Ive had Natures Own Pest control treat my old wooden bungalow a few times during my ten years of owning this house, and they have never been anything but awesome - punctual, thorough, honest, affordable, and fair.During my recent battle with horrible little German cockroaches, Mike went above and beyond in ensuring that they WENT AWAY. That dude even disposed of a dead rodent that he found while treating my house.... Mike is a rockstar.The office staff are fantastic as well. Every call is handled with complete urgency and friendly professionalism.I hope to never use anyone else!
When we moved into our new home, we had a serious ant problem. It was important that the company we chose used all natural products. I had Natures Own Pest & Lawn Service do a complete inspection of my home. They identified some areas of my home that needed immediate attention around our kitchen sink. They also identified entry points around the perimeter of our home that were giving the ants access. We were convinced after their thorough inspection that the regular service plan was the best option for us. We have been using them for the past year. Our ant problem is completely under control now. I am reviewing Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services because i had an above average experience when hiring this company. Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services became known to me when I searched local pest control companies on Google. They were coordinated and by the books 100%. I was able to schedule an appointment for pest control on a Tuesday at 2 P.M. The technician, Todd showed up on time and explained the process to me in a professional manner. Ive experienced condescending explanations in the past, so thankfully Natures Own didnt stoop to that level. They were straightforward and easy to work with. I signed on for yearly pest control.
James and the crew at Natures Own was able to come by the house the next day for some ant control. Very professional and courteous. They got the job done very efficiently. Good price. Will call again in the future if needed.
I have been using Natures Own for over a year now. I am very satisfied with their quarterly treatments. My technician, Ryan, carefully explains any solutions to issues I mention putting me ease for the safety of our pets. They spray the entire exterior perimeter and ground providing a solid barrier against invading insects. The interior treatments include all baseboards and major entry points further strengthening the exterior barrier. Lastly, their chemicals are natural and safe on top of adding a nice minty smell. I will continue to use Natures Own going forward.

Today Henry came out to our home due to a pest problem. He took his time to diagnose the situation, to remedy this situation, and then come in and explain to us in detail of everything going on and how we can make it better. I feel kind of bad for assuming someone would come out drop a few traps and hand a bill over and take off as soon as possible. My old thinking could not be further from the truth. I am blown away by the professionalism, and customer service this man showed myselfand my family. Our neighborhood is having sewer renovations thus forcing critters away from their home and into human homes. Anyone I come to contact in my neighborhood, or anyone I know period will be quickly referred to this outstanding company. I badly wish all service providers would go above and beyond like these guys. I really hope someone from the company reads this because with as much as everyone complains about everything now, they should be willing to complement outstanding service.Last I want to comment about the very reasonable rate for this problem. I own rental properties and one of my tenants moved out leaving the place infested with bed bugs. I have never experienced that before, so I had no idea what to do. After trying numerous store bought products that never worked, I called Natures Own. They informed me of everything I needed to do before the technician arrived, so treatment could begin immediately. My property is now bed bug free and ready to rent again. Next time Ill skip the store bought solutions and call these guys first.
Purchased a Groupon for the chimney service. I called in mid-July and it was perfect timing, because I got an appointment in early August on a day I had off. The chimney technician, Ryan S. was fantastic. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and was very, very tidy. I know that I needed to replace one of the panels due to crumbling, and was happy on how he described the process.He also got on the roof and inspected the outside. I will definitely call and use this service for the repair. Strong recommendation for the chimney cleaning and this company.

