I went to Emily for under eye fillers for my tear trough region originally about 1.5 years ago, I really saw a difference and it lasted a long time! I tried botox on my forehead and I really really like the results. Emily is kind and very talented. She makes you feel comfortable and gives her honest opinion about your concerns and how to achieve your goals for your visit. The front staff is also incredibly kind. They are very careful and conscious especially during these times of the COVID pandemic, I felt very comfortable visiting and I have been really satisfied with their service!
I came to Mirror Mirror in October because I was interested in getting lip fillers. This was my first time having any type of cosmetic procedure done so I was a bit nervous. But after doing research and reading really good reviews about this place I decided to give it a chance.I had my appointment with Marty. She was so nice and explained everything. We decided on one syringe of Juvéderm as it was my first time getting my lips done. The injections didn’t hurt as much as I had feared and Marty made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole procedure took about 10-15 min. I did experience minor bruising and swelling the first 48 hours post injection. However after 48 hours my lips looked great and Marty had warned me that I might experience this so I wasn’t alarmed.I’m so happy with the results. Marty helped to define my Cupid’s bow and plumpness to my lips. There’s a noticeable difference in the overall fullness and symmetry of my lips, however they still look very natural.I have received a lot of compliments from friends and family! I’ll definitely be returning within the next 6 to 9 months for a touchup. If you are interested in getting your lips done ask for Marty, she’s amazing!
First time I got a lip filler and I loved the results! Emily did great work on my lips. I was a little nervous but she makes you feel comfortable, she is so chill. I felt so welcomed in this place.
Emily Z. is amazing! She has done my lip fillers and some botox is the only person I will go to! She’s very sweet and bubbly and makes you feel really comfortable throughout the procedure. The boutique is always so sparking clean and beautiful! She can always fit me in and work around my schedule and I love that they take care credit too! I have been trying to find a good medical spa ever since I moved here from Newport Beach. I found Emily Zimmerman at Mirror Mirror and I trust her skills like no one else. I just ask her what I need and she looks at me and makes recommendations. She makes my lips look so beautiful and natural, no one suspects a thing and I get so many compliments! Also, she’s super friendly, sweet and fun to visit. When I see her it’s like catching up with a good girlfriend! She’s the best!
I had an awesome experience with Sarika! I went in for the Skinpen treatment at this location for the first time and I was very pleased with her service! She didnt rush through the session at all, she was very patient and took her time, which is what I was looking for. This is the reason why Im definitely coming back to her. I went to Mirror Mirror last Thursday and didn’t expect to be as pleased and satisfied with my results! I had Emily Zimmerman do my lip injections and not only did she make me feel really comfortable and confident in my procedure she put in work on my lips and they look amazing! I am so happy and will be going back to get all my injections done with her in the future! I highly recommend :)
I just received Botox for the first time at Mirror Mirror today. Marty was my injector and she was INCREDIBLE. I was so nervous (shaking and sweating) because I hate needles, and Marty went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She placed numbing cream, gave me a stress relief to squeeze, talked me through it, and even fanned me to make sure I didn’t feel light headed. She was so professional and did a fantastic job! I already set up my next appointment with her 👏🏼
Emily is great at what she does. Definitely my favorite nurse injector I’ve been to! She works with me to get the results I want.Update: I’ve been going to see Emily for almost a year I think and my results have always been amazing. I can not recommend her enough! She has done my Botox, lip filler, and cheek filler for my hollow under eyes. She’s so nice and friendly! My appointments with her are so fun and she’s so quick. I absolutely love Emily and the front desk staff! I was greeted with smiling faces and positive attitudes and to me that goes a long way. I went in to get Botox and filler and let me tell you...Emily knows her stuff. I’ve had some bad experiences and I never new what a good injectionist (not sure that’s a word) was until Emily. She immediately made me feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to AND, she didn’t try to over sale services or products. I left feeling confident and incredibly happy with my results.
Emily is the best! I got Botox and fillers a week before my Christmas trip to Tulum. I must admit I knew my timing wasn’t the greatest and there was a chance that I could bruise. Emily didn’t leave a spot and handled my injections with precision and caution. I am so grateful that my family thought I looked younger and refreshed and my Christmas pictures were beautiful. I highly recommend anyone getting fillers or Botox to give Emily a try! I used to only see the doctor but once I tried Emily I was hooked and knew I had found the best injector in Houston. She doesn’t work every day so make sure when you make your appointment she is there. She is worth the wait and you will find that her personality and attention to detail makes for an enjoyable amazing experience!
Emily is awesome! My friends and I always recommend her for Botox and injections! She has you in and out in no time and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend her especially if you’re on the fence about getting any work done. You won’t regret it!!
I always go to Emily Zimmerman for my lip injections and she is fantastic! I’ve also gotten some beautiful cheek injections as well! Not only is she great on a professional level, but she’s also super personable. I’ve voiced the areas I want to change and she gives honest opinions and different options to solving my beauty ‘problem areas.’ Ive looked a lot of different places, but keep coming back to book with Emily. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Being new to the Houston area, I had been on the hunt for an injector for Botox (and eventually down the road, fillers). After searching and researching high and low, I ran across Mirror Mirror. Mirror Mirror seemed to have good reviews and especially for nurse injector Emily. I decided to give Mirror Mirror a try and scheduled an appointment with Emily... The front staff was friendly and I was greeted and taken back by Emily pretty quickly. Emily was super nice, she listened to my needs and offered some great input (which we went with). After we came to an agreement of where she was going to inject the Botox, she left the room and came back with a tray with syringes filled with (presumably Botox). This should have been a red flag. I have never been to a place for injections where the nurse injector didnt fill the syringes in front of me. The second was when she started injecting my face. It was so quick and rushed, but more importantly, careless. There was no care, time or effort put into the injection process. As soon as she injected on little spot she was roughly jabbing into another little spot where she had marked on my face with no pause... My face was left with little bruises at the injection site. Yes, I get that is normal, however, in the 10 years Ive been getting Botox injections (and even filler injections) had I ever had so many little bruises on my face. Again, they were small, but overly excessive. After I drove back home and the Botox settled days later, the right corner of my eye would not shut completely, resulting in severe dry eye for the past almost 4 months. Instead of having a nice subtle brow lift, the top of my eyebrows were left feeling like someone or something was pressing down on them making them feel very heavy and frowny. My 11 expression lines were still very noticeable like they had hardly been addressed. The small injections at the top of my forehead never resulted in any lift or smoothing. Awful! Worst $500 plus I have ever spent. This was all almost 4 months ago and I recently received an email to go back in. Needless to say, I will not be going back in and I will not recommend Mirror Mirror to anyone I know. Also, they make you pay BEFORE you get injected. Excuse me? I have never experienced that in my 10 years of getting injected. Ever. Its in such poor taste for a business like this one to do that.
I had the best experience at Mirror Mirror. My nurse Emily Zimmerman is without a doubt, the best nurse injector I have ever met. She is so friendly and personable...... I can’t explain it, she just put me at such ease. Her clinical skills are impeccable, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results. Thank you, Emily, for making me look and FEEL beautiful and empowered. I will be your patient for life!
Marty is FANTASTIC! My lips look amazing! She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, kind; she was very sympathetic towards my experience and made sure I wasn’t in pain or unaware of what she was doing in every step of the procedure. I really loved how she showed me my before and after photos in her office! I will definitely be returning!
Terrible experience! I only give it a star because of the aesthetician was very nice, otherwise would not even deserve that. The staff downstairs were courteous and that’s about it. The short assistant, Natalia was rude, unprofessional and scattered. I found it odd and tacky that she asked for payment prior to the procedure being done. When I just had another service done downstairs and was not asked to pay until after it was completed.I was left in the room for a good hour, while she was yapping away without a care or curtesy to check on me even once or at least give me an update. Eventually I had to get up and peek out the door to see if they know I’m still waiting in the room.Finally when the doctor came, it all was just a huge rush. I was not asked even once how I wanted the outcome to look. He did not seem interested at all to even ask what I wanted. Very impersonal, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Very disappointed with the result. Will not waste my time or money going back to this place again!
Top notch experience and service! The entire staff here is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Emily did a fantastic job when I visited the boutique a couple weeks ago. I was looking pretty tired and just not feeling like my best self. She was able to consult with me to find the right solution to my goals and gave me an incredibly natural look. Since it was my first time with filler, she made sure I could ask questions throughout the process. I am so happy with my natural and refreshed result!
Mirror Mirror is just a great place. An amazing team that ensures you are comfortable and happy at all times. Emily is a god-send. We meet quarterly and she really understands how to map a face and ensure the appropriate muscles are being targeted for preferred results. I was so scared about undergoing treatment and having a frozen face, but she really does an amazing job and continues to be someone I see as an ally in face treatments.The FOH staff, including Alan, are fantastic and there are monthly features that are always worth checking out.Sharon is really special and has helped me develop an amazing skin care regimen while also facilitating any other treatments. Between her, the team and Emily I feel really taken care of.

