Midas in other cities:
They totally tried to screw me. I guess they thought I was just some dumb woman that didnt know anything. I took my car into get inspected and they tried to scare me into thinking that I needed a $700 front brake pad replacement with rotors. I took my car to get a second opinion from someone I trust and lo and behold I dont need new brake pads or rotors. They tried to tell me that my pads were almost gone and that they were doing me a favor by passing the inspection. Which if that were true then thats illegal to do. My advice is to always get a second opinion when it comes to car repair. There are very few honest mechanics these days. I understand up selling but lying is not the same thing.
Was a little bit of a wait because I probably came at their busiest time on a Saturday but, still, check in and out was quick, friendly staff. This was the third stop in trying to find a place for an inspection after my usual place shutdown, so trying to find a good replacement. Maybe its Midas :)
I came to this location because the Midas @Lake Creek told me that they were not taking anymore customers for oil changes. I called the Georgetown location and they told me to come on in and I would be next in line. Very friendly and customer oriented. Will definitely return.
I found this place through a Groupon and I will never go anywhere else. They work with you and dont try to upsell you or take advantage of you like a lot of the other places in the area do. As long as I live in this area this will always be my place to come. The staff here is amazing and really knows their stuff as well. I highly recommend this particular Midas!
I got a good deal with a Groupon for this location and although they were busy, they had my car back to me by the quoted time. There are also a few restaurants near by if you need some place to hang out while you wait . The staff was friendly and lobby was clean. Ill be back to the Georgetown location for sure 😃
Took my Honda cr-v FWD for oil change and tire rotation. Bought discount coupon from Groupon. I am 100% sure they didn’t do the tire rotation. I put some marks on both rear tires spokes before giving for service and the rear tires are still at the same place even after tire rotation. What is tire rotation means then?? My understanding of tire rotation is switching front and rear tires, unless I am wrong.I wouldn’t visit this place ever again.
DO NOT GO HERE!! they are scammers who say they ordered parts for you but never actually do. Take your service somewhere else where you are respected as a person, don’t waste your time here, you will literally be waiting 4-5 months for car parts and they won’t even update you.
I came in for an oil change the day before a long trip to Kansas. I noticed an oil leak. Kept leaking during the 4-day weekend trip. Not losing enough oil, but did need to add a quart in the return trip. I called on the way back and was told to bring it in and they’d make it right. I did and they did. I told them (and you) that “it’s nice to see a business that stands behind their work.” It kept leak afterwards. Apparently the vw is picky about its compression washers. I came in again and one of their managers drove to the nearby vw dealer on I-35 and bought the factory compression washer and drain plug. Now THAT is going the extra mile to stand behind their work. In this day and age of price-gouging and complaining, I want to praise and compliment Midas Georgetown. Way to go!
I have been a customer at Midas for 15-20 years. The staff has always been professional and efficient. They are thorough in communicating my vehicles needs on a consistent basis. I have referred family and friends to the Midas Georgetown location. Midas is the first place I will continue to go to with my vehicles maintenance. Give them a try, you wont be led astray.
I understand were going through a pandemic, but dont set an appointment for someone if you cant get them in.Called ahead to set an appointment for brakes and an inspection. I was told on the phone that both can be done. I walked in and the front desk lady looked at me like I was crazy. Can you do state inspections here of not, and if not, stop telling people you can.I was told I could wait for my car, but the front desk lady told me its better if I just leave.I had an appointment at 4, over the phone they said if I could come in early, it would be better, I did exactly that but now Im told theyre swamped and it will take all day.
I had an awesome experience at this place today Andrew is awesome as all get out sweetest person in the whole world very helpful!! For the past five years I’ve paid almost $100 for a synthetic oil change on my car and I come here have the same service done for almost half of what I’ve been paying definitely changing locations
The staff was very professional and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They rotated my tires and changed my oil. I did not know that my tires should be rotated every time I change the oil. Nobody has ever told me this before. The price was right. It was less than Ive ever paid for an oil change and I got the tires rotated as well. I highly recommend this location!
I called in to see if they fix a catalytic converter. That wasn’t the problem. They told me it was something else. I was thinking I was gonna pay like 2k. But they are professional and told me what I needed and I am happy with with them. Ask to speak to Mike or Johnny. And Gary did an amazing job.
I get my oil changed & tires rotated here. They almost always send me $5 off coupons which is awesome plus the original price is way more affordable than others in town. They are always kind and informative. They have great customer service. You can do walk in but this place stays busy. Drop off is the way to go.
