They severly misdiagnosed me. I was told I didnt need antibiotics and that it was viral. Nope. I went to another doctor today because i got so much worse over the course of two days. I now have pnumonia and an eye infection on top of a severe bacterial infection. I wouldnt have pnumonia or an eye infection if they had diagnosed me correctly when i came in. I didnt have pnumonia or an eye infection when i went in. They lady literally told me I didnt need antibiotics. Now im deathly sick. Just awful. The people were very nice, and i always liked coming here. Nothing against them but this mistake could of cost me my life if I hadnt gone to a real doctor today after telling myself that minute clinic could have been wrong. I dont like to complain. But this mistake was terrible for my health and cost me double the money and double the time.

Made an appt for 12 and got there at 1156 pm . I wasnt seen until 1:05 . When the nurse finally got me , she told me “ sorry for the wait “ and I told her that it wasn’t good that I had to wait an hour and it was o my two of us waiting . I also told her that I saw two of them go to the pharmacy to wish one of their workers good luck with her next job . She stated “ well the systems were down so we wouldn’t have been able to do anything “ . I told her, “ well why didn’t you tell the people that were waiting “ . She stated that “ I’m actually not obligated to tell you anything “ …. Which made even more mad … so I kept quiet because they way I was going to go off would not have been nice . She then tells me “ I don’t deserve to be told off etc “ …. I kept quiet . My only problem is no one told me “ oh, sorry the system is down and we don’t know what time it will be up “ … then I could have made the choice to leave and attempt to keep my job

This place is the worst place ever. Someone please tell me how I can report this place for further investigation. I called and asked them if I needed to make an appointment to get my blood test, they said no and told me to just walk in. When I got there, they said “we don’t know who told you that but we can’t see you right now.” Then I booked an appointment for few days later, when I got there, they told me they didn’t have me on their schedule even though it was still showing on my phone that I had an appointment with them. They again said there’s nothing they can do about it and ask me to reschedule for the next 7 days! Is it just because the people there suddenly get busy doing something else? This is frustrating and unacceptable.

Called phone number to confirm walk in availability and came in after the automated system assured me it was walk in. What it means is, walk in to make an appointment for a later time. Was looking for somewhere to get ear pain looked at and the next available time was 2 days away. Big waste of time and effort, manager on duty for clinic was certainly unable to help us with anything faster. Most frustrating was walking back out to the parking lot and seeing their signs advertising for walk ins. Set an appointment online to save an unnecessary trip to the CVS. Completely disappointed by how poorly they let people know what the walk in process actually is. Naively misguided at best or twisted plan to get more people in the store for the metrics at worst. I would like to be contacted about this review, there is no excuse for not mentioning to use the website to set an appointment in the store details section of the main phone number. I could walk in to most any Drs office to set an appointment, but I dont, I call first to make sure its not something I could do online/over the phone. Entirely disrespectful of peoples time.

Made an appt on line for my college age daughter - waited 30 min past appt time for my daughter to be seen. With it being Covid I was unable to go in the exam room with my daughter. told her that with her symptoms they would normally do a strep test but they weren’t doing strep tests now so not to possibly expose themselves to germs. Also told her there was no need for her to remove her mask - they didn’t want to see her throat/tonsils because that would put them at risk for exposure as well. So they simply prescribed antibiotics to her in case she had strep. Extremely disappointed in these medical professionals

It was terrible.The Nurse Practitioner was not friendly at all. I took my toddler who just turned 3 two days ago. She kept insisting to put her mask on. Very unprofessional, she never look at you when she talks she was staring and talking to her computer the whole time.and she’s not even using the computer.

I am so happy this place was willing to take me in under the circumstances! Nurse practitioner Hannah Ogunyomi was such a sweet and caring person. I love how detailed she is while explaining the treatment to me and answered any question I had! I would recommend her for anyone who is in need of health services! 10/10

Went to CVS Minute Clinic on Sunday because both my kids had been coughing a lot. Nurse Practitioner was very nice but only diagnosed them with common cold. Took my daughter to the doctor today and she was given a flu test and was positive but can’t be treated with Tamaflu because it’s been over 48 hours, so thanks Minute Clinic for misdiagnosing my kid!

It is definitely not minute clinic. Used their online registration still had to wait 2 hours for a TB screening for work. Not at all minute. So then after wait 2 more hours the PA comes out and says she may not be able to see us. I tell her we have been waiting 2 hours here And 1 hour online. She says there is nothing she can do. I am a health care worker I told her she is being disrespectfull to the patients she just says excuse me. ..fyi do not go they do not care how long you wait. Called Medi spring she is getting me in now.
