I ordered a homestyle burger lastnight without pickles and no sauce but to add mayo. You need to train your employees.The burger 🍔 was thrown in together with lettuce coming out of the wrapper with at least ten slices of pickles enough sauce ( no mayo ) to make the buns muchie. The worst burger I have ever 😫 seen. I will share this through out social media.
Quality Service has really dropped since my last review at this location. Twice I have ordered through the drive through and it has been terribly slow. So many employees in the kitchen and they seem apathetic in their work. This last time I was waited in line about 15 minutes and then finally approached the window to pay. I waited another five minutes and then told to wait in a parking slot where I waited more than five minutes still. I eventually entered the restaurant and had to wave someone down from the kitchen to ask about my order. It appeared other customers were waiting for their orders also. The restaurant wasn’t extreme packed so I don’t understand the slow service.I finally got my order handed to me with no apology or thank you. Morale is very low at this location and very uncaring service. Make sure you have enough gasoline in your vehicle when using the drive through.
Most of the time they have quick friendly service but this last time the girl at the window register was pretty rude. The manager was very nice and professional, she more than made up for the cashier.Update: 10/13/2021I understand that there is a shortage of workers so Im willing to wait for my fast food longer than usual. The problem is that even after waiting for my food I still get burgers that look like they were made by a person wearing a blind fold. The quality at this location has really gone down.
Went for some cookies last night around 1-ish and the cashier threw the bag at us rudely and had an attitude while we ordered. No greeting, no nothing. If you don’t want to speak that’s completely understandable, but if you hate your job that much don’t take it out on the customers.
We experienced the worst possible service ever along with the manager Laura and employee Javier their attitude and professionalism was the worst representation of the McDonald chain possible. We placed a online order QC 66 and we had to be honking and knocking on the window due to the fact that they were ignoring us because of the truck of food that they were unloading. Once Javier came to the window with his untucked and with attitude we gave him our order number and he stated that it had cancelled I told him that it was not showing cancelled on key end and he than he kept calling us bro and said if you want your order it will be 15 minutes we told ok and he kept making excuses so we could say we would leave but we told him we would wait. He got upset and told us to move to the first window at that time Laura came and told me I needed to provide her with my email receipt to prove I placed my order when I showed it to her she than still told us again it would be 15 minutes and walked away. We waited 36 minutes total for our order. They wasted more time trying to get us to leave than them working on our order. I visit McDonalds a lot and this by far was the worst experience I have had. They truly need to go and get retrained on their customer service.
I simply asked for three types of dipping sauces…When I ask for something I expect to get home to what I asked for. I’m sitting at my table.. after a long day of work eating my last meal without the three sauces I wanted. I just want you all to know that you all aren’t doing your jobs!!
After paying my order, I asked for 2 napkins for my mom to dry her hands and the janitor lady didnt want to give us any. I wasnt asking for anything expensive, just 2 napkins and they couldnt provide. They did not get the order right either. And that is because I ordered facing him. Imagine in the drive through. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Not coming back.😡😡
Horrible horrible service ! I wish I could give them negative stars, I had asked for two burgers on drive thru and the person taking the order only caught the one, so when they handed me my order I caught that I was missing one and wanted to pay for the one they didnt put in, but they told me I would have to go around and order again. Normally I would have done so if I was the one who forgot but it was their fault for not catching it. I didnt want anything for free, I was just trying to pay for the missing burger but they insisted that I had to go around, but I didnt want to wait even more. It got to the point that they finally agreed to charge me but told me to wait infront, I didnt want to move because I know they would just take forever, then the manager Daisy threaten to call the cops on me, because I was apparently holding up the line. New flash Daisy, if you could have just charged me and given me my burger /you/ wouldnt have had to hold up the line.
Drive thru experience is always poor at best. I don’t know why they ask if you want the coffee prepared if they won’t prepared it anyway. It’s not the first time it happens that they don’t prepare the coffee as requested. When ordering food and asked if they put condiments in the bag they always say yes but 9/10 it’s a lie. The person who charges (1st window) you is most of the time friendly but the people who give you the food (the liars) always have the worst attitude and make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Only reason I go to this location is because it’s the closet to me. Managers please do something about this. This is not a fake review and I have my receipt in case a manager would like to talk to me. Thanks.Went today (11/20/2020 around 8:45 am.
I arrived at McDonalds on Trenton waited approximately 28min in line. Finally some one took my order did not show my order on the screen and told me to drive up.. got to the window the person at the register was on her personal phone and did not know what I ordered.. she asked me if anyone took my order 😤.. thats when I decided to drive away.. never again will I go to the McDonalds on Trenton you suck!!
Worst service ever..asked for a homestyle burger cause it has tomatoe and waitted for a long time in the drive thru which they even asked for me to move to the front and waited 15 minutes later they come with the order saying we dont have tomotoes ,,we forgot to tell you...asked for a refund and the girl was being rute making excuses not to give me the refund..so dissappointed
I was helped by Cristina Torres who was very friendly and offered an exceptional service! She was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. I inquired about the deserts offered and Cristina Torres shared with me that her favorite was the apple pie. I ended up ordering a strawberry pie and a coffee. Later when I was sitting in the lobby working on some reports, she came back and brought me an apple pie and suggested I should give it a try. She told me she paid for it! How kind is that! I got up right away and told her she should charge it to me or to allow me to pay her back but she refused. She told me it was a treat from her. I mean how many employees ever anywhere try to go above and beyond for customers. She is so sweet! Im very happy to meet kind people like her. She should definitely be recognized for her kindness and friendly service! Please try to retain people like her, you guys have a great employee!
Cant even get a simple order. I dont know who was working at the drive-thru, but they need to fired that person or put someone else that can listen a simple order. I received a regular coffee instead of an ICED COFFEE. I asked twice. Never going to that mcadonals again. I know its hard being at the drive-thru but not listening on a simple order, it shows how unprofessional the people you hire or work in a long time still cant listen a simple order. I do order simple thing so your employees can make a better job. Id seen other people ordering big orders, but a simple order. Theres no excuse to make a mistake on a simple order.
I asked for extra crispy fries when i ordered my meal. When i paid for my meal I asked that my fries be extra crispy. When i went to the pick up window the fries were wiggly and not extra crispy as ordered. I gave the order back to the cashier to get extra crispy fries. She then aked I wait at the third window. After 15 min. a young man delivered my order and the fries were still not as extra crispy as requested 3 times, and my hamburger was cold. I would not recommend this establishment.
I dont often find things to complain about when it come to fast food BUT 2 out of the past 3 times Ive been here the have gotten my order wrong. Two out of the four past times Ive been here the employee taking my order has been completely confused about the order and sometimes doesnt even know whats on their menu. The food is fine after returning or prompting, but the order should be taken right and prepared correctly on the first go. Once was fine but half the time is not ok.