Nature’s Own is a great company. I really liked the professionalism they showed in offering their services. I hired the company to plan and maintain my lawn. Previously, I had a lawn that had no plan and was poorly maintained. When I heard about this local company that offers lawn maintenance services, I decided to try them out. I like the new plan they set for my lawn. They have quality machines to carry out their functions and hence the end result is amazing. Giving 5star to Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services when i was staying in Austin TX i would wake up in the morning with bite marks all over my body. I was advised it could be bed bugs bite marks. I called Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services they send John over who examine it and notice traces of bed bugs. Right away he called his office and asked to start the process. The price was reasonable but my concern was if the chemicals they would be using around my house are safe. I was assured of this by John. They have been a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to others for the extremely professional, caring, experienced and results oriented
Pros:Natural pest control (smells great)Kills bugs...mostlyCons:Customer service - For my experience, they have not actually listened to my concerns when I call. I have called to cancel service due to 2 things: 1. they come unannounced/scheduled a treatment without me knowing when, so our whole house could not be treated even though that is what I pay for (which they may have a new system for now because I had an automated call this time), and 2. I have had the person no-show twice, so I waited at home for the 3 hour window for no reason.When I called to cancel service the first time, I was told to send an email. I did. I got a call about a month later saying that service was coming in a few days...what?? I guess the email did get read. So I call back and talk to a manager who cancels it for me (said nothing about an email that time - i figured since he was higher up, it was all good). Again, service comes unplanned for... So I dont know how the heck to get out of this never ending pest control!!! I have called and emailed, but get mixed messages depending on who answers that particular day.Also be aware, they will probably have you get in on a contact for a year of service. So, just know ahead that you are committing...and then the service never cancels no matter what you do.Again, their pesticide works well and the techs I have had are all nice and great. I just think that they could do better about communication by 100%.

I was very impressed with the tech, Marcello, when he came out to close up some holes where rodents were getting into my house. He took time to explain to me what he was doing every step of the way. He was polite and he worked quickly to get the job done. Ill be asking for him the next time I use Natures Own. Job well done!

Pest control treatments are fairly effective. The issue is the front office. The technician will show up without an appointment. After a few conversations, they agreed to schedule an appointment only after confirming it with me. This worked for a while, but service has returned to unscheduled visits. Make sure this level of service is acceptable before signing the contract you will be held. Also recommend not giving them your credit card as they will charge you for the unscheduled visits whether they complete the full service or not. If the full service is not completed (only outside completed), it will be your responsibility to schedule to service the inside.
We had some spot treatment for several termite conditions on our house and I just wanted to let everyone know that Nature’s Own Pest Control did a wonderful job. I just bought a house in and have seen horror stories about termites all over the area in the news. I knew I needed some termite protection for my peace of mind (my OCD mind)... So I googled some pest control companies and asked a few coworkers who owned their own homes. A few folks mentioned this place so I gave them a call.I called up Natures Own and they sent out a guy for a free inspection. I work that M-F grind and they were happy to come check out my place on a Saturday. Dude was super nice and did an inside out inspection while specifically enlightening me on the different types of termites I might encounter (my main concern... I can handle the roaches myself). Ended up getting the full termite protection and Im happy I did. Its like a little extra insurance on my new home, thats apparently in the heart of termite country. Ill take it for the peace of mind!!

I was having an annoying issue with bed bugs and not sure what to do, I decided to call Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services and see how they could assist me! They came in and used some safe, non-hazardous chemicals on my mattress to attempt to eradicate the pests, and they were successful! Im happy that I selected NO for this job and Ill continue to use them if I need to!

After having bought a building with a web hosting partner, he discovered the building was infested with ants & roaches and contacted me hysterically. I told him no worries, Ill find a Pest control business online and Ill have them out as soon as possible. While searching I found Natures Own Pest & Lawn Services in Dallas, TX. I read their reviews and their website and natural products for pest control seemed the logical choice for us. Our staff will not be bombarded with harmful chemicals. They did a full inspection inside and outside, plus made sure all potential entry points were closed. Were only a 2 weeks into their regular services and no more ants & roach complaints. This company did such a good job well be discussing their lawn services in the future. A+

Natures own has been serving our home for the better part of a year. Since hiring them the amount if bugs we have had has reduced significantly. We never have to worry about an invasion anymore. Staff is super friendly and professional. Product is eco-friendly and has a minimal scent. We have nothing but great things to say.

I recently had some ant problems in my kitchen. I had a regular quarterly service on 7/27th and a follow up service on 8/6th. However, the services did not solve the ants problem. When I called again for more help, Nikki said that by law they couldnt come again for the treatment until one month later. And then she claimed the reason their treatment didnt work was because I used the ants spray on my own. My question to her is this What should I do when your services are not working and you refuse to come again to help? Do I just let the ants proliferate in my kitchen for one month? I simply couldnt believe the poor attitude she had. She left me no choice but to cancel the service with the company.

