Larry did a great job installing a tankless in my new house, advising me on what to get, and explaining all the options, the pros and cons, and how to maintain everything. Hes very knowledgeable and communicative, and Im really happy with the results. Ill definitely work with him again.
Larry was prompt and demonstrated his experience, by explaining what the problem was before ever taking the shower fixture apart. He is personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have been looking for a reliable plumbing service and we will be calling Larry for future repairs!
We had a water incident over the Thanksgiving holiday. Larry made sure we had water restored on a Sunday! He even helped us find someone to do drywall repair. Larry goes above and beyond. If you need a plumber, call him!
Larry fixed a faucet for me in a matter of moments! He saved the day because I had family coming to visit and it would have been a disaster! He was very knowledgeable, reliable, and fair. I would highly recommend his services and will call on him in the future for my plumbing issues.
We got Northwest Repair from our area Nextdoor App. We called and set up an appointment for the afternoon. Larry showed up about 2 Hrs, early. We thought we had a major main line water leak but after they inspected the situation it was only a busted sprinkler pipe. These guys were efficient and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have them service our problem. If you need a good HONEST plumber dont hesitate to call them.
We bought an old 1 bathroom house and had backed up lines. Larry answered the phone and shuffled his schedule and immediately responded and fixed the issue.The issue returned and Larry and Kyle again quickly responded to get us up and running. We are scheduled to find the cause and get the necessary repairs, but Larry knows what he’s doing!
Larry is amazing! Hes on my emergency Call list at my job and home. I dont worry about being overcharged or not knowing the plumber language, he explains everything and has given me options for repairs instead of telling you what you have to do.
Larry is a master plumber. I wouldnt use any one else. I started using him on the remodeling of my house. He installed a tub in a very difficult space. He put up all the fixtures. He found a problem with one of my fixtures and repaired it before it blew.I had an apartment maintenance supervisor install some of plumbing. This was a big mistake. Larry quickly cleaned up the mess. I had some tile people break the pipes twice and cause a flood. Larry immediately came out and fixed the plumbing. My lesson is always use him first.
We had a broken water heater which my home warranty company took 3 weeks to figure out the issue. We had several plumbers look at our issue and they said it couldnt be fixed. I found Larry on Google and contacted him. He came out next morning and, provided me with several options, I decided to go with installing new tank less water heater as his pricing was a great value. He and his crew got the new system installed same day and boom we had hot water again!. We will use northwest for all of our future plumbing needs.
We need to have some bathroom faucets replaced which we thought would be an easy repair for us, however, it wasnt so we needed a plumber to come out to do this and luckily based on reading other reviews I called Northwest Plumbing and Larry was able to come out the same day. Hes great at explaining everything and will keep his number when we need him again!
We ran into a plumbing problem while tiling the ceiling of our shower. I called Larry and he was able to come out very quickly and help us out. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Before he left we had already scheduled him to come back for another project we had. He is now officially our family plumber! He is reliable, punctual, professional, and personable. You wont find a better plumber in the area!!
Im having work done on the house, learned that I needed a vent stack moved. Framers are waiting, roofers are working around the area, was recommended to call Northwest Repair Services. Called at 5pm, Larry came out early the next morning and had the work done in record time!Highly recommend them for plumbing! Larry also mentioned starting a Cleaning Company that only uses Green materials - Ill be contacting them for that as well!
Larry was one of very few plumbers who respond on the weekend. He fixed my hot water heater on a Saturday night and worked well with me to figure out that the hot water heater failed due to low power in the house which required a breaker replacement. He didnt charge me for the 2nd call even though the problem was not with the plumbing. Very friendly.
I was very pleased with Northwest Repair Services. Larry was very friendly and went straight to the job at hand. Larry tested my propane system and found a leak in my water heater. Larry explained everything he was doing and made it easy for me to understand. I called CASA mechanical and they replaced the part for free (under warranty). Larry came out to replace a leaking hot water tank with a tankless system, and we couldnt be happier! Were now able to use both showers in our house at the same time without sacrificing any hot water! The installation was quick and painless! We would recommend Larry in a heartbeat!
Very pleased with Larrys services. We had a weekend emergency, so he came right out on Saturday morning to get the leak stopped, then suggested that they make the full repair on Monday morning, so that it would not be on overtime rates. Excellent work in getting the job completed on Monday!
We had another plumber look at our issue and he said it couldnt be fixed. Larry with Northwest came out and, not only did he fix the problem quickly, but his pricing was a great value. We will use northwest for all of our future plumbing needs.
I can easily recommend Northwest Plumbing without hesitation. I called Larry in panic with a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night - he arrived within an hour and was professional, knowledgeable and solved our plumbing issues quickly!

