This USED to be a great place but lately the service is terrible. I ordered fried rice no vegetables and they ignored my request. Of course my daughter did not want to eat it so I called to complain and the so called “manager” Mint was very rude to me, never apologized and on top of that had the nerve to tell me to just remove the vegetables from the rice! So disrespectful, you NEVER say something like this to a customer. Will never order from there again.
I was nervous about coming here after reading the reviews, but I was craving some Chinese food so I figured Ill try it anyways. Sadly, the reviews are right. I dined in on a weeknight and it was fairly empty despite it being dinner hour, which was their first red flag.I ordered the cashew chicken with steamed rice. The cashew chicken had little to no flavor and the vegetables were undercooked like they didnt sauté them long enough to soften. The lo mein noodles were oily and had a weird flavor. I hate to say it, but Ive actually had better food from panda express.I gave one extra star for cleanliness and very large portions.
Im upset because I ordered yesterday sweet and sour chicken and rice noodles with shrimp and chicken and a egg roll got home to only found out that the Chinese lady cashier didnt even add it to my ticket this is not the first time she dont listen then I got home to share my food with my son and he found a piece of brittle pad and his rice noodle he almost swallowed it I was so frustrated because they could have easily went bad I know that yall are short staffed but you all need to be careful and make sure how you are handling people food because you could have easily received a lawsuit but Im not that type of person I feel this need to be addressed as soon as possible because I have seen other people say that they have found plastic in their food.
Never eat here everything is unfresh no flavor and the meat is just completely soggy I ordered Orange chicken and it didn’t even look like chicken completely disgusted with everything I ordered will not be coming back they used to be good so many years ago but times have changed
Terrible food and service. Sitting down at a table to eat is not an option as they serve in To Go styrofoam boxes and inadequate plastic ware. Prices have gone up from $1 to $3. Really bad food. Dont bother wasting your time and money. Better to go to Taco Bell and have a satisfying meal. If Moon Wok Cedar Hill wants to do business in the US as a restaurant, then follow the guidelines of food service of American Restaurants and not like a hole in the wall in the back streets of China
My family and I normally eat here like (maybe every other weekend or so). But today, there was a clear wrapper mixed in with the orange chicken. My wife thinks it was from a candy. And all I can think of is that is horrible... Come on, have a little more class. And this goes for all restaurants, if you work in the service industry, then give 110%. Now I know accidents happen, but that is one mistake that should have never happened.
This place has really went downhill. We used to love this place when we lived in Cedar Hill it was our go to place for Chinese food. After visiting family we decided to order pickup from Uber eats app and it took almost more time to wait for staff to attend than just to pick up the food. The staff literally walked out while there was a line of people and the counter was empty for a good 10 mins. When someone finally appeared it was a boy roughly 11 or 12 years old trying to take orders. Really bad service for what usually used to be busy Sunday afternoons. The food was worse than that. It was bland and lacked the great taste we remembered. The hot and sour sauce that came with my wifes plate was watered down and for some reason they only gave me half of my plate and filled the other half of the plate with leftover hot and sour chicken from my wifes plate???? Definitely not the Moon Wok we were accustomed to from the past.
WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND EATING HERE!!!!!!:I went here yesterday with one of my friends, and we though it would be great but we were definitely mistaken. We both got fried rice, I got sesame chicken and she got orange chicken. The rice was extremely bland, and the chicken was so overly seasoned and covered in sauce that simply eating a little gave me a stomach ache. We also ordered California rolls and Crab rolls as well and those werent good either. The rice was INCREDIBLY THICK to the point where it hurt my moth to have to chew that much. The avocado and the cucumber in the California rolls also had a weird after taste.
Staff was nice. Serving sizes were large. Second time trying their food. Our three dishes had little flavor. Even the rice was bland. Wish it were better because we like to support our local businesses. We will not be ordering food from there again. I hope you like the food and give them your business.
I love coming here and buying Asian food as take-out. For the prices, the food is great and plentiful. The staff is nice too and they dont waste too much time especially if you call in advance. A couple of months ago the food quality reduced but now its back to being amazing. The taste is delicious too especially compared to a variety of other places. Its just really nice.
People that like this place dont know anything about good Chinese. They messed up the order, the rice had no flavor, the sauces had no flavor, everything battered just taste like batter. Basically cheap, bad tasting food. I felt bad, but we threw away all 3 dishes we ordered because of how bad it was and ended up having to go out for food.