So, I’ve NEVER had Botox or Fillers before and I was super scared (I’m hypersensitive lol) . I had done tons of research and finally got the courage to try MirrorMirror Med Spa, and I’m blessed to have done so. My experience with Emily Zimmerman was well beyond 5 stars. I have had Juvederm lip filler twice before seeing Emily. Both times I had received lip filler was not at another facility done by a doctor with 15 years experience. The first time I received one full syringe of Juvederm and my left side on top looked noticeably smaller than the right. I went back to the establishment to ask for filler placed in the uneven left upper lip. It ended up worse after receiving the second full syringe of Juvederm. When I spoke my lips were noticeably different. I had a bad experience the second time with this establishment so I was weary of having a third try at lip filler but I did my research in Houston and found Mirror Mirror. Emily Zimmerman had great ratings I set an appointment. The staff was friendly and the establishment is clean and beautiful. Emily was so friendly and a perfectionist. She corrected my left side and I honestly was so happy I couldn’t stop looking at my face in my review mirror on my way home as corny as it sounds. I was so sensitive and self conscious about my lips so having perfect shape on top and bottom was an amazing feeling. My lips look natural and full in all the right places. If you need a filler correction or want someone you can trust to give you what you ask for go to Emily Zimmerman. Thank you for correcting my lip filler I can smile in pictures now ☺️
After reading all of the wonderful reviews about Emily I decided to make an appointment with her. I drove over 2 hours to get vollure filler injections and she did not disappoint. I have had the same injections in the past from other places and they have never turned out this well . My confidence is through the roof. I will definitely be returning!

