I let my husband book our stay this time-comin from STL, we had alot planned and I just wanted a clean place...well, he did exactly what I asked lol-Super thrown when we pulled up too! Staff was helpful and cleaned round the clock-anytime we travel, I ALWAYS bring my own sanitizing stuff-i wipe down doorknobs, microwave, remotes, etc....this is literally the first time Ive done so and there was no dirt found(except a few hairs from someone who shaved in the sink)😳...besides the welcoming hair in the sink, i was disappointed the pool looked like it had mold floating and water was green(I actually had my swimsuit ready too lolbvs)!! We also saw our first couples argument here 😂🤣😂-if we get a clean place to sleep, ice machine and entertainment, well definitely be back
Im staying here right now and I will tell you this this hotel is very comfortable and staff is wonderful as a food and hotel critic I would give this ace 5 stars and would actually make it a 4 star hotel in saying that I would suggest a different color for the place as far as smoking goes I never smelled smoke any where lobby is gorgeous with the winding like stairs how they have their setup with things here is great I just know the rest of my stay will be great and for all you people that are looking for a place while on business or vacation this is the place to come I highly recommend motel 6 dont forget its the one right behind winco food store in North Richland Hills as a hotel and food Critic I have to say Im finally impressed with the choice I made
My dad but the hotel room Friday for my family and I could not get the room even tho we booked it online they had his card info but would not run it till he got their even though it was in my name and on top of that as soon as we finally get the key to our room my bf goes up to the room to make sure that it was clean and it reaked of cigarettes and he tried to get us a non smoking and they had one room left and someone booked it so poor customer service we will not be going back
Got the suite room and had no amenities, nor shampoo or soap. No TV guide. Dirty walls. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Left sick and coughing due to asthma problems even though the whole building was non-smoking. Terrible experience and will never be returning.
Staff is very ugly, rude, unprofessional, un-compassionate, rooms are disgusting, locks do not work, mold in vents, mold in corners of carpet, bed sheets were filthy clearly not washed with visible spots of dirt. I would never ever recommend this place. Others has stated they have encountered bed bugs as well.
The price was good, the room was clean and AC worked well, but not on par with what others offer; Other than the king bed, the room looked weird with no other furniture like a sofa desk or lounge chair. The sheets and top blanket had holes and cigarette burn marks. The two hangers were not enough, and one was broken. The bathroom door wouldnt close without putting the basket against it, the towels were very small to use effectively after a shower, and I needed shampoo but it was not available.
Convenient location with many choices for dining, entertainment and shopping. Service is very nice with understanding and accommodating employes. The rooms and building in general seem to have not been originally intended for a motel. The ceilings are very high with small evidence of external wiring and plumbing. The hardwood flooring may be nice for some but found that I could hear everything in the hallway and despite the high ceilings, the guests upstairs. The furnishings were sparse with one bed and chair. No table. All in all good for a quick layover if you do not expect to be staying long. If staying with family or children, pool is very small.