The manager lady there was a lifesaver changed out and repaired my brake cylinder with her crew lightning quick with a lot of kindness considering their shift was about to end. Brake work is extremely expensive so I guess pricey doesnt really count when dealing with expensive work so no complaint on the fact that they put extra effort and help and to making sure the hours of Labor were minimal. Especially considering they got the work done in three times the speed when they could have just logged off and gone home left me stranded and been rightfully to do so.
Took tire in to get fixed they plugged it, continued to leak through plug went back so they could fix put another plug tire still leaked slowly, went to discount to get fixed and they couldnt fix because someone else fixed it so anyway they cant even fix a tire so why fix anything else, ended up getting new tires from Firestone
Wouldn’t trust this place with my car.Highly overpriced, and predatory in nature. When you think of the crooked mechanic, you should associate it with Midas in Georgetown.150 for a diagnostic test, despite me telling them what was wrong.Attempting to charge 400$ for a battery replacement.Almost a thousand dollars for replacing a coil. This place exists to take advantage of the consumer, do not come here under any circumstances.
Outstanding service. The team took really good care of my car. Jessie is knowledgeable and sweet. They are flexible and worked w/my schedule.Their car records report is so detailed and thorough. They even show you the car parts if asked. I truly appreciated the care and honesty.I drove from Downtown Austin. The waiting office is clean w/chairs, outlets, restaurants nearby. They use facemasks. This is best Midas I’ve been to.My car key had a bit of car oil on it, and the interior of my car has some dirt from the maintenance. 😅 I still don’t mind because the quality of service was really, really good.
The man that was working inside the office came out and hooked up my tie down straps for my roof bag for me free of charge and told me to have a great trip to Alabama. Everyone there was very kind and friendly. I dont see that kind of people or service anymore. It reminded me of the 80s when people were very different than they are today. I wish every business would learn from this one. For Exceptional Customer Service. 120%
Had a great experience with this business. Not only were they super friendly and helpful through the process, they were able to get my truck fixed quickly (without having previously made an appointment), and they went above and beyond and dropped me off at home, b/c they didnt feel that my truck was safe to drive home. I will go back and highly recommend Midas of Georgetown to others.
Not a good idea to have took my truck because it shut down on me but then I pulled it in up there at the shop and text when you know they call me still me that I needed $1,100 worth I work done and that they will be done are the evening I never got that phone call. The next day I went up there to get my truck and I was met by one of the employees and was told that they were sorry to let me know that my Motors were locked up in my truck
I have been going to this Midas for years and have always expected and gotten good honest service here. I am guessing new management has taken over now. I had many major front end suspension components replaced prior to Midas performing a front end alignment. After the alignment was performed, about 3 weeks later something came loose and the front started swerving again. I took off work after a tech assured me that this would be a free courtesy check. When I went in the young lady with purple hair, told me that they would have to charge me again, even if one of their techs made a mistake and didn´t tighten some hardware to spec. I walked out. Wasted a PTO that I had to submit. Ill make sure none of my 5 cars, friends and coworkers never come to this location again.
These guys are great. Im from Houston and was visiting Austin for vacation. My check engine light came on and vehicle was experiencing a misfire. I took it to these guys to check for me and I can honestly say the staff here is awesome. They checked it out for me and told me what I should do. These guys a really great 👍
My jeep broke down after a long trip. They took care of me well. I had a bad experience with another Midas but the one in Georgetown is solid. They quoted me $120 for a diagnostic after my engine quit on me but they only charged me $50 after they quickly found the issue and didnt have to do as much work as originally quoted. They could of charged me the full amount but they only charged for services actually rendered. Try them out.P.S: I had coolant in my oil from a previous issue with my radiator going out and my engine over heating which contributed to my engine seizing up due to over heating and a bit of neglect on my part.
Great shop. Took my 1965 Ford F100 Truck to get exhaust work done after adding some headers to engine. Great experience. Showed me work as completed. Did estimate of work before hand and then completed as discussed. Solid people and solid welding and exhaust repair. Recommend 👍🏻
New to Georgetown and went in yesterday for an oil change. I believe it was Diana, the owner, who took care of me herself, and she was so friendly and polite. Efficient service and very fair pricing. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly and attentive as well. I will definitely go back! Thank you!
