Everyone at Mountain View was great to work with. We only had a few days to find a house but Colton and Michele really came through. Colton knew what we were looking for and they really made the best use of our limited time. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to answer questions before and after the sale was a bonus.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Michelle Foster. She went above and beyond daily for us. She responded VERY well and VERY quickly to our frequent text messages with questions. We were searching for our “forever home” back in West Texas and she found it for us! We had been looking for a home for more than a year prior to finding Michelle. We had dealt with 4 other realtors that didn’t seem to have time for us or were slow to respond…..like sometimes 2 weeks to respond to questions we had! Michelle was a God send for us. She is a “go getter” and I swear she doesn’t sleep! She is amazing and I promise, you won’t be disappointed! She deserves your business!

When my mother passed away in Alpine, I was worried about how to manage the listing and sale of a home from 3500 miles away. Michelle was recommended to me by my momʻs head caretaker and sure enough, she was excellent. Calm, responsive, well-resourced, clearly at the top of her game and also kind enough to take the time to hear our family story. Michelle handled the ins and outs of the listing and sales process so deftly that I felt like I was in the hands of a seasoned pro. The house was listed in September and by October it was sold. I am still amazed at how smoothly it all went. Thank you, Michelle, for doing your job with such quiet skill and evident knowledge of the process. I worked with Jami Gray at Mountain View Properties and she earned all 5 stars. Jami was quick to respond to my phone / text inquiries about a home I wanted to see. Then she got me in to look at the house in short order by juggling her schedule to accommodate mine. She knows the local market, she was fun to work with, and she understands the nuts and bolts of buying, selling and everything in-between. (Not every Realtor does -- I know because I used to be one.) After finally settling into my new home away from the Big Bend I believe it is time for my review of my experience with Mountain View Properties (MVP).I happen to have the distinct privilege to actually list my residence for sale on the eve of the pandemic. Having lived in Alpine for over 20 years I was making a move out of the Big Bend area. I had several choices to select from, but I went with MVP due to their reputation.I was not disappointed.Immediately MVP assessed my property, worked as a team, and listed my property. I am especially thankful for Michelle, who performed Herculean tasks to get my property sold. She knows the area, knows, the realty business, and has the knack to immediately build a rapport with people.Michelle did her part and consistently showed my property. With her knowledge and obtaining instant and honest feed back from potential customers, she was able to have a come to Jesus meeting with me. She told me the way it was.