Will never stay here EVER. I arrived Thanksgivingevening with my 3 children and finally got into room. Right away I knew it was dirty and room wasn’t cleaned. The sheets had hair, black smudges and dirt. When I notified front desk they finally agreed to come and put fresh linens on the bed. They didn’t even seem fazed by it. Then I went to take a shower and there was so much mildew in tub , and long black hairs in the towels. Absolutely appalling.There isn’t shampoo or body soap, no hair dryer or even a clock radio. I’m aware this isn’t a 5 star hotel but this place is a dump. Also the vending machines are from the early 90’s and only takes cash? I told the front desk that my young children were thirty and hungry and I’d like to just get cash back from my card so I could buy some food and they refused. I will gladly pay 4x the price and stay at a Holiday Inn or Best Western Plus. Do NOT stay at this location.
Rooms are too hot. The AC is working very poor power. Some rooms smell funny. Some television are not working. Bathroom, toilet, and showers are in good condition and clean the bed are fine...the people working in there are very nice
Walked in, the place wreaked of cigarettes. We decided to go ahead to our non smoking room assuming the air would be better. The bedspread was covered in holes made from cigarettes. I took the bedspread to the desk and asked for another which never came. The door in the bathroom not only didnt lock, it wouldnt stay closed!! We ran the air because it was hot and the windows did not have screens. Probably because the filters had not been changed, after a night of air conditioning, our clothes, towels and hair all smelled like smoke! There was no plug in the tub so I could not take a bath - however, I would have had to clean the tub so it was not worth it! If the carpets, air filters and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, I think I could give it at least 2 stars!! We left a couple days early (because we were dissatisfied) to a Super 8!! Only $30 difference and it was much much nicer!!
The lobby had an immediate, bordering on overwhelming smell of smoke upon entering. The carpet and railings/banisters on the stairs looked like they hadnt been taken quality care of in at least a decade. The lighting was drab and unattractive. It was not a welcoming atmosphere at all.The room itself was sparse and felt cavernous thanks to the absence of any additional furniture beyond the bed, beside tables and a single table below the television. There was no wall art. It was one of the most uninviting hotel rooms Ive ever slept in. The bed was stiff. The sheets felt rough and had several holes in them.Overall, it felt like I was being lied to. The outside looked nicely updated and inviting. But it was nothing more than a facade that deceived the customer into thinking they would be staying at an establishment whose interior matched the clean, updated, inviting nature of the exterior. I will not be staying at this hotel again and in fact it gives me great hesitance to ever stay at another Motel 6 anywhere as I now expect all facilities bearing the name to be just as poorly represented.
Stayed here for one night. The hotel could use some basic painting, caulking and new fixtures but the bed was clean and comfortable. At first they assigned me to a room that smelled like smoke, I told the manager and they switched me to another room. Easy fix.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I am only giving one star so I can give a review. This place is a dump! The walls are filthy. The beds and linens are filthy and full of what looks like pet hair. The room is full of gnats. The refrigerator is moldy and the entire place smells like cigarette smoke, its very difficult to even breathe in there! Oh and theres no elevator or clean towels! This place should be shut down!
Im a truck driver on a dedicated contract in DFW. This had an adequate room. There was a small laundry room, television with cable, Wi-Fi (which for me was a bit slow) microwave, refrigerator, hot water, decent water pressure, comfortable bed. The things I needed for two nights stay. They dont charge a lot and so I dont ask a lot.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Low rate in the area because they do not have coffee maker and iron in the room but I dont use it so dont want to pay extra for it at other motels. Have microwave and fridge. Morning coffee. Clean and comfortable all I need so 5*, AC worked fine. Very quite at night. Had a good sleep
Not your usual Motel 6. This location used to be another motel and it is very nice! I have stayed there a few times and never had a complaint or problem. Well, except one time, about 2 years ago when I used a towel to clean up a spill!! The house keeper must be one of the owners!! She got all over me and told me not to use the good towels for that!! She said they had rags for that and I should ask for one next time😂😂. It was kind of funny. Made me fill right at home. I thought my mama was scolding me!! 😱 This last time I didnt spill anything and I had a great time! I really enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping was wonderful!! If you are ever in North Richland Hills it is a great place to stay. Clean place, friendly staff, good area with a Chinese buffet restaurant right next door and McDonalds within walking distance and many other restaurants close by. If you prefer a simple, selfmade meal in your room, there is a large grocery store just across the parking lot and a Wal-Mart only 5 minutes away. I recommend this place to anyone. My dog enjoyed it too!!
The room cost cheap...However when you open the door, you will shock....The room is big but only one bed and desk with chair..It’s ok for me, however you should have the water heater and the hair dryer in the room.I think the owner are Indian.However this hotel is acceptable for me.Clean, good location.However bad insulation
Honestly, I have stayed here on more than one occasion. This is the first time that I have been anything but pleased. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, which was off putting. Also the neighboring rooms, and the room above mine, and the hall had extremely loud guests, late into the night. Lastly, the room was sparsely furnished, with only the desk to set my things on, and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if this particular motel is under new management, but this experience wasn’t as it has been in the past.
I waited a full 5 minutes at the front desk to check-in and the process with the staff went downhill from there. I did not experience a welcoming welcome. I would say the staff was rude, but that doesnt fit. They were just highly unfriendly and cold. I felt like I was interrupting something that was more important than doing their job and helping me get into my room.The room was adequately clean & tidy, but the shower tub was peeling paint/sealant and I didnt feel truly clean when I got out with a bit of peeled paint/sealant stuck to my foot. Also the checkout time was 11 oclock instead of the normal 12 oclock which I found odd.