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered Teriyaki chicken, General Taos chicken, Sweet and sour chicken, and Sesame Chicken. All the chicken was so overdone it was like chewing on dry rubber! The Sweet and sour chicken was burnt. The Sesame and Taos chicken tasted exactly the same bla d and disgusting. The Teriyaki Chicken was just chicken with soy sauce dumped on it sparingly. The Sweet and sour sauce the only taste was vinegar. Very bad experience, we couldnt eat this garbage and thats where it all went. Will never eat here again, and suggest no one else does either!
Please be aware when making your choice! The whole entire staff, including the owner, needs to re-learn and inforce proper food handling practices. As youll read in other reviews, theres been documented cross-contamination when handeling food that resulted in the health department being contacted. (Picking up/handeling something off the floor, picking scabs!! or handeling money, holding things others have touched and not washing their hands!) On one occasion a customer in the waiting area called out the owner for doing the above. The owner, actually yelled at the customer and said no thats not true, even though we ALL saw him do it. I havent been back ever since. Contact your local health inspector, if you see something, you literally could be keeping someone out of the hospital with food poisoning.
I was wary because of all the reviews but it wasn’t my experience. That’s why you just have to try some things for yourself.GREAT lunch prices, I had a humongous plate of lo mein and chicken that was still burning home after a 10 min drive home. For like $5.80 I think, crazy deal. Speedy food and TONS of option for any craving. I would return for sure
Ive eaten here before and it was decent but tonight I used Doordash and the food was a waste of money. I had broccoli and beef with beef fried rice. The beef was a grey brown the vegetables were streamed but the sause was brown water. The beef fried rice was a box of rice with a cup of brown grey beef. Just sad and a waste of money.
The food was just average, but the worst part was, while we were eating we saw the cook eating while preparing the food. The girl that brings you your food ,was also eating and also drinking while behind the clear glass where food is being prepared. That is just plain nasty, and not to mention unsafe and unsanitary. The glass is clear, they were not even trying to hide it. Disgusting so please beware. I will never return or recommend this place.
The food was awful! Will never eat here again. And we waited for almost 40 minutes for their tasteless entrees! Chicken Broccoli dish was tasteless. General Tso is always a spicy dish, but theirs was bland AND not the least bit spicy. The rice was old. And my husband, who eats just about anything got a stomach ache. My daughter did as well. I usually dont just try any old Asian Cuisine restaurant that I pass by, but we were hungry so, we stopped here. Do yourself a favor and keep driving!!!
Ordered wonton soup, egg drop soup and mu shoo pork. The soups were colored water without flavor. Moo shu pork had no pork but chicken instead. They forgot to include the plum sauce that is customary with this last dish. Called and lady insisted that the meat was pork and admitted that they forgot the sauce because he is new, today his second dayIs that why the food is tasteless?HORRIBLE customer service, its just a cheap chinese place. Too bad that their counterpart across the street went out of business.Definitely do NOT recommend.👎
I’m usually able to create a decent meal between my husband and I with me being vegetarian and him being a meat eater. Chinese is usually a good medium for us. Our car is currently under repair and it’s cold out so we decided to order Chinese delivery. One of the first places that came up was Moon wok. We look over the menu and call to place our order. After waiting about an hour, our food is delivered. First negative mark, I got no red sauce (sweet and sour) as I had asked the lady who took my order for. But I continued on eating as we were famished by this point after skipping breakfast. My rice was not fresh tasting and it was barely considered “spicy” as I had requested. I moved on to taste my lo mein. The noodles tasted rubbery and gummy. Totally disgusting. I look over at my husband and he puts his fork down and expressed how distasteful his meal was also. At this point I call the establishment to get some sort of resolution. I spoke to a woman first to express my displeasing meal. She then placed me on hold and passed the phone to a male. He gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that I never ordered red sauce, and that I can only get a refund if I bring my food back. Which I expressed I could not due to our car being down otherwise we would have picked up our order initially. He showed no sense of remorse or customer service and was very argumentative. I will never patronize this establishment again. $30 down the drain. We had even tipped our delivery guy!
