Nike Factory Store in other cities:
I went there on 7/17/22 with my family when my mom was downloading the app to get the 15% off for new members and when we get to the cashier some guy name Alex was very rude when we start asking questions how to acces to the page on The app store and he was looking at my mom like this face expression that I did not like we keep asking questions and he was answering rude, into I just left the register and look around for the manager and left my mom by her self paying and when I finally found the manager I ask nicely to the man do you know where is the manager and he replied with the expression on his face and rolling his eyes at me and said unfortunately and express Now what happened its me that was the moment when I knew the store have the wrong management on board is very sad that this customer service is very poor sometimes the sad part happen with people that buy this brand very often 👎
I was discriminated against by Randi and the Red head manager for being a black man taking advantage of Nike 2 year warranty. Randi was very prejudice by not examining the facts of Nikes to your warranty on its website. If I was white maybe she would have read the warranty but Im sueing I have never felt so embarrassed for being able to read in my life
Beautiful shopping experience with my kids today. But i have one problem. (PSA MY KIDS ARE BLACK) One of the workers ( I think his name was mason troy adams?? not sure but yeah) He threatened my little black child that he was going to get bullied if he wore the lebron 15s to school. My kid cried all day 😱😱😱. (Mind you my kid is autistic) please stay away from mason troy adams at all costs!!! 😛😛😛 i will be attempting to sue mason and his family.
Love Nike! Just didnt enjoy this shopping experience, store was overly packed and its never nice to see a extra large employee in skin tight pants on a ladder just not publicly appealing. Nobody should have to see that, I dont care about the weight (small or large) it is the rest of it. Nike maybe consider a dress code for employees that just not a good image for you.
Its nice in here, but its soooo busy. I went on a Wednesday and there were so many people in here that it was hard to move around. Theres a lot of people who dont care and are disrespectful, all being customers. I saw a number of employees fixing up shoe boxes Left behind from other people.
Its a large and great nike store but it was so crowded when I entered that I thought theyre running 90% discounts. Even though it was crowded you could still easily access the items in the store as the sections are pretty roomy. The prices are not too high, pleanty places to try on shoes, and even the checkout line was moving pretty quickly. Nice store in a convenient location, dont hesitate to visit it.
The store is so busy....there is absolutely no customer. If you need assistance you have to find someone. The store is staffed with many employees but tasking takes priority over service. I made a purchase in need of a gift. However, I would not choose to visit this location again.
Ive always had a pretty good experience here. Crowds are expected with so many people turning into resellers these days. Staff is real helpful even with so many people pulling them left and right. The young lady at the door, I wish I got your name. Extremely beautiful and friendly 😍 hopefully I can take you out one day *clears throat* lol I recommend calling the store first to see what they have so you wont be in line. Saves the bad service.
Niss and Ann, thank you so much for you assistance with my shopping experience! I’m so thankful for the level of Service you provided! It’s so wonderful when employees are ready and willing to assist with high level enthusiasm. I can go on and on commanding the service, everyone was actually helpful in the store. Asking if I needed anything. Whom ever is doing the training keep up the good work🤗
Great place to shop. You never know what youre going to get. Sometimes, you will find some really good deals. Other times, I cant find anything and see shoes at full price (or barely marked down).Avoid this place on the weekends. The whole area is packed with tourists and shoppers and you can expect long lines.
I will start off by saying RANDI the “store manager” is the most condescending and rude manager I’ve ever come in contact with! Went to shop there last weekend, store was packed, was buy a Jersey and the tag on the jersey for the price was $0.00 dollars, so I called over an employee to make sure this was the correct price of the jersey and to show him this is what it’s currently listed as the price, he was even in shock. I asked him if he could get a manager over here so I can verify this! RANDI comes over and I proceeded to tell her what I had found and I wanted to jersey, so goes in on me and straight up say “I’m not selling you the jersey at $0.00 it’s not going to happen sorry not sorry”. So I made it clear that the jersey is displaying the cost and that’s what I wanted it at, I get store mess up, but it’s not my fault so I proceeded to tell her that I wanted the jersey at the cost it’s shown as. Again with her condescending tone and attitude snatched it out my hand and said again I’m not selling it to you for $0.00. Then I asked for the DM of store which his name is KJ and asked for the number or email I could speak to him, she leaves and come back with customer service number and said here is his number! So I called the number given and they had no idea as to why she gave me customer service! Long story short! I called and finally got to the correct person that gave me the correct info to the District Manager. RANDI flat out lied about her bosses info, and was definitely disrespectful. If you are in customer service then be helpful and help don’t have an attitude nor talk down to customer as if they are beneath you! I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT THE NIKE STORE AT ALLEN EVER AGAIN RANDI IS JUST TERRIBLE MANAGER AND THEY SHOULD DEFINITELY RETHINK HIRING HER FOR THE POSITION. Currently in talks with the DM about the situation and interaction that was had with RANDI! HORRIBLE LOCATION BECAUSE OF HER!
