Ive had nothing but good experiences at Oak Cliff Print. Theyre always quick to respond, very professional, and create high quality prints. Highly recommend!
Left 3 stars due to them being one of only A few drop off locations in the area. I went in to ship A 2.5 pound 16x6x4 package by UPS ground and was charged $30.00. Went home and got on the UPS website and they calculated it at around $13.00. I know they need to make A profit, but it is ridiculous to double the price. The UPS store on Riverfront Blvd is only A few more miles away and they charge actual UPS prices. I will not be returning. Lost money on sale.
Being new to Dallas and starting my business in a big city was terrifying! I knew for my business to be a success, I needed a reliable print shop that produced GREAT quality prints. I found just that and more at Oak Cliff Print. The owners are quick, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to the print demands of my business.The interactions the owners have with each and every customer that walks through the doors is impressive. I would not trust my business needs to any other print center.
I was in town for a convention and had a last minute printing need not only once but then a second time (two 2 x 3 foam core board signs; 250 glossy 8.5 x 11 autograph pictures). They managed to work both orders in within 24 hours, just as promised and were very friendly and helpful in the process. Pricing was reasonable and I would go back to them in a heartbeat, whether it was for an unexpected last minute job or something expected with plenty of lead time. Thank you!
I have only been here twice but I think i will take my business elsewhere. The older gentleman just never made me feel like they value customers. I was trying to ship an item out and proceeded to give him 25 cents for the copy as usual but then charged me 1.25$ for taping the paper on the box without my knowledge that he would charge. I’m upset at the fact that he just started tapping without telling me he would charge and assumed I wanted him to. Then got an attitude when I told him he should have told me because I had my tape in my own car. Anyways long story short he shouldn’t have to scam me out of 1$ it just seem sketchy that he couldn’t have been more informative. Instead he adopted the shut up and pay me attitude. And honestly I never felt welcomed since day one the only reason that I put two stars is because the younger one at least bothered to help me one time. I guess principles are more important to others. Either way I would stay away and your probably better of just going to an official UPS store instead some vulture trying to pry 1$ out of you.
These guys are fantastic. Ive used them for a few jobs now, starting with Vinyl Stickers for my car club, up to flyers and banners for work.Always on time and schedule, GREAT work and friendly staff.If youre in need of printing, shipping via UPS or FEDEX, this is the place.Stop by and tell em Willy sent you!
This is without a doubt the BEST print shop in the Dallas area! I went to about 7 different places, before finding Oak Cliff. Being a family business these gentlemen take pride in their work, and will always provide high quality work.They have great prices too, but most importantly I never leave disappointed! Oak Cliff Print is a great place that I just discovered. They were SO FAST! After using online printers and a couple o others (I wont name), its great to find a local, (in my case) up the street printer that can do same day service. As a business owner, a great printer for marketing material is essential. I will use them for the foreseeable future. P.S. They even displayed some cards for theyre customers...PRICELESS.

Walked in this afternoon to get just a few copies. The older man was assisting another customer so I asked the younger guy sitting behind his desk.The older worker told me his coworker was busy, but the younger guy got up from his desk to assist me anyway.The copies were made with the wrong orientation, so he quickly redid them. Thats when things quickly went wrong.He then tried to charge me twice the advertised price. I know because I had copies made there last weekend.They quickly got upset that I pointed this out, called me a bastard, a mother fer, told me to go F myself and to argue and to insult me as I walked out the door.Thats what I get for trying to shop at a locally owned business. I guess its FEDEX for me from now on.They are cheaper anyway.
Dude had an attitude for no reason. Wont be coming back any time soon. Love supporting local, but I get better customer service at Walmart.

Like Mr. Solorzano I am also a small business owner, and had the displeasure of doing business with Oak Cliff Print Center briefly. In my interaction, Oak Cliff was actually the customer. Oak Cliff signed up for a service that I provide, and I sent them an email which detailed how to use the service, some tutorials, and a way to get in touch with me if they needed help. Soon after, Mr. Solorzano of Oak Cliff Print Center filed a dispute with my payment processor stating they arent here to help but to take peoples money.Given the reviews of other customers expressing Mr. Solorzanos tendency to quote one price and charge another, and becoming belligerent when asked about it, I understand that this is simply the way Oak Cliff Print Center does business.You should be careful entering into any business relationship with Oak Cliff, regardless of which side of the transaction you might be on.
Oak Cliff Print is the best. I print, scan, fax there almost every day. I had my business cards made there and Rocky did an amazing job. Oak Cliff Print is a convenient service that is offered to the Oak Cliff Community and I appreciate the services they offer.

I went to this place cuz I called first to ask for price they gave me a price by the phone thats why I went to the store cuz I like the price so when I get there the fax all my papers when they are finished fixing my papers they were going to charge me they charged me more then what they told me in the call they got rude about what the price was in the phone call so I pay them what they told me on the phone call so they told me to get the f*** out of there and dont come back they treat white people better than Mexicans and I do not understand why if the owner is Mexican I would not recommend this place like people say customer is always right

2022-04-15I go to this office often for various things including shipping and printing. The staff always greet me with a smile when I come in. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me resolve many issues and go above and beyond. Prices are very reasonable. Service it top-notch!I highly recommend these guys.

2022-04-15Not what I expected. I have a few friends with businesses in Dallas and my business will be open soon so of course wanted to go with what they recommend first. They didn’t deliver. I’m the customer so of course I would say if I didn’t like the edits I mean I’m paying for them. They came off as if for some reason like they didn’t quite wanna help or if I didn’t have the money. Honestly I have no clue what happened. I’ll stick with local in my city. I say maybe try it out and see for yourself. I went to a different print shop who listened to everything I had to say. Ideal Image.Everything was done through email because of course they will never answer their phone system. Through emails it was always rude. They wanted to rush me but it’s a card who wants to just rush that. You want it right and right the first time, so that the process is easier when you need to restock. I told them what I wanted and the email was rude. Said the colors look off but in the end it’s your choice. Well I’m not the professional so that’s where they were suppose to step in and say that and not in a rude way. I absolutely after seeing the proof agreed with him actually and stated that. So after I said your right let’s change it. The next email you could feel the frustration in him. Said it would be extra now if I wanted changes. I mean I live far so that’s why I went in in person to tell him what I wanted and took a card example. I wanted the exact card layout as the example but they rushed and wanted their way. Obviously they just wanted to make my cards fast and make the money. Stop and remember who gives you business and keeps you running. It’s about going on and beyond for the customer. Do better.

2020-06-10You know those kind of business that you consider your partner in getting things done? This is mine. They are my go to for business card design and cards, printing booklets, fliers, well actually anything that can be printed. Customer Service - 5 Stars!! Above and beyond!! Its easy to email them a file before you arrive or once there and they will take care of whatever your need. I had an event that appeared on my calendar 7 days before and they were able to create logo, business cards, a huge banner, and print handouts. Love these people!! Ive had a few times where my printer ran out of ink (hate when this happens) and they saved me!! I emailed files over, they printed, and I picked up in less than 15 minutes. AMAZING!!