I had my first ever lip + chin fillers with Emily Zimmerman back in March and I can’t say enough good things about her! I was SO worried of how I would look but she kept reassuring me that once the swelling goes down, I would love it. I definitely did! In October, I went back in to see her for cheeks and more in my chin. Flawless work! I can not wait to go back again. It does become addictive! She is professional, yet, fun and easy to communicate with. You won’t leave without at least a laugh or two. If you have never had fillers before, on the fence about it but still want to try it out, then she is the girl for you.

Emily is my beautiful Botox mosquito! Her sweet strategic stings are quick, painless and effective. I get treated for my “11’s” and now... they are an issue from the past. With any new procedure regarding the face I was reluctant. However, Emily explained the process, answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Plus her smile is to die for! I just started getting brotox and its been a game changer. I go to Emily, and she does a superb job. Her skill and aesthetic leaves me with a perfect, masculine look with no eyebrow arching. (Its fine if you like that look, but I personally like my eyebrows to be as perfectly horizontal as possible). I am super active, triathlete, so I tend to go through the product a bit faster than what you might read online -- so just set your expectations by your activity level. Have and would recommend to friends.
Amazing experience at Mirror Mirror! I went in for botox and had Emily Zimmerman as my nurse injector. From the second I walked in the entire staff was welcoming, professional and hospitable. The ambiance of the waiting room and the whole office for that matter is very chic and calming. Emily was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and made the procedure as effortless as possible. 10/10 for this establishment and all around company culture. As a person of color, Ive had fillers from two other providers over the past 5yrs but Mirror Mirror has been the least painful and the most efficient. Emily performed my procedure and she respected my concerns and gave great recommendations. Considering their ongoing promos & discounts I will definitely return for my retreat!
Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique changed my life Ive literally never been so happy with my looks! I’ve referred many of my friends here and they were all incredibly happy with their results! The staff is incredibly professional and I feel like a member of a family when I walk in. I’ve had Botox, chin and jawline filler with lip injections and I’ve never felt more confident! I only will use Emily!! I made the mistake of using someone else one time due to a event timing and I LEARNED MY LESSON. Emily made my face do a complete 180 but, you wouldn’t be able to tell I had anything done unless I told you because of how natural her results are. EMILY YOU ARE LIFE CHANGING. When getting lips done please be aware that bruising and swelling are normal and if you take the precautions advised ahead of fine it’ll keep everything minimal.