Worse place to.take your car wouldnt recommend anybody go there went to have allighment done and paid for it and allighment wasnt ever preformed on my car Called customer service and will not rectify the situation so I had to pay for another allighment atdealership STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ND VEHICLE
The Midas visit was a must. If Im going to get work done, I can no longer trust the dealership as they seem to find things that never seemed to be causing trouble. Getting that Midas touch, where they give warranties and have the utmost confidence the job is done right... how do beat that? Last time I was at the dealership, they gave me a quote, did A job, not THE job, and sent the vehicle on its way. It was ridiculous. This Midas shop treated me right, got done before expected and were very professional.
Excellent customer service! I ran over some road debris and got a hole in my exhaust on the way to Waco for a date with my wife. They got me in within minutes and permanently repaired the hole by welding the exhaust back together. Super cheap and fast! Such nice welcoming people. Clean facility and highly recomended!
I’ve taken my car to Midas in Georgetown multiple times for various repairs like a wheel bearing replacement and EVAP leak fix, and Diana and Lewis have always taken good care of me. They diagnose the problem quickly and accurately, work with your budget as much as possible, and talk through the problem without patronizing or pressuring you. Great mechanics and great customer service. They’re my first choice for taking my car in every time.
I have a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. It is a valuable classic car, and I was unsure who to take it to for exhaust work. I reluctantly went to Midas in Georgetown. I was surprised. I watched all the work that was performed and the care and attention to detail was impressive. They made my classic hot rod sound GREAT. I returned to have the front brake shows and factory discs replaced with upgraded ones I had purchased. They again took great care with my car to protect from any scratches or damage. They tested my factory components to ensure they were in good working order, and did the work flawlessly. I have since returned to have my rear brakes flushed and install shocks. Its great to find a national chair service center with down-home neighborly care for each customer. I have told all my buddies in my car club to go to Midas of Georgetown.
We ran into a bit of an issue with our Truck and took it to Midas. The lady at the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. When we told her the issue, she walked out to the truck with us and within seconds helped us narrow down the issue and that it was something extremely easy to fix!Thank you Midas team for being awesome.
So we brought our car there and not only did this place do a great job with our car they treated us like they really did care and that is a hard quality to find nowadays and the manager Mike was a real nice guy went over everything with us and its already stressful enough worrying about whats going to happen with your car so to find people like the people at this Midas is hard to do thank you for the great service
I cant praise the Georgetown, Texas Midas enough! Lewis Moreno, assistant manager is fantastic at his profession! I thought I had $1000 worth of repair needing to be done to my car. Lewis figured out my problems for way less than the quoted price. He took the time to do his job, and man did he ever do it well. His service, his performance, and most of all his professional integrity were most impressive! I would recommend Lewis and the Georgetown Midas to anyone needing any repair for their car.
Needed some basic exhaust work(replace a cat) and after way to much money and 9 hours in the shop, the quality of the work is aweful. I will be going back only to see if I can get some kind of refund. Turns out plenty of my family and some friends have had a similar experience at this location, and others. Midas will not be getting business from me, my friends or my family ever again.
I had a punctured tire repaired, free of charge, without even making an official appointment. It was my first time at the shop and took me less than an hour total. Diana was very generous to me and the work was fast but thorough. I plan to return next time I need minor repairs done.
New to the area so I came to Midas being that it was opened on Saturday to get my wheel alignment for my Jeep. High priced standard wheel alignment to begin with but I agreed anyways since it needed the adjustment but the guy working stated he needed to charge extra for another tool he claimed I needed in order to correctly align the Jeep....Needless to say it drives worse than before I brought it in, wheels are not aligned, and I am out $160! Never again
I have been going to Midas in Georgetown, Tx for about 6-7 years. Gary is honest, professional, and courteous. He genuinely cares about his customers. I trust that, if something is wrong with my car, Gary and his team will fix it correctly. They never try to get me to do additional services that are not needed. As long as Gary is the manager there, this Midas will continue to be the only place I take my car for ANY services.
