My experience was with the service department. When you go in to get your car repaired sometimes it like just take what you want out of my wallet. Not here. They were very professional and fair. Martin explained everything down to the tiniest detail. My 4 wheel baby was fixed on the same day. It was a very positive experience.😀
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Moritz Kia of Hurst on Pre-Sale, before it had been detailed or had the regular servicing. Even though I had already bought the car and signed paperwork that said I bought it as is, they still did everything they said they would do as far as detailing and servicing the car. In fact, they actually went above and beyond and ordered extra parts and spent extra time to make sure it was 100% ready for me. I think this speaks volumes about their integrity and the pride they take in the vehicles they sell. I would absolutely recommend them and would buy cars from them in the future. Im a very happy customer!
Recently bought a new Telluride from Moritz Kia of Hurst. We worked with Keenan and he was great. He made the whole process from ordering the vehicle to picking up seamless. My car was ordered in November and I contacted Keenan multiple times with questions and he was always available and able to help! I would highly recommend this dealership for the buying process.
Extremely disappointed with the service Ive received from this dealership. I placed an order for a 2022 K5 about a month ago. I was told the wait was about 2-3 months at the time and that ordering one was the best way to get one because they sell before they hit the lot. Id heard nothing so I had a hunch to check in today, and apparently Kia canceled all K5 orders for the month of May! They now have to be resubmitted as a 2023 K5 order. A car that hasnt even been released yet! They dont even have a clue as to when the order can be placed. I didnt even get a courtesy call. I was actually looking to purchase two vehicles from this dealership, a 2023 Sportage that IS out already, for my fiance. Well they can forget about that.
I really think this dealership ripped me off. I came up there about 5-6 months ago to get some new brakes and I was told I had new brakes it cost me about $600+ whatever I guess. Fast forward to today. My husband take my car up there to get a recall fixed,oil change and new tires. My husband calls and tells me “We need new brakes” excuse me?! We already had new brakes. He tells the man we got brakes the last time we were here. The guy tells my husband “Oh that was just for the front brakes” So you telling me I was charged $600+ for just the front brakes?! Total bull. I might be taking my car to the Moritz in Fort Worth because I’ve never had a problem with them and they’ve always took the time to explain things to me properly and even offer discounts WITHOUT me having to tell them ( I was told I had to tell them I had coupons when I made appointments) I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I took my moms car in for service. Because of construction the entrance to the service department is.... Hard to find. Once in the property and into the service department your list, no signs or human letting you know what to do ( stand by your car until someone comes) for help. Once I got someones attention, Martin(a real cutey single ladies) took very good care of me and the car. Thanks guys for everything
The order process for our new Telluride was so smooth thanks in most part to Rob Islam. My wife and I will never forget this car buying experience and Moritz lives up to their excellent reputation. Very honest and laid back atmosphere, and I believe they truly have their customers best interest at heart. We highly recommend this dealership, and will be sharing our experience with friends and family.
My wife wanted a new car so we decided to go to Moritz Kia in hurst to look at our options. We met with Kirk, who is amazing, and showed up a few cars on the lot that he had. The one we wanted wasn’t available, (already sold), so he offered to order us one. The process was easy, fast, and well worth the wait. Last Saturday Kirk called and said her car was in. We went immediately and fell in love with the car immediately. She got a 2022 Kia Forte gt line. The car is amazing! Kirk and the finance guy, Daniel, made the whole car buying process easy and fun! It wasn’t stressful at all and we, for once, felt comfortable with our decision. I highly recommend Moritz Kia in hurst!!!
Martin Souvannakane is an outstanding service advisor, great communicator and very detailed with his explanations and reasons for a suggested/recommended service task. I have owned four Kias and Martin is the BEST service advisor I have had, not to mention the ONLY service advisor that truly cared about his customers cars as well. Martin listens to me as a customer and acknowledges the money factor as well.I followed Daniel Williams (finance manager) to Kia Hurst and met Martin. I am a forever Kia Hurst customer BECAUSE of Daniel and Martin!
Moritz Kia of Hurst provided a terrific car buying experience for us. Jonathan Dinkha made us feel very comfortable and took great care of us. There was no pressure or upsell whatsoever. He and his team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the car. I would recommend Moritz Kia to anyone and everyone.
CEF was the best salesman I could have asked for. Ordered the 2023 Kia Sportage SX Prestige and he made sure to keep me updated though the waiting process. It was a quick and easy pick up, they had gotten with my credit union previous to me coming in to sign paperwork and made sure everything was ready for me. I was at the dealership MAYBE and hour for the pickup process and I was on the road with my new ride. THANK YOU CEF!!!!
The salesperson who scheduled a test drive for us - messaged us 5 minutes into the test drive to please hurry back with the vehicle that he had someone else interested in it. Not 2 minutes later he messaged us to please hurry. I wouldnt buy a sandwich from that jackass.
This place was on point. Had an extended warranty on my Kia and sometime before took my car to a Kia dealership in Arlington for the same problem and was turned away and told it wasnt covered under warranty. Took it to this shop and Martin handled it like a pro. He didnt tell me it was covered immediately, but he said it would need to be inspected as thats the process for warranty claims.The other shop never mentioned anything like this and really turned it away after a passing inspection. Long story short, Moritz Kia of Hurst didnt just do the easy thing. They did the right thing. In my opinion, thats a diminishing quality in the world.
Drove all the way out from McKinney to check out a car because their website said it was in stock and no one would pick up the phone at the time to verify.Not only do they not have a Carnival SX Prestige in stock, but they have the nerve to charge way above MSRP for ordering a new one.This is not the only dealership participating in price gouging though. I only found 1 Kia dealership all the way in NC that does not price gouge and the maximum they charge is the MSRP.
First off i’d like to say SHAME ON YALL for taking advantage of a 72 year old repeat customer who truly trusted you to treat her fairly. I can’t believe you would basically “steal” her paid off 2015 kia soul and lie and get her into a used 2020 kia soul S. Looks to me you don’t disclose all your information up front with the buying party. We will never do business with Mr Moritz ever again especially after seeing his house in The Veridian in arlington tx i don’t think he enjoys helping anyone just taking what he and whoever else can get from people. No wonder his wife doesn’t sleep in the same bedroom with you. Well anyways tv i’m very pleased to tell you that we are no longer on that bad note your sales team wrote out for us it’s actually been fully paid off by someone else. Seriously though why would you take the womens payed off car for 6k when it’s worth about 14k/18k? Very sad day for Moritz when this is brought out to the public and they can see for them selves.
Update - I contacted the dealer as requested form their response on my original review. In about an hour they agreed to take care of my antenna and confirmed the make, model, and color of my car. If this had happened on my first call this rating would have been a five star. Kudos to Rodger who had the managerial courage to make the call and make it happen.The Initial Problem - I took my Kia Optima in for service on May 12, 2021, as I had done in the past. This time when I got home I noticed my antenna was missing. I called Trai Chavez the Service Advisor and he said they would look for it in the car wash because sometimes they get knocked off in the car wash. They didnt find it in the car wash. I was then told I would be responsible for the replacement ($160). I said that wasnt acceptable as they already acknowledged it was likely the car wash that did the damage either knocking it off or enough where it came off somewhere on the way home.I was told twice I would be contacted by a manager, and never was. I was told by Trai, that since I had only been to that service department four times in the past two years that my business didnt mean enough to them to try and make this right. I was treated like I was trying to scam them or something.Their logic is this. Car wash breaks antenna. If they find it in the car wash they will replace it but if it breaks and falls off as you are diving off the lot, its your fault.I will be trading in my car for a new car in the next year. The $160 it would have cost them to make this right just cost them my business.They may be friendly when everything is going OK but they certainly are not going to be there for you when it matters most.
I was inside for no more than 6 minutes and was met with great customer service, answers to all of my questions, and the help and courtesy that the Kia in fw (where I actually bought my vehicle) decided wasnt in their interest to give me. I definitely recommend this dealership
If you havent met him yet you should take the time to do so. Most people call him Cef for short. Im talking about Chefarino Zambrano with Moritz Hurst new car sales. He recently helped my daughter with the purchase of a new Sportage. She was absolutely delighted. This wasnt my first encounter with Cef. He helped my wife and I with a Telluride purchase back in 2021. Hes as nice and charming on-camera as he is off-camera:-) A former wine sommelier hes good on the details and the customer experience. Check him out!
Be warned if you do your oil changes here. I just caught dealership ripping me off after 2.5 years. A mechanic today asked me why I have been using synthetic blend on my vehicle. I found they have putting synthetic blend oil in my car but charging me full synthetic for over 2 years. The mechanic pulled me aside and told me this dealership does this all the time. They charge customers for synthetic but use blend or conventional oil. I’ve paid for up to $79.99 for oil changes here for full synthetic but never received synthetic once according by to their computer records. To the mechanic that showed me my service records, thank you. Moritz Kia Hurst, why have you been cheating by me for 2 years? I think you owe me some money or free oil changes. Shady business practice. You definitely lost a loyal customer who was considering buying another vehicle from you.
The salesperson was amazing. Plus they treated me fairly even though were in the middle of a car shortage, and other dealers are taking advantage. Ill be back here first for any car buying 100%. Simple, quick financing and no hidden tricks or pressure sales on anything.
The buying process was good. The person I worked with in finance was awesome! However, it’s been close to a year and I still haven’t received my permanent tags and registration stickers. The first time I inquired I received a reply stating “I was told they called and emailed you to tell you they were here”… well I never received either but I gave the benefit of the doubt and had someone go to the dealership to pick them up. When he arrived, of course no tags were there so I was given a 2nd set of TEMPORARY tags. I have reached out again via email and the chat and have had no response. Not sure who needs to be contacted next.
My Wife took our Soul in after having a flat tire yesterday. Tires have 25k miles and are 3 years old, 1 year out of warranty, so unfortunately no warranty. Tire could not be repaired, so we got a new tire complete with the 2 year road hazard warranty. All work was completed within an hour and a half plus a quick car wash. Moritz has always taken care of the service on this vehicle, which now has 75k miles with NO major issues. Moritz Kia continues to provide excellent service in a friendly atmosphere.
I have bought all 3 of my Kia’s from Moritz! I just traded in my Sportage for a 22 sorento and Rob was absolutely wonderful! He was very informative, friendly and kept me updated on when my car would be here. Once my car was here the process to purchase went smoothly and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. My experience was so pleasant. I had finally went to their location after visiting four other dealerships that day and was beyond exhausted and frustrated but walked in and they immediately provided refreshments, courteous response, patients and listened to my needs and wants. Providing me with the best option for myself and my family. We were satisfied and walked out with a brand new 2021 Kia Forte. Very personable, patient and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in on 07/11/2022 for curb rash to the two front wheels. I purchased a maintenance agreement for the tires and wheels at the time of purchase (by the way Moritz gave me the best deal anywhere on my 2019 Stinger). I also had a very slow leak in my right rear tire and its been there longer than I care to remember. Martin Souvannakan was my service advisor and he handled me like a pro from the minute I contacted him on the phone and during the drop-off procedure. He got me in a rented car and I was on my way. When my vehicle was ready Martin informed me that I had some curb rash on all four wheels which they took care of and that my tire had two nails in the sidewall which they replaced with a brand new tire. I dont know about anyone else to me, that is service above and beyond. This is the reason Ive directed all my friends to Mortiz Kia and I sing their praises on the Ed Wallace radio show Wheels. From sales to service I dare you to get better than Mortiz.
Rob was great to deal with. I came to look at a car that was already sold but I wanted one and just wanted to take a look at it. Rob had no clue that our interaction would become a transaction. He was pleasant and welcoming. He showed me the vehicle and I asked him to keep me informed. That night he called me and said thanks for coming in and let me know the vehicle was available. I now own it! We didnt play back and forth with numbers and not once did he ask if my husband was coming to help me. The finance guy was great too.
Saturday, July 24th…Been sitting here since 8am to get my Kia into service yet it’s locked up at 8:20am. Need to call and wake someone up or update your website to reflect proper hours.I’ve seen 6 cars pull up then drive off.C’mon man!Update. Guy shows up at 8:25am. Asked him if they were late and of course he passed the buck and said that service was supposed to open the gate.Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Oh well…They really need to get their web info updated.
One of the most positive buying experiences I have ever had. I didnt get the high pressure sales tactics I had come to expect. Everyone there seems to really love their job; that says a lot. Great place, great people. Lifetime warranty on engine/transmission on all used vehicles as long as you own the car. The Moritz Promise. Google it!
The whole process was made super easy and efficient by my sales rep (Steve Potter). He was flexible enough to find several possible vehicles, work a great deal, and communicate with me through text and email to get the paperwork going. From my first phone call to showing up and paying, Steve was great! Attentive, responsive, funny, and very willing to help. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had at a dealership.
Wonderful staff that helped me find the car I love! It was a rocky start, but everyone was so patient, understanding and helpful. It was my first time at a Kia dealership and my first new car purchase. I was not disappointed as they went above and beyond with my purchase. I definitely recommend them! Keenan was the sales guy I worked with and he was terrific! He is knowledgeable, kind, funny and makes the whole experience easy. As well as the floor manager that day and I feel bad I cant remember his name.