Emily Zimmerman is the BEST!!! I’m using my husbands account on Google, lol, but anyway, I just had the opportunity to see her today and she goes above and beyond!!! She really cares about her work and her patients, aka me!!! She is so good at what she does that this lady right here will only be seeing her from here on out without a doubt!! Sarah gave me VI peel yesterday (my very first) and was very informative and professional. I didn’t feel very comfortable in the waiting room...sort of seemed tense and definitely not welcoming. But by the end of the appointment I was smiling and even shared a giggle or two with Sarah. I will return for follow up and possibly future services. I’m expecting positive results and will update this review if anything tragic occurs - which I’m sure it won’t.
I really enjoyed being at Mirror Mirror as a new client. Emily did a fabulous job and I walked out so happy with my results! I got a complete consultation and beauty game plan for my beauty wish list! I also had a couple of services done and was amazed by the results! I had an amazing experience with Emily. She is the best with botox and filler. Ive been to numerous medical spas on my quest for best results and I found that in Emily. One of my eyelids droops and my face is asymmetrical and because of her skill everything appears symmetrical. My search is over. Highest recommendation.
Emily is the best! I’ve never had such great results from filler or Botox as I’ve had with her! She’s amazing! She recommended Dr. Vitenas for nose filler & a breast augmentation I did both as I trust her opinion. If it wasn’t for her I would have never gotten surgery from Dr. Vitenas. Emily Zimmerman is the best nurse injector in the Greater Houston area and everyone needs to know that. I just left my 4th appointment and it was the best experience ever, as usual! The best Botox experience. Emily has been on point on all my requests she is a true professional. (She doesn’t use the cookie cutter method like others do). I wanted a natural look and I’m very happy with my results.
If you are on the fence about using Botox, dont be!!! I have been wanting Botox for years, but was so scared to go. I finally bit the bullet and went. BEST decision ever!!! Emily was great and definitely knows what she is doing. I went in only wanting my forehead but she suggested I do my eyes so it would match and boy was she right! I am so happy with the results and my face definitely doesnt look frozen like I was scared of. I look young again!! Not only is Emily great at what she does, but she is a wonderful person. I love Mirror Mirror Beauty boutique. I first came here last year for 2 vi peels and Sharon was seriously the best. Before I even came in for my 1st peel, she went over everything with me on the phone and was very knowledgeable about the procedure. The office itself is so beautiful & chic, it feels like you’re in New York lol. Fast forward to this past week, I came back in for another VI peel and the staff actually remembered me. They were all so friendly, especially Alan at the front desk! I highly recommend this place and if you find yourself here, request Sharon! 10/10

