If you are looking for a pestControl service there is no need to look further. Sabrina answered the phone and understand and acknowledged the urgent nature of my situation and responded accordingly. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about services needed and offered. Then Michael came out the same day to do a home inspection and pest control for rodents and roaches. He is a highly qualified professional who is beyond thorough and passionate about his industry. He is the guy you want at your house, I am grateful to have found Naturan.
I hired Natran for my parents, and my mom normally doesn’t do reviews, but she asked me to write a review based on her experience. She liked the professionalism of Jeremie and how he spent time with her answering questions and explaining the process in detail and the expected outcome. Her broken English probably didn’t make it too easy for him, so I appreciate him taking the time to walk her through everything.
Max was just awesome. He was completely honest with me about the severity of my crazy ant problem, reviewed the notes of the previous pest control company we had been using, and gave no BS advice. Plus, he was really professional, personally charming, and clearly extremely knowledgeable about insects. This is a technician who loves insects and wants to help you preserve beneficial ones- he knows all about butterflies, bees, good spiders and how to keep them healthy... its not all just about evil ants and scorpions. I highly recommend this company for straight and knowledgable talk about your bug problems.

Great service! Jeremie the technician was very knowledgeable and professional, he helped me understand the dos and donts and how to keep my Newbuild house free of pests. My wife and I are expecting and we also have pets. The green company is very pet and child friendly so we didnt loose time from our daily lives. For privacy and out of respect for your property, technicians do not open closed doors so you gotta let them know which rooms you want service in. Price is great, and includes unlimited follow-ups. What I like about this company is that they use clean and natural products. It’s important for me to not have any harsh chemicals around my house and yes. Michael with Natran Green Pest Control is helping us remove a carpenter ant colony that moved into our attic. Scheduling was quick and easy; pricing was transparent. Soon after his first visit, the carpenter ants and all the insects we were seeing around the outside of the house dramatically dropped off. It was a huge relief. And knowing the products they use are natural and meant to be safe gives me peace of mind for us (humans) and our little dog. Would recommend!
Quick, easy and very helpful! When I first called natran, I had already called 2 pest services before them to price check. Natran was the only company that talked with me over the phone and eased my concerns. Had the better prices over the other 2 as well. And the best part, they’re green so I don’t have to be concerned about my dogs! Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased that the products used are minimally damaging to most wildlife. They worked with me to spot treat the exterior to respect my pollinator flower beds and only treat areas away from them. They were just as conscientious on the interior to stay away from areas that might impact my aquariums. Jeremie was very courteous and professional.
We have used Natran for 4 years at two different homes and are incredibly happy with the service. The technicians are always timely and courteous. I had an excellent technician, Jeremie. I showed him the wasps nest that I made the initial call for and he explained how he would handle them, but was frank that they would likely come back due to the pheremone trails. Thats ok, nature is nature. I also went ahead and subscribed to their bimonthly treatments since I do get bugs around the house. I asked to clarify their methodology and where and what they target each visit. I also noticed a few dirt-caked holes on my stucco and asked if it was something if concern, and he promptly explained what they were and also assuaged my fears of termites. All in all I highly recommend the service because of their knowledge their natural pesticides. I have a dog that I would not want harmed as he rolls around the grass.

Without a doubt, Natran is the best pest control service I have ever used! We had a really bad mosquito problem that made spending time outside miserable! I did not want to have smelly insecticides all over the lawn and plants. Max with Natran completely rid our yard of mosquitos and has a system that controls their populations as well. The coolest thing is that they use people, pet and environmentally safe methods that really work! Do not hesitate to call them!

After having used Natran in Houston for several years, we were really excited to find them in Austin too. We live out in the country with an open area for hundreds of feet into woods behind the house. We saw wasps and evidence of rodents, and of course the house pests that come into an unoccupied home. Max and Adam came out and assessed our problem and gave us a fair estimate for sealing up the house and ridding us of the pests. They have been exceptional about the timing of visits to continue to keep us free of unwanted houseguests! We have moved in and are very comfortable now. Thank you Max and Adam!

2022-06-09Michael was really great, he explained the whole process in a way that was really easy to understand and was obviously very knowledgeable about the green products they use. He also let me know any problem areas to look out for. This company puts little sensors in possible high traffic areas so they can see what kinds of bugs are getting in and tailor the service, which I have never had another pest company do. Overall a great experience!

2020-10-07I had initially reached out to Natran for services after seeing their truck around my neighborhood and noting that they practice ‘green pest control’’. During our first phone conversation, Max was happy to spend time explaining all the products Natran uses, the history of the company, and the values behind their ‘green’ business. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and very quick to respond any time I’ve had an issue. During his first visit, he uncovered a load of wasp nests that our previous pest control company had missed. The level of service I’ve received and the quality of products used makes me a very happy and loyal customer. I’m glad I switched!

2021-11-24The process from start to finish was professional, informative and unhurried. Sabrina was a great first contact and was able to clarify the entire thing. Jeremie was equally professional and told me every step of the way what he would be doing - then did it. I will have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks then will recommend these guys to the house buyer for future reference. The issue, by the way, was carpenter ants. Jeremie went up into the attic for the sake of being thorough. Great job!