I had a great experience buying my new car at Moritz Kia of Hurst. Everyone was very friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. I got a great deal on my new Soul. I had never driven a Kia Soul, but I totally love driving it. The seats are the most comfortable Ive ever had. I was worried about it being under powered, but it definitely not. The whole buying experience was effortless!
It was very refreshing to actually come across a service person that actually shows great service and a positive attitude.To say the least, it was a pleasure and big relief to talk with Steven in the service department. Hes definitely a beacon of light in a dark time.
The dealership called me asking to buy my vehicle because of the used car shortage. On the phone, they told me they were offering above trade in values, even up to two times value. When I went into the dealer to get an appraisal, they offered me below trade-in value and would not budge on their offer.It would seem they lied about the value they would give to get me in the doors, seeing as how my car is in mint condition. They wasted my time and I would not do business with them
Our salesman, Victor Galloway, as well as all who work for Moritz Kia of Hurst. Victor is wonderful, reliable, and down to earth salesman who we trust greatly. We will always go to Victor & Moritz for our Kias. Moritz Kia is a very family friendly, trustworthy, and non-competitive environment amongst the salesman. The dealership came highly recommended and it is very evident why.
Sales staff is not honest or professional. Promised multiple things and never delivered. Brand new vehicle was delivered with many pieces of shipping plastic and tags throughout the vehicle. Also there were greasy streaks/drips on multiple doors along with multiple places where the seats were coming apart. When I tried to advise the sales rep of these issues I got no response.Then on top of it all the dealership sent my title paperwork to the wrong location and I am still waiting to get it resolved.Glad to see other people are having great experiences because mine was horrible.I cannot recommend Moritz Kia due to their horrible customer service and their inability to complete simple tasks.
The salesman we worked with, Keenan, was fantastic. He was really funny and helpful and honest and helped us find the exact car we wanted. He made it the least stressful car buying experience we’ve had. He kept in contact all the time about progress updates and such while we waited for our car to come in. By the time we left with our new Telluride, he was a friend. The whole dealership was so welcoming and accommodating when we brought our 3 kids in. A great experience overall!
Nick is THE Best!! They Always take care of the customer first!! I hear horror stories of other dealerships and the waiting... not at Kia! No matter what it is- they take care of it FAST, politely, and with the best service!! I bought my stinger 3 years ago, and I sing their praises!!! Love my car, the service, everything!!! UPDATE: I called the dealership to respond to my review responder. I was told there is no one there to speak to regarding my review, I needed to call KIA corporate. I called KIA corporate and was left on auto hold for 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. Who are you ghost responder? You should call me.Very frustrated with the service department! Had to leave the car over the weekend, no loner car which was expected based on a conversation with the service rep before the car was brought in. Expected a call on Monday, not Tuesday afternoon with the diagnosis. Still no loner car offered. Now the car will probably have to stay another day due to its late afternoon and I cant get service to call me back, when I call the guy is on the phone. Im not leaving another message! The worst experience with the service department. Never ever will I buy a car from this Kia again!