This was my first time having to use Lawn services due to my divorce but they provided an excellent job.Their services are affordable and they answered all the questions I need in regards to the chemicals they use. Poor communication. My 4 pm appointment, changed to 4:30 appointment was not explained to be a window for the Tech to arrive. He finally came at 7:28 pm (previously reported as a no-show after 6:30 pm) Im disappointed in Natures Own Services. $99 for lawn aeration. Essentially 90 % of the service was performed after dark. We had already marked our sprinklers (8 zones) took two of us 45 minutes the evening before to place over 40 flags. Even with our markings, he still ran over a drainage pipe and broke the top. Got his equipment stuck and we had to provide a large pry bar to get it loose so he could finish. If this had not been done by us, he would have been here well past 9 pm. This is not acceptable. The owner called me on Saturday afternoon begging me to change my review from no Show. I still give them one star for lack of communication; failed appointment time; performing service past dark and general lack of caring. I will not have them return. By the way, this lead was generated by Home Advisors. I had posted for a quote by a company that was located in Carrollton, and I got a phone call from San Antonio # 210 - he said he was responding to my request for a quote. I dont know how this company scooped the lead from Home Advisors when I had intended to do business with the Carrollton company - that was another bad communication - I was left no way to contact them to verify who they were; they did not respond to my phone request to call me back.
I had my initial appointment with Natures Own and the tech was late. I had to be in Granbury by 5:30 so he called to let me know he was on his way but cutoff time was 4:45. He sprayed the outside of my house since I was not home and another appt. was to be setup later for the interior of my home to be sprayed. I got a call 2 Sundays ago on Aug. 1st to make pmt. and at that time I requested and appt for the interior of my home to be sprayed. I was given Aug. 9th and no one ever showed or contacted me to let me know they would not be coming. I had another appt. scheduled which is next week sometime but where I live its like living in a forrest so we have lots of bugs and wild animals...today I had bugs in the shower w/ me. Im really pleased with the exterior spray because we are finding dead bug but I desperately need the interior sprayed. I call today and the operators were busy...Im pleased and would really like for yall to continue exterminating but I would like to understand what happened on Tuesday because I waited all day long. I highly recommend Natures Own this must be a glitch. Thank you!

A lot of people dont realize just how difficult it is to treat pest problems. Even with harsh chemical and proper care it can still take a while for the problem to resolve itself. Natures Own does a fantastic job. They are professional and prompt. Id recommend anyone giving them a chance.

I have never used a lawn service and his by far has to be the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I should never have called your company to treat our house for pest and lawn because we still have fire ant in our lawn because my children and myself got stung as well as the weeds and brown patches...even just after your most recent visit. Not to mention the iron hat was used on the first visit to instantly green up thto grace that was not cleaned properly and left rust spots stains on our sidewalk and pavers in our back yard. Im not sure who all these rave reviewers are are hat they are having done, but I will never and I mean ever let you company step foot on my property again. You have ruined my lawn!

One of your drivers were driving on highway 80 today going through Sunnyvale at 1230 like a lunatic. Swerving left and right through traffic that was already going 15 mph over the speed limit. He was at least going 100mph. Probably one of the most dangerous drivers I have observed in Dallas. Didnt cut me off but cut off tons of people in front of me and tailgating like crazy. Hes a high insurance risk that if it were my company I certainly wouldnt tolerate.

2018-06-06Natures Own did an awesome job! My wife and I were more than satisfied with the service we received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very friendly service, very knowledgeable, and very informative. The owner went above and beyond the service. He inspected the whole house to identify problem areas, informed me of things to look out for and how to prevent issues in the future, and treated my entire home, inside and out. After he left I started seeing bugs coming out of everywhere. I could already see the treatment working on pests around the house. We received a great service at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be asking for their services again in the future. if needed.