The hotel has easy access on and off freeway. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The rooms spacious and clean. It offered microwave and fridge in the rooms. As well had a laundry room on site available. The pool however outside was closed ( being winter).
Very good stay. We checked in for 7 days thought we will get housekeeping service at least 3 times during our stay but they came everyday to clean the room. Very specious room, wood floor, no stinky carpet. Clean quite place. Very quite at night. This motel 6 has fridge and microwave.
I found the room to be comfortable but in need of some major up grades. The property was neat and well maintained but the location did not make us feel safe. We stayed one night and checked out the following morning. We did not have breakfast since only coffee was available so we went and had breakfast before going to texas motor speedway for the race and did not return to the motel.
I dont recommend this place at all. Cheap, but very unclean. We had a family of 4 but not enough pillows and only 2 towels. A/C did not work, shower did not work as handle was broke (just as well since there was pubic hair in the tub - obviously they dont clean these rooms.). Killed roach crawling across my forehead in middle of night. On the plus side, there was granola crumbs, or something, in the a/c unit so if you got hungry you could nibble with the roaches. The office staff were nice but just powerless to do anything. We moved to another hotel (Comfort Suites) while our car is being fixed. A little pricier, but well worth the cleanliness and comfort (and breakfast is included).
The lobby was sloppy with the railings on the stairs loose and can break if anyone put any weight on it. The carpet is old and ugly.The room was smelly like smoke when it was a nonsmoking room. There was no picture on the wall. The blanket had holes in them from burnt cigarettes. There was no courtesy dryer, shampoo, or lotion in the room. It was definitely not home away from home feel.
My experience at this motel was horrible!!!!! Upon arrival we were met at the front desk by a drunk women living in Rm 103 who said the motel was own by her father, the language she used was horrible, the front desk clerk did nothing, he stop waiting on us made her a key for her room and just said oh sorry she lives here. Then we ask for a non smoking room, I dont think any rooms in this motel is non smoking, the smell of cigarettes was every where the lobby, the hall and our room. The room was nothing like the pictures on line, the shower rod was falling the floors were not carpet, they were hard wood, the ac unit had no knobs or screen over the filter, the pillows were small and only had 3 for a king size bed and the remote did not work. We were then woke up at 1:15 am by 2 dogs fighting in the room behind us and people yelling.It was the worst experience I have EVER had!!!!!!!!!!
Booked for 2 nights.. ac worked the first night, laying here on my last night and can’t sleep.. ac keeps cutting off and won’t stay on, can’t open windows, they unlock, but they are jammed shut. Leaving tomorrow morning so no point in even saying anything.
Well the price gives it a five. Pros huge rooms Nice freezing cold A/C ! Thats what Im talking about. Now the downstairs rooms. The same. However you better like the sound of of bowling balls and train crashes from two feet away. Because there is no carpet on the second floor. Not having carpet on the second floor in any establishment is a huge huge mistake. It is so loud it was hard for me to tolerate. ButA/C was enough to maintain Artic like conditions in the room and it was shockingly cheap for such clean Huge rooms. For that..5 stars.
Stains on pillow, bed, sheets, walls, curtain, toilet, table, and couch. No hand soap to wash hands in bath. Smoke smell outside door of non-smoking suite. Extremely unhygienic lodging especially during COVID times.
Terrible customer service, motel 6 is usually a great place to stay but this location was a terrible exception. Overcharged me and was rude about giving me the pre-booked price and cost them my business and this bad review. Zero stars if possible
The remodel job was done quite well, though the building still has the leftover smell from the fire or whatever it was that happened before Motel 6 bought it from Country Suites. However they did an excellent job remodeling the rooms and its cleaner than its ever been.
I was given a room that looked nice. Clean and well accommodated for what I paid. Settle in to find that tv was on for a reason. It would not turn off! Not only that, the volume didnt work! Too low in the daytime and much louder than you would want to sleep at night. Have stayed at Motel 6 for over 30 years and have excellent things to say. As of my last 3 years, ( the Ft. Worth area on I-35W especially),I have found that Corporate Motel 6 is more interested in selling franchises than making sure the franchisee keeps up the Motel 6s good reputation. Have never been acknowledged for my issues nor compensated for all my bad experiences. I hope somebody turns Motel 6 around. Not like it used to be.
Your staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was disappointing to find the pool was not available especially with Summer coming and in Texas. However.it appears they may have taken this into consideration on the pricing. Also I am disabled and they arranged for downstairs non-smoking room. I have 2 recommendations that might improve visitors stay. A local phone bbok and a bathtub stopper.
I knew that it would be a cheaper option nearby where we needed accomodations. That being said, thats about the only convenience here! Scratchy worn surfaces on the tubs, and no plugs for the drains. We had to check them out, and were told to not overfill the water. Even when checked out, we got a sink size that did not fit, so we had to go get another tub size one. Some darker spots of moldy looking surfaces were seen under the soap ledges, and we found a pubic hair in the tub. Cigarette burn holes in the blankets on one bed, noisy thin walls between rooms. Very unfriendly lady at the front who would not even come out of a back room to the desk when I rang for service, until I banged on a door and started yelling for someone when I needed some change for the vending machine. No one is permanently manning the front desk at all! The ice bags are too small to fit in the ice buckets causing them to have to be stretched and nearly tearing when placed inside the bucket. Not very sanitary if there is a hole in the bag, and icy water touches the bucket surface. I was patient until I had to stand at the desk ringing a bell with no response, and then getting a not so patient response, as if I was bothering her!! We booked multiple nights. Probably will not again.
Room was warm and took a while to cool down. The pillows were flat. I looked like mold in the tub under the wash cloth rack. The best part was it was cheap and they allowed my dog
I asked The new girl who wouldnt take me ID from my phone what the difference was between this and the physical copy and she tells me because I need to scan the back of it so I pull up the pic of the back of My ID do she can and she gives me yet another excuse
The Motel 6 was stuffy as soon as I walked in. The room was remodeled however not to its fullest. The sheets had holes in them. No one was ever sitting at the front desk. The pool furniture was broken and discolored with ants all on them.We only stayed because our AC unit went out at our home.There was no home feeling about the motel. The ice machine ran out of ice, again no one was at the desk. My wife is 9 months pregnant, the stairs railing was unstable, wabbled as she walked up.I wouldnt recommend to stay here unless updates are done.
We would not recommend this location. We received several calls asking when we would be arriving, even after we told them on the first call (around 4 for an approximate 8 or 9 pm arrival). He was very rude on the phone.When we arrived, I was informed that I had to pay a SEPARATE charge of $6. 78 because he claims I didnt put 2 people on the reservation online when I thought I did. My email confirmation only showed room and night info not people number. And he refused to show me anything on his end. He also insisted it had to be 2 charges on my card not one and refused to give me a receipt saying it would be on my bank info.The entire place had an odd smell as well as mold near the window. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone at all just because of the clerk. Very rude man from the minute you walk in.
I work for a fortune 500 company. I can honestly say that the stay was disgusting. Nothing looked liked the pictures. Strong disappointment. The smell was horrible. You walk into the lobby and it smells like Marijuana. Change in management might help improve location.
Ive stayed at this hotel a couple of times and its ok. The rooms are ok, sometimes the ac and heater work, sometimes not.The walls are thin so you hear everyones doors open, walking,talking.There was a spider last time I went, and a man beat his girlfriend or whatever she was, he tried to jump from his second floor room when the police and ambulance came, they caught him. I wont be staying here again unless I have no other option.On the plus side , staff is friendly.
The worst hotel ever! Stayed her for several days and barely survived. The maid is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. The smell of this place reeks of marijuana and shady people everywhere. Do not stay here!
This room was to be non smoking. Price was higher than another location. Beds were comfortable but room smelled of smoke. We always stay Motel 6. Pet policy is awesome.
Building is easy to get to and conveniently located. Lobby smells vaguely smoky and could probably do with a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. The room was spacious and comfortable, though.
The Decore and Cleanliness were up to par. However I rented a room with a King and a Pull-out couch that had a couch that was so fubared that it would not even pull out. They sent an employee that had obviously just had knee surgery to check if I was just incompetent and could not operate said couch bed. He was barely able to climb the stairs and definitely not capable of pulling out the bed if it was brand new. They had no other rooms available with the same amenities so we ended up just putting the fold out mattress on the floor. Was not offered any type of compensation for there not being able to provide what was agreed on?
The bedskirts were filthy. The sheets WERE clean, though. I checked the bottom when I got there. The tv remote was literally broken in half. The outside window was very dirty. The toilet paper was off the spindle when we got there and we had to hold down the handle on the toilet so that it would flush all the way.
When I arrived at motel 6 it was ok walking in then the man at the counter was nice but very hard to understand what he was saying and how much the room was. I asked if they had an elevator due to being on a cane/wheelchair and no access for an inavalid in the motel except for the parking lot. I then walked 2 flight of stairs with my cane,he didnt give me a 1st floor,and the room was ok looking but when I turned the a/c on it didnt work and there were no towels in the bathroom! I called and got my credit card back and told the man that Im very disappointed and wanted to leave I was only there for 10-45 min got my credit back and went to holiday inn instead!
Everything was pretty comfortable about the room. The heat was on throughout the night and when I got up to turn it off it wouldnt go off. After pushing the off button a couple times the heater let out a bit of smoke. I just unplugged it for the night and it worked fine the next day.
Stayed here many times. Always nice stay. Free wifi works fines no issue. Morning coffee before I head out for office. Very friendly and helpful staff. This place does not do extended stay but that is not my issue as their prices is cheap. Front desk clerk was very knowledgeable, knows the area very well.