What a great car buying expierence. I visited three dealerships that day. I went to the other place (shop me 1st, shop me last). What a joke that was. After the test drive, the games and tactics they tried made me get up and walk out. I went to a Hyundai dealership (decent sales guy but still needed to drive a few more vehicles and check out incentives). I ended up at Moritz. I met Scott with one T and the sales manager. They gave me a no nonsense, Awesome deal on my sons new Kia. I cant stand the entire car buying process and dreaded that day for months. Moritz made my decision and purchase easy. Through the entire short process they (sales manager and finance guy) kept coming up with ways to earn my business without pushing or aggressive tactics.Thank You! I am happy to write this review.
The internet sales manager (whose name I dont remember!) initially said the car I wanted (hybrid Kia) wasnt available. He was really helpful and answered all of my questions about the current car market, and was ready to help me look for what I wanted EVEN after he realized I lived 5 hours away and probably wouldnt be shopping at his dealership. When he realized the car WAS available, he called right back and was so excited to tell me he had it! I felt like he really cared, and was happy he could help me. I worked with Cef at the dealership, and he was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable about the car. When we went into the finance office we were helped by another really friendly and helpful man whose name I also cant remember! Im sorry! He looked around for a better interest rate when I wasnt happy with the first one, and found bank with terms that were exactly what I was looking for. He was also funny and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable.
I have to admit my experience didnt start out so well with Moritz kia, with that being said, I would like to thank Curtis McDonald for going above and beyond to make a bad situation a fantastic experience. I had gotten an oil change from somewhere else and was told my rear brakes needed to be replaced immediately. Called Kia and got to talk to Martin who was able to squeeze me into the schedule (the day before Thanksgiving) to have my brakes looked at before heading out of town. My brakes were fine but Martin went above and beyond by not only getting me seen, being done within the hour AND giving me his card in case I needed to contact him with any questions while traveling. I already loved Moritz but this is just another testament to how awesome they are. Thank you Moritz and thank you Martin.
Thomas is absolutely amazing! I bought my little Kia Soul from this dealership about two years ago and fell in love with it. Since driving off the lot I haven’t gone anywhere but here for my maintenance and every single time, with or without an appointment, Thomas is the nicest and most helpful person to deal with. I never feel pressured to get extra things “fixed” but he always gives me full insight on my vehicles condition and options for how to proceed. I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically their amazing service department and I’m definitely a loyal returning customer.
I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication to my needs by all the staff I interacted with while making my purchase of a 2022 K5. Kederick was completely amazing and ensured not only me, but my family were comfortable and even made my 9 year old daughter a part of the buying process ensuring she was happy and asking her what she liked in the vehicle. Not once did he pressure me or make me feel forced in any part of the process and showed he was there to make my purchase easy and put me in the exact vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Zambrano is fast to respond and polite in text. However, in person he treated me without respect. My husband had to leave our meeting halfway through for a family emergency. Once he left, Mr. Zambrano told me “I must be doing it wrong” when showing him numbers direct from Kias own “build and price” website. Quoted me 50% higher per month on a lease-now I’ve never leased before, so I was polite and trying to be educated- I asked for a price breakdown of why it would be so much higher. I was provided nothing. Finally I resigned and said “alright, well thank you, I’ll have my husband call you with any remaining questions” and he laughed and said “well you WONT hear from me for 30-45 days, I don’t need to check in”. Further, I reached out to another local Kia dealer that confirmed all the numbers I’d already found.Don’t buy here.
I cannot say enough good about this place. I was excited to get a new car, but was dreading the process the days prior to going. David Burford is who helped me. I felt ZERO pressure. He couldnt be more kind. This was, by far, the best car shopping experience Ive had. Everyone there is super kind/happy, the facilities are clean, everything is done as quickly as possible....all 5 stars thus far.
This definitely rated at the top of my experiences in buying/leasing a vehicle. The general atmosphere is informal and friendly, and that combined with the tendency of sales staff to joke around with each other and enjoy their work made the whole experience far less stressful and not at all pressuring.
Wonderful experience! Would rate 11/10 if I could! Absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I drove 3 hrs to make a deal at Moritz Kia Hurst and it was honestly so worth it! I ended up with a fair deal and Dwight was top notch! He was so knowledgeable and attentive, patient, and personable; not once did I ever feel pushed or like I was getting screwed over! Daniel in finance was wonderful as well! If you are looking to trade or buy, Moritz Kia Hurst is the place for you! You will leave happy and satisfied knowing you were well taken care of, leave with a fair deal, and having met some great people!
Had a really good experience today when I had to take my daughters car in for service. Nick was great on the phone days prior and today when I arrived. The service actions, engine light & issues were addressed and resolved timely & efficiently. Thank you to Nick and the technician(s) who did the work on her Kia Forte. Appreciate yall.
Nick was great! He kept me informed of my vehicle the whole time, and even had them look over my car again after they fix the problem to make sure my car was in perfect condition. He was super friendly and professional. I will be back and I will make sure to ask for him again.