PLEASE BE AWARE!!! I have come to this place several times as an Uber Eats delivery person and never have I had an issue until today. This place has an open kitchen so customers can actually see their food being prepared if they stand at the counter. While waiting for a delivery order I witnessed a female employee with very short black hair blowing and wiping her nose in the kitchen area where the food was being prepared, I watched and waited for her to wash her hands which she never did. The employee walked to the sink turned it on and took a drank form the faucet, turned round and immediately began to prepare a customers food. Seeing this I automatically requested that the employee wash her hands and explained what I saw, the workers argued with me and said she washed her hands which she hadnt, she refused to wash them and did not wash them. I was asked if I wanted the food or not and and to leave if I didnt. Bright and early tomorrow morning i will be calling the health dept, and reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can call, you would think because other ustormeres were in the restaurant that they would make her wash her hands but they didnt care.
We used to frequent this restaurant about 4 years ago and liked it. We decided to go back but were disappointed. They have a lot of take-out orders so I feel like not many people dine in here. Walking in, we were welcomed by the girl at the counter and was offered a menu to look at. Regular Chinese food choices. We placed our order, prices are good. We found a booth and got our drinks. Our food came out hot off the griddle. I got up to get us some plates off the counter area. The plates appeared dirty. I looked at the stack of papers plates they provided and there was a dead fly laying on the paper plates. I opted for a few off the other stack of plates and when the waitress came back, she offered to get us another plate. The food was hot but did not taste fresh. The sesame chicken was bland and the meat was chewy and tasted old. During our meal, a roach crawled down the wall to our booth. It grossed everyone out at our table. After that we had to go. After leaving, my stomach hurt the rest of the night. I feel like the food swelled up and was causing the pain. Whatever the cause, I will not be going back to Moon Wok again.
2 PLATES OF FOOD AND BOTH WERE TERRIBLE. I ordered the pineapple chicken, and there was more batter than chicken. My food was soggy before I started eating. The lo mein noodles were ok. I also got the cucumber sushi... mediocre. My homie ordered the General Tso chicken and the chicken was rough.... bland and the sauce did not stick. The sauces were watery, and for a total of 32 dollars we did not get what we paid for. Of course try a restaurant to see for yourself, but we would have been better off going to one of our favorites than coming here.Ps- The egroll was great tho
So Ive been a Cedar Hill resident for 15 years now and I eat hear often; dine-in and take out. I fell in love with this place for the service and the food standards. THAT SAYS A LOT because Ive been in restaurant hospitality for ten years plus, but something or someone has definitely dropped the ball!!! This is the third time orders have been WRONG, FOOD WASNT COOKED PROPERLY AND THE STAFF WASNT THE FRIENDLIEST....yall are a CEDAR HILL STAPLE or at least was at one point and you guys need to realize that YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE (ONLY) REASON THAT THOSE DOORS ARE STILL OPEN! As someone thats in the restaurant industry I do understand that we are all being affected right now, but we must ALL remember why we joined this industry in the first place and place and thats to SERVE AND PUT SMILES ON OUR COMMUNITIES FACES... LETS DO BETTER GUYS! BLESSINGS!!
Ordered the orange chicken and combo fried rice for pickup. Orange chicken was dry and not much sauce. My husband had a thin metal shaving in his combo fried rice. I live in the same city as this restaurant and never really had a good experience when I visit. Im done. No more I will not support this establishment any longer when weve lost businesses that were worthy like Braums.I will add the only reason I attempted to try this place again because Tons Chinese was close for the day. Huge Mistake.
It was horrible. To start it off I waited so long to get my food (no big prob) . I ordered sesame tofu and my boyfriend ordered sweet and sour chicken. Well, I’m pescatarian and there was a bone in my food & the sesame on the tofu was sour as hell like spoiled tasting and the was all around just bland. My boyfriend is a big dude that loves to eat and he didn’t even want to finish his meal. First time and last time visiting
DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! I ordered an avocado roll and vegetable roll. Both rolls had very obviously noticeable traces of mayonnaise in them. No where in the roll description or pictures online is mayonnaise seen. So the person who made my sushi obviously didn’t care and used a dirty knife to cut my sushi. Pure laziness and disregard for a paying customer. Absolutely Disgusting. Also, the vegetable roll was suppose to include avocado, cucumber, and pickle. It had no pickle. They really thought I wouldn’t notice that? I got completely cheated. I couldn’t eat my meal since I’m highly allergic to dairy so I gave it to my brother since I don’t want to waste energy calling and complaining to this “restaurant” that obviously doesn’t care about their customers. Using a dirty knife to cut my sushi is completely unsanitary and disgusting and shows how little you care for quality and customers. I’ve been here once and this horrible experience is enough to never return again. There’s way better restaurants that care for their customers.