I am new to the area in Austin... I had some upgrades to on my car. The manager Gary worked on my car and his work is phenomenal!!! Very detailed in everything he does and takes the extra initiative to make sure its right!!! Will definitely be going back to get more stuff done!! Thank you
Update: Gary the store manager contacted me about my dissatisfaction and was very polite and sounded genuinely concerned about my service. I have changed my rating to 4 stars from 2 stars, since just by doing this gesture means they actually care which is more than any other auto shop has ever done for me. So for that, I will give them another chance. Not coming back. Customer service wise, all the guys are nice and friendly. I have a problem with their up selling. First time I was annoyed I had a transmission fluid flush and oil change, quoted at 180 bucks before the service. Somehow it went up to 220 at checkout. When asked why, I didnt get an itemized review. They merely checked what coupons they had and sure enough as if by magic, the total came down to 180 as it was quoted. Also quoted it would take 1.5 hours, ended up at 3 hours total. Not terrible unless you had to sit there the whole time like I did.I gave them a second chance since maybe they had an off day. Was told previously I needed an induction service done. My car idled a little rough so I went for it. 100 bucks for that. As soon as I get in the car after theyre done, the check engine light is on. Run the code and its the EVAP sensor due to the induction service. Clears code and itll fix itself. Next day it comes back on. Once again, take it back to them and sit for another several hours. EVAP sensor coincidentally went bad when they did the service, even though it wasnt bad before. Another 120 bucks, but they dropped it to 85. Why it was at 120 to start with, I dont understand. Manufacturers estimated time to repair was 0.4 hours, and thats why it went down to $85. If it only takes 0.4 hours to repair, then charge me for only 0.4 hours.I hate to rate this at 2 stars, since these guys are really nice and have skill. I thought I finally found an honest mechanic. But after these last two visits, I refuse to take my car back here.
I have been going to this Midas location for all my car maintenance needs for the last decade. I have moved away from Georgetown since I first started going there, but drive the extra 10 miles for the honest service, friendly employees, and excellent car care. Ive tried getting oil changes at a couple of different places closer to my home, but every time it just reminds me why I like Midas. I have never felt upsold on car repair work, and their time estimates are good enough for me to be able to plan my day around. Linda and Gary run a tight ship, but its clear that the technicians like working there. When I went through a financial rough spot, the staff was kind and understanding and helped me prioritize required work to what I could afford at the time. I cant recommend them highly enough.
I recently had Exhaust system done $1500. On my Pontiac Trans Am at Midas and they failed to do it correctly. I had serious rattling going on and finally I had to another mechanic to fix their mistake. I called repeatedly Rick the manager several times and he never once returned my phone call. Even came in the store but he Was never there. so disappointed with this place. will never return!!! They are quick to take your money but will Ignore you and never correct the the problem.
I needed to get an alignment for my ‘13 Lancer so I called and the owner was VERY accommodating and was able to squeeze me in that same day. They took care of the alignment job and were extremely friendly, thorough, and most importantly, FAST. They didn’t even seem to mind my 2 kids making a ruckus in the lobby and tired to help settle their cries with toys, something to drink, and let my son raid their lollipops. Even the technician doing the work on my car was very knowledgeable and pulled me aside to talk to me about replacing my filthy cabin filter. He said he could tell something was up by how little air was blowing when he turned on my a/c to pull my car around. They ordered the filter nearby and had it delivered and installed in MINUTES. I was back on the road driving smoothly with the a/c blowing harder and colder and was able to make it to my class in south Austin on time. I even scheduled an appointment for my wife for the next day to have her alignment looked at as well as her a/c. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the Georgetown and surrounding areas. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and price.
For the last 14 years I have been visiting this Midas and having several vehicles repaired here .Gary and his crew are the most honest people I have met in the auto repair business in many many years.Additionally I own 3 box trucks and if they worked on those I would have them repaired here as well.I have two one ton trucks, plus a honda and a dodge. They can repair just about anything at this location.Although they do not do engine work or rebuild transmissions anything else you can count on these guys to get the job done and in a reasonable amount of time.My Ford F350 and my Chevrolet 3500 are serviced at this location and when I pick them up the work is always top notch . From front end repair, brakes, alignments, a/c work, and tune ups, they are hard to beat in the city of Georgetown, TX .Just wanted to give Gary and his crew this review and let them know that I recommend them to anyone in the area.I spend thousands of dollars on maintenance each and every year with these great guys.Tony ReilCaliber Moving Co
They stated over the phone we always look for the least expensive option. Well the first quote was over $900 to fix an exhaust leak by replacing two Catalytic Converters and the entire exhaust line. I told them I would be there soon to pick up my car. I was going to get a second opinion. On my way to the shop I get a call saying they can weld the part together for $228, but they can not warranty the work. You would think for $250 they would give you 90 days? Paid $250 out the door with a repaired exhaust with no warranty.