I have owned a new 2019 Kia Sportage for almost 2 years and never had a flat tire. But as fate would have it I had a flat tire a week ago and to my surprise I had no spare tire which led to nightmare ordeal with a AAA contracted tow service Adams Automotive who also lost my key fob. I called my Moritz Kia salesman who had moved to another dealership but put me in touch with the Floor Manager Demetris. I must give Mr. Demetris great Kudos for first remembering working with me then for making it all right without any hassle. You see I was promised a spare when I purchased the car but somehow it was not put in the trunk. Demetris allowed Service Adviser Thomas to take care of me. They both took a horrible situation and made it better. If Mr. Demetris had not held up to great customer service I would have had to purchase a tire. Both of these men became my Angels with a smile. My girlfriend just bought a vehicle from Andrew. As someone who sells in the industry, I really appreciated his expertise and how easy he was to work with. Made the process as easy as possible despite the circumstances we were dealing with.If I know anyone looking for a New Kia that I cant sell, Andrew is who I will refer them to.
They are always busy, so scheduling service is a plus. That said, service is friendly and efficient with a pretty low key stance on reccomended maintenance - in other words not pushy. I prefer Nick, but the other Reps do a decent job as well. In 8 years Ive been taking my car there Ive only ever had one dropped ball (ordering a broken volume control switch, and it wasnt Nick) but it was a minor thing and they made it right on my next visit. The waiting area isnt the most luxurious Ive seen, but beverages, tv, and Wi-Fi get the job done. Pro tip: use the free shuttle to/from the mall and work in a movie while you wait.
I got a nice call from Steve who had reviewed my previous 2015 optima purchase and stated ‘I think we could get you into a 2018 new one for a better rate...’ I decided to go and see and salesman Daniel and Charwick/business managed pull it off with more features and a beautiful new Optima!
Exceptional customer service from start to finish. My girl and I came to Moritz Kia to look at an Audi A4. Adam helped us out on the sales side of the purchase and Daniel wrapped it up with our financing. They were both INCREDIBLE. We had been to other dealerships where the staff did not take us seriously because we are young. We were overlooked when inquiring about purchasing and pushed to the side as if we were an annoyance. But the staff at Moritz were happy to help us! We did not set even a foot out of the parking lot before we were greeted with a smile and kind voice. All of our questions as first time buyers were answered and the entire process was a breeze. We will most definitely be referring and purchasing again from Moritz Kia in Hurst. I was in the market for a new Telluride SUV and according to their website they had a few in inventory so we decided to head out to this dealership just on that fact. When we arrived a took a few minutes for someone to even approach us and when someone finally did he told us that there were no Tellurides even in stock. Said that if we were interested in buying one we had to pre-order and could take 2 to 3 months,which is understandable with the chip shortage. The frustrating part is their website showed they had 5 of them in stock that morning. Seems odd that 5 of them would be gone in just a few hours.
I contacted Ceferino around 2 weeks ago regarding a specific Kia Soul I was interested in. We exchanged contact information and through text we were able to communicate the exact price I was looking at(including tax and other additional fees) and when the car would arrive. Everything went smoothly until the day the car arrived.First of all, Ceferino arrived 30 min.late to our scheduled meeting time because he mistook our meeting time with another. This dealership is 40 min. Away from my house, so it was a little dissappointing having to wait on my salesperson.Second of all, he/this dealership as he proclaims added an extra window tint and other random accessories that costed almost $1000 more expensive then what he told me. He says he tells this to all his customers but I was never notified until I arrived. I knew something was fishy when the sales price sheet he gave me was more expensive than what he originally sent.Lastly, the $1000 was supposed to include some random pinstripe that wasn’t even on the car when I arrived. Doesn’t make any sense to me and makes me wonder if he added these additional fees last second.I was looking forward to this car for the past two weeks and quite dissapointed for this incident to occur at a “platinum” certified Kia Mortiz dealership
I do believe Customer Service training is needed here! Showed up and you have to sit and hope someone comes up to you to see if you need assistance. You are not allowed to enter the service office to get help per sign on door so i just sat and waited for a man to come up and ask what do you need instead of hi or may i help you or anything nice like that. Then when i told him that i was here to get my car he asked who my service advisor was and i told him and also told him that he was not working and he told me that someone else would assist me. so the person went and retrieved my paperwork and came back and asked if the other person went over everything with me which i said no since he wasnt here and was told that who ever assisted me would go over it with me. that did not go well at all- he came across as frustrated that i needed him to review my paperwork with me and my husband. Well with that done went to pay for my car and the same guy told us to wait outside the office since the casher was helping with someone else and she will come get us. So we sat out there and no one came out and the man came up to us again and said why are you still sitting here and we told him that she has not came out to get us yet like he originally informed us. So we go in to the cashier office and no hello, how are you or anything just the amount of the bill and told me to insert my card and i asked her can i swipe it and she never responded so i swiped it just to get reading that i had to insert the chip. I then told the cashier if she would have answered me about swiping or inserting then we would have been fine. I then asked her if Kia offered any customer service training since the moment i entered the dealership there has been none. Still no response. So after paying my bill i asked about a warranty for the work done and still no response. so we left. Kia robots could have done that job!!!!!
By far the best car buying experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Derrick. Terrific sales rep with all the qualities that make the customer experience excellent. He and the other employees at Moritz Kia made the experience not just easy and stress-free, but actually enjoyable. We went to multiple dealers (including all Toyota dealers in DFW) and every single experience there was confrontational with multiple levels of finance trickery and sales gamesmanship. Thank You Moritz Kia for treating your customers like they should be treated - we’ll be back!
Went in this morning for an oil change and told the attendant to check my ac filter. He later comes and shows me it was dirty. I already knew it needed to be changed. Then about 30 minutes later he tells me my car is done and I can pay. I go to the cashier and pay she explains to me all of the information on my bill. She was kind and courteous. He on the other hand did not mention anything. I sat another 30 minutes waiting for my car and I informed the attendant that I was going to call his boss. Which I did and left a message. This is my second Kia vehicle and the worst service experience I have ever had from a service attendant. Maybe he is new, but this was not acceptable. I hope I never have to encounter him again. If I do, I will ask for someone else.
I worked with Mr. Potter and Robert. They provided me with exceptional service. I had explained that i had gone to other Vanguard Kia in Arlington and i did not like the service they gave me. These guys listened to what i wanted, there was no pressure, gave me more for my trade in. I left with my 2020 Kia Sportage. Thank you Steve and Robert for your help! I took my car in for the first oil change and the service was great! They made the process really easy and quick. Everyone was polite and courteous of social distancing and sanitizing. They had plastic on the seat, floor, and steering wheel to ensure everything was kept clean.
I purchased a used vehicle from Moritz. I couldnt have been more pleased with how smooth the transaction went. I was purchasing from out of state so that can always make things more complicated but Steve Potter made everything super easy. He even made me a video of the car I was interested in to help seal the deal. Charwick in the finance department helped me out on the money side of the transaction. He was outstanding as well. I was very impressed by his professionalism and courtesy.One last shout out and thats to the detailing team. When I took delivery the car it was amazingly clean for a used car. Trai Chavez is horrible. When I pulled up no one was there so I parked. He had me restart my car to move up to him. Then says I have no appointment so it will take 1hr 30 mins. I said I called and got an appointment he laugh and said no way they were booked for 2 weeks. Refused to let me speak to his boss dont waste your time with this horrible place. I have bought 3 cars from here the service keeps getting worst every time. Who do I reach out to I called and said the owner said to reach out was put on hold. Never got to the owner but your responds says owner.
I really love all the reps at Moritz Kia. I love my Kia Soul and I bought the service plan and am happy with the overall service. However (and as much as this may sound petty), when I picked up my new Kia it was at night and quite dark. It wasn’t until the next day that I noticed very odd (and fairly deep) scratches on the back bumper of my new Soul. But I figured I took possession and signed for the car so that’s that. I would try to make sure you really look the car over (and maybe try to pick it up in the day). It’s been a year and 6 mos and the car runs awesome. I will probably upgrade next year and use Moritz again.
I have been a customer of Moritz Kia Hurst since 2012 when I bought my first Kia. I returned in 2015 to buy my second, which Im still driving today. I recently needed to bring it in to be worked on. Since my car needed to be in the shop for a few days, they had a rental ready for me to use while I waited. Their service department is top notch and their salesmen are always great to work with. Hoping here in another year or two Ill be buying my third Kia from Moritz Kia Hurst.

