Didn’t have what I was looking for, but still a good store.
I stopped by the store today for a simple exchange. The gentleman that helped me was the manager and his name was Tre, I believe. He was courteous, helpful, and very kind. Never been to that store before but I’ll be back because if Tre. Great customer service! Thanks!
We went today looking for new shoes for my 5 and 7 year olds. I wasnt very impressed with the selection and felt like most of the kid shoes had very little arch support.
We love New Balance shoes! My husband has to wear extra wide shoes and New Balance is one of the only brands that have a great selection of extra wide styles. Not to mention that their shoes are super comfortable! This store location was excellent. I will definitely come back to this store.
Chris & Chuy went out of their way to give me great Customer Service. Ive tried many brands over the years, New Balance in my opinion is by far the best, and to my knowledge the only American-made running shoes on the market. Great great quality! Definitely give these guys a visit and see what they have to offer.
I was looking for a size 15. They informed me that they only get one size 15 for each shoe and the attendants looked up which ones they had them in stock for. Friendly and happy to help, and despite there being a lineup it dissolved in no time.

The staff service is Good and providing best information to the customers.The shop located in the Aallem mall is having big parking area.
I went to this NB store to purchase (2) pairs of running shoes and to take advantage of their Buy 1 Get 1 50% off sale. However, when the cashier rang up my purchase, one of the pair was on sale for 25% off, which negated the buy 1 get 1 half off. What a scam. I wasn’t expecting to get 50% off the discounted price just the 50% the second pair as advertised all over the store. So, I cancelled my transaction and had my wife return a pair of shoes we had just purchased for my son. So instead of a $250 sell, they got 100% of $0.
Good deals on good sneakers. Not the most stylish selection but practical. Good for people who are looking for comfort especially for walking for long periods of time. Staff was friendly and eager to help.

I was able to pick up some great fitting fitness shoes at a good price. New Balance is one of the few manufacturers that makes a wide shoe, so that is a huge plus.

2022-04-07I Purchased a pair of shoes at the Allen new balance outlet store. After wearing them at home I decided they would not work. I live three hours round trip and did not want to drive back to return them. I spoke with Jesus, the acting manager, and he was beyond helpful. He sent me a label, which is normally not done through the outlet malls, and alsoWent out of his way to assist me with my refund. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and helpful Jesus was with me during this entire transaction. Thank you again Jesus

2022-09-07UPDATE: Per previous review replacement shoes in 2E ordered Mon and arrived by UPS on Wed. Really good service. And if I need to return the latest shoes I can do so for free by taking them back to any NB store. Second visit was Labor Day 2022 to get replacement shoes for walking. Same shoe models as regular store just not the latest model/style which OK with me. Save money. First came here last year to get replacement shoes and got two pairs which finally wore out. Limited stock of 2E (wide) which I must have. Plenty of D size (medium) on hand in different models and colors. They have generous return policy so I bought one pair and tried them on walking around home. They didnt fit right so I came back hoping to get best size but not available. No problem. An employee who has worked at store since opening took my return, got money back. And then placed an order for correct size which I should get within a week. Sweet. 2021visit:Yes, they get 5 stars when they have just the shoe I want and size (10-2E). Wide size are tough to find. And the shoes were $30 cheaper than buying the latest edition. And I spotted a future trail shoe and would have bought but the guy in my size cleaned them out. Darn! Helpful staff going into back looking for more shoes.

2022-04-10Three employees at the check out stand, all on their cell phones. On a Sunday afternoon, when its crazy busy. None of them even look up or ask customers if they need help. Very poor management.

2021-08-20Found a grat deal on perfect dark calf length socks that can pass as dress socks.Very supportive for athletic walking and tennis, but not so thick they cant be worn with regular shoe or boots.A bundle if 5 pair for around $15.

2021-03-31Nice store. Nice employees. Didnt NB start out as a walking shoe? Only 1 ugly brown walking shoe to choose from. I did end up buying running shoes tho I dont run, I walk. Even tho this is an outlet store, I didnt find the prices very low.