I went in to dissolve my top lip and I was very nervous because I wasnt sure if i could trust anymore doctors but Marty was amazing and made me feel so comfortable about my decision! The staff was very nice and welcoming the second I walked through the doors. Marty was definitely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to explain every step to me. I love my results and will definitely return back for anymore care for my lips!
I started going there a year ago for my first Botox injections. I was afraid it would change my appearance and that I would look fake but it did none of that. Instead, the wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes disappeared and I looked rested and refreshed. The goal was not to look younger but get that permanent tired look off my face and that was such a success (it did take a few years off which was bonus) that I have since gone back 4 times. Emily is the one I see most of the time, she does a great job and she’s super cool! So if like me you’ve been wanting to do something about looking tired and angry all the time but haven’t dared yet, give her a call, you won’t be disappointed!
I had a not so great experience at Mirror Mirror boutique about two weeks ago. In short, I felt they did not value me as a customer. However, I was contacted by the med spa director, Logan. He apologized and invited me back to Mirror Mirror to give them another chance. He not only emailed me but he also left about 3 voicemails. At first, I didn’t want to come in because I was so angry. But to be honest, I am so glad that I did. I feel valued now because they apologized and allowed me to use my gift certificates which I received through referrals and comped the remainder of my services. If you are going to mirror mirror, please see Emily. She is sweet and I do not feel pressured when working with her. She gives feedback without making you feel like you NEED to do something to look better. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because what happened to me should have never happened in the first place.

I just moved here from NJ and had no idea where would be a good place to go for my botox fix. (I had actually been getting Xeomin). I googled the closest places and read reviews. Mirror Mirror - and specifically Emily - had exceptional reviews, plus they happened to have an appointment the very day I called, so I decided to take a chance and see how it was.The reviews are 100% accurate. Emily is exceptionally professional and experienced, but with a great sense of humor and confidence.Im a tough customer, as a marketer and an ex-jersey girl. But thankfully I was absolutely impressed with this place, the service and the staff. Emily even discussed my one-time past experience with a lip filler (and how much I did not like it and why) - and suggested a botox lip-flip. Yes, I went for an upsell
Veronica was amazing! She has the lightest touch with the Botox needle and made me and my friend feel very comfortable. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Having had a bad injection experience in the past, she listened and helped to figure out the best plan for my personal treatment and then asked that I call back in an hour so she could check on me. I received a great thank you note from her after my treatment - shes AWESOME!! Ill def. be going back for treatment from her for many years to come!

I had fillers done by Emily (Juvederm Voluma). She is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions and her work is outstanding. Im so happy. I wanted to get my cheeks and eyes done but after we did my cheeks, she said its wasnt necessary because my cheeks indirectly took care of my eyes, VERY honest and she was right.

The service is so bad now that Emily is gone. My appointment was at 10:20AM in which I arrived 10 minutes earlier. I waited while other clients came in and were treated. At 10:50AM I was not even told that the person was running late (although I saw her come and take other clients - which was probably my appointment). Very poor communication, lack of respect, and I wasted my time. May I add I have been coming here for years, but NEVER again.

Ok you guys. My first time getting botox was with Emily. The best results!! I didnt even know what to expect and I was SOOOOO happy! I moved away from Houston and decided to try a place in Dallas. Long story short, my experience in Dallas was awful and now I drive all the way to Houston just to see Emily at Mirror Mirror!!!! I wish I could give this woman more than 5 stars!!! She is so efficient and experienced. I wont go to anyone else!

I have had 3 different injectors in the DTX area and after moving permanently to Houston I tried to get an injector with experience and talks you through the process! I definitely found my injector here! She was a registered nurse named Marty! She made my foreheas wrinkle free smooth and even. Already booked my appointment 3 months in advance.

I had a facial done and a chemical peel by the Aesthetician Lacy Gifford. I was highly satisfied with her service, her expertise and the results. She seems extremely knowledgeable about skin care and skin care products. She is also very dedicated and hardworking - she really spends a lot of time with you to get the best results. It seems that her job is her passion and it shows. Also, she is extremely nice. After only a few sessions with her, people complimented me on my nice, smooth skin, and asked me why is my face glowing lately. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
If you’ve ever considered having “work” done, go to Mirror Mirror and ask for Veronica! You won’t be disappointed! She’s exceptionally knowledgeable, she listens to what YOU want to gain from the procedure, and she’s completely honest about what you can reasonably expect. I first saw Veronica after I had a disastrous experience with Botox (at a different clinic), and I would have paid thousands of dollars to get my normal face back quickly. She urged me to wait and let the Disney villain look fade before monkeying with my face any further, and I appreciated the honesty. When I no longer looked like the love child of Dexter and Cruella De Vil, I returned to Mirror Mirror and Veronica did fantastic work. I didn’t experience any bruising or asymmetry, and she didn’t point out flaws in an attempt to upsell (as so many injectors unfortunately do). I’m beyond satisfied with the subtle improvements in my appearance!