I told him I wanted a small, reliable, and inexpensive car to get me to and from work etc. He already had several picked out for me when I arrived ready to test drive and I instantly fell in love with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage. I went to Kia service for a regular oil change. The latch in the back broke after I scheduled the oil change. I told the service advisor Thomas Miller, he said they might need to order the part. After a short wait Thomas returned saying the oil change was done and they were also able to replace the broken latch. Thank you Thomas for being so friendly. It was a nice to go somewhere to get work done and have a friendly atmosphere.
I purchased my 2019 Kia Forte about 6 months ago with the best salesman Mr. Chris Perry. He was awesome at finding out what I was, and was not looking for. He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Fast forward to present day, I get the best and fastest service done here! Martin is awesome.

Wanted to leave a review for Thomas Miller.I received exceptional service, courtesy and professionalism from Thomas.I was promptly greeted and made to feel welcome. Went in for an oil change and a recall service issue. Even though I did not have an appointment Thomas was able to fit me in. Over all I was in and out in reasonable time.In addition while I was waiting I was offered coffee and made to feel welcome.When service was completed Thomas reviewed the work performed and updated me on the status of my vehicle breaks and tires. Despite the fact that it was raining he washed my vehicle. I especially appreciated that my vehicle was brought into the covered portion of the building and I did not have to venture out into the rain to pick it up.Very pleased with service dept and certainly recommend them. Thomas made my experience very positive and I would ask for him again in the future. I love my Kia Sportage and so far Kia has not disappointed.Thank you Jacqueline
I went to Moritz Kia in Hurst without an appointment because a tire pressure light came on and didn’t go off after temperature changes. I was greeted immediately Andy car was taken care of. Although the light went off when it got in the shop, the technician checked every tire to make sure there wasn’t a problem and then they brought me back a clean vehicle. Everyone is always nice and informative. Great place.

I had major work done and they did a PHENOMENAL job Theres a Kia Dealership about 3 miles from my residence, but the reviews are not good. Great car buying experience. We were attended by Ceferino and he was very patient. Took time to show us the cars we liked. We walked in to look at a used car and walked out happy to buy s brand new telluride instead. Financing process was very clear and direct, but it helps when you have stellar credit.