Some items are slightly discounted from what you would pay msrp, as all outlet stores have. My main issue with this visit was how uninformed the employee was at the check out register. As shes ringing up my items, I ask her if she can scan my Nike app bar code and she says it is unnecessary, it will only log the receipt for my purchase. As soon as I get home I look at my app and there was a 10% discount for in-store purchases that I could have redeemed. I wasnt positive that I was going to get one there since its an outlet store, but I know I usually get one when I visit the Nike Factory store in Northpark Mall. Management should do a better job of informing their employees of such discounts
Its a busy store however, you will find most of the unique Nike sports stuff. I loved the location and the stuff as packed as it was on a Saturday, The line was long and it was moving. The stuff very helpful and even helped us get an extra 10% discount. If you dont like a crowded place this may not be a shop for you, but you get dope stuff. Ill be a frequent visitor at this Nike location.
I am not a person who typically enjoys in store shopping, but because my husband and I were in the area visiting friends my spouse wanted to stop by this Nike store on 09/15/2020. I spent a great amount of time browsing in this store, choosing various items in TWO different sizes because I AM PREGNANT and not wearing my typical sizes at the moment. As previously stated before I do not like in store shopping, so 100% of the time when shopping in store I skip the fitting rooms and choose to try on my items in front of a mirror on top of what I’m currently wearing. Between the times of 02:30PM-03:00PM while in front of a large mirror in the women’s section about to try on a larger size of training pants than I typically wear because I’M PREGNANT, a young lady employed by Nike approaches me and states “We are not trying on clothing in our stores right now, the fitting rooms are closed.” My reply was simple because I really was in a jam, I wanted these training pants, but because I’M PREGNANT and unsure of my current size I replied, “but how am I supposed to know what size I am?” Being an employee of Nike, the store I’m currently planning on spending my hard earned money in during a pandemic, I expected the young lady to provide me with good customer service and assist me with sizing - it’s seems obvious this should now part of a Nike employees duties since they chose to open their store during a pandemic and have their fitting rooms closed - NOPE, the reply I received was, “you have to know what size you are.” HOW EMBARRASSING to have been responded to in this way - IF I KNEW WHAT MY SIZE WAS I WOULDN’T be trying anything on. How did this person know this wasn’t my first time shopping in their establishment? I immediately found my husband, handed him all the clothing I had in my hands and left the store bawling my eyes out in the front of Nike. I felt fat shamed. I feel I must add that I don’t believe that this was this particular employees objective, but what I would’ve like was a little assistance and signs posted on the store mirrors that customers are not to try on clothing in the store - I don’t believe that is to much to ask for.
Love this store usually and love shoes and Nike gear. This place was very busy and dirty and unorganized too. My wife couldnt even find a place to sit down and try on shoes, because that area was so dirty filled with shoe boxes that customers never put back up....and employees working there sure werent going to actually do work! In addition, the staff working seemed to care less about customer service. I asked a man a couple of questions concerning a shirt that I was looking for and he didnt even look at me when he talked. He was not friendly at all. He seemed like he was more concerned talking with fellow co-workers and folding shirts up at the folding station. Should have helped me as I went on to buy a couple of pairs of shoes and some shirts. Just did it from another store! Very disappointed in Nike as a whole here recently and I am even experiencing it on a local level as well!