Horrible service at this location. First while placing my order DT cashier seemed to be in another world because I had to repeat everything like 3 times to her. Then I tried adding 2 extra ranch for a kids meal that I said I would pay for and she said she couldnt add them, strange that a business would turn away money in a time like this. Then wanted to add a frape due to her not getting order correct which she told me that I had to go all the way around and get back in line. So I ordered it online and went to curbside so they still had to come out to give me the order. I fully understand the stress level and extra business they are receiving due to the pandemic but it shouldnt affect customer service and if they arent prepared for to deliver great service they should just close until this all passes.
Their drive thru employees lie and say everything is in the bag but nope no straws no napkins sauces or ketchup even though we ask for them aside from that they always mess up the orders and to top it off if its 10:31am and you are on the line to order they tell you they are not serving breakfast. Literally worst McDonald’s ever.. They definitely need more customers service more pay more employees that actually do their job
I ordered a Canadian tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich combo with a sweet tea. The sweet tea was given to me very quickly, however I spent over 20 mins on the 3rd window waiting for the rest of the order. Service is horrendous at this particular location. Went inside to get a refund. Go somewhere else
Im eating this McDonalds against itself mostly but slightly also against the others in the area of this one. Its McDonalds. I take out the appearance of the staff and cleanliness of the inside because I only drive thru. But as such, my orders never been wrong and my burger is always good. I really dont like McDonalds in general but this one is good in my book. Theyre nice. They meet my expectations each time.
For years, I been regular customer in this location.99% of the time I ask for the same order: Happy meal boy, extra french fries. Thats it.Since couple orders ago Ive to repeat 3 times or more to 3 different person for get done, and Im ordering inside because the Drive Thru service make mistakes... Often.
So my grandfather and I, stopped here for an ice cream cup and I ordered a meal. My grandpa also asked for a cup of water, he got water.. but then he decided to grab alil bit of soda. Mind you he’s only 65 years old and the old lady who gives the meal to you was extremely rude from the beginning! When she gave me my order. And when we were leaving, I stood in line to order for takeout, she literally has the nerve to tell my grandpa that he got soda instead of water.. and literally started crying to her manager when I simply asked what the issue was.. crying over a water cup!! Seriously!! I’ll get pay whatever it costs. But don’t go telling my grandfather over it. She acted as if she’d get paid more for it. Terrible service, terrible employees.
So the cashier decides to tell me cash only after waiting in line for a previous customer after leaving the line and their order. She then took my order very slowly and when I finally tried to pay she said cash only . Please tell your customers before hand and save them time. Otherwise would have given more stars.
I do not even know how this place still manages to function with their non existent customer service. Manager is horrible along with her team who are rude and full of attitude, but they have a great role model in her and her management skills. Please steer clear of this place with the horrible food and rude employees!!!
I was in the drive thru and they accidentlt spilled my drink and they told me to move up to the yellow line so they can redo it. i waited over 20 min until legit all the cars behind me left, so i pulled back to the window and they were there just talking, i tried to get their attention. long story short, their employees need to be more focused. i feel like this would have been avoided if they paid more attention.
I love McDonalds today I went through the drive through with half of gas and the employee took forever to take order lack of communitcation no bilingual lady was Hispanic and she is still waiting for her order at 5:30 pm location edinburg yx on trenton and the manager gives me an excuse of sorry we cant give you nothing I was inline for 30 min plus lack of service from the team the front end manager gave me excuses only please have a review to the store on trenton.
Bathroom were disgusting. There was toilet paper everywhere on the floor (among other things) and none in the tp dispensers for actual use. Kinda takes away from the remodel & food quality thinking about how poorly maintained the facilities were at this location. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area is... should have taken pics.Will not be back to this location. Especially since there was practically NO-ONE dining in yet there was plenty of staff hanging around doing basically nothing that could’ve been cleaning that embarrassment of a bathroom.
The clerk was just looking at us, never smiled nor at least say good evening. Never said thank you when we paid him. And when our order was wrong, he just place the order on our table, never said sorry. Very apathetic. The only one who said good evening and be careful (because she was mopping) was the janitress. And the computer games are not working properly.
No good, lots of mistakes in orders, poor attitude, and personnel struggling to win when a complain is expressed. However its my neighborhood locations and we love the brand, We Choose to suffer and wait until the franchise would be transferred to owner who think like costumer. 😔
I waited for nearly 10 minutes to get my ordered taken, there was no one else in line but me. When I asked one girl who looked like she was trying to seem busy, if she could take my order she made a snarky look and said, what do you want? She finished taking my order and gave me my receipt. I waited for my food to be called, it never was. I had to walk to the counter and ask someone if this was my order, and she just looked at me like duh. The place was a mess, there was hardly anyone there at the time, and the restaurant looked filthy.They were not understaffed at the time, because there were several workers behind the counter. The staff was rude, and honestly was the most hostile Mcdonalds i have been to. Our food was cold and fries stale. Will not go there again, even though i live a block away.
Management is lacking. There was an incident where an employee accidentally fell while bringing us our food (totally not his fault). Nevertheless, having to wait ( a long time)again for our order to be completed, there was no attentive apology in any way from management.
The fries are usually stale shoo make sure you check before you leave. Their rewards app machine is never working nor is their ice cream machine. Theres always a huge line and they forget orders a lot. Service is quite horrible but their excuse is that its a fast food place...
No more chicken nuggets were ok from outside but inside cold like as if they have been out for a good while....they sure do charge u....and ofcourse we pay...but hey at least serve what we ordered... Burger also the same .still not good yes got credit but whats the point they need to correct it the first time...not the 2nd or 3rd time..
I would not even put one star for this McDonalds. We were there trying to get dinner before a movie and never got someone on the counter! Horrible service! Finally someone came to attend the counter line but by then we got out of line to go somewhere else! I guess they didnt have enough people for the night smh
They always manage to get my order wrong its like I asked him for no onions and they put more onions I asked him for sweet tea they give me a Sprite then I tell him its sweet tea they give me unsweet tea this is not a very good McDonalds at all I recommend not going there
I go to this mcdonalds because its convenient to my location whats been going on though your staff always looks hallf asleep i have to repeat my order more than twice frappe machines always currently down dr pepper always flat fries stale i train cooks and fresh food is always a policy your lettuce looks older than my grandmother i dont like the fact that it smells like old water when yo go to the fountain drink station there allways getting my order wrong and i tallk to manager and she always says im going to tallk to them maybe its time too fire people not tallk to them
Whoever’s working nights here needs to be fired or talked to i was waiting forever for my food while the workers were playing around and talking this isn’t the first time this has happened at this McDonald’s I work nights and when I get off I’d like to get my food fast so I can get home and sleep