Could not be more pleased with experience. We did everything via text and online since we were coming from San Antonio. This is the first time we bought a car sight unseen via pictures and the recommendation of the salesman. I was a little apprehensive as to whether it will meet my expectations, but when I arrived I was very surprised. The car was in impeccable condition. The staff was quick and attentive to everything I asked and had nearly everything ready to go when we arrived up Friday afternoon. It was a long four and a half hour drive from San Antonio and we had to get back the same night to care for our dogs so it was important that everything was done ahead of time to wear our time at the dealership was minimal. We were only there for an hour and went on our way. I am very very pleased with this dealership and all of the people associated with it. Granted it is 4 and 1/2 hours from San Antonio but I absolutely will be doing business with them again in the future.
The staff is very polite and got my car in very quickly. I had a ton of recalls that I didn’t know about because I had just bought the car and the dealership didn’t inform of any recalls. It only took 2 hours and they had my car ready and I was back on the road in no time! Great service. I would recommend this location. I live 2 hours away but I’ll come here whenever I need anything else done to my vehicle. Thank you guys so much for the outstanding job that you guys do!
I haven bought a new car in 12 years so it was time. Moritz made it easy and was straight forward with what I was looking at on purchasing a new car. The only thing that I didn’t like was their offer on my car I wanted to trade in. It was way too low and not really willing to negotiate the value on a very good mechanically running car. Other than that I would recommend Moritz to friends and family and I will be back to have my new purchase maintained and serviced there. Thank you!

This was our fourth Kia Soul from Moritz Kia of Hurst and we absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. We knew for at least 2 months prior that we wanted a specific model and color and as it turned out that appeared to be the most popular model and color in the metroplex and they got our car in from almost 230 miles away the same day we made our purchase. Keenan orchestrated the whole thing and from the very first time we were there any time we came in he knew who we were and remembered the details about our plan. We checked several dealerships, but Keenan made us feel like family. Once the deal was consummated, Keenan introduced us to Daniel who already knew our wants and buying history and since it was late he expedited the paperwork as quickly as possible. But again, we felt like Daniel was family. We knew about him and his children and again we felt like we had been treated like we were just part of the FAMILY.

We bought the Tore and Wheel Hazard Coverage when we bought the car. TOTALLY worth it!!!! No unexpected money out of my pocket. In and out in roughly 30 minutes with a brand new tire...Cant Complain!!! I have sent MANY referrals to Moritz Kia, and they all have the same great experience!
My husband and I have purchased or leased six vehicles from Moritz Kia Hurst since 2012, and have always been pleased.Until now.I love my newly-leased Sorento, but since they failed to properly “ground” my previous lease vehicle, Kia Motors Finance assumes it was a ”charge off” which caused my credit score to take a 68-point nosedive. Even though they took responsibility for their mistake, I’m still suffering the consequences as KMF has not removed the negative mark off my credit. Needless to say, I’d it doesn’t get resolved VERY soon this will be my last purchase from Moritz in Hurst.
I had a great experience at Mortiz of Hurst! Scot (with one T) was funny, kind, and helpful. He got me in and out while still getting to know me, showing me features and explain differences in models. He was not pushy and did not rush me. I got in and out quick with a brand new car! Highly recommend!!
They are absolutely amazing! Every experience I have as with Moritz has been so easy and stress free. When I bought my car I was probably the least happy person (my car at the time had literally just died that day and I only had 9 payments left 😩) and they made the experience so much better for me. Every time I’ve had my oil changed I’m welcomed with a warm smile and I know I’m going to be well taken care of. Thomas has been my advisor a few times and I look forward to the friendly banter I get from him and knowing he has my best interest at heart. I have bought both of my cars from this dealership and loved the experience both times. Friendly front staff. I went in to look at trading in my 2017 sportage for a bigger car and worked with a nice gentleman Cody. He was polite and honest about my trade in. Update June 2020:I recently got a new used car from them this month. Kirk was fantastic at helping me out with all my needs. He made the experience less nerve wrecking for me. I didn’t have to get new car right now but the need Out waited want. And he was great at helping me pick out my 2017 Niro. The price was good wished I could have got at 1000 more off but still a good deal nonetheless. Thank you for all of your hard work out there and getting me in to my new car.I had a great experience there. The guy (Nick) that checked me in was great very friendly and knowledgeable. If I could have put him in my pocket and take him with me I would have.. he was very easy to talk to, and a great help to getting my babys oil changed done ✅ really quickly, quicker than the estimated time. I was completely shocked... you all need to hold on to him.. five star service he gives!!! Or I may have to recruit him to come work for me and my company!!

We had a fantastic experience at Moritz. I contacted the GM of the dealership regarding some fantastic deals on the lot, and he returned my message within just a few minutes. Once on the lot, our experience was easy and pressure-free. The entire staff was helpful, and they bent over backwards to ensure we had a high-quality experience. This was also the shortest amount of time Ive spent in a dealership waiting to complete a purchase, so I cannot say enough good things about the speed of the organization. Highly Recommended.
The sales department is wonderful but the service department is TERRIBLE. If you have an issue and you take it in, they can never find the problem, leave the car unsafe, and follow up with awful customer service. They also cannot be professional or respectful to their customers. I am not wanting them to do anything other than make sure the car is safe and not losing power when accelerating with my family in it. They informed me there is nothing they can do about it. The service guy was rude to my wife, rude to me, and was condescending and contained a bad attitude. He probably needs to be the porter and not the face of the service department.
My boyfriend and I looked around the dealership- we were just browsing and definitely dreading being approached by a salesman - since they tend to be pushy or at least thats the perception. Ken Knezek approached us and just gave us an overview of what vehicles were where and their price range. After hearing a little of what I was looking for, Ken made a suggestion- which actually ended up being the only vehicle I looked at and purchased! Ken was extremely welcoming, helpful, and what I liked the most is that he was not pushy. Ken was pretty straight forward…and I definitely appreciated that. Rusty, approached us multiple times through the purchasing process- he was very informative, genuine, and just overall welcoming and helpful. At the end of the day this is a business; therefore, I expected that they had to make a revenue from the sale- with that said- I believe I got a very fair deal. Rusty, Ken, and their finance department worked within my price range requirements and timeline. Thanks to their speedy service, I left the dealership with a new car and still made it to church on time :) These guys were great! They run around making sure customers are helped, that vehicles are cleaned and gassed up prior to leaving the lot- all in 100+ degree weather. The cars do not sell themselves, you guys definitely complete the buying experience. Thank you all so much for the great customer service and for creating a great experience for a first time buyer.
Seller was unwilling to negotiate price, which either means they didnt think I was a serious buyer, didnt want to work a minute past closing time or management doesnt care if their salespeople make money. A warranty isnt a value add if you use it to justify charging more. Telling buyers you will not reduce the price AT ALL is smug and insulting.
I scheduled an oil change on a Saturday and I also needed to change my battery. My service advisor, Thomas Miller, was very kind and attentive and they were able to complete my full service in one hour. Mr. Miller even through in a coupon for the oil change which I really appreciated. He also came and spoke with me about my car and explained everything very thoroughly about pricing before proceeding with any changes.
I have been using Moritz Kia in Hurst since 2015. I bought my first and second car brand new cars from this location, and done all of my servicing at their service center. Never make an appointment, and I always get in and out within an hour! Customer service is always excellent!
My service manager was very polite but I feel that he misled me on two things. He told me that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and it could not be repaired, therefore I needed a new tire. He also told me that my brake pads were at a 2 and that I needed a $260 brake job on the phone. I got to the dealership with my husband and the nail was in the tread not and in the sidewall and was easily repaired at a tire shop.he noticed that on the paperwork the brakes were at a four not a two. The service advisor even said the brakes are at a 4 so youve got plenty of time.
Friendly staff. Took great care of me and my car. I was there for an oil change. They showed pulled out my air filter and showed me how dirty it was and explained to me why it would be a good idea to change it out, or, if I wanted they would put it back. Of course I changed it out. When he brought the bill, he had a coupon for me to use. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the treatment and wonderful service by the staff at Kia Hurst. Highly recommend!!