Im Christmas shopping for my 11 yr. old grandson. I met a lady who too was shopping for her grandsons, she was great and so very helpful(I couldnt thank her enough) . She helped me and the salesperson(Justin) in my selections and purchases. Guess what....everything was on sale 30 to 50 percent off. I will definitely go back for the majority of my gift purchases.
This location has an amazing amount of shoes in stock! All of the staff are very knowledgeable that I have spoken to in my couple of visits, Wayne is one of the employees that has stood out more than others. He went out of his way to make sure that my wife could get a pair of shoes that she like and after the first couple of pairs she tried on he kept with her until she found the exact pair that she wanted. Definitely Kudos in my book!
Pretty decent product selection, however anything good about my visit was overshadowed by the negative customer service I received from one of the employees on my last visit. First off, she was a bit too preoccupied chatting it up with one of the other fellow male employees and acted bothered when I asked for a size. She disappeared for quite a while before bringing me the size I had asked so nicely for. I got a lot off attitude from her and upon asking for a smaller size (which I should be able to do comfortably) she called me a skinny b*tch under her breath to the other employee standing nearby and laughed.. now Im not sure if she thought I couldnt hear her, but I personally will never return to this store while she is still works there. I havent seen her working there very long and I hope to not see her there for much longer, treating people the way she does. She was a bit of a heavier set blonde female. I dont know if this was an insecurity thing on her part, causing her to feel the need to make fun of me, but I think its really sad and pathetic. If Nike hires people like this to represent them, I am no longer a customer of theirs.
Very bad customer service. I saw some shoes online that I liked and called to see if they would price match what was online if they had it on the outlet store and they said yes. When I got there I tried to buy the shoes that I saw online but they rang up more expensive. Showed the manager the price on my phone of how I found them on nike.com and was like no we dont go based on the online system and I saw when he changed something. He didnt honor price and was rude.
Most of the time the workers are too busy to help me however Lex was not too busy to help me find what I was looking for on this day. Lex went out of her way to find what I was looking for even though I had initially given up. The store is generally clean and organized. Lex, thanks again for your assistance.
I really was looking for Nike shox but they had NONE. And I looked around to see if there was something similar to my shox but there was nothing to compare mine to so I left empty handed the guy very was very nice though but I cant say Id shope there again. All of us that still really like the shox lets let them know that is all we are willing to buy is our shox and we are not just going to settle for what they have. Who agrees
Decent prices. Best selection youll find. Same with the other brands in this outlet. *WARNING* If you go on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday be prepared for a long day. Not enough parking and wherever you find a spot just walk everywhere because you might not find another spot. Lots of people walking and driving make it take a long time to park and leave.
This store was pretty much like most Nik outlets Ive been to. Except their girls/boys are was extremely small. The week we went it seemed like they literally only had one rack for boys clothes and one rack for girls clothes. They did have a large round rack of clearance items but I could find similar (not exact) items in a Kohls or JCP store for a better price. Would return to look but only if I were in the area in the future....
The lady working the door refused to let my husband in with us because he was walking up from parking and had let my son and I out. I will never spend my money in that store ever. They lost a huge sale today. Planning on burying about 8 pairs of shoes for my whole family.
Racial discrimination !!!I brought some shoes today and the manager said it only can buy what I can hold, also if I want buy more must reenter. Thats ok, after half an hour when I reenter to the store, he said I can buy nothing, he said all the things change whatever he want. But others people can do what they want. Because I am an Asian. I think he RACIAL discrimination.
I not a lot of good deals. bad customer service at the checkout .i was extremely disappointed with my visit today. i went in to purchase a pair of shoes but decided to purchase a 2nd pair when i found a pair priced at $24.97 in the, sale section. when i got to the register marisa who is also a store manager told me that 2nd pair of shoes priced at $24.97 were actually mispriced by the store and were actually $80 and not $24.97. marisa said she not only could not but would not honor the sale price although the were clearly marked and in the sale section. the best she could do would be to give me 10% off $80. i thought this was an unfair practice to me as a customer and i didnt feel like a valued customer! i felt that i should have been given the shoes at the sale price especially since they were mispriced by the store. this nike store does not value their customers and i will not be returning. thanks marisa for making my experience very unpleasurable!!!!