Quiet location. Fair price and comfortable rooms. Not as fancy as the newer motels but still comfortable and clean. Our stay was uneventful and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again.
We know to always check hotel mattresses for signs of bed bugs. Weve never found them before, until now. Those things are awful to deal with, and I am concerned that people will unwittingly stay and bring them home. We needed a hotel that would accommodate our great dane for a night, but left after finding bed bugs in two of the rooms. 109, and one across the hall. They said theyd bring in pest control, but beware and check your mattresses anyway. There was a partial mattress cover on the top mattress, and a zipper cover on the box spring. The first bug we found was inside of the zipper cover, meaning it had holes somewhere. Not good. Sorry, motel 6, but thats a huge issue.
Every room I went to smelled like a dirty sock. I had to go buy some glade to spray the room. Dont get a room downstairs or by the entrance or back doors. The drug addicts will keep you up all night and nobody will stop them. If you wish to rest go elsewhere.
It smelled so bad! We reserved a NON SMOKING room, but we might as well have been smokers too! It was awful, it stunk so bad, the smoking rooms smoke was coming through the plug outlets! Wouldnt ever stay here again!
Room was large and spacious, with a microwave and refrigerator. It was a bit noisy during the night. My biggest complaint was the smell of smoke in my nonsmoking room. I could smell the smoke on my clothes after I left the room.
Worst motel ever. Dirty doesnt even do it justice! The entire motel needs a deep cleaning inside and outside. WIFI didnt work and there is no noise breaks between floors or rooms. Noisy and dirty describes my miserable 3 days at this motel.