*Update: After 5 chemical peel, malasma is still on my face: nothing is changed. Very disappointing. I have tried clear & brilliant, IPL and chemical peel this time, but I guess no matter what you try and how much you pay, it is impossible to erase malasma. Prescription cream is the best and less expensive ($200).I had my first chemical peel with Sharon and purchased some cosmetic products with her recommendation. Sharon is very nice and knowledgeable. She took enough time with me for a consultation and she gave me many tips for my skin condition. I will update this review later if my malasma gets better after I finish 3 times more chemical peel.

I visited another establishment before I had ever gone to the Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique I went to that establishment since it is a highly recognized and reputable place not to mention in a high end part of town here in Houston. I was assured that their quality would be excellent, so I thought it would be worth my investment, considering I am willing to pay for the quality of service I am receiving. The lady that worked with me performed Botox in some areas of my face she was nice and reassured me it was going to look great. Not to mention she had several years of experience, I didnt have a reason to doubt or trust in her. Unfortunately the results were awful I was devastated and felt like my face was completely converted into someone else. I had trouble smiling and had discomfort and headaches due to the massive amount that was applied, I didnt want to leave the house my facial expressions had completely diminished, it was painful to laugh and I had trouble even putting on my mascara. months later I came to be referred to Veronica Jones, not only was I immediately taken a back by her beauty, but her kindness and her ability to comfort me was a breath of fresh air. She took her time to consult with me and listened to my concerns, she made suggestions and gave me examples and reasoning behind where and how much Botox she was applying. She wanted to make sure I felt beautiful when I left there. During the process she talked with me and asked me about myself and what was important to me she wanted to get to know me, I wasnt just a number or being rushed in and out. She told me it has always been her dream to make sure every person feels as beautiful as they want and she wanted to be a part of making people feel their best. She is very bright also we talked about her background she had a bachelors degree and wasnt happy so she went back to school to get her nursing degree also graduating with honors, she said she was committed to being a part of the beauty industry and loves making people happy.!!! I love this place. I used to work in a medical spa and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in the expectations for a quality medical spa. Well, Mirror Mirror and my aesthetician, Katie, exceeded those expectations. From the front desk, to the consultation to the table; the quality and customer service never faultered. Katie’s bedside manners, performance and etiquette was grade A. Mirror Mirror was pricier than what I am accustomed to from Mississippi BUT I did receive every dollars worth in my session and that’s all that matters! Also, I was unable to leave a tip via card, only cash, which was inconvenient. But overall, this was an overly satisfying experience.

I got cheek filler with emily 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to help with the under eye bags and tired look. She told me she wanted to do cheek filler and tear tough but after doing the cheek filler she said it looked great and didnt need the other filler. I noticed afterwards that my eye socket looked more sunken in so I thought it was due to the swelling. I bought 2 syringes and she put more on one side than the other. When I came back she kept telling me I needed the tear trough when one of my cheeks clearly was fuller than the other. I was not about to pay for another syringe when it would have looked good if she had put the same amount the first time. 2,000$ spent and I looked better before :(

I had a really great experience with Maci and I am very satisfied with my coopsculpting. I was very skeptical about the who procedure and thought it would not work, but after reviewing so many before and after photos I went in. The spa is very clean and nice, very peaceful inside. They make many accommodations to keep you comfortable. Maci was very patient and always very accommodating to any of my requests. I have noticeable results and people keep commenting on the area I had treated. I may even go back for an additional area. It is expensive but for me it was worth it to see the results. I could have gotten lipo and had results faster but for me I did not want a potentially risky and painful surgery. This was just a wonderful alternative.Maci is really good if you go please request her.

I went to them for Coolsculpting. I had to come two times because the machine kept falling off. I expected to have one full session of Coolsculpting and not not be rushed. This place definitely would not be considered 5 star service to me nor would I return.

