***BUYER BEWARE*** Do not purchase from Motor Home Specialist.Giving 1 start because I cant give anything less. We were pressured for a quick decision in order to get the coach to prep. Once at prep your deposit becomes non-refundable. At 3pm the day before pick up we received a call the unit we were purchasing had AC and slide issues so they wanted to swap units. After already getting the run around during financing and being pushed to make a quick decision they now wanted to delay delivery for a week because they didnt have time to get the new unit through prep quick enough. Fast forward, the next day we arrive for the walk through. There were a few red flags during the walk through (bathroom door didnt close, blinds fell off, unit was not cleaned prior, rough sound when cranking engine, screws all over the ground under the tires) but didnt really think anything of it because what else could go wrong, right? We head in to sign paperwork to finalize the deal and go outside to drive off and the check engine light is on. Was told its a sensor and we are good to go home. Apparently the local Ford dealer would reset it for us. Fifteen minutes down the road we lost all power and couldnt drive the coach. Thank goodness we made it safely to a parking lot. An hour later a tow truck is hauling it off. Needless to say, we drove home without a coach and now have no idea when we will see it again.I find it hard to believe they did not know the check engine light was not on prior to signing the paperwork. Unbelievable they even let us drive off the lot with the check engine light on to begin with. Feels like we were had and they were just trying to get rid of us. Also unbelievable both brand new units had issues. Do not shop here and beware of any products manufactured by Forest River/Entrada.

I liked their selection and I was ok with nobody following us around. I actually prefer looking by myself. But it would have been nice for someone to have at least approached us with a welcome and maybe a card and a phone number. We are still looking

Ted was an excellent sales rep. We drove in from Pensacola to buy our RV. He made the process easy, and our RV was checked out and ready to roll when we got there. We were given a training session to familiarize us with our Coach. We stayed the night at their campground just to make sure everything was working like it should. The customer service was great especially in this day and time when many of us feel like that is a thing of the past. Great Prices!

Cheaper dealerships are not always a better value - lesson learned. We drove to Texas to take delivery of our 2022 Nexus Rebel. The best part of the process was Leslie — who handled our titling, she was great and a strong communicator. Sadly, the titling taxes were under-calculted by $967. Likewise, the unit prep was severely lacking. We received 2 ignition keys for the unit, one works. This is not something that one would typically double check when purchasing a brand vehicle. They noted issues with the outdoor kitchen slide out components and other trim problems. We were advised by a Sales team member that such details were better handled by us, locally — as it would mean weeks in their shop (after the paperwork had already been signed). We were strongly advised to purchase a starter kit from their store of hoses, power adapters, TP, septic conditioner, and a hose. The adapters did not fit our electrical cable, the hose is a $20 value at Walmart. However, the TP was actually RV specified (considering the high cost of the kit, I guess having something usable is a blessing). The unit is shedding screws like crazy and underside wiring all had to be re-secured. I had to re-secure the exhaust pipe for the onboard generator - after our 800 mile trip home. We seem to have a power drain/short on the chassis batteries that will probably require a visit to the International dealership (along with resetting the stability track system). I think the RV will be fine in the long run … but there will be a good deal of detail restoration and adhesive along the way to “fine”. I feel most of the issues being dealer prep / manufacturer considerations. If you use this dealership, plan for a day of inspection, and a then couple days for remediation before signing the purchase documents.

The buying process was smooth, Billy in finance was able to beat other competitors on terms. Robert our sales rep was responsive. Josh Geisler was attentive and helped fix any issues we saw overnight while staying in the camp ground. Chris S saw us having some issues when hitching the trailer and he quickly stepped into help and replace a blown fuse. Now on the road out, excited for adventures!

So….we’re in California. We took a leap of faith and made a deal on a brand new, in-stock Forest River Forester Class C. The airport shuttle driver, Tom, was a very friendly and welcoming man. We arrived at the dealer and Brandon, the sales rep, shuttled us to our new RV. Within 10 minutes, my wife found water stains on the cab roof fabric. We then found fresh caulking around the exterior of the cab. They tried to sell us a brand new unit with obvious leaks. Brandon admitted the leaks. They offered no apologies. Brandon was simply desperate for the sale and pushed us to look past the leaks. Tom, the friendly shuttle driver, is now giving us a ride back to the airport. NIGHTMARE experience! I mean absolute NIGHTMARE! Do your due diligence and inspect every little item.

Very, very poor customer service. I brought my RV to their site to be sold. I followed all their instructions completely. The RV was inspected, accepted, and the RV with all the paperwork accepted by the company. I live 7 hours from this company. I had hired someone to drive it to the company. The RV is a Newmar in great shape. The engine light needs to be reset or replaced, as this company knew up front and told me they would handle the issue. After the drivers of my RV left, only then did I receive a phone call from someone else that I had to pick up the RV to get the engine light reset/replaced elsewhere.I had been explicit about the engine light prior to hiring a driver to bring it in and was told it was not an issue, only to be told differently after the RV passed their inspection, they accepted it, and the hired drivers had left.Wasted $1500.Very, very poor customer service. Depending on who you talk to, you will be given different instructions.Unethical working company..I had come to them only as a recommendation from a friend.It was an extremely costly and stressful experience working with them.Seller beware!

Sales were fine but warranty service was terrible!! Be aware that they will lie to your face about the service work they have completed. We were told that they replaced parts and they didnt. They had 3rd party peole do repair work on our rig and not warranty their work. They also kept our rig for over a month without doing any work or ordering the parts. We went up the chain only to found out no one cares about returning calls and is okay with documented lies and horrible customer service.We ended up upgrading our rig and opted to drive 200 miles further to a different dealership to avoid dealing with them. We bought our RV from them over a year ago. A few weeks later after you bought it we took our first trip. The RV leaked water on the inside. We called and said we had a leak. They said for us to bring it in but we had a few trips planned we are in the RV park business and needed it for RV resort research. We brought it in and they say they have fixed the leaks. So we took it on a tree and it was still leaked now they said it is from the roof and that’s not covered under warranty. This RV leaked from day one and is still leaking inside the RV. I would caution you from buying anything from this place.

Is there a negative star? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyer beware. Once you sign the dotted line you’re on your own. They sold me a trailer with a broken door and promised a new one would be delivered to me soon after purchase. They also sent me on my way with the wrong spare tire. Blamed the manufacturer. Been told multiple times that those are warranty items and that they have submitted a request to the manufacturer. That was nine months ago. Now they won’t respond to me at all. Not even the CEO of the company. I will update this review if I ever get a response or taken care of. As of now I would recommend running far far away.
