I have been going to McColl Dental Center for the past 20 years I started going when I was a child. Now I am taking my two babies. McColl Dental Center has great customer service and always providing the best dental care for myself and my family. I HIGHLY recommend this Dentist! Dr. Carrillo and her staff treat you like family. For over 25 years, Dr Carrillo has been my dentist...Excellent and caring Dentist, who has 30 years experience. Wonderful Service and staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Carrillo is my first and only dentist. I first started seeing Dr. Carrillo at the age of 3 back in 2000. She and her staff have been caring and patient since the beginning. I have put my trust in her as a professional and mentor. I know I will be in good hands every time I am seen by her office. Now, I have the privilege of working at McColl Dental Center as a Registered Dental Assistant, and I am continuing to develop my skills alongside Dr. Carrillo.

They’ve been extremely helpful since the very beginning when I first called about scheduling an appointment, and have always made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Carrillo is an excellent caring person. I took my daughter to Dr. Carrillo for a second opinion after she had been told she needed urgent root scaling or she would lose her teeth. Dr. Carrillo took time off her busy schedule to check on my daughters condition. She took x-rays, gum measurements, did the appropriate cleaning and reassured me that there was nothing urgent about it, and that everything could be taken care of with timely cleanings. She also offered other options for tooth restoration. I am very thankful for Dr. Carrillos professionalism and her honesty in how she cares for her patients.

2021-10-21Look no further for dental care in the RGV. This place is it! For years I have been commuting to a dentist up north, fearing that the cost of dental care here was unsustainable. Not to mention that finding a dentist you can trust is just as difficult as finding the right hairstylist or romantic partner: it takes time! To my and my husband’s great relief, I have finally found “the one”! The entire staff at McColl Dental Center (from the receptionists Adam & Rosie, to techs Irene & Joanna, the hygienist Sally, and of course the esteemed dentist, Dr. Emma Carrillo) make one dynamic team! Collectively, they have redeemed my hope in dental care in our region and made me feel like family instead of a walking dollar sign. Their skill as professionals is also elevated indeed. My teeth feel SO clean!Instead of an assembly line-vibe, even their space is welcoming and calming. From the beautiful waiting room where the history channel is playing (love that!) to the patient rooms overlooking a serene garden with a pond waterfall to boot, this place feels like home. Who says that about a dental office honestly?! No one!Plus, how outstanding is it that Dr. Carrillo took the time herself to sit down with me and discuss a recent surgery I had before applying anything to my teeth that might counteract medications I’ve been prescribed. I find this degree of initiative, motivation, and energy to be, as I said, outstanding in any venue, but coming in the midst of what I imagine is a consistently busy schedule, and also in the midst of an ongoing pandemic, I find it doubly so. Compassionate individuals like Dr. Carrillo and her all-star staff are rare gems which come along but very infrequently. I feel their sincerity in every conversation we have. Their kindness is in engraved in heart. Next step is for me to bring my kids here too, and I can’t wait to do so! Thank you McColl Dental Center!

2022-04-21My dentist Dr Emma Carrillo is such a great dentist! She puts me at ease when I feel anxious for any procedure I will have, especially when it concerns an emergency. She is a miracle worker and she always comes through with the best way to help me. I believe it is so because she is a great listener. Her staff is super friendly and professional and once I step in the waiting room I can feel the sense of calm.I am extremely pleased with the work done on my teeth and happy with the cost as well!

2022-05-16I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Carrillo and her staff. Her practice is composed of very friendly, respectful and professional employees. I am very impressed by their thoughtfulness. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the work done on me. My wife and I will be seeing Dr. Carrillo from now on. I highly recommend this dental practitioner to everyone.

2022-06-08Very professional and a great overall experience! I highly recommend coming here to McColl Dental Center. Dr. Carrillo and her staff were all very friendly. From the front desk personnel to the Doctors chair, they were all very helpful and professional. The front desk helped me understand the billing process and Dr. Carrillo took the time to explain to me the procedure she was about to perform on my teeth, she also took the time to answer any questions that I had.Thank you all for helping me get my smile back!

2022-06-09Love the entire staff at McColl Dental Center because they dedicate themselves with providing you with the best dental care/experience possible. The dental hygienists are fantastic and extremely friendly and the office staff is always on point with scheduling you accordingly and helping you reschedule when and if needed. Lastly, Dr. Carillo is extremely Kind and very Thorough when it comes to her patients. Absolutely enjoy coming here and have done so for many years.