Wow...this was a great, hassle-free buying experience from the beginning. Found a used car we wanted online and scheduled a time to see it that weekend. It sold earlier in the day, but our salesman Jonathan and used car director Robert searched stock helped us find the perfect (better than the first) car.We got the exact amount I was hoping for on our trade in (I did not tell them the amount I wanted, I just waited to see what they would offer). There were no games, no hidden fees. We found the car we wanted to see before we came in, they had it ready for us, we drove it, were told the trade in value for our car, talked financing (no tricks, no haggles) and then went to see the finance manager.I knew one last sales pitch was coming in the finance office (GAP insurance and extended warranty). Declined both and there was no pressure at all, but the finance officer did work us a great deal on the Kia Wrap warranty which will cover us until the car is paid off. Nick has been a Great Service Advisor for my Mother. My Mother been dealing with Nick since 2012 when she started purchasing New Vehicles from Moritz Kia Hurst. He responds to her calls in less than 24 hrs. Always courteous, explains clearly what is required to complete any service beforehand, very respectful of Mothers time while she waits for her vehicle to be completed, goes over the Service Job including the paperwork when it is all done and most importantly Mother has never complained about Nick or the Service Department he works at! My wife and I had a great experience at Moritz Kia in Hurst. Our salesman, Jason, was really knowledgeable and friendly. He was also honest about our options without us feeling pressured. Once we went back to finance, we had a similar experience with Daniel. Both gentlemen outlined the available add-ons and models but didn’t over-pressure us to upgrade things. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and we are glad to join the Moritz family.
I bought a brand new 2019 Kia Stinger GT with Dania and had THE BEST experience! She was extremely helpful, considerate, and understanding of my budget. I walked out having purchased the exact car I wanted and the dealership even loaned me the same model in a different color for a week (free of charge) while they were waiting for the model with my colors to come in. I usually hate the car buying process but Dania made it painless and fun. Very happy with my car and this dealership!
I can’t say enough about the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ Moritz Kia in Hurst. I am a first time Kia Soul owner & from my initial contact with Dwight Fountain in Sales to my service appointment with Elizabeth Siapkaris in their Service Dept., I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. Ive purchased 3 vehicles here at Moritz and each time their service was excellent! I recently got an oil change, the service representative took complete care of my every need. Wonderful service through and through. *recieved my final oil change from the maintenance plan and still cant get over the excellent customer service I receive each and every time!
I have conflicting feelings about this place. I like it because it is close to the house, but sometimes, getting connected to the service department can be a little frustrating. I tried to use the website to schedule an appointment but was unable to do so. I called service but no one answered. I called back and finally got someone.When I took my car in, they took care of it rather quickly, but getting it in was the issue.
Thomas Miller in service has been helping me with several cars over the last 4 years and has always been straight up and straight forward. Lets me know whats been found what it means and how much with out talking down or talking over. Dealer work is more expensive than some down the street mechanics, but these guys arent that much more. And for peace of mind and resale values take it to the house and see Thomas.
I am always pleased after I leave this place. I recently traded/upgraded my 2013 Kia and was assisted by Sam (Sales Rep) and Jazz (Sales Manager). Both gentleman went out there way to see that I left happy and satisfied with my purchase and decision. Jazz is an awesome Sales Manager who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not rushed or incomplete. I would definitely recommend this specific Kia for making a purchase. Be sure to ask for Sam to help you get started.
I purchased a used vehicle. Ceferino our salesman went way above and beyond to get us into our dream vehicle. From the first time I called from out of town to inquire about it to the time I walked out the door his service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Moritz Kia of Hurst!
My experience in Moritz Kia is good. But thanks to Martin Souvannakane it was beyond good. I was having trouble starting my car in a rainy day due to my (battery) went online that night and got an appointment and the next day first hour in the morning they returned my call to know at what time I will be going in. My warranty did not answered the phone. They allowed me to go home and not make me wait in the dealership. Weeks later Martin contacted me, they talked with the warranty people and took care of my bill. I don’t know if it was because they took forever to answer but that is what I call excellent customer service! I work in customer service and is nice to see people going above and beyond making sure that you are satisfied and happy. I also appreciate when service advisors are honest and don’t try to sell you services you actually don’t need! Hate when they do that and more when you are a woman! I liked that they recommend and I actually decide what I want to do or not to my car and I always double check in my car’s manual and second opinion. I always being the one taking care of my car and since I moved to TX Moritz Kia has been the place to go to take care of my Kia!
I just purchased my first vehicle from Kia Moritz in Hurst. (Only first from them, I’ve purchased many vehicles ;)) I had the pleasure of working with several gentleman. However, this rave is going to focus on Robert Sanders, Pre-Owned Sales Director. He was so nice and professional the entire time. He is knowledgeable from start to finish in the car buying process and can explain anything. He is there for the customer service. He knows the business is there to make money but he truly does everything in his power to be customer first and it shows through his patience, his can do attitude, and meeting any situation and coming out on top for the customer. He put in a lot of hard work but he made it where I came home in a 2020 Sorento. What I felt was against all odds, he made happen. He focused on what I wanted versus what I felt I could do. I was just fortunate to get a vehicle but through his hard work and phone calls, he made sure it was the car I wanted and not one I would be settling on. Through all of our questions and inquiries he never once lost patience, showed any negative reactions, or tried to rush the decision. He went above and beyond what I ever dreamed. Not having the best car buying experience in the past, he truly worked magic and gained a customer for life. There is honestly not enough good things I could say about Robert. I hope my many thanks toward him showed just a glimpse of how thankful I am that he ‘adopted’ my business. I will forever sing praises of the treatment I received from Moritz Kia in Hurst, and more importantly the customer service, encouraging support, and hard work of Robert. When you have sales men, directors, and finance guys such as this, the company shines.
Bought a used car for my daughter. The experience couldn’t have been easier. My salesman, Jesse Gallegos, was very helpful. We found the right car, after 3 test drives. Jesse conducted honest negotiations. They got me where I wanted on price, and didn’t pull any tricks or tactics. Financing was a breeze. Their job is to sell warranties, but I understood that going in. In and out in about 4 hours. These guys jumped through hoops to get us out of there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
My sales representative was Paul Vaughn and he was phenomenal! He worked very hard to get the car and deal I wanted and I was very, very pleased with the end result. Adam in sales and Daniel in finance are the best two auto sales folks that I’ve met in such a long time. They were great to show me the options and focused on what I wanted vs trying to maximize the profits. Thank you and definitely will think about you guys when we need to trade in our Lexus or Mazda.
Buying a car isnt exactly something we were looking forward to, honestly. Jonathan was so great. He really listened to my concerns and requests. His customer service was absolutely phenomenal as well. By the time we got over to Daniel in financing, it was getting to the end of their shift. They stayed past closing to finish up our deal. Both guys had us cracking up laughing. They were seriously so great. My car wasnt ready to leave the lot since the service department was already closed, but Jonathan drove 20 minutes down the road to personally deliver it to me that following Monday. We enjoyed them so much, in fact, that my husband is actually coming back next week to get himself a car too!
Kia Moriiz provides fast and exceptional service. Informs you of any problem before hand and always gives you options of what the most important repair is. The service department excels at this location and technicians are always kept up todate on changes. My favorite service technician Martin S. This is my first car purchasing experience in 8 years. It was stress-free, and the entire staff were pleasant and professional. Daniel Williams, in the sales department, was very kind, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and exceeded my expectations during the purchasing experience. I test drove a few vehicles over a period of a few days, did not feel overly pressured, and Daniel did commendable work in locating the correct vehicle with the amenities I desired. The sales manager, Mike, offered me fair trade-in value for my vehicle, and the KIA/Military rebates assisted in negotiating the purchase price. The sales department was patient during the tedious process of acquiring financing through my banking institution (USAA-what a hassle). Troy, in the finance department, made us very feel comfortable, and expedited our purchasing experience. If not for my banking institution, I would have been in and out of the dealer within 2 hours from test-driving my specific vehicle to finalizing the purchase process. The detailing department did an excellent job prepping the vehicle, including the engine compartment. Daniel noticed a couple areas on the vehicle that needed more attention and promptly annotated the items to be corrected during a follow-up detailing appointment. Daniel also promptly ordered a part for the rear passenger door handle that was missing (discovered the day after purchasing the vehicle).I am very pleased with the personal attention and professionalism I received at Kia Moritz of Hurst. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful, but the personnel at this dealer made the experience quite pleasant. Thank you.
Nick was excellent in keeping me updated on the work and repairs of my Sorento. Of course a huge Thank you to the mechanic(s) for an outstanding labor on my vehicle. My Sorento runs so smooth and there is no burning smell any more. Huge thanks to a wonderful team for making my first visit magnificent. Big hugs next time I come in....without my mask too☺️
Had a great experience, the sales rep was great (David) was not pushy, asked what I wanted and pulled up in the car I ended up buying first try. The process was quick and they took care of getting some dings and scratches out and even fixed a few other things without an argument. (Used car)

