helpful. He immediately looked up my information to check my old mattress and showed me the same one and also offered something similar that I might like as well. He made sure the availability of the stock and loaded it on my car and luckily enough I was able to take it home on the same day. It’s been about 2 weeks and I enjoy the new mattress. I highly recommend this place!

Where do I even start, my husband and I came in looking to buy a new mattress Thursday 9/16. We were assisted by Cameron. While he has an amazing personality and was willing to work us a deal. He failed to give his professional opinion when given certain details. I suffer from degenerative disc disease which cause a lot of pain in my back and hips. I advised him we needed something not to soft and not to firm. I told him that we’ve look at a few mattresses at the Hulen location and I named 2 that I thought would be best. After that he went straight into asking us our budget and how quickly we embedded a mattress. No recommendations given at all. No additional questions asked just went straight into the sale. He advised that he had one of the mattress we tried at the hulen location on clearance and that he could get us a good deal on the mattress. While he was working in finding the mattress when I asked him want was the return policy he ignored my question. Once we found the mattress he jumped right into ringing it up and taking payment. He failed to advise us that the mattress was pre-owned and non refundable. Even offering the best mattress protector and yet again failing to mention it’s only covering the top of the mattress and it’s basically a fitted sheet ohh and it’s also non refundable. While again he saved us a few dollars on delivery by telling us to pick it up from the sleep experts in Overton ridge but come day of pick up which was Friday my husband had to go all the way to lake worth instead. After three days of laying on the mattress and me telling my husband it’s too firm and I’m not okay with it being pre-owned for the amount we paid for it.
I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience at Mattress firm today. I walked in and Derrick immediately greeted me. I was looking for a very particular mattress (which is no longer manufactured). He was well aware of the old model/style and was able to easily direct me to another Beautyrest mattress set that would fit my needs. I was very impressed, and they were able to get my items delivered next day. I will definitely, definitely, definitely shop with them in the future and refer my family, friends, and colleagues. What a great experience we had, Steve was very knowledgeable, very polite and searched high and low to find our matress. Found one, and had one delivery slot remaining that same day. The delivery driver and assistant assembled new bed, removed old matress/box springs with care and a sense of urgency to go with it, overall a fabulous experience from Steve on the floor and also the deliver team!

Our sales person, Dylan Hines was very personable and informative. We bought two mattress and box spring sets and he made the process pleasurable. I do wish he had been wearing a mask though, which he was not and he did sneeze at the desk. He tried to properly cover with his arm but as 2 old ladies with health issues it was unsettling.He needs a new computer service too. The computer was running VERY slow. Our deliver was right on time. All in all, Dylan was great.Josue and his partner were fabulous. They were in and out in 5 minutes even with carrying out the old mattress & boxsprings. They both wore gloves and masks AND asked if we wanted them to wear shoe covers!! They were simply awesome!!! Great experience overall.

I went in and found every single thing I needed. Its been 3 months and my mattress is still unbelievably comfortable. I got a great deal on a floor model headboard, footboard and sides plus I upgraded the free adjustable base to one that raises my feet as well, plus an LED light under it that works with the remote! I love it! And of course I had to get the bundle with the Amazing pillows, mattress protector & these ultra soft bamboo sheets. My salesman was super kind and he really made the experience enjoyable.

I was pleased with my experience at Mattress Firm Superstore in Richland Hills, Texas.I went in thinking I was going to save $300.I left the store saving approximately $700.The manager and salesman made sure I had exactly what I wanted. Not to mention the mattress I got was better quality than the one I initially wanted. The Sheex, queen size were $200 and a part of my purchase too.$11,00 mattress$400, adjustable base$200. sheex$17,00. purchase ended up being $924.Savings of &774.00 to be exact.
We had an awesome experience buying our mattress from this location. Dylan and Steve were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable; they answered all of our questions and walked us through the purchase as well as after the purchase info if the mattress didn’t work out. We didn’t feel “sold to” and were really happy we decided to drive out of way to this location. Go see Dylan or Steve and they can help you out. Plus, they have the Purple mattresses if you’d like to check those out. We found it was hard to find a location near us with those in-store.
I went in looking for a mattress and was greeted by Jake. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He showed me the mattresses that fit my needs. I tried them all out. I had a hard time coming to a decision but Jake made it easier for me. It’s true what he told me, it is an investment. It’s worth thinking about and testing the mattresses. Honestly I couldn’t have done it alone. I’m thankful for Mattress firm and the kindness shown to me by Jake. Soon enough I’ll have my new mattress!