The prices are always a mess. However if you get a manager they will honor the price on box even if its wrong. We had 2 pair of the exact same shoe except 1 box was $30 more. And we had 3 head bands that were priced wrong. We also found 3 pairs of shoes that were priced $0.00 on the box. Just messy sloppy job pricing items.
I went to the Factory store thinking that they would have everything that Nike offers. I was wrong. I wanted to get some of the Nike Boots that Nike has listed on their website. My train of thought was Factory Store= everything from the factory. Nope. Nice store, but if your going to be called Factory have everything from the Factory.
I wouldnt call myself a sneaker head but I do appreciate getting a fresh pair Nikes. If you search often you will occasionally find a great deal on done really cool and unique sneakers in the clearance section. I have my share of sneakers that Ive bought but havent worn yet. And guess what. They are from the Nike outlet store.
I purchased a pair of Air Max for $179 and they lasted me less than 4 months. The air pocket busted. Ive had this issue with their shoes in the past and they honored Nikes warranty. The manager on duty today, Danish, did not. He told me the tread was worn so he cant help me. Ive shopped here at this location for over 8 years and have only bought shoes from here. I will not EVER shop here again.
My daughter was given a pair of sneakers as a gift, they were 2 sizes smaller of what she wears but I was unable to exchange them within 30 days because I was away for military duties. I went to the store and I was told I could exchange for another pair but not get the money back, I spend quiet some time looking for the right size. When I got to the register they said they couldnt do the exchange because it was over 30 days, I explained the manager Buddy that I was away but he still refused to do it. They made me waste my time looking for shoes and I were not helpful at all and extremely rude. Never going back.!!
My husband bought an Air Max last year on Aug, and then the shoe leak the air last week, so he decided to bring it back to Nike outlet store in Allen to fix it. The manager at Allen store asked my husband the receipt of the shoe but we lost it. We just ask the manager to check it on the system by searching my credit card number. He just told us that he could not do it, and he refused to help us. They said there are nothing they can do with my shoe. No exchange, no refund. Then my husband came home on the weekend and we decided to call the nike outlet store at Oklahoma City, and they told us to bring to shoe to their store. We went there and explained our problem that we lost the receipt. However, this time is different. Even we went to the store at 9pm, and they almost close, but Shawn, the employee at OKC outlet store was super nice. He spend his time to help us by giving us all the option that Nike would offer. Finally, he even look up on his computer system to find our history purchase. And he told the OKC store manager our problem and then they gave us the full refund on store credit. OKC store manager is nice and friendly and happy to help us.
UPDATE 9/15 went shopping there again. I havent been to the Nike factory in almost a year. Well I still stand firm on the fact you do not get a discount and for this to be a outlet its ridiculously price. Folks go online. The outlet charge the same price as if you went to the mall or shopped online. The Vapormax 2019 they wanted $190.00 without tax with taxes $204.00 went online and got the same pair on sale$99.00 + taxes $123.00 I definitely will not be going back. If you going to pay full price at a outlet was the point of goingA year agoNot a very big selection. I think its because Texas is a little behind when it comes to certain nike shoes. Update they are also over priced you will do better at footlocker or online. Save your gas please!
Got followed around the store as if I was gonna steal something after returning 2 pair of shoes that I got from the website that were to small worth $427.00 I didnt even have a big purse or anything, I couldnt understand why they kept following me around....Maybe they thought I was gonna put a pair of shoes on and run out the door, Im not sure

2022-05-30Our cashier, Omar can use some customer service skills. A hello, how are you would’ve been nice but instead this guy was laughing and talking with a coworker. Then sarcastically and very loudly said, have a nice day. He definitely needs more training.

2021-05-16Enough product line up with same display organization like other shops. Clean and roomy. Feeling comfortable for fast shopping and quick checkout.Need to expect some waiting to finish shopping because of many shoppers but cashiers were good at them.

2022-06-07The staff at this location was very nice and helpful! As soon as we walked in they were very welcoming and ready to help, giving info on shoes and getting what we needed. It has been a long time since I walked into a store with that environment. Thank you Chris andJerry for your help and input! Keep it up guys.

2022-08-27Good prices and even though the store was busy the line moved fast.
