Do not go and visit your friends, your car will be towed! This place is targeted by a particular wrecker service picking up cars all night long, at $386 a pop! This should be illegal for this company to do. My car was towed a couple of weeks ago from a friends, I was there maybe 10 minutes and a sneaky rat bastard little wrecker man apparently needed his commission +. I was out of the street and not on the grass as I was told I was both in the street and on the grass. BS! And there were no signs indicating not to park anywhere. They put up signs at the entrance just a day or two ago. Maybe even the owner is getting a cut? And to target a trailer park, hoping people cant afford to get their car out of impound, so they can steal more money by auctioning the vehicle after 45 days. Predators!

2020-06-19I have lived their 29 years (on my second home). The management is awesome. They work with you and treat you with the upmost respect. It is very conveniently located and usually quiet. They have a lot to offer and also have a security patrol that goes through several times a night.

2020-03-25Just recently moved in here and so far we love it! Heather and Brenden...are fantastic! My husband and I had the hardest time trying to buy our first home and they made it so easy and walked us through the whole process. We’ve had some issues with the house we recently purchased but the managers help us get in contact with who we need to get in touch with and they are on it!! We were very blessed to have met them and have a great first home buying experience!! Thank you Heather and Brenden for everything

2019-11-08Management is very slow to fix things considering the park rent. To hey seem to yes you to death instead of getting involved. Trash must be through their company at the residents cost. Their are no utilities included. However, it is a nice community with very little crime or vandalism.

2020-02-10I was buying Lot #70 paid a total of $19,000 to the mortgage company fell behind on my mortgage and Lot rent tried to get caught up with my tax return but it still wasnt enough. Went to court and lost and got evicted outta the Trailer Park. I was offered by the mortgage company $500 and then it changed to $700 to sign over my house back to the mortgage company so they didnt have to file foreclosure papers and so it wouldnt go on my credit report. I declined and still tried to get caught up with no luck because on September 27th 2016 two years to the day that my father DIED I came to my trailer from the cemetery at Ft. Sam to the remaining items from my house because I was in the process of moving everything to avoid coming home to my belongings in the middle of my driveway. So I was thrown out of my home I had already paid $19,000 on and the trailer park, and still to this very day foreclosure papers have NEVER been filed. But I still all of the paperwork that I signed when I put my $15,000 deposit down upon move in that states that I was purchasing the trailer from an unnamed mortgage and that I was the owner of the trailer that I lived in at the trailer park. Yes they worked with me on my past due lot rent, meaning that they waited as long as they could before filing eviction papers so I could pay my balance and get up-to-date on my payments with my tax return. I spent my entire tax return that year trying to get caught up and it still was not enough to be able to continue living in my trailer in the trailer park.

2017-09-13Managment is flexible if you explain your situation. If you want to move a trailer home in, the overall cost of living here will be cheaper than if you rent. The grounds in the community are fairly well kept, there is a pond with turtles in it and Ducks and other water fowl that flock to it. There is a play ground which needs a bit of work done on it but the swings and most of the play area is well kempt. The office has a clubhouse that can be rented out for parties or other functions. There is also a pavilion type area near the pond, also available for renting but the tables need replacing which Im thinking they should be soon. Overall a good community to live in if you got the dough