2022-06-17What a wonderful experience I have every time I come in. This last time I was with the amazing Sharon who did my facial. Shes the BEST. And after that I saw Brenda for my botox/filler. Brenda is what you call a master injector. Shes absolutely the best youll find in Houston. Her knowledge of the facial anatomy/muscles is as good or better than a doctor, which makes her an ARTIST. And when youre dealing with your face, you want the best. Im so glad I found both these ladies. And shout out to the front office staff who always make me feel so welcome. Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique is professional and exceptional!

2022-06-08I completed a questionnaire online, the next morning I received a call from Kathy I assume to be the receptionist. We spoke about a few options I was having some concerns with. I agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week with Brenda and have the fillers did.I ask Kathy to send me a follow up email, she assured me she would as soon as we ended the call, in which I never received. She called two days later to confirm the appointment for this morning, I again ask her to send me the information and I would be there. Again, I never received it ! This morning the date of my appointment she call to ask if I would be in for my 10 a.m appointment? I said of course not, you never sent the information I requested! So she just held the phone, without saying anything until I dismissed the call.The receptionist plays the most important part of any business they’re the first point of contact rather via person, phone or email. Therefore, if I can’t get an competitive receptionist my expectations are very low for the rest of the staff. Money spend any where!

2021-03-03I first off want to say, walking into the building you feel welcomed. The entire staff are very sweet and professional. It was my first time coming to this office and they all made me feel super comfortable. I went to get lips fillers and I was a little bit nervous about the final results because I wanted my lips to look natural. But then I meet Marty! She was super sweet, professional and has a great energy and confidence that make you feel that you are in great hands! I love how she took her time and talked me through the process. It’s been three weeks since my appointment, and I’m so happy with the results. I will most definitely be going back to her and absolutely will try other treatments! Highly recommended, will not be disappointed.

2021-01-22I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Emily!!! I will ONLY trust Emily to do my botox on my face. I will not let anyone touch my face except her. Shes so sweet, kind & very caring. 2020-09-16The reason for the 5 stars is because of Emily and Alan. The boutique itself would receive a 3 star review at best for customer service and service recovery.I go to Mirror/Mirror because of the Botox nurse, Emily and the cheerfulness of the front desk manager, Alan. On days when Alan is not there, the whole atmosphere shifts.I previously had Botox at Mirror/Mirror with a different nurse who did a very poor job. After this, I will only see Emily. Unfortunately, at my last visit, it looked as though I may be ten minutes late to my appointment, and possibly may have missed the appointment due to a wreck. My appointment was the last of the day before clinic closed, as I am also a nurse and was rushing after the close of my own clinic that day, a clinic, by the way, that offers Dysport at a dramatically reduced price for me with a wonderful aesthetician! But I am loyal to Emily bc she is the absolute best!I called to let the office know and was told the $100 cancellation fee would be enforced, despite the fact that I am a regular patient who spends thousands of dollars a year. I did not end up missing the appointment after all; I made it.Story break: if Alan had answered my call, I assure you his voice would’ve said, “Thank you for calling Mrs. Medley, and please be safe.” His customer service skills are stellar!I let the manager know that for an upscale clinic in River Oaks, one that provided concierge cosmetic care, and in a pandemic at that, that I expected better. As a patient, as a client, and out of customer loyalty, it was important for me to let them know that Emily is the reason I choose Mirror/Mirror. Wherever Emily works is where her patients will follow. She has a very loyal patient base, and her beautiful work can be seen all over Houston! ❤️

2020-09-18Went in for my first ever Botox treatment and was seen by Emily. I admit I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know much about the product or how it worked exactly, but she was so informative and made me feel super comfortable about my decision. She’s very easy to talk to and has a bright fun personality. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask her! And ps she was very quick and efficient with the treatment as well.

2020-12-07I rarely get any type of facial pampering, however Marty made me feel relaxed and comfortable for the entire procedure. After explaining what my concerns were and doing an examination, she recommended a treatment.I could definitely see instant improvements after the treatment looking noticeably well. Will definitely visit again for another treatment soon. Marty was so helpful and gracious and, most importantly competent!