Rooms are good size. Rates are good. Blankets and sheets need to be replaced. Cig holes in them and random stains. Staff is friendly. I stay here a lot and they always work with me.

The reason this place can be budget friendly is that its a heavy transient area where multiple families are living here. not conducive to regular travellers. not safe as the area makes you think. dude tried to tell me my bag was his and tried to intimidate me.
Facility needs repairs but it looks like they are trying. Internet was unreliable, deadlock on door could not engage - striker plate wasnt even close to the right place.Service was first rate. All staff was prompt and polite to any issues.
Smells like a retirement home, not many channels to choose from on the tv, no free breakfast, but there is plenty of places to eat near the hotel, over all service is pretty good
This Motel 6 needs a lot of improvement before I will stay there again. The motel is showing signs of deterioration in maintenance of which there seems to be a lack of. After reading the reviews of others there seems to be a definite pattern for disregard concerning issues previously addressed. IF Motel 6 has franchise standards, THEY would do well to consider removing this facility from there family of motels...just saying

Just took time out to figure out how to write a review because people need to be warned about this place!!First of all this place the side door is rigged to be open without a key so anyone can enter. the stair case looks, feels and smells like its going to fall apart the smell I couldnt figure out the whole place smells so bad I was first on the second floor (its only a two floor hotel) but NO ELEVATOR anyway the room I was in at first smelled so bad it had hardwood floors and there was a sofa in it just the smell is horrible but I was planning on staying a weekend so I switched to a two bedroom suite this is where I discovered the smell problem. on the hallway down stairs there is BLACK MOLD WITH FUZZY STUFF ALL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE WALL this is disgusting !!!!! the room was small for a suite it did have two TVs one in bed room one in living area but the smell over takes everything I bought free breeze and a candle and it didnt even help. to top it off going to my truck I seen someones car had just got the window smashed this place is horrible I had my 10month old and I couldnt keep having him in here the smell and the mold is horrible all of our clothes ended up smelling like this place. & the washer and dryer doesnt work .its cheap but just DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE MOLD INFESTATIONA few days after I left I seen in the news the place got robbed with a man with a gun!!!! STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS TRASH

The staff was polite. The room was OK. Needed a little paint job. The tub was chipped. And there was something missing in the ceiling fixture of the bathroom.
Outside very nice and clean the lobby and the stairwell were also very nice and clean but the room there were a lot of holes in the walls and in the doors no shelves in the drawers or nightstands and the people staying in the room next to me literally kept me up all night long because they were blaring music and sounded like moving furniture all night
Awesome priced room. Rooms are beautiful HUGE! AND CLEAN! HUGE ROOMS. FRIENDLY GUY AT THE DESK. HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY TV AND THEY WERE RIGHT ON IT.! I come here a lot.

