I really enjoyed my experience at this shop. There are a few good clock and watch repair shops around town. I went to this shop looking for someone who could repair my mothers old clock for Mothers Day and couldnt be happier with the service.
The representative replaced the battery on my watch right then n there done in a minute and great price for it too.
Every Time I Have Visited, It Is Closed! Strange Hours. Was Looking For A Shop To Replace Glass on My Citizen.

2020-08-31Brought in a pottery designed battery operated wall clock that was not working consistently. The mechanism was replaced and the clock repaired within 20 minutes time while I ran a nearby errand. Quick, competent, and reasonably priced service. Thanks!

2021-07-28Tim is a true clock maker. Outstanding service combined with second generation knowledge of his trade. I have a 120 year old German wall clockthat was in need of someone with his skills. I’m glad I found him, and I am very happy to have the clock up and running on the wall again. I would totally recommend this man and his shop.

2018-09-05I brought an oversized clock to a clock repair store on West Avenue. The female owner didn’t see anything and then asked for $125 just for initial service. The repair wasn’t included.So I went online and searched another place for estimates. I bought this clock to Murphy’s store. The owner is real old fashion but has a good heart to help with his clients. He let me know that how will he fix my clock and how much cost will I be looking at. It turned out that he offered me a fair price that I can afford. Thank you so much!!The owner has a golden retriever who loves greeting their clients too!!

2020-10-15Sooo, I Decided to call to see what it would cost to get a battery changed in one of my watches. When the gentleman answered I asked to whom am I speaking with and he said “this is Murphy’s. “I said I understand sir just was asking for your name so that I know who I’m speaking with. He then decided to continually hang up on me when I decided to call back and say I have tour number stop calling me.Not sure what I did wrong. Just wanted to know his name lol

2016-10-03Went there to repair the silver wrist band and change battery on my wrist watch. He was very honest with me. The most interesting part was that everything was accomplished in a reasonable time. Charge for the service was fair. Highly recommended.

2013-02-07Extremely satisfied!! Tim fixed a chime sequence problem on our antique mantle clock caused by another clock repair shop literally within a minute. (other shop stated that the problem was not repairable after 2 days of working on the clock). Honest and extremely competent... you can trust him with your priceless antiques!

2021-02-08I had 3 watches that needed the battery replaced. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and you cant beat the price. Well definitely be back!

2021-02-22Called. Their message said they are open until 5pm and gives no option to talk to someone. Drove a decent bit out of the way, only tk find that their new temporary hours are until 2pm. Pretty lame.
