I bought a Dodge Caravan 3 weeks ago. I checked the car Max.Didnt see anything to be worried about. Drove it 200 mile back home and thought their was a little slipping when taking off. 2 weeks later it wouldnt go into reverse. I am now replacing the transmission at a cost of 3400. There was no warranty included however I would never do this again. Be sure and get someone to check it out first
Les and Jake at NTX Trucks were both AWESOME! They were the exact example of excellent customer service a buyer should receive during any purchase. They were knowledgeable about all vehicles in their possession and an absolute pleasure to work with! I will recommend them to everyone I know.
My dad bought a truck three weeks ago and has had nothing but trouble ever since. It’s lived in the shop, in fact just got a call that it’ll cost $18,000 for a brand new engine when he only owes $13,000. Called to see if there was anything the dealership would do but they said no, and how he signed the “as is” paperwork in addition to test driving it. Umm last time I checked nobody would’ve known right away there was issues, especially during a five minute test drive. ALL these vehicles come from auction, you have no clue what you’re getting so I hope you’re not one of the unlucky ones! Now my father, a retired man living on a fixed income gets to make a monthly payment on a vehicle that’ll just sit there because he can’t afford the necessary repairs.
NTX Trucks was amazing to work with! Both Les & Jake are so great! I did find another truck elsewhere but while I was working through my decision they both were so kind. I would have loved to give them the business of my purchase and I would highly recommend them!
Highly recommend these guys! I bought a Jeep at NTX Trucks and couldnt be happier with it. The price I paid was the same exact price as was online. They didnt try to add anything or push anything on me. I was in and out in no time. Not many honest car dealers out there like this
Had agreed on buying a vehicle and was going to get it the next day per conversation. I get a message that it was sold shortly after we had agreed on the next day. I was told by the dealership if I would have put a deposit on it, this wouldnt have happened!!!! Didnt know till after the fact I needed to put a deposit on it. Excuses and wouldnt take their word after this experience with anything they say. Find another dealership!!!!!
Spent three days shopping and found the best buy on a preowned truck at NTX. Friendly knowledgeable staff, no high pressure just good folks doing good business in Denton, Texas. They have earned my future business. A refreshing experience in todays market.
This is our second vehicle we have gotten from NTX Trucks and we could not be more happy! Both, Jake and Les were very helpful on finding me my perfect vehicle! Definitely recommend!
Jake Meeks horrible car sales Man. I don’t even know how this guy owns or gets hired at a car lot. Asked him simple questions regarding the vehicle I was interested inn. He simply was not help.
Very nice people, let me take the truck for a test drive and inspect unfortunately truck has too much rust but was very understanding when I walked away. Prices are kind of high but I would trust them to stand behind their product
Terrible service. Drove over an hour to come meet the guy and he got mad at me 2 minutes into us talking about pricing. Don’t bother even coming here. No warranty on trucks so that means even they don’t believe in their own trucks
Showed up, met for first time, gave me keys and tag and sent me off to test drive - no caveats. Still considering purchase, but I like the experience so far.
Would not buy from this place. Sold us a car that turned out to be a total loss. But gave us a clean title for the car.

We had some miscommunication and led me to need my money back, they NTX trucks definitely handled this correctly and did not take advantage of a 21 year old that’s just learning about all this. If you’re looking for trucks I recommend them and definitely will buy my next truck from them. Family owned and very professional highly recommend.

2020-10-02What I thought was a great transaction turned out to be a nightmare once the car was delivered to me. I bought a Nissan NV200 from Jake Meeks sigh unseen as I live in another city. The car fax showed clean and the online description didnt mention any damage and I couldnt see any damage from the pics. After asking Jake if there was anything I needed to know further about the car the answer was no.However, when I got the car delivered to me there was damage all the way around the car. It has two cracks in the windshield, a huge dent in the rear bumper, a dent in the rear cargo door, multiple places on the hood, side and back where the paint had chipped off and rusted, the roof rack has missing screws and isnt flush, honestly I feel like its going to be a safety hazard, the drivers panel is warped and coming off and three of the rims are warped and are protruding out.When I asked Jake why he lied to me he said that the damage was wear and tear. WHAT? No way this is considered wear and tear. He then said he should have told me about the dent but he didnt because its was in the photo. The photo of the damage is taken from far away and unless you know to look by zooming in you cant see it. He knew he was purposely being deceitful because I couldnt go to Denton to look at this car.The owner Les told me that he didnt have to disclose the damage on the online description and or tell me that it was up to me to see them in the pics he listed. He said thats his disclosure. Well you cant see any of the other damage to the car from his photos because there arent close up.BUYERS BEWARE!

2019-12-20Bought a 15 GMC over the phone from the guys at NTX after seeing the truck on autotrader. They were very helpful and arranged shipping for me to San Diego at a great rate. For being a work truck it was in pretty good shape. They seem to be pretty straight shooters, which can be hard to find in the used car biz. Thanks for the truck!

2019-07-20We purchased our 2007 Ford Edge from NTX Trucks. The vehicle couldnt have been cleaner and ready to drive. We were in and out after a short test drive. The gentlemen that own and run this shop were excellent to work with and we had our title and tags in less than 2 weeks. We will definitely go back when we are in the market again. I live working with a reputable small town local business.

2022-02-16Super disappointed. Drove 4 plus hours and wasted $100 dollars in gas to look at a maroon 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD LT LT1 listed on Carfax for $26,950. I spent a hour crawling all over it. Too say the least they left out the critical issues: TPMS, parking break, door locks, trailer brake system do not work. Leaks from transmission, engine and front diff. Miss routed and chaffing electrical and hoses all throughout the engine bay. Cut Wires just stuffed under the chassis. Multiple position lights on bed do not work. Dog smell so overwhelming you could not sit in it with the windows up. I didnt even want to take for a test drive because of the brake system not meeting a basic standard I would expect on a 2009.Spoke with owner about it and he said it will sell. Thanks for wasting my time and money on a misrepresented truck!

2021-11-16If I could give zero stars I would but thats not an option. I bought a 2011 ford f350 from them about a month ago. I was told the vehicle had zero problems and it was ready to go. After only 2 days of driving this truck it lost all fuel pressure and I was stuck on the side of the road literally pouring fuel out of a busted line. I got it towed to a shop and was told the vehicle had many other issues one being fuel injector issues. One didnt work and there was another fuel injector that was barely working. We got these issues fixed and then right when I got it back from the shop the check engine light came on. We got this issue fixed and then not a week after the second repair I was stuck on the side of the road again with another fuel leak. I called and asked if they would help out with the first repair and they gave me 200 dollars which didnt really help at all and when I asked about helping with the other repairs I was told no because I signed the warranty as is. I wouldnt ever purchase another vehicle from these guys again and if you do then have it looked at first. As Im reading through other reviews it seems like multiple people have gone through something similar after purchasing a vehicle from here.

2022-05-12I am not one to go out of my way to write reviews but buyers beware. Watch out for a man named Jake that goes by the name Les.The most disrespectful man you will ever meet. When they warn you about car sales men this is what they refer to.Read the other reviews as well and beware.

2022-01-28Within 10 miles of driving vehicle after purchase, check engine light came on. Sold us a transit van that was flooded. We bought this sigh unseen due to it being in another state. Their “inspection” didnt even find the air filter that was disenigeated due to water damage.

2021-03-232 stars cause they were willing to work with me on price and getting set up with payments, but buyer beware, vehicles I believe are bought at auction at least some. I bought my truck less than a year ago and Im having to replace the engine! Learn from my mistake and just go through vehicle with a fine tooth comb before you buy from here
