My daughter’s quince was the best April 6 2019!!! Blanca and Kelly (owners) are amazing ... they make sure everything is perfect . My daughter loved her big night. We received a lot of compliments ....the hall is beautiful...the food was great and the cake delicious.
My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on 8/20/2016, and Blanca, Kelly and their staff were amazing!!! They made my parents day so special by making sure every detail was handled. Thank you so much Blanca, for directing us right with the food, cake and music. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were impressed with the hall. We got many compliments about our event.
As a member of the owning family, I can proudly say this is a wonderful business and it is constantly updating. Every event is elegant, and runs very smoothly, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, and to top it all off, they are great people.
Attended wedding. Parking lot is very small and additional parking is along North Loop Dr. Inside, the ballroom has a comfortable setting. Air conditioning was adecuate. Restrooms were clean. Dance floor, sound system, and lightning is good. The DJ needs to brighten up the event more. He would just put a playlist of songs and go hide somewhere. Overall I would recommend venue at the right price.
Very nice ballroom but, expect to get charged for everything “extra”. Light up the beautiful tree? $200 extra. Smoke on the dance floor? $150 extra and etc. Blanca is also very rude. DJ plays whatever the heck he wants.. told me to text him if I didn’t like what he was playing and ignored my messages all night. Ruined my daughters party.
My daughters XV had full capacity and Blanca made sure that all guests were taken care of. They know what they are doing well organized and professional. Everyone loved the Magical entrance and the Father Daughter dance! It’s like your dancing in the clouds!!!
Very courteous staff. Very well managed I recommend this Ballroom to anyone planning there next event. My parents and cousin were very happy when then celebrated there 50th anniversary and wedding. Affordable as well..Thank you Mirage..Willie Barraza
Had an event at this location. Bang was not worth the buck. The room looked like a scene from a valentine horror movie. I was glad there was a police officer there because it was a bad part of town. However, The only job for the police officer was to kick us out at 8 (our event was barely over). Really early for any formal dinner. The food was horrible. Salty cheese sauce on the chicken and BBQ beef that was tasteless. They force you to pre-buy the beer and margaritas, which is restaurant trick to extort money. The lazy under manned wait staff occasionally brought around drinks, but to get anything you had to go see the slow bartender. Not worth the price.
Very clean restrooms. The owners were always on the floor making sure everything and everyone was fine. They have security and the waiters were very friendly.
Very elegant, dinner was great, had a blast there!
I had my quince here years ago and it was so beautiful.since then, they have done so many great improvements 💖Really great job.

Thats funny E. S. Dee, never have we ever had a party that was over at 8. Nor ever, ever served a cheese sauce....nor ever served chicken and beef the same night,... nor ever had a bad review......sorry.

2022-04-23Wish zero stars was an option.🙄 everyone who gave good reviews must have incredibly low standards. This place is ghetto and parking is limited. The owners dont care about ur experience and only want ur money. Terrible customer service. If ur looking for a good hall....look elsewhere.

2022-02-20Well where to begin…so first of all I am going to say shame on the owners of this ball room. It’s one thing to have an business that acts in a honorable way, and another to see people as walking dollar bills, and that’s how the owners see people who book there as dollar bills. A family member of mine Victoria Torres had her wedding reception booked there and I will give them that it was beautiful, less then 10 minutes into the reception we were facing a family emergency that lead to the passing of a family member. I get it that is not the fault of the ball room or the employees, where the disgust comes from is how the owner “handled” the situation. She had the balls to ask the grieving bride if she wanted to continue with the party, and then continued to say that they can reschedule for the following weekend but would responsible for paying again. This conversation happened right after EMS took our family member to the hospital, if you want to be seen as dollar signs feel free to book here, but if you want to be seen as a human being please consider anywhere else. Again shame on the owner for not having the compassion and understanding for others.

2022-02-03If I could give it zero stars, I would. I recently was booked here for my wedding reception. Ill give them that the place looked beautiful, but sadly 20 minutes before the reception began, a family tragedy happened where ambulance was called and my family member was rushed to the hospital, presumed dead. The owner came, and while I was in tears and in shock, she was trying to talk business, and asked if I would continue the night, which of course that was not an option. Then she said I could reschedule but would have to pay and additional fee for the DJ and wait staff again. Long story short, we were there for less than an hour, didnt even have a drink, we just had time to put our coats down, and the owner refused to give me any money back, not even a portion. They stated that what happened wasnt their responsibility, as if it was anybodys. They were as cold as could be about the situation that happened, and pretty much left me with no options since it was so traumatic me and my family can never step foot in there again, so rescheduling was not an option for me. So its a beautiful place, but trash business etiquette and service. Dont count on them having your back and being empathetic in the slightest, its all business to them, and their customers are just money.

2022-02-20My review is in relation to the most recent review from my sister Victoria Torres. i urge you to read her review, as she had her wedding reception at this ballroom that truly dismissed and took advantage of what happened to us the night of my sister’s wedding reception. we had a sudden and traumatic family tragedy that took place at the ballroom shortly before the reception was to begin. i cannot tell you how upsetting it is to accept that the owners of this establishment are unwilling to be compassionate or understanding after they witnessed how this family tragedy affected us all so much that we could not continue with the wedding reception. how could we pretend the family tragedy didn’t take place and just continue with the night? imagine that- minutes before your wedding reception, you witness a sudden traumatic family tragedy take place, and the owners ask if you are still willing to continue with the wedding reception- who could do that? if that does not speak on the lack of compassion from the owners, i don’t know what else could. as my sister is devastated, i witness the owners have the audacity to ask her if she would like to continue with the wedding reception- if not, her and the groom could reschedule another date but would need to PAY AGAIN for their services. i’ve never seen such poor handling of business, but that is honestly all people are to them- BUSINESS AND MONEY. my sister paid thousands of dollars for 40 minutes of witnessing a family tragedy, and dealing with the owner of this ballroom. gracefully, my sister reapproached the owners asking if there were any other alternatives they could provide, possibly a PORTION of reimbursement, and they continued to be dismissive, unwilling, and not understanding. this ballroom is a nice place, but the people who handle this establishment handle business with little to no respect. there are other nice ballrooms here in El Paso that conduct themselves and their business with more morale, and i can truthfully tell you this establishment does not handle themselves in this manner.

2020-09-19I recently had my xv here! Amazing amazing place to do it in. Excellent service, since the beginning of arranging to the end of the party. With the new manager (Adriana) she was very helpful, was always ready to assist in the best way possible. The finest food, and tastiest cake i have tried. Amazing and cheerful waiters always ready to attend. The dj with excellent music very up to date and hyped. All went very smoothly and had no worries whatsoever. Most definitely recommend, it is very worth the price !
