Theyre nice, overpriced. construction is horrible.. cant even open my drawers or medicine cabinet..been living with mold for Months and has not been fixed. somehow water goes threw the wall when raining... thank god we dont have washer in drying in our storage closet.. (filled with mold) even had a maintenance guy come LOOKat it and said damn thats is alot of mold... restrooms have leaks on ceiling also creating mold. ..... sons closet in his room has mold....made plenty plenty of work orders. and nothing. .... cant wait to move!!!!
The management dont keep their promise. I told them I ma new to the USA and submit all my documents. I was told they have rental agreement for 6 and 12 months. I requested for 6 months and then they call me you have to sign for 8 months. I forced to be agreed and then they increased the deposit because I didt live in the USA before. I told them at the beginning and submit all my documents. They charged me $50 for processing of my application. They kept changing the request and they should pay me back my $50 but they didnt.I dont recommend this complex.
David is the friendliest man in the office. Really quick repair service, and they spray for bugs. The pools could be better cleaned and theres a wild cat problem. The inside of the apt. Are nice and fairly up to date.
Friendly and helpful. Thank you Marry for helping us lock in a place away from home while here in Baycity working. Its a nice place, reasonable rates!! And thank you for working with us on a lease that was reasonable for our duration of stay, good people and professional. Once again thanks!
Maintenance was slow to fix problems and they try to make you pay for two months utilities at the end of your lease.
Lived here a couple years. The best Apt complex in Bay City. Nice staff and great rent prices.

2022-02-11The people in the office are very polite and helpful. Apartments are nice. The community is kept clean. I like how each section of the apartment complex has there own pool. Super convenient drive from the apartment to H.E.B.

2022-01-31My fiancé and I went to look at the apartments when it was pouring down. Chey was the one who showed us around. She was so sweet, answered all of our questioned, didn’t pressure you and took her time. Definitely recommend looking and asking for her!

2022-01-28Extra fees to spray apartment, they dont spray. Extra fees if electricity gets turned off even if it was the electic companies mistake. Put work orders in dont get done but get marked as done.

2022-02-11Nichols Square is a clean and friendly apartment complex in Bay City. The staff is very attentive and takes care of their tenants. I definitely recommend making this your home.

2021-03-01These apartments were by far the worst I have stayed at. The only reason I am placing one star is because they painted them on the outside. Besides that, any repair orders would take more than 2 weeks to be done. They still have yet to fix the seal on the fridge that won’t keep anything cold. The apartment window has a hole in it that they did not fix. The way I received the apartment was in dirty conditions, and roaches are a consistent problem. The staff isn’t any help either. All they ever seem to say is “we are doing the best we can” which is nothing at all.

2021-05-27You get what you pay for. Julianne is super helpful but other than her good luck. I’ve asked to have certain things repaired multiple times and generally takes maybe 3 tries. I’ve had water come into my bedroom from the window frame every time I have checked while it was raining amongst other items. Right now I have mushrooms growing from the window frame where the water came in which I was told would be fixed yesterday but still nope. I’ll post photo of the little mushrooms in the photos section.

2021-02-19Horrible place ! They charge you for pest control every month but we didn’t get any service at all. There is roches every where even after cleaning. Mold in bathroom, closet. We treated for mold with our own money. They don’t help for anything. Every time we complain about something they just like “ I apologize “ and that’s it. I don’t recommend this apartment. We don’t have water for 7 days and they don’t care.

2019-08-20Lived here for a year or so. When I first moved in they did not clean the apartment properly. Literally roaches behind the refrigerator, the tub needed to be replaced, they did not even vacuum. I have lived in apartments around the country for the past 10 years and 1 thing I have learned is to vacuum the day you move in to see if they cleaned the carpets. They did not. Take pictures! I did! The neighbors would leave their trash on the porch and smoke everywhere. I left that place cleaner than I found it. There are better places in the city.

2019-08-02Lived here for a year it says family friendly but its not no where for kids to play for the price of rent they cant even draw on the outside on the sidewalk with chalk. The manager is super mean and not understanding. Never sprayed for bugs but get charged for it. And had to call several times to have them fill my work orders.I wouldnt recommend This place!!

2017-10-28Lived here for only a few months so far. In that time there has been 3 armed robberies IN the neighborhood, including armed break in as well as robbery at gunpoint in the parking lot. The apartment itself is nice but the level of security is nonexistent here. All they do is post a note on your door letting you know another neighbor was robbed at gunpoint.
