National Signs is one of the most professional Houston sign manufacturers in the business. I have collaborated with them on several projects and found their people to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sign design and production. In particular we worked with National Signs on church signs and digital signage for a large Houston church. We provided our turnkey digital signage content management service which proved to be a win-win situation for all parties. I would highly recommend National Signs if you have a large scale multi-location signage project or just need church sign or led sign for single location. They can do it fast and produce the best quality you can find in the market.
Used National Signs for a sub-contracted sign in Fort Worth. Andrea the account exec was extremely helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend National Signs to any company with illuminated and architectural signage needs.

Debra and Erica have worked very deligently to get our new building identification up on our Furmanite Port Lavaca, Beaumont and Baton Rouge locations. I called 6/1/16 around 11:50am.to talk to the sale department. The agent who picked up the phone was rude with attitude!! Everybody can have a bad day, however if I was a supervisor at National Signs and my customer were calling me for a $15,000 business, I would have made sure to put a nicer person on the phone. The first impression was terrible so they lost my business.
Used their essential shields services for my store. It was super easy, fast, and the shields turned out great. Andy was especially super helpful!

2019-11-20My sign shop has done 8 jobs for this company, helping make them look good. Its now been 5 months with NO PAYMENT on any of them. Their excuse we pay when we get paid but wont tell me anything else and gets very rude when we question it, blaming it on their own upper management decisions. Do you really want to deal with a company that can not pay their vendors? SHAME ON YOU NATIONAL SIGNS!!!

2019-05-08I found this company after working with two bad experiences with other sign companies. I worked with Rebecca Bruce, and from the first time I contacted her to the day the sign went up, she was responsive and professional. They got me the sign I wanted without and provided full service installation. They got the sign permit for me as painlessly as possible. When issues came up during the install, the installer, Jassen, was quick to react and David, the install foreman, was out the next day to discuss how we could fix the issue without having to build a new sign. Every issue we had there was plan on how to fix within a day and a fix within two days. I barely had to lift a finger for anything. A project that took two years with other companies, only took me four months with this company. Every person I worked with during the project was professional and responsive. When I need a new sign, I will be going to National Signs again.

2021-12-08Our business in the Heights opened without a sign due to misinformation on their timelines. It was very inconvenient and caused additional expenses to us. Would not recommend doing business with them.
