Excellent service received from Nurses night and day. Administrator is very hands on in the care of their patients. Will definitely recommend this agency if you are looking for a good place for your loved one.

This place is a JOKEOur mother came home from a skilled nursing facility and these were the people they recommended for us to contact. A nurse (we think thats what she was but who knows for sure) showed up ONCE and did an assessment; the rest is history because they never followed up to let us know what services she qualified for or how often; two weeks later someone just showed up at my mothers home claiming to be from their company and needed additional information. Im not sure what kind of operation these folks are running but between my siblings and I we got very tired of all the phone calls that were made to them to address her needs. They never returned any of our phone calls. The final straw was today when a nurse called and said she was 15 minutes away....sure I guess because were just supposed to do things on her schedule right? She showed up; was afraid of our mothers cat of all things and then told us she had no info on her as the patient so she did not know what she was supposed to do for her (so if she didnt know why did she bother showing up???) I explained to her that my mother had an ostomy and asked about her experience with patients ostomy needs; she did not seem to know what that was. I give up here. I called in one last attempt today 10/15/19 and was told that the issues I relayed would be addressed and that an administrator or director of care would be calling me back by close of business....Im still waiting on that. So I relayed that we would not be accepting any other visits from these folks until they could contact myself or one of my siblings to address her actual needs. Sorry; you dont just show up and take someones blood pressure and temperature and then youre done. What exactly do they get paid for??? Oh yes, I forgot---the nurse that came offered to watch me change my mothers ostomy bag -- so I guess its up to us to train them as well is it? Im sorry; this place is just terrible. I will take this up with her insurance provider as well; because I dont think its fair that someone show up for five minutes and didnt do anything and then bills insurance to get paid for that.

Mrs. Amanda is wonderfully friendly & she is amazing at her multiple roles. Im a new client yet feel as if Ive been with the agency for years. The best has yet to come!!

This is the WORST place to work for!! They will hold your check until after they close. You will be waiting to get paid for 2 hours. You better hope your check dont bounce in the process

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! The owner is greedy, the office staff are lazy and get paid from your hard work for doing the bare minimum... and good luck trusting them with your paychecks. they do not care for the patients, they care for the money. I worked here for years and regretted staying for so long! Take my advice, the best thing i ever did here was QUIT! also this is the lowest paying home health agency in HOUSTON. HUGE workload with little pay. do not let the fake positive reviews fool you.