Paid $650.00 for 2 tires a week ago. One of the tires was obviously defective. These tire are not even good tires. Discount would have provided me with 4 of the same tires with warranty for less. Of course the tire went flat. There was no object in the tire that would have caused a flat. Its obvious they sold me an expensive worthless tire. They will not replace the tire I bought last week. Took it to Discount to replace. I am so mad at my BF for taking it to this place “ Midas Georgetown “ in the first placed. Absolutely a rip off and a scam. PERIOD!!! Save it yourself having an experience like this and DONT GO!!!!
I absolutely love Midas Georgetown. The staff, particularly Gary, who has been there a long time, is very helpful, explains everything, and is very knowledgeable. They are a full service mechanic, having fixed multiple random issues on all 3 of my foreign cars. I had a squirrel chew up my wiring harness and it would have cost several thousand dollars to replace the wiring harness. Instead, Gary took the wiring diagram, a spool of wire, and manually created a wiring harness for me, and charged me less than a third of what it would have cost. On another car, the airbag sensor went out. A new seat/sensor costs $3000. Gary located one at a junk yard and installed it for $430, even after spending multiple hours root-causing the issue. They are also woman-owned! (kind of cool)
Engine stalled en route to Austin from Waco Texas, used roadside assistance to get my car towed to the nearest available shop which happened to be this Midas. Stressful situation, but could not have been luckier as far as the shop goes. Paul, the manager on duty, was supremely helpful in communicating to me what was wrong with my car and helping me assess my options moving forward, describing in detail both the Pros and Cons of each option.
Update: I believe they have made an honest effort to work with me by offering a partial refund. I should have been advised to have a more thorough inspection based on the questions I asked and specific concerns I expressed; however they took ownership for failing to take adequate notes on these things to know the level of inspection I needed, and I appreciate that, and now have a better understanding of the basics a pre-purchase inspection entails.Initial complaint: This review is about both Midas of georgetown and mac haik both located on 35 IH South in Georgetown, TX, as Im suspcious they both worked together to deceive me. I was sold a lemon three days ago, and I believe they knew the vehicle had an engine effect at the time of the sell, and they deliberately deceived and lied to me about it. Even though the history report using the provided vin was satisfactory, and the pre-purchase inspection from Midas, which included a code scan was satisfactory and only found a slight issue with the control arms; yet the engine malfunction light came on just 72 hours later, and Mac Haik expects me to pay for them to repair it when they sold it me like this! I specifically asked the sales rep Jordan Boren more than once if there was anything wrong with the vehicle (especially since he claimed that their mechanics inspected so thoroughly that they shouldnt have missed the control arms) and he claimed that there was nothing wrong. They missed more than control arms, they missed something as big as an engine issue!Midas of Georgetown (Georgetown, TX) is not to be trusted either, because they clearly either missed the engine issue as well - or maybe they all just work in cahoots with each other...How else do you explain pointing out control arms, but completely miss an engine malfunction (especially when I specifically asked them about the engine and transmission)? Chris claimed he thoroughly checked it himself and everything under the hood looked good; but since the engine malfunction light came on in 72 hours after he inspected the vehicle, then a code should have come up from the code scan. When I asked him why the engine vibrated when idle, he attributed it to power of the engine purring...either this was just poor mechanic skills, he just overlooked the issue by not paying attention and thoroughly checking it like I paid him to, or they have an agreement with Mac Haik - because this just doesnt add up. I might as well have not had the vehicle inspected if I was going to bring it to them, because it defeated the whole point by them giving a satisfactory report on a dissatisfactory vehicle! I want my pre-purchase diagnostic fee back since it wasnt properly diagnosed. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay to have someone else do what I already paid them to do to find out whats really going on with the vehicle. I never wouldve purchased the vehicle if theyd properly diagnosed it and reported the engine malfunction..I made the mistake of trusting their professional advise, and now Im out of thousands as a results!
Took my beater into Midas today for an oil change and radiator flush. Turns out there were more pressing matters. The water pump was extremely loose and Gary, the manager on duty, shared his concern and showed me the issue. We went to his office where we discussed the options. I decided to let it ride and run the car into the ground. Gary then suggested not performing an oil change or radiator if I am to see out the last days of the cars life. I thought this was very noble and thanked him for his honesty. We parted ways and I did not have to pay a dime for some great advice.