I will never use another plumber! They literally came to my rescue after another local plumbing company Installed a water heater for me incorrectly and they have helped me on several jobs since! Larry and Garreth were incredibly thourough with their work and they are both just super nice guys!! So lucky to have them in our area!!!
Larry bailed us out tonight. There was water coming up through the floor near the toilette and we had our hallway dammed with towels and it was not enough. We called Larry, he was out very quickly and within minutes had our lines cleared. I will sleep well tonight knowing my house will not be flooded when I wake up.
Larry was referred to by a neighbor when we had an incident happen with our AC unit leaking through the wall. He took our call at almost midnight on a Saturday night and was here first thing Sunday and again ON Labor Day to help us fix the issue. Very nice guy who really seems to know what he is talking about!
When I called Northwest Repair, they were able to come out in less than an hour to look at my hot water heater. Larry was very knowledgeable and willing to work around my schedule to get my hot water heater fixed.
There was Bad news, I had a leak, there was Good news, I discovered it. Then I started to uncover it, Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, and the hole in the ground just kept getting bigger, I described what I eventually found to Larry, and he told me to fill up my bathtubs, so I would have water for flushing, and that the soonest he could be there was Sunday morning. I didnt want him working on Sunday, if I could help it, so he set me up for Monday morning. He arrived on time 11:00 am, looked things over formulated a plan, and executed. By 2:00 pm we had water to the house, and the street meter wasnt spinning in circles anymore. Larry and Mike, delivered quality service and advice. I will be calling them in the future. Thanks Guys!!
I originally heard about Northwest on Facebook, where a number of people had great things to say. My yard was filling up with water due to a leak. Larry was able to identify the source of the leak very quickly, fixed it, and had me up and running again within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Great service!

I had these guys come out and install a water heater and they knocked it with ease. I called last minute about 2 leaking shower faucets a month later and he was out here the next morning getting the job done. 2020-02-12Larry and team were extremely prompt when responding to our plumbing emergency and worked us into their schedule quickly.I had been calling over a half-dozen dozen plumbers at that point and they were the only ones who responded quickly to phone and texts and kept me informed every step of the way. The work they did was excellent and they also provided me with several options before moving forward with anything.I have used them several times since on other properties and the quality of the service is bar none the best I have found!

2019-04-02I hired Larry to unclog two drains in 2017. Lately I hired him to repair my leaking shower heads, and install a new water softener and whole house filter system. He advised me on the highest quality products and even how to find discounts.Larry gives me excellent guidance on how to extend the life of my appliances and plumbing system. He is easy to contact, and responds quickly if not immediately. He is personable and professional. I’m sure he has earned every five star review with his consistently amazing customer service.

2017-10-07We had a sanitary blockage that backed up into our house. Our home warranty company couldn’t get a plumber to respond quickly, so I called Northwest Plumbing. Larry was extremely helpful and offered me solutions try myself. When those didn’t work, he was able to get to my house that day to clear the blockage. He noted that we didn’t have an external clean out and by running his camera through our main line and located a low point and a break in the pipe. He returned to install the clean out and repair the pipe quickly.The clean out was in a high visibility decomposed granite patio next to our front door. They did an excellent job of restoring the area after they dug and installed the clean out.They also worked with my warranty company to help get the repairs reimbursed.I work in commercial construction and Larry and his team is extremely professional. They were on site when they said they would be, they were thorough and did quality work. They will have my business going forward. I highly recommend them.

2016-10-26Working with Larry is truly a great experience. We originally called him back when we had a problem with our water heater, and have since had him out to help with other plumbing issues in our home. After our aging dishwasher had a leak that went undetected for a few weeks, we had to have much of our kitchen rebuilt. Larry interfaced very well with the contractor who did the water remediation and build-back, and made sure that our new sink, faucet and (of course) dishwasher were as they should be. He also offered great advice to make sure we didnt overlook any potential trouble spots.Larrys a great communicator and is very friendly and courteous, shows up on time, works hard and is everything youd want from a true professional.

2016-09-19Larry was instrumental in several repairs involving our water softener implosion. He talked us through repairs over the phone as well as coming out and helping fix and flush the entire house issues. He was very helpful getting a new system and installing it very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my tankless water heater issues.

2018-08-14Larry will spoil you about using any other plumbing company. Fast, responsive, and professional would be a good way to describe Northwest Plumbing Services. We had a leak in our shower, called Larry and he said we will be there at xyz time...and they were! Larry explained what needed to be done, and also helped put us in touch with a remediation company to come take care of the water soaked walls. Definitely 5-start service!

2017-03-27I contacted Northwest Plumbing after hours on a Sunday evening to fix a leaking line in my hot water circulating system. Larry promptly came out and replaced the leaking coupler. This is the second time I have used his services and I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend his company for your plumbing repair needs.

2017-05-01I contacted Northwest Plumbing Services about replacing 4 bathroom fixtures, a kitchen fixture and a toilet that needed repair. Larry was able to come out the same day and handle all the repairs efficiently. I appreciate his quick response, professional demeanor and how he took the time to give me tips, on things like, how to ensure my drains stayed cleaner. 2017-12-29We discovered our water heater was broke the morning after Christmas. I called Northwest Plumbing and due to the holiday wasnt sure if they were open for business. Their voicemail informed me they were closed. Within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail I got a call back from Larry. He was boarding a plane in Denver, CO returning from vacation with his family. He offered to contact someone else if I needed the repair done that day otherwise he would make the repair the following day. I was so impressed by his communication and care I waited for his return. Larry and crew arrived as promised and replaced our water heater with a tankless system and couldnt be happier! 2019-03-28Larry has been out two different times to repair our restroom trailer! Hes always done good work and promptly. Wished we had called him the first time we needed work on our trailer. Would have been done right !