The experience overall was excellent from the moment we walked into the store. Dylan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. More importantly, he took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us find a sleep system that worked best for us, and not what would maximize sales revenue for the store.
Was not happy with the service. As soon as we get inside, we get rushed by 2 employees. They wont let us loom around ourselves and kept asking me to lay down on the mattresses after, i told them I didnt want to. The guys just seemed agitated. LYING/SCHEMING/FRAUDSMy husband and I bought our mattress from here and were told that we would have zero interest for the first 6 months. Well, that was a lie. We called the person who sold us the mattress and he admitted he said that it was 0 interest but when we called their finance company, they said otherwise.While I do like the bed, what I hate the most is being lied to. They are frauds and liars and that is not something that sits well with me. So I am paying $1,800 for a bed that I will be paying interest on and the bed, after a few months, has already shown that the price was not worth the bed itself.I am so beyond upset with the service we received, especially since the man who sold us the bed said he was the manager of this store as well as 4 other stores. Shame on you.If you buy a bed from here, do not finance the bed. Stay away from this place.
It was a breeze! Austin was helpful, knowledgeable and I felt like I got a great deal with same day delivery. The delivery guys were wonderful also it could not have gone better.
Horrible customer service. Kept pushing our order out by weeks. Never called to let us know that the order wouldnt be delivered I always had to call them to find out updates. Didnt offer a substitute or another option that was actually in stock. After 6wks of waiting and being lied to finally cancelled my order and went elsewhere.
John was very knowledge and nice. He was not pushy and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. He made sure we were within our price range and gave us the best options. Will recommend him to others.

Loved it so far. They are suppose to deliver today. I am very excited with new mattress and looking forward to getting it especially after sleeping 💤 in a recliner all week. Helpful but not overbearing sales staff. They found a great deal for a specific matress we wanted at the Arlington store and had it shipped to their location. Check out the half price returned mattresses.

Purchased an adjustable base on Saturday morning and they had it delivered and set up by Saturday evening. No high pressure sales just helpful for me to decide exactly what I needed.
Dylan was clutch, found us a king size bed in our price range, and was highly knowledgable. Great service and would recommend chatting with him if comparing types/ quality of bed sheets to matress. I love my pillow; ask about the black ice luxury pillow!

Let me just start off by saying that Daniel has the best customer service ever. My number one thing I hate about going into stores like this is overly aggressive sales people, but he was the complete opposite. He was helpful without being pushy, suggestive without being aggressive. He was absolutely GREAT. I would highly suggest people come to this business establishment and to ask for Daniel :)

I walked into the store and was greeted by Chris with a smile. He immediately started working on the best deal after I told him what I needed. I did not close the deal the first day however when I walked in the next day I received the same friendly service as the day before!!!!!
If I could give 0 I would. We went in looking at replacement models for our tempur-pedic, they only had 2 of the three that were available for straight trades, and to top it off there were bedbugs on some of the mattresses, they were also very dirty and torn. The service was subpar as well. He showed us which ones would work for the straight trade and which ones were in the different collections then sat down and we were ignored the rest of the time.
Salesman was not upfront about us buying a used bed. Did not find out till it was delivered called and had lame excuse. Kind of messed up.

Steven was super helpful. He was genuinely interested in getting us into the bed that we needed and not pressuring us to buy the most expensive in the store.
Though this may be a good store, they have a tree out front that blocks the view of oncoming traffic when turning off of Strummer drive. I have seen this cause accidents and have nearly gotten hit myself. I will leave this review until they do something about the tree.

2022-08-02I desperately needed a new mattress for my sanity :) I was able to discuss what I was looking for with the salesman, Jose, and he was great! Jose was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. He was very friendly and would give me time to look around without feeling pushy at all. He even helped entertain my 6 year old as I was making my decision. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm and specifically this location for their great customer service and selection!

2022-06-26Went into the store the other night looking for a new mattress since we are upgrading from a Queen to a King. Remon Scroggins was our salesman and was absolutely perfect!! He made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about what would be the best mattress for us. I can’t say enough how great of an experience we had with him! We didn’t make a purchase yet but know when we are ready we will be back! 😊

2022-07-17Jordan was extremely helpful as we made a decision about our new mattress. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions to help us understand the differences in various products. Gave us a great deal on a Sealy iSeries Hybrid 4000 Plush with a motion adjustable base. 10 year warranty on the mattress and we can return it if we find we dont like it. Cant beat that!