My husband would not go any place else.... Just took my chevy in June 23 2021..... well my luck isnt so good with them. 10 oclock appointment Called 2x same thing 3 hrs later. Not even working on it yet. Had diagnostic on it. Thought theyd call to tell me whats wrong nope. Are they even working on it. 4hrs later dont know. Have no idea whats going on. This is ridiculous 4hrs. An hour for the diagnostic. What about the 3 hrs. Arent they suppose to talk to ya before working on it.
At first glance, its an average business but after more consideration I am glad to write not only do I appreciate the child friendly set up in the lobby, the unique paint on the helmet of one of the pit guys but also the managers active response to ensure not only am I a satisfied customer but also safe on the roads! Thanks Gary and Midas crew Gtown, Ill be back!
I have a Dodge ram 2500 a few years back I had a shop in Las Vegas install a flomaster muffler, in which started to rattle . I bought a new Magnaflow online through Advanced Auto Parts and got a great deal. I set an appt. with Midas in Georgetown Texas for last Sat.. I went there and after returning 2/1/2 hrs. later the were just getting it up on the rack. When I walked up they started their sales pitch. Originally I was quoted 65.00 then now do to a difference in the in out ports which was 2 1/2 the cost was going to be 137.00. I left without having the work done: out of principle. This Sat. at 11;30 I called Roundrock Muffler and they said they would fit me in around 2:30-3;00 and that they were short on available lifts but would help me anyway. I arrived at 2:30 and ended up waiting as they were busy. They got my truck in at 10 minutes to 4 and I was out the door 15 minutes later for exactly what they quoted me over the phone 87.00 . Im a plumber -pipe-fitter and new the work could be done just the way Roundrock Muffler did it. Im very happy with the service, the friendliness, the price and the honesty. Shame on you Midas and KUDOS to you Round- Rock Muffler.
Sitting there waiting and no one at front desk even though I had an appointment. Then he gives me a hard time saying of I havent been waiting that long and then asks the other guy exactly how long I have been waiting. I said you know what I dont need this Im taking my business elsewhere.

2022-07-23Man would rather answer the phone and do paperwork than greet a paying customer that’s waiting. Poor decision making. When I get to the counter answers the phone before greeting me. When finally he greets me I ask for a patched tire. In which he replied with a large smile. 2 and a half hour wait.

2022-04-05I needed to get my oil changed quickly before going to the airport. The attendant was verynice and was able to get my vehicle in right away for an oil change. I also always love the courtesy check that Midas does. They always identify any issues with my cars so I know about them and can remedy the issue right away.

2022-03-08Ive had a wonderful experience both times Ive had work done at this Midas. The first time, I came for an oil check and to have some other fluids changed. The job was done quickly and they told me what other work I should have on the car in the next couple months, but assured me that these things could wait if finances were a factor. As a teacher who, lets be honest, really knows absolutely nothing about cars, I feel like I can really trust the people at Midas to help me out with my car, break everything down so its understandable, and make sure my quotes are honest. I also came in today with an almost completely dead battery was in and out with a new one in 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

2022-07-25I had a great experience her, the lady at the front was really nice and professional, went out her way to make sure I didn’t have to pay extra for my oil change. The service here was great and I will definitely will be back.

2022-06-05First time getting inspection and oil changed done here on Sat 6/4 on my 2016 Silverado. Got there right before 7:30am and was second one in. Techs start work at 8am. After they helped the first lady, they got me signed in and it was right at 8am. They did they inspection and oil change and would do a free tire rotation if tires needed that, but they didnt at this time. They were upfront, honest and was done in an hour, so pretty good service in my mind for all that they did. Got a $25 discount too which made my morning even better. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back for my next oil change!

2022-04-09Initially, I got new brakes. One break pad defected. Without questions, they replaced and we upgraded for a small charge. Back again to get an oil change and I was warmly welcomed and recognized. Such a great feeling to be comfortable with a local trusted company. To no surprise, there were quick and precise.

2022-03-27Thank you so much to Gary, the manager at the Georgetown Midas!! Not only is he always professional but he went above and beyond in servicing my car last week by fixing a problem with my windshield wiper sprayer as well as doing the oil change. His extra work was totally appreciated and justifies why we’ve been long-time customers of Midas!

2022-07-30I was one of those customers that you hate to be - the guy coming in 30 minutes before closing. I had a tire repair that was needed. They took care of me, fitting me in at the last minute and taking care of me with no fuss. I’m grateful to them for the service they provided.