The best part of the whole experience was the vehicle pickup. We got through the sales process in probably 30 minutes or less! I would definitely buy a vehicle from here again.

2022-05-29I really enjoyed going to this dealership I recently moved to the area . The first dealership I went to was in Arlington I didnt feel valued as a customer. The only ones that were nice for the young men who put on my license plates. I figured Ill try Moritz Kia of Hurst. They made me feel valued they were kind and courteous. I recommend anyone who needs to have anything done with their Kia should try this dealership first.

2022-07-06Ive been a Kia of Hurst customer since 2015 when I bought my first Kia. Ive since then purchased my second Kia from them. I take both of my cars there to get them serviced and Im always greeted with a smile right away. My cars are always finished when promised. Being a woman, I never feel like Im being taken advantage of or being overcharged.As long as the service stays this way, they have a customer for life here! Thomas served me today and many other times as well. His customer service is amazing!

2022-05-26Had a check engine light come on and contacted Moritz KIA about the issue and found out there was a recall in reference to the engine. They checked it out and found that there was no engine issue other than a software update which they were able to take care of for me. They checked the car out as well and found an issue with one of my ignition coils which is what set off the check engine light. They took care of this for me as well as another issue I mentioned. We were able to take care of this through my extended warranty and I thought there would be a $100 deductible until I contacted Allstate, who covers the warranty, and they were able to move my contract over to Moritz KIA which took away my deductible since I had used it before. All the work was done professionally and as always the staff was as friendly as I remember.

2022-02-28I recently bought a car from Kia Moritz of Hurst. There were some paint Issues with the car but Rob the GM took care of it in a prompt manner with excellent customer service. I also had a great experience with Daniel in finance. I have bought several vehicles from other dealerships in the past but their customer service has surpassed them all. 2022-06-02My son bought a new 2022 Kia Forte LXS. This is his first car so he was a little nervous. Keenan Porter was our sales representative. Keenan was very knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, and answered all of our questions.. He kept us informed regarding the delivery date which changed from 30 June to 30 May which was great. I recommend Keenan Porter and Moritz Kia in Hurst to anyone who wishes to be treated fairly, and wants a good deal on a great car. Great customer service is the norm for Keenan and Moritz Kia in Hurst.