Great price, great location. Stayed multiple nights. I liked it. Housekeeping wasnt very nice, argumentative at the least; however it didnt change my opinion of the place.

The room that I was in during stay was great. Let it be known I cant believe that it was as spacious Aditya was. I have to admit that I felt like I was in a suite and not a regular room. Ill definitely be back again...
Smelled like a camels ass, our 4 yr old woke up with so many bed bug bites it looked like he was shot with an automatic paintball gun, all nite long it sounded like we were n county jail. really??? I cant believe we let these hajis make money off us while providing a stankn ass insect pit to sleep in. pathetic and disgusting is an understatement but us letting them get away with it is even worse!!!
I would give this place 0 Stars. The staff is very RUDE and I would recommend to anyone not to get a room here, you will regret it.
I’ve always booked thru Priceline have traveled to quite a bit of places and have always used my fathers card no issue this was the only place that gave me an issue I was 8 hrs away from the person they wanted the Id from with $65 cash to my name and had to use my cash money to book the room or I was going to have to sleep in my car... I didn’t book directly with them so it shouldn’t matter the cards matched last name matched I’m an authorized user on that card but nope was still left in an ugly predicament... staff was very inconsiderate of the issue even tho I told them that I wasn’t from around there....
Very huge comfortable bed, quite, alot of food places around as well as a near by Starbucks... Children 17 and under stay free and it was affordable was very pleased over all.
I did not stay here I stopped with a flat tire I was trying to get help the staff was very friendly one of them even help me change my flat tire and then let me borrow their phone it was very clean and pleasant atmosphere. If you need help I would recommend going here from my experience.I would recommend it for a stay too.

You literally get what you pay for. This place provides the absolute bare minimum for a hotel; a room with a bed, TV and a (filthy) bathroom. We were planning on staying 2 nights but bailed after the first. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

2022-03-24Horrible. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Smells like pee/nursing home. It’s not bad when you check in but at night those bugs come out dude. Absolutely gross. I don’t know if there’s bed bugs but probably. They have never swept under the beds fr. We left that night. Definitely don’t recommend.

Toilet continuously stopped up and they barged into my room 40 minuets before check out, yelling at me as if I was late getting out of there but even if I had been that STILL was completely wrong and I am still shocked that they treat paying customers this way as it was totally UNACCEPTABLE behaviour. I would strongly not recommend anyone wasting their money on this place.

2022-04-14I have just had back surgery and asked for extra pillows. The front dest person lied to my husband (after he saw an entire tub of pillows) and said they didn’t have any. When I called to ask why the person that answered told me to count the number of pillows in our room. I guess they will leave the light on but screw you and your comfort.

2021-03-10We had an issue at our house so we were using this hotel for the restroom facilities. As soon as you walk in any common area here, you are hit with the smell of weed and it never goes away. Fortunately, our room didnt smell but once you sit on the sheets/bed they had a musty smell. The room wasnt fully cleaned when we got there. Also I noticed throughout our time there randomly the light would be on and I always turned it off before leaving and furniture was moved... this was during the day after the room was serviced. So someone was entering our room for no reason. Also they do not have do not disturb signs anywhere to put on your doorknob. Pay the extra couple dollars and do not stay here!

2021-06-08Probably the absolute worst room ever! We checked in and went upstairs to the room (no elevator). The room was bare, no pictures, bare walls that seen better days. The bedspread was well worn, had holes in it and blood stains. Sheets looked dingy.Had a small fridge that was in desperate need of defrosting and a microwave.There was a TV and a wooden chair. No dresser, no desk. End tables had lamps and no drawers.We noticed the door was warped and wouldnt take much to break in as you could see the latch.This looked like something youd rent by the hour, if you get my drift.We were only there an hour, mainly to find other accommodations.Thought Motel 6 advertised a Clean comfortable room .Probably will never trust another Motel 6.

2021-07-20I didnt get any bathroom amenities. My pillows had black marks all over on one side, but they were flipped over so you couldnt tell unless you flipped the pillows over. There were 3 police cars out front arresting someone when I checked in.