2020-02-24I cannot say enough about how professional, kind and informative our service with James was. From the over communication via email/text and calling to ensure we were prepared for him, to him wearing foot covers while in my home without me asking, to providing clear and honest feedback on our chimney - we felt like we were in the best hands and in the presence of a true expert. His level of customer service went above and beyond and is something you dont see very often these days. It made our experience so easy and we will definitely use him again and would recommend James and Natures Own to anyone needing chimney servicing.

2018-02-02If you have pest infestation in your home, Nature’s Own Pest & Lawn Services are the right guys for the job. I had an issue with rodents in my house, so I called them two months ago, and their response was excellent. I didn’t have to wait all the day long for them to show up. They arrived on time, and they carried out the job at hand seamlessly and professionally. I will definitely be contacting them in future if I have a similar problem. Highly recommend!!

2017-03-22I have found this company to be very responsive and awesome with amazing employees. My experience with natures Own Pest Control Company was a superb experience; this is due to their technical know-how and their prompt service delivery which is rare to find from service companies. They took their time to explain what insects are particularly troublesome at the period and they proactively dealt with the particular problems. They were always responsive to my questions in a comprehensive manner. I judge this company based on their personality and service; I am very impressed and will always use them again and again! I highly recommend this company.

2018-03-06I have been customers of Certified Pest Control for over a decade and we love them. Nature’s own pest control is quick and friendly service! My appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived on time. He surveyed the situation, made several recommendations and presented me with a couple of options to choose from. Definitely would recommend to others!

Their service has been wonderful and we have not had any major issues since starting their service. Highly recommend!

2016-09-30I really enjoyed working with them. I moved my aunt into a new apartment that had a large cockroach infestation, Natures Own came quickly and cleared out the problem. Their chemicals are safe for pets which was important to me because my aunt has two sweet little dogs that are very dear to her.Their rates are very fair compared to competitors and the staff was polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

2017-09-15Incredible service, value, and response time. Natures Own did an excellent job removing the pests that came in my mulch bags. They also were able to treat my fruit trees and prevent any pests from damaging the trees in the future. Their staff is amiable and professional. I highly recommend them.

2018-12-30I recently was made aware that my house had a small termite situation. This was not good news & I was very anxious about it at first. As you can imagine, Im thinking worst case scenario & my house was going to fall apart at any moment. After asking around & getting some friend referrals, I contacted Natures Own Pest Control. They were extremely friendly over the phone & offered to do a free in-home estimate.Natures Own was able to come by fairly quickly. Their technician did a full inspection that took about an hour and provide us with a quote right away. He was also kind enough to throw in a full house treatment for the inside & outside. Luckily, I was told that the termites had more than likely not done any significant damage and this was actually extremely common in our area.We did get a second opinion from another reputable company, but they happened to be several hundred dollars more expensive & didnt give us much confidence with their level of knowledge. Natures Own was able to schedule an appointment for about 1 week out.The work was performed over a two day period. The men that came onsite to do the work were very friendly, professional & worked quickly. They actually had to drill holes about every foot or so along the garage walls & around the back concrete deck. They filled each hole back in with concrete. There were several very small holes drilled inside where our drywall was. They also filled those drywall holes. We just need to paint over them again. Not a big deal. They were careful to vacuum up any debris that was left. I literally did not have to do any cleanup once they were completed.Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I wasnt wild about the cost of it, but it really is a lot of work. I will more than likely use them in the future for any standard bug spraying. Since they did the treatment a week ago, we havent seen a single live bug in or around the house.

2016-08-01I love pets. I own several pet dogs and cats. This means I must ensure their good health and that they are not infested with ticks, fleas or such other pests that readily invade our pests. I recently noted that my pet dogs were heavily scratching their bodies to the extent of hurting themselves. After a keen look at them, I noted there were ticks and fleas moving through their bodies. I quickly called Natures Own who sent their staff to examine my pests. They confirmed that my pets were infested with ticks and recommended to treat them instantly. They sprayed my home completely. I waited to see if their program worked and it did work marvelous. One thorough spraying restored peace in my pets. I was happy for their quick action as well as affordable prices. I also loved the fact that they use natural methods to deal with pests and this very safe as far as health is concerned.
