This is a great place. Had never been here before but my daughter and wife told me about it so I stopped by to get them a small cake. Sage, the cashier, was super friendly. The place smelled great. I definitely recommend this location and will be back because of the service 100%!
***Late Post*** yesterday I went to this location after having a horrible experience at Edible Arrangements..I was greeted with a smiling face and great attitude.im upset that I forgot the persons name. My sincere apologies. I ordered my tower and asked where I could get balloons not realizing they sold them ..I walked out very satisfied and will definitely be going back!! Thank you for your excellent customer service..I borrowed a pen from you!
Such a great experience! Was referred to this business by a family member and I couldn’t be more pleased. Placed an online order for pick-up and they had such a detailed section on how the packaging would be decorated (by choice) and even a comment section. Hubby wasn’t having a good day so I wrote in that comment section asking the business to add any positivity they could send his way, and let me tell you.. THEY DELIVERED. Not only were the cakes absolutely delicious and the perfect amount of moist, the icing was to die for. We are even considering purchasing the bite-size dozen for our baby shower. Will be referring and returning!
These cakes are AMAZING!!!!! and costomer service was incredible! We experienced the nicest, friendly and professional service ever! We loved these cakes so much, we ended up giving them as teachers gifts for the holiday- it was packaged and presented so beautifully- our teachers LOVED them (my personal favorites are the vanilla and white rasberry- a MUST try!!!) We recently moved here but I can already tell this is going to be our best hang out spot in San Antonio, TX :)
I have consumed the product several times before arriving. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the store. The ambiance was was fun and smelled great. We purchased a dozen minis for our indulgence. Good stuff!!!

Avoid online ordering at this location! We scheduled a delivery for our twins birthday party at school a few days in advance. I even called to confirm it could be delivered at a certain time (near the end of the day for a class party). Fast forward to their birthday, the kids teacher called and said their treats never arrived. Needless to say, the kids were incredibly upset that their party never happened. We missed a class party last year due to pandemic, so they were eagerly anticipating this one. This mama will never be shopping at Nothing Bundt Cakes again and I encourage you to find some place more reliable if its an important event.
This place is a family favorite for us.! But........I went into this location to purchase a birthday cake 20 min before closing and simply asked if they can please put light frosting on a cake, and the person there told me that they couldn’t because it was close to closing time and they had already put the supplies away.As a paying and loyal customer, I’d expect for the customer service to go a little extra, specially for a birthday cake.

I’m not really sure if this bakery or one of the other two made the minibundt cake I received as a sub but it IS DELICIOUS. Even my husband loved it and he’s super picky. I was subbing at Central Catholic and received a white chocolate rasberry mini bunds cake. Thank you to the bakers but especially the Central Catholic Parent Club. I have never in all my 20 plus years as a teacher felt so welcomed at a school as I have felt at Central and I’m only a substitute. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! And the boys! Are so polite. I look forward to my days of subbing at Central!

This business went above and beyond my expectations by delivering a cake I ordered online from Dallas, Texas. It was a same-day request only to realize that they need 24 hr. notice, something that I didnt realize when purchasing a cake for my dads birthday. I live on the South Side, but i make the pilrimage to Alamo Heights to get that little slice of Heaven they call the Carrot Cake bundt cake. Thank you Lord, Thank you Jesus!!! Love it!! Worth the trip.
Their other locations are more pleasant to visit. The Alamo Heights Police Department (AHPD) frequently harasses the customers who visit the area! I advise new customers to visit the other locations due to the fact of over-policing by the AHPD who are also very intimidating, touting large assault rifles for minor traffic stops! Citizens beware!!! Great cakes, very bad location!!!

I went in to this location get a lemon bundt cake. I was greeted by a smiling face and warm welcome. I was offered samples of the cake they were offering that day, and of course, it was scrumptious. The lemon bundt cake was also to die for. These people know how to make a cake. I paid $31 for a 10 inch cake, but it was worth every single penny.Also, if you fill out the survey on the receipt they give you, and you buy a bundtlet, youll get one FREE.

This are the rudest unprofessional establishment I’ve ever witnessed. Me and my husband went by the window because we saw the open sign and without saying absolutely anything to us they just turn off the open sign and turn off the lights as a sign of GO AWAY‼️If they don’t want people there than they should not have an open sign to anyone. Will never associate with this rude people ever ‼️

Personnel need some training in customer service. Got there at 6:00pm and they literally just locked the door as I walked up. Employees looked at me and just turned their backs without any acknowledgement. All that was needed was a “sorry we’re closed”. Just bad form for a business —

2021-07-14Had to run last minute for a gift and gluten free was the requirement. This place helped me alot and the packaging was spot on. Thank you!!!My server was a trainee and he felt he was a bit slow and was apologizing, however he wasnt. He did provide good service with a constant smile. Definitely returning back 😊