To be honest the order was mixed up and oh so wrong I can’t really talk right now because I’m so mad at any rate that’s the chance you take when you order delivery. Hey be careful your food continues to cook till it reached the door. The one star is for the delivery man at least he got a good tip. Goodbye CedarHill
They always made my favorite vegetarian dishes with extremely large portions, fed me for days. Came around and menu completely changed with all vegetarian dishes removed, my grandmother asked about it and they completely denied ever having one in the first place (rudely, poor customer service). Its their choice to add or remove choices, but regardless extremely disappointed.
If you want service, then dont come here. They have booths, like a normal restaurant, but you have to get up and get every single thing. Get up to order, get utensils, drinks, napkins, dried wonton noodles, to go boxes, to go bags... I mean.. we ate inside, but we wouldve gotten more service if we ordered to go! No one checked on us.. no one asked us if we needed anything or wanted to order anything else... and my orange chicken was cooled hard... so it was tough
Their food doesnt really have much flavor. The chicken fried rice was very bland. They have some great wonton soup, I choose to get mines from here whenever I get sick or have an upset stomach. The flavor and portion size is great for the wonton soup. Everything else Ive tried has been below average. The portion sizes are pretty good, but like I said the flavor is lacking compared to the average Chinese food place.
I really enjoyed the chicken lo mein. It was a decent price for the dinner option, big portion worth the amount spent. I understand the reviews about not having excellent customer service, but it was good service. Im just thinking it was slow ans that can cause some people to not give it their all. But overall food was good. Just work on the service a bit more, maybe friendly smile or a decent welcome should stop the negativity of customer service.
It was my first time going there so I really didnt know what to order the guy at the register seemed to be in a rush so he didnt give me time to look at the menu so I just ask what should I eat and be he said some moon wok so before he charged me for that so ask me so rice he said and when he had so asked him for and I was willing to pay for it no no I will give you some noodles so was cool comeback in 10 minutes I take it to ur car will for like 29 minutes and he never came out and he basically tossed the food pointed to the plastic ware and the and soon as I got home I dont but I got some bland noodles. When I called back the r not picking up 😡
Flavorless, uninspired, boring dishes which should be popping. You get half the food at Panda Express, but Panda is more than twice as good.I remember Moon Wok being incredible 10-15 years ago. I don’t know what happened, but I’d like to have that quality back and to make Moon Wok my go-to Asian restaurant in Cedar Hill.If Moon Wok is reading this, I dare you to get your game back on.
I stopped in for lunch to go. I ordered the cashew chicken with fried rice. I was not all impressed. The cashew chicken itself was rather bland. I added some sesame oil at home, since it already had plenty of soy sauce, and that helped. The fried rice was basically just soy-flavored rice-hardly anything else in it. The egg roll was totally inedible. I think it must have been sitting there under some heater for several hours, because when I tried to take a bite on the way home (I was really hungry!) I couldnt even bite through. I wont be back.
I got food poisoning. Had it for supper, woke up with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea, called the manager and he refused to even offer me a refund. Should have gone to the ER and sent him the bill!!! NEVER EAT HERE unless youre willing to be miserable for 12-18 hrs afterwards. HORRIBLE customer service, very poor response. I even told him I would have to leave him negative review(s) and he was like Oh well!! No concern for making other people sick... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Tried to order delivery. Kept telling me i have the wrong card number as i was trying to say it and then that the card was wrong all together and IM GIVING them the wrong number lol so i couldnt use my MOTHERS card to order HER food because the card has to match the ID when they arrive....undertsood but they DIDNT EVEN ASK IF MY MOTHER WAS HERE just sorry no food cant make an order with that card . Rude and intolerant cant stand talking to them
The food has no flavor whatsoever!!! I ordered for first time this evening and I wont be back. The combination fried rice and chicken lo mein had no taste. It felt like I was eating a giant bowl of white rice with no salt on it. Tons Chinese taset way better! I was SO SO SO disppointed! We wasted $23 tonight. Terrible, I tell you. I am not chinese and I could do a lot better than this food. Even the nursing home people would protest, lol.Food is rated Poor because the no flavor out weighs the large potions.Decor is rated Fair because it doesnt matter, this was delivery.Service is rated Fair because I was told on a Tuesday evening that it would be a one hour wait and I live 4 miles down the road.