2022-08-04Stopped here to get some breakfast with my hubby. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit which was brought out in a timely manner. The restaurant itself is clean, staff was, friendly, and food was good. I will definitely be revisiting.

2022-05-20This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. According to them they don’t have any ice coffee, frappe , smoothies etc after 10:00 PM… We then asked for a sweet tea and they said they ran out, like they can’t even make more. This is not the first time they do this to us . Please go to another one they are so lazy here and act like if they’re not open 24/7.

2022-08-12Just ordered and what didnt they forget. 2 burgers and a happy meal in an order of 10 meals. If you tell them no onion well theyll pile on the onion like its onion soup. Im so tired of this store not getting anything right. Do better pls. Its the closest to my job

2022-01-05Had to wait on line 2 times to get my order wrong 2 times in a row. Theres no customer service and ignore you while you call them ..even tho they forget to fully close the window the morning crew definitely need training or new management im a daily customer and i been coming here for the past years and this past months theres no order in the morning crew i always take an incomplete order just not to be back in line. Would definitely appreciate if some action or good training was made at such time because nobody wants to start the day like this. Thank you for your service either ways.

2021-10-22Placed a mobile order after hours and had to go through the drive thru. Got sent to the drive thru parking and been waiting here for half an hour and no food. Pretty upsetting having to wait this long for fast food. Have lost my appetite at this point.

2021-12-26The woman who took our order was pretty rude, and was rushing us to place our order and pay. She also interrupted us multiple times when we’d answer her question. The lady at the second window was really sweet though! I ordered ice cream and it tasted pretty funky.
