I called My Home Pro to diagnose my washing machine issue. I really appreciate getting the reminder text messages of my appt. I also really appreciate knowing the name of my repair person and the 20 min window for his arrival. Jose was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable about my problem and answered all of my questions completely. I was very pleased with my experience with Jose. Would definitely recommend!!
Poor quality of inspection and reporting fraudulent findings. I have used them for refrigerator inspection and person came and opened the backdoor of refrigerator and reported dust there. As per them, inside the back panel of a refrigerator which is screwed and closed, there shouldnt be dust and it is lack of maintenance. As per manufacturer manual - consumer shouldnt open back panel by their own, they should aware of such basic details. Based on this poor reporting and work - I have to re-do this inspection. tried contacted them, yet to get an response.
Unit was not cooling properly, and called on a Sunday expecting to get some voicemail or answering service. Instead I was able to get a person right off the bat and get unto their schedule the next day. Leon came out and was amazing and professional throughout the service and even came by for a quick follow-up to make sure the issue was resolved. Its really hard to find that level of customer care anymore, and will always use them again going forward!
Leon, with My Home Pro, was very professional, on time, and very thorough. I have limited knowledge of an AC unit, but even before Leon came out to my house, they tried to help me over the phone to solve my issue. I will definitely use My Home Pro for my future needs.
The technician took great care of the replacement parts on my Kitchen Aid cooker. I would definitely contact My Home Pro in the future for appliance care. The office was very helpful and clear on scheduling, I would be happy to contact My Home Pro for estimates on their other services in the future.
I have used MyHomePro twice. Once to fix my Whirlpool Microwave and the other to fix my Kenmore Washer. In both cases, the technicians were extremely experienced, professional, followed COVID protocols and fixed my appliances beyond my expectations. I figured with my washer that was 10 years old, I was about to need to purchase a new washer. Not the case. MyHomePro made my Whirlpool Microwave and Kenmore Washer come back to life. I have been exceptionally pleased with MyHomePro service and the front office communication with me throughout my repair journey. Maverick is wonderful. He explains exactly what needs to be done and how it will be done. Great job, patient and always very courteous. He is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. He has been to my house several times for different issues and I know when he shows up the job will be done right.
I had to get my washer fixed and Jose came out and got the job done. Although we had some hiccups in the process, Jose reassured me that he was doing his best to get the job done in a timely manner and he did just that. Thank you, Jose for your great work and keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
We had an excellent experience with our MyHome.Pro service technician, Jose. He got right to work and found out it was a faulty micro-switch. He had a spare in the van so the replacement was painless. Soooooo happy to have a fully functioning ice dispenser after 16 months of moving ice from the ice maker to the bottom frrezer drawer!
When Art came out, he checked the attic and outside carefully. After he determined what type of rodent/s were there, he made a recommendation to us for treatment. We agreed and are now waiting for him to come set the traps as part of phase 2 of our plan.Hes a quiet, polite gentleman who is helpful and answers our questions respectfully. He gets an A+ for service!
I called the company about the wildlife in my attic and they accommodated me by getting Art here pretty quickly. Art arrived on time, wore his mask, wore shoe coverings and was very thorough with his inspection. He found the problem and knew the exact solution! They were awesome!

2022-05-21Contracted with MyHomePro in January for weekly pool cleaning.Spa empty one weekend when arrived from trip. Fixed on Sunday-Thank you.2 weeks later come home from trip the day pool was supposedly cleaned and the pool was dirty and valves not in correct positions.Called office, sorry Im the only one here can you call back Monday??Call after hours tech who says he was at my home and 1st says he didnt shut off skimmer. Then says he did because the pump wouldnt prime. So instead of correcting and notifying me he left pool dirty and skimmer off. Invoice sent of course.He then says I emailed you to let you know filter needs cleaning. Now they are the pros who provide weekly service and tells me this.The tech doesnt call while at home to give me the opportunity to approve any work. Those who have pools know the filter doesnt get clogged over night. So why not advise when above 20 psi not wait till at 30 psi.He then notifies me the filter cleaning is not part of the pool cleaning process. But they will do it if you approve. OK fine but why walk away while your at home and not solve the issue?Not sure why I am shocked at the terrible service it seems to be par for the course lately.Get in get out and please dont expect me to do more than expected because its Friday and I want to be home early today.Good luck using this corporate company!Franchise owners only seem to care about going home early on Friday! Find another company!

2022-01-29Do NOT use this company for appliance repair. I am on week five of trying to get a washer repaired. They ordered the wrong part and will not take any action to fix the situation unless we call them. The front office management is un-responsive and un-helpful.

2022-02-08This is the 2nd time that I have had to rely on this company to fix my refrigerator (only because I had already purchased a warranty with my refrigerator). They do not communicate with the customer on delays on parts. When it comes to getting the service done they do not accommodate with the customer on days for repairs, if weekends are best for you, they do not work on weekends. I had an appointment scheduled for an AM repair and they sent me a confirmation message for a PM appointment, when I called to get it straightened out they could not honor the original time that was sent via text.

2021-08-31I have been very satisfied with the service by Kendrick at MyHome.Pro. Several weeks ago he came in and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator immediately ordered a part to replace. He told me upfront that it might take several weeks to get the part and noise was the issue at the moment I was good with that. Once the part arrived an appointment was scheduled the following Monday and Kendrick arrived on time as scheduled to replace it. He did so quickly and we are very happy. It likely depends a lot on the representative you get so we are happy to recommend Kendrick at MyHome.Pro

2021-10-01I have used My Home Pro on several jobs dealing with appliance repairs and I have been more than satisfied each time. I have found them to be attentive and knowledgeable to the needs of the job, able to to take care of my of whatever the problem was. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

2021-07-22I would highly recommend MyHomePro for home services. I currently use the company for pest control and do not have any issues with bugs in the house. I have used the company for air conditioning repair as well. They fit me in on a hot day when they had a full schedule so that was very much appreciated. They have repaired my pool pump from the February freeze and were $350 cheaper than another quote. Lastly, after the pool pump was fixed, I needed the Pool Rescue services to get the water clean and ready for swimming. Douglass did an excellent job of getting the water perfectly clear, showing his knowledge of pool care and his attention to detail.I would recommend reaching out to Layne at MyHomePro as well for any services you may need for your home. He is my go to person for all things home repair!

2021-10-15One of our A/C units wasn’t cooling, so we called MyHome.Pro for help. Leon came out to diagnose the issue and refilled the Freon. Game me a lot of info and was very honest with no upsells. We’ve had very mixed results with A/C issues since moving to Plano, and I will definitely give them a call when I need help in the future. 👍👍

2021-08-31These guys are awesome! Our ac was not cooling our business and customers were not happy so i called and within an hour on a Sunday someone was sent to help us. 2021-08-25I purchased a dishwasher from Rodenbaughs and adddd the warranty since it was a very expensive DW. I actually forgot I paid for the extended warranty. Rodenbaughs reminded me I was covered when I called to schedule service. After 4 years the dishwasher had a water pump hose leak and flooded my house. Insurance covers the floor damage and luckily the 5 year DW warranty picks up repair cost. Myhomepro was assigned to do the warranty repair. They were very professional, very prompt, and accurately diagnosed the issue. They were able to replace the entire water pump assembly quickly. Both techs that came to the house were professional and skilled. My experience with Myhomepro was outstanding!

2021-01-04Maverick, the technician who called on me was on time, very professional, very friendly, and knew exactly what to do to fix my refrigerator. A part had to be ordered, but within in two days of the original visit, the part was installed, and my refrigerator is working again.