Just threw up last nights dinner in Walmarts parking at 2:15p. I have been up sick all morning since 6am with an upset stomach. Moon Wok was the last food that I ate at 7p Tuesday 08/21/18.Thank God I didnt end up in the hospital. My stomach has finally stopped hurting. Disappointing bc the meal seemed as if it was well prepared and tasted good at the time. First, only and last visit there.
THE SKINNY GIRL THAT LOOKS LIKE HER PARENTS ARE MAKING HER RUN THE COUNTER( ASIAN) SHORT HAIR. She needs to be removed. I didnt come in with a bad attitude but she will be the demise of Moon Wok in Cedar Hill. The food is great but I have to give it a 1 star because attitude is everything. She is going through something and needs to stay at home. If she doesnt want to work there , dont come to work. Everyone else seems to have sense and nice. Her attitude is out of this world. Oh yeah and the food is great. Especially the Crab Ragoons.
Oh God why am I here. Table for two please, what? Seat myself? Come back to the cashier to order? What the heck kind of restaurant is this? Im already so sorry I came in here. My wife, a chef, and the voice of reason told me to chill out and see what they have. With a full head of steam I went back to the cashier to order my food. I almost boiled over when I had to show her the item on the menu. See!! Page 237,paragraph 4,item 2 so it seems with every gigantic Chinese menu.Waiting in a restaurant with no waiters (strange) I focused my attention on cook staff plainly visible from my booth. Lord they have a crowd back there. Nobody talking, everyone working, the owner MUST be in the crowd.Do we have number? Are they going to call us? Should we hover near the kitchen? All I got was a funny look from my wife. The food came out unceremoniously without utensils, oh yea, no waiters, silly me.The food was good, large portions, and had some good characteristics. No rubbery meat and the veg was fresh. A good sign. Focusing on food is a good strategy and restaurant owners should know that patrons are not stupid. Oh, and no booze. Uhg! Final word, I think the owner has a good heart for cooking.
We have only done delivery but every time we do the food is hot and yummy and the delivery guy is super nice. We have ordered from them about 5 times now and have yet to be disappointed. I would recommend this place for delivery. I am not sure about eating in though as we have not been into the restaurant.
We eat here often. Big plates for reasonable price. I would only trust their meat, yakiudon, and appetizers like crab rangoon. Our favorites are the seasame chicken and general tso chicken. The broccoli that is often a side to the meat plates I get are a weird pale green and taste sad.. I love broccoli and just cannot eat it.
We placed a call in order last night of chicken and shrimp fried rice and Kung Pao Chicken. I specifically asked 2 to 3 times for the Kung Pao Chicken to be spicy and it was spicy at all. I also requested to chop veggies a little smaller...as big as the veggies are its almost like giving you 1/2 of a darn bell pepper. It said okay, okay and nothing was satisfactory!!! Had it delivered and I will NEVER order again. I total agree with the other review...food barely even has a taste!!!! I was extremely disappointed. Should have gone to Panda Express!!!
I pulled this place up on gmaps and boy was I mislead. Its 1pm and I ordered the lunch orange chicken. Gross was the immediate response, I coundnt finish the bite.... fyi ive eaten every MRE the gov makes, and I could not eat it. Not to mention it was 10bucks....The meat is not quality, msg is deg used, and the rice was dismal. I never post, but I wish no one that mistake. Serve better product...
Just moved to the area and will never call this place again. Called at 7:30 for an order was told it would take 1 hour. I understood. Called back after 1:15 and we told it would be here any minute the driver had left 15 mins ago.. Called back 1:30 later and was told he was at my home and should be pulling up any second. 10 mins later nothing.. Yup called back and cancelled told guy I did not want it anymore... Well guess he didnt understand English because ask my way 10 mins after my call to cancel a driver still shows up and expects me to pay for my order. By then I had already made something to eat for my family. Yup horrible service. Never will be calling that place again...
If I could give my experience today a negative I would (which is also my first time) first of all when u call the girl takes your order like youre getting on her nerves so I placed my order for delivery and within 30 minutes the driver called and this is exactly what he said WHERE ARE U ITS TO MANY APARTMENTS FOR ME TO GO LOOKING IM BUSY so then he finally gets here with my order and theres not one duck sauce or soy sauce in the bag and I ordered chicken fried rice no vegetables extra egg they just fried an egg and sat it on top of the fried rice......I called them the manager told me that if u want the egg cooked into your fried rice u have to ask (this is the only way Ive eaten my fried rice FOREVER and Ive never had to ask specifically) then he said if u want it like that just go ahead and cut up the egg in there yourself(Im not paying almost $10 to cut up my own eggs in a dish that should have been prepared properly) and Im not giving a refund or replacing your order!(which I never asked for) Ill send the driver out with duck and soy sauce (took him 30 minutes to bring it back)..... I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT!!!... THEY ARE RUDE AND JUST PREPARE YOUR FOOD ANY KIND OF WAY
Absolutely perfect !!! The staff are wonderful people and are extremely caring and helpful , the prices are fantastic and the food is even better ! When ordering delivery they are very precise and arrive on time and call before hand too !! Absolutely love this place !!
Food always in time, exelent food for the people who doesnt like it or give 1 star you should go to a fast food and eat unhealthy stuff, you will die younger. Price is reasonable , with 2 plates you can eat for 3 or 4 people. This place is good for a Sunday afternoon after church.
The food is great and they give you a lot of it you always take food home with you no matter how hungry you are and it always seems to be fresh I love it if you get their lunch specials theyre only 599 and you still get plenty if you get there dinner its three times more than you can actually eat you will eat out of that plate at least two more times

2022-05-06Went there today to order generl tso chicken with fried rice and lo mein. This is just nasty, I had to throw everything away. The noodles are plain, the rice is plain and dry not real fried rice. The chicken tasted soggy and old. Im never going there again. Panda Express is 10 times better than this place. Save yourself the disappointment and dont go here

2022-02-17Im not sure what a lot of these reviews are talking about. This is the best Chinese place in the Dallas area, me and my wife eat here all the time, never had an issue with my order. Staff was very nice, and the food was delicious. 10/10 recommend this place you wont regret it.

2022-06-19Decided on Chinese food for Father’s Day…What a mistake!! Orange chicken was wet, gooey, and tasteless. Mongolian chicken was mostly onions and the noodles that were in it were hard and crunchy. Lomein was terrible! Best entree was the chicken egg foo young and it wasn’t good. The wonton soup was a clear broth with no flavor. The egg rolls tasted like soap. Overall, EPIC FAIL! We will NEVER go back!

2021-03-06We ordered the garlic beef, sweet and sour chicken and egg drop soup. We got fried rice and lo-mein as sides. The garlic beef was hot garbage. It smelled awful. It didnt taste like garlic and certainly wasnt spicy. I had a small portion. It immediately went in the trash. I literally just threw money away. The sweet and sour chicken was good. But its good at many different places. The egg drop soup was blandd, as was the rice and lo-mein. The portion sizes were generous, though. This was ordered on Uber eats, so maybe it would have been better fresh. But this food was just as underwhelming as the movie we watched while eating it: Coming 2 America. Both left something great to be desired and didnt live up anywhere close to expectations. Id like my $27 and 2 hours of my life back.

2022-05-29I have been coming to this place for more than 12 years now . I havent been so hubby wanted to eat it . Well Today we made our mind up I will not be returning again . This food i got was nasty . It was not fresh. It was like if they just threw it in the microwave . Not sure if they had new owners to cook or what . But save your money to this point I should have just went with my gut feeling and just got a burger. The chicken was soggy and the beef fried rice looked like some other type of meat and smelled like fish . It was gross .

2022-01-18Been a customer since 2012 when I moved to Cedar Hill as a kid, moved to Irving years ago and I still make a drive for take out. So the food is definitely good and worth a 30 minute drive. Compared to some of the other Chinese places here, its just better comparing the flavors, portions and price. The reason why I give it four stars is because theyre inconsistent at times, the flavors always arent spot on, the majority of the time the food is amazing but this past year or so I would pick my food up and get to eating and it was just underwhelming at times. Still a solid four stars because 80% of the time that food is Bussin as the kids say lol.

2022-01-21Ive never had and issue and love their food. I found a piece of some type of medal scraps of something in the beef and broccoli plate. You guys at Mook Wok just be extra careful with your tools, pleas.

2022-02-27The food is absolutely delicious and great portions! Always enough for leftovers plus. The prices do not disappoint so give this place your business!!
